Love suds city. Helpful staff has given me change for the quarter machine a few times. Given my money back when the machine ate it. The place is really clean and well maintained. The neighborhoods preference.

Great laundromat. Newer washing machines and great convenient location. Walkspace is a bit narrow between washers and your constantly moving out of the way to let someone walk by. However the space is clean, well kept and plenty of washers and dryers in various sizes to fit your laundry needs. I was able to fit 3 loads of laundry in one washer and dryer and it was perfect. A plus to the place is it has a quarter machine for your cash.

The washers are some what alright but the dryers are a scam! they do not dry and are expensive. I hope the owner sees this review and fixes the dryers

Best customer service ever!, it close at 10pm, but the guy who is working there let us stay till 10:40, very friendly guy and very clean machines.

Very clean and someone is there constantly cleaning the machines. Wasnt to crowded and has the big washers for huge blankets.

Friendly helpful attendant always cleaning the place. Well maintained yes in older area of Goleta but this is a good, solid laundromat owners obviously take pride in.

I saw one of the people working here named Lianso wipe off the machines then throw his dirty paper towel into my drying clothes. When I confronted him about it he pretended not to understand me. I saw him messing with my clothes again after and told him to leave them alone. After catching him messing with them a 3rd time I pulled my clothes out mid-cycle and continplated calling the cops before I left.

I was very disappointed I had three loads of laundry to the washers I started were leaking water everywhere didnt even put water inside the washer had to redo my clothes better washer wouldnt take all my money to me like four and a half hours to do three loads of laundry very irritated

Im a PROUD LOCAL in old town watching my town thrive threw the years is awsome but theres a couple of old spots like SUD CITY that dont...re-invest in the up-keep and overall cleanliness of there business which only shows there lack of pride and appreciation towards (US CLIENTS)1ST there street sign has bin broken for- theres always out of order sighs on it seem at least 2 machines-ive gotten numerous times for $ left voicemail & written notes w no answer-and last there seem to only be attendance of employees there a couple of hours am & same for pm which means the place is constantly dirty due to neglect YES WERE A BUNCH OF MOSTLY MEXICANS&ASIANS HERE and dont drive so is to not break the law but we %110 of YOUR BUSINESS get it together
