After my aunt asked for a receipt for her purchase, the lady informed her that she could not provide a receipt because my aunt was not charged tax. This was very odd, especially in case she needed to return it, she would have no proof of purchase.

Not a great experience. They technically completed the repair job, but I’ll be paying someone else to correct it. They calmly argued with me and denied that the repair was shoddy, which was obvious even to other people I showed it to. They also claimed to have no recollection of the repair even though it had only been a week. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

BEST jeweler Ive ever been too! Called in morning. My watch needed a gasket and back repaired. They literally fixed it over my lunch break. Pleasant. Professional. Amazingly affordable!

I love this little shop! The staff are super nice and they cleaned, polished, and re-rhodiumed my white gold engagement ring for $20! My ring looked brand new when they were done and I couldnt have been happier.
