I cant thank Jared enough. I went in the store and they got me taken care of everything I needed in 22 hours time. My husband to be absolutely loved his engagement ring and they were patient and also worked as a team to help me with this process. 5 stars on customer service 5 stars on quality thank you so much for making my day special.

From the second I walked into the store, I have never had such wonderful service! Kristen,Katlyn and Kevin are three of the kindest, most helpful people. They are all very attentive to their customers and make you feel at home. They are very knowledgeable about every aspect of their company which is very refreshing for the customer.

Lost our warranty information for my wedding rings. I had to show them the email that they sent to me! After we paid to have the ring warranty they are trying to scam people out of it by saying they dont have records? Make sure you ask for an email receipt for everything when you visit this place so you dont get shafted. Then i had my rings cleaned and recoated and they have some kind of weird black paint on them now. Very disappointing. Please please take your business somewhere that cares about the customer. Jared does not!

Jordan helped me with an personalized order for a necklace and ring, and I cant tell everyone how happy I am with the results. Its like she read my mind and I think it was Gary who did the work, absolutely beautiful.

Rick is the best! I saw a cute ring online but wasn’t comfortable ordering a real diamond from the site. When Jared didn’t have one similar, Rick explain that they could create a custom ring in house and walked me though the whole process. Stacey was very helpful as well and they worked based off my budget. It came out perfect and I am very happy with the result!

My family been doing business with them from 2007. But this year we very disappointed with them. The order took over 2months to arrive because the seller were on vacation. No other sellers or store managers call me. I have to reorder but the 2diamonds I order sold so I have to reorder 2other diamonds more money than the one I order 300 each. The diamonds arrive Much much smaller than actually size. I have to return them. The Jared in south hill mall did not have any cash to return my cash order . Ridiculous more that Even put credit in my bank card they could not do that???? They said I have to wait for their company check for my cash order in 3bussiness day. BUT 5weeks passed the check from their company still not here

Jared is apparently not the Galleria of all types of jewelry, which I found out the hard way when I wasted my time making and coming in for an appointment to have my wedding band and engagement ring resized.I called in the first time to make sure they would work with platinum and they were ok with working on rings purchased from another vendor. I was told that would be fine.When I called back to make the appointment I was asked again by someone else whether or not I had purchased the rings from them. I indicated a second time that I purchased the rings from Brilliant Earth. I was not asked any additional questions.I came in for the appointment and after observing the ring under their microscope, I was asked if my diamond was lab created. I told them that it was and they replied that they cannot help me because they don’t work on lab created diamonds due to corporate policy.If it’s a corporate policy, the right thing to do is tell customers up front before they waste their time that they cannot provide services. I highly recommend Jared amends it’s corporate policy to ask folks what kind of diamond they have when inquiring for services on jewelry purchased elsewhere or maybe don’t service jewelry that they don’t sell.

I had never been here before. I walked in and was immediately greeted by assistant general manager, Karl, who could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous during my visit. I ended up getting the perfect diamond and band for my fiancees engagement ring. Karl took the time to educate me on the entire diamond process and worked with me every way possible to put together the perfect ring. Needless to say my fiancee gets compliments all the time on her beautiful ring. Thank you, Karl for making this a memorable and pleasant experience. Beyond blown away with not only the friendliness of the staff but the fact that they truly care for their customers. My engagement ring was not purchased at Jarreds but they did all the work i needed them to. I was told I have to walk outside to show my face to the camera. I said okay no problem and the 3 people who came in after me just walked in and never had to show their face. Hmmm

So, I purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé. Rick helped us with initially picking the band as well as the stone. He was fantastic and super helpful and patient. Fast forward to the day I officially proposed; I inspected the ring closer and found some minor flaws, which I don’t feel necessary to disclose, and we returned to Jared to have it corrected. To make a long story short, I have been very picky on certain aspects of the ring’s appearance, and working with Rick, Kaitlynn, Stacy, and Kevin has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Rick is an awesome, low pressure salesman. He really listens to his customers’ requests and is extremely helpful. Stacy (the manager) has been very polite and courteous, and she really knows how to formulate a plan with her team to help her customers. Kaitlynn, I hope I’m spelling her name correctly, has been super sweet and fun to work with and has been an awesome communicator throughout the process. Kevin is truly an artist and he has a very determined mindset to ensure that his settings are proper and that his customers are happy. Kudos to the entire team at South Hills Village for making this large purchase experience a dream come true for my fiancé and myself. Thanks for the dedication everyone!

I’m giving two stars for the workers at the building as they are generally always nice and helpful. However, I do not recommend Jared’s as a whole as the credit card that they offer is a scam. They state they are interest free, but really they are interest deferred. If you do not read the fine print, they will screw you over.Also when we were in to look at engagement rings they didn’t even have oval rings to show me so I had to use my imagination with a marquee diamond. It would be better if they had more variety in stocks

I had some issues with my original engagement ring and WOW talk about righting a wrong in a difficult situation. I couldn’t be any happier with the service we received especially from the manager Stacey Maurer! I couldn’t say thank you enough to her after assisting me fiancé and I, she sat down and listened to us and my concerns and she was just the best!I strongly recommend getting a ring through Jared’s in Bethel Park!

Went on a Saturday to get my 6 month ring cleaning and had it rodium dipped as well. Katlyn was BEYOND friendly to us and made us feel so welcome. I really enjoyed meeting her and would definitely go back to her with any future purchases we may buy. She made a simple mandatory thing we do every 6 months into a lovely experience :)

I feel horrible because I dont remember the name of the employee we dealt with but I cant speak highly enough about the level of service we received. We had an existing engagement ring that needed resized in a hurry - they fit us in the SAME DAY, and returned it to us in far better quality than we bought it in. They were so accommodating, friendly and amazing and helped make our day so special. Will definitely be returning to resize the matching band and more. What absolutely fantastic customer service.

I bought a chain for my wife for 500 dollars. It broke so I took it back and they fixed it. It broke again within a week, so they fixed it again. It broke again, so I had it shortened. It broke again, they fixed it. It broke again and Im tired of getting it fixed. I paid for a replacement warranty but they want to keep fixing it until I go away. Jared totally sucks ass. I get better deals downtown at the Clark Building. Jared is totally retail for suckers.

I went in just wanting to look around and browse and fell in love with multiple pieces and had a difficult time deciding what to choose. Katlyn was excellent at understanding my indecisiveness and had techniques in place to help me make decisions, which I really appreciated! She and Stac(e?)y were extremely thorough in going over all types of payment options and making sure that I understood everything before making final decisions. I cant say thank you enough to them!!! They were also really sincere and I didnt feel pressured at all, which is so important when making any type of purchase. I really believe they both had my best interest at heart, which is what makes a good saleswoman (or salesman). I cant recommend them enough!!!

My fiancé purchased my ring here. Katlyn Valentine helped us. She was amazing and so friendly. She helped us choose the perfect ring for us since we didn’t want a traditional diamond ring. Very friendly, and hard-working. Im sure I asked some dumb questions, but they were met with courtesy, and kindness.

The sales staff was mostly friendly, although some have a pretentious air about them. The managers are not friendly in the least. They charged me for something that should have been covered, and only accepted their wrong when Jared Customer Service called on my behalf. When I went in to receive my refund, they never apologized for what happened - hardly commented on the situation at all.If I decide to continue to shop with Jared, it will definitely be at a different location.

Always treated well when you walk into the door until you leave. Just a word of caution though, if your one that doesnt like being rushed when you walked through the door it will happen so be prepared.
