Best haircut I’ve ever had. I’ve been to probably 50-70 barbers and haircut places and, I believe her name was Brittany (she said she was the assistant manager), did a perfect job! Especially for a military haircut and the best fade I’ve had. I’ve never had a hot towel and a massage and the warm water rinsed through my hair or had any of the treatment ever in my life. Felt like a million bucks walking out of there, and for a cheap price! You can’t go to other places and get that treatment for the price they have.

Good haircut and beard trim. Wait wasnt that bad, and stylist was fun to talk to.

I like this location better then the rest. Outside of the parking hassle due to small parking lot and a line out the street for adjoining coffee spot, its accessible. The staff are friendly. I recommend using the ap to see what kind of wait they have. That helps decide when to go or check in while in route.

No sense of urgency. One stylist would walk away and go to another and cut in to show the right way and ended up making this fade uneven. My wait time was 2 min and ended up waiting for 30 for someone that came in after get called ahead of me. I walked out and will never go back.

I checked in online and my check-in time was 3:47 pm. I showed up at 3:47 pm and my name was not on the list. I was told that they were ahead of schedule and since I was not there early my name was dropped from the list. The online check-in states that you will be dropped from the list 30 minutes past your check in time. They asked me to sign in again and wait an additional 50 minutes. Unprofessional and not following their own check-in guidelines.Update - As soon as Jenn found out she got me right in. Thanks Jenn.

It was my first time. I told my barber (Kelsey) how I wanted my hair cut, she nailed it! Perfect! She was very pleasant to talk with making the haircut a very enjoyable experience. If I ever pass through this area again I’m going to stop and get my haircut here.

As I was waiting in line I was watching the team quickly and efficiently trim and give great haircuts; I could see the team getting along so well. Even though they had to wear masks to protect themselves and others, they were still in great spirits during this difficult time.I work in healthcare and wear a mask 12 hours a day, I know how annoying it can be. I didn’t hear anyone complain.Brittany was my stylist. She provided me a great and a much needed haircut with the MVP experience during this quarantine period.

For the most part, my previous experiences were pleasant. But today I received a terrible service, plus I noticed a highly inconsistent enforcement of the facemask policy

I checked in online and was seated and getting my haircut within 5 minutes of my arrival. I actually went ahead of someone who was a walk in, which reaffirmed my confidence in the online check in process. Stylist Chelsea was personable and professional. I was done and out the door in about 15 minutes.

They just gave me the worst haircut of my life. I asked for a high fade and ended up with no fade and some weird, crooked high and tight. Im embarrassed to go into work on Monday with this haircut. Ugh.

If youre a guy this place in great, if youre a girl then expect to wait, get told even if you checked in online, which I did, they will always pick the guy that comes in, or so it happened to me. Not the best if you want something quick, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. Hate to say it.

It was my first time here. It was a nice atmosphere. I would just like to point out the way one of the girls asked if I wanted to go or stay because of a 45 min wait was a bit rude with her tone, though I’m sure it wasn’t her intent. Because she addressed all the customers that came in that way. Just think it could’ve been better handled although my stylist Kiera was a big help for my sons hair

The girls that did my boys hair last night were awesome. My 20 month old needed a haircut bad and the girl did an awesome job and was fast! The other girl who did my older son did an awesome job too! Because of them I will be returning.

Having been to other sports clips, had a chance to check out this location for the first time. On the small side, but still with plenty of seating. At the time of arrival there was only one stylist that was present and the estimated wait time was roughly 1 hour. This was due to many customers checking in through the app. However the show rate for those customers seemed to be less than stellar, so the wait ended up being less. Saw a couple of customers who left when they saw the wait time to be 2hours! Though i doubt it would have actually taken that long to get through.A second stylist came in and made the wait go faster. My stylist was very friendly, quick, did a good job. Prices were on point with other locations I have been to. This location does use a different rewards system than the other sports clips I had been to..so had to toss my half punched out card. Would go here again.

Went here to get a touch up.. They were great!!!. They do womens hair also it not just a mens salon. Loved the shampooing . massage chair and hot towel on your face it was great!!! Thank you sport clips of Richmond hill, ga

This place kinda sucks very chatty stylists taking forever for a simple haircut. 2 people went on break at the same time with a line if check ins. Not coming back

Kelsey took care of our 3 year old son for his first “Big boy cut.”She made the experience very easy and smooth (considering he wasn’t really on board for a cut when we first got there) and did a wonderful job.He sported his new cut proudly the next day for school pictures!

Worst haircut ever. Only giving it one star cause it wont let me post without at least one star. Looks like hedge trimmers were taken to my head. Uneven all over.

My son got his very first haircut. Katlyn did an awesome job on my sons hair and even though he was moving a lot she never got frustrated with him. My husband also got a trim and they do a great job every time with him. They are very professional and nice.

Our go to favorite place to get trimmed up and looking good. They also have a great selection of product to keep your flow looking strong. #boom

Took our 3yr old for his first haircut. He is a very active boy but she got it done quickly. Out looks great and she really worked with him. We will be back from now on. The only thing I would have liked was maybe a bigger deal made about it being his first hair cut but it was a very good experience.

Rachel did a great job. She had 2 incredibly difficult customers right before me that she handled like a true professional and kept her composure better than I could imagine. She then gave me a great haircut and was great to talk with. The facility was clean and nice. Location is convenient for people on Fort Stewart or Richmond Hill

Thrilled with service in Richmond Hill! We signed in online and as soon as we walked in they took us right away. I wish I knew the girl’s name that cut my son’s hair because she was FANTASTIC! He was nervous because he decided to go with a different hair style, and he was very happy with it. Both of my boys go here often and we love it.

If you check in online there is almost no wait time after arival. The staff are always friendly, remember how I like to get my hair cut and prices are reasonable. The only negative thing I can say about this location is the parking lot is way too small with too much traffic. It can be difficult to even pull into the lot because of the Starbucks drive through then it is next to impossible to park if you drive a larger vehicle.

Gave me the greatest mullet ever as soon as I left kid rock gave me a call and picked me up in a Cadillac with horns on the front and I woke up with 4 beautiful women and a contract with nascar.

The wait was the shortest in town, so we happened upon them for my son’s haircut.Aside from comfy chairs and a television, it feels like your standard haircut [salon].The stylists were as friendly as anywhere else we had been in RH. The haircut was the same average haircut. We even received the standard Dum Dum candy upon completion. Nothing really stood out.Only real information to pass on, aside from an average experience, was that the prices were a few dollars higher and the wait on our particular visit was a few minutes shorter.

Not a huge fan about them being the only sports clips in the area that opens at 11am however, as a first time customer there I will say the customer service was outstanding. They did an amazing job on my hair and I am very pleased

Clean..well appointed venue. The staff greeted me and invited me to log in at their kiosk. After a brief wait, my stylist came to me, introduced herself, shook my hand and invited me to her chair. I received an excellent haircut along with polite conversation that didnt appear forced or contrived. I recommend the VIP service. I dont normally go to Richmond hill but it was on my way home from work and the experience was just as good as the other sport clips I visit great job!

My husband got a haircut here a week ago from Sam (I think that’s what her name was) and recommended that I take our boys there to get their haircut. I took our youngest son there yesterday to get an undercut and Judith gladly took him on. My youngest is only 1 so as long as he has cartoons to watch he will sit still. Judith did a great job and was very careful. His cut came out exactly how I wanted it and was very nice. We live in the Berwick area, and while we do have a sports clips right across from us, I don’t mind taking the 15min drive just to get haircuts from here.

I brought my son in to have his hair fixed that a different shop had done. It was a wreck! And I wanted him to look nice because his dad was returning from a deployment. He was seen by Devan and she was amazing! She was able to fix it and his hair looked a hundred times better!

Although I did call customer service, and they called me to apologize and offer my boys free haircuts and MVP treatment the next time we go in... I dont know if we will. We didnt receive it the first time, I asked for Clippers to not be used in my son, only a scissor cut, and she still used them. And his haircut is horrible. It looks so awful. I posted pictures So you can see for your self how butchered his cut is.

One of the lady was okay, the other one pretty rude. Also, they was forcing us to us clippers when we told them from the beginning we just want scissors in our little boy. Definitely we will be looking around for a better place!

First time visit. I walked in and watched someone in the back of the store curling her hair. Standing at the register, she yells at me to put my number in the computer. I did. Someone else walks up. Puts his number in and is called back immediately. Not a problem. I stood there for several minutes. Put my number in again. Nothing. I walked out with never making human contact. Awesome service! Yeah...I will not go back!

My barber retired and closed his shop. In Richmond Hill there are only 3 barber shops, always slammed due to the rapid growth of our community and a large military installation nearby. A friend of mine recommended I try Sports Clips. I read through their reviews and thought, why not. I had no appointment and drove over. I found a parking spot right down front and walked in. It was my lucky day as there was only one customer in the place already getting a trim. I was promptly greeted by Jasmine who showed me how to log in and had me take a seat in the waiting area. Jasmine went over to her chair and cleaned her area from the previous customer, (which impressed me), and came back for me. I only had to wait 5 minutes which is unheard of in a Richmond Hill barber shop due to the large volume of people here.Jasmine asked how I wanted my hair cut, (which had gotten rather long), and I asked her to look at my thinning head of hair and make a recommendation. After a few moments of conversation and input from each other she began and I ended up with a very nice scissors cut that rivaled what my old barber of many years had given me. I was very pleased with her work. She was friendly and professional, taking her time even though another customer had come in and was waiting.I had been offered the Standard, VIP or MVP cut. I opted in for the Standard cut, (least expensive) but as it was my first time at Sports Clips she gave me the MVP, (costs a little more but well worth it because you get: after the haircut a shampoo to get rid of all that loose hair, a hot towel wrap around your face which was very relaxing, and a quick shoulder and neck massage). My old barber never did that!So overall it was a great first time experience and I highly recommend it. This is definitely a 5 STAR business; and Thank You Jasmine, you won a new customer today.I would like to say to the few people that left negative comments you need to realize a few things.1. The universe does not revolve around you.2. We are lucky to have Sports Clips in Richmond Hill because there is a shortage of places to get a haircut here. Those that do open here are extremely busy almost every day, (especially weekends). The stylists here are well trained professionals. On any given day anybody can have an off day. If you didnt get the cut you asked for, guess what;...itll grow back! And next time be little more descriptive in what you want. Just saying trim it a little leaves the door wide open to the creativity of the stylist.They honestly try to make you look your best.3. On any given day if you are a walk-in YOU might have to wait to get a haircut, grow a patience. Duh, ...Call and make an appointment!4. For the lazy guy that complained about the parking,... turn on your Situational Awareness, (Look around yourself). Sports Clips is in a small building with Starbucks on one side and Firehouse Subs on the other. All 3 businesss have to share 20 parking spots, (Developers poor planning not the fault of the business leasing the space).LOOK ACROSS THE STREET, 200 feet away is a Kroger with 1000 parking places. Most of those spaces closest to Sports Clips are empty because everybody shopping at Kroger tries to park up near the front door. Park across the street in the back of the Kroger lot, (which is close to Sports Clips), and WALK over using the crosswalk at the traffic signal. Its 2-3 minutes at the most and you could use the exercise!

Jess fixed my sons hair after he took clippers to it himself. We thought it would be hopeless and all that would be able to be done is a shave all over. But she did great and gave him a hip and stylish cut .She is amazing!

I thought it was overpriced! The experience wasn’t bad it just wasn’t over the top like we expected. The “massage” lasted for less than a minute and the $19 cut didn’t include a shampoo! That is crazy for a man’s haircut.

Yesterday (4/20) the stylist did a great job while be understaffed. She was very friendly and communicated well with the patrons that she was short handed due to someone calling in. I apologize that I didn’t get her name, but wanted to make sure her professionalism was recognized in what could of been a stressful situation with multiple clients waiting

Had the worse haircut of my life 3 months ago at another establishment. Took the professionalism of your haircutter to rectify that within a quarter of the time it took to have it done that way. I have personally come to expect and respect that from haircutter due to the caliber of hair cutters at sports clips here and from sports clips that I have frequented through out the years. Thank you, for the pleasant and satisfying experience. They were truly accommodating, professional and polite. Will recommend and revisit when I happen to have the privilege to be back in the area.

I just tried to get my haircut at this location when I walked in at 5:50pm they told me they were closed. Very clearly marked on the front door and the website are the hours of operation, which list the closing time as 6pm. It was obvious the people working there were more interested in cleaning up and going home early than in cutting hair. A call to complain to the staff was met with excuses about how busy they were during the day, a point not at all relevant to why they decided to close early. I will not get my hair cut at a Sports Clips again, nor will I bring my son there again. I suggest anyone looking for a hair cut consider other options that are more interested in customer service.

Kiera was great! My son has ADHD and is currently going through a medicine change which has him more hyper and jumpy than usual. So Ive been putting off getting a haircut for him but Kiera was good with him. I usually watch people body language to see how they react around my son and she was calm and talking to him and laughing with him and he felt comfortable around her. As it was his first visit there she gave him the MVP treatment and let me tell you that was the highlight for him. After his haircut he was telling everyone how he was a mvp and got his hair washed on a vibrating chair, a hot towel on his face, and a massage. He already asked me when will be his next haircut! So great job Kiera thank you for making this a good experience for him and very easy for me.

Been a customer for months, walk in today and got a normal haircut they had on file with a different hairdresser and she messed me up. No time was taken felt like I was rushed to get out and the quality of haircut was terrible I could of cut it better myself . warning this place is ok just make sure you get the right stylist wish I could get a refund for the low quality rush cut
