This review is specifically for Leslie. I came in 9/30 around 3:15 pm and was met with a lot of patients waiting to be seen as well as getting their blood work. I learned that Leslie was here entering each patient AND drawing the blood while carefully cleaning between each patient BY HERSELF. She was very professional and remained calm despite the multiple patients she was assisting and I am writing this because I feel her efforts and great work ethic needs to be recognized

Staff was really helpful. I walked in, and whole process didnt take more than 20 mins.

Friendly service, quick when there arent many people waiting. Call ahead if you are concerned with wait times. Overall good experience.

Came in and was greeted nicely, the technician was very helpful it was my first time to Labcorp, and ill be coming here from now on, have been going to Quest diagnostics quest diagnostics in placentia and there service is awful .

The lab hours are until 4:30 pm...how is it that the doors are locked at 4:26pm. All I needed to do was drop off a urine sample for my 4 year old. Regardless of what I needed done though, I don’t appreciate a medical facility closing before their stated hours especially when I drove over hour in traffic and had to leave early from work to get there before they closed at 4:30 PM.In addition someone could say that maybe their clock inside said 4:30pm ..... but maybe someone should set the clock inside to reflect on the time that is automatically set on everyone’s cell phone.Again I truly hope that a manager sees this and talks to their employees because in a matter of extreme emergency and or life / death medical issue ....to close early before you’re supposed to is not good practice.I will not visit this location any longer unless truly necessary..... I’m so upset by this.

Awful place, not clear instructions and not willing to help anyone who wants to get lab work. I will be booking an appointment on another city. Bad customer service.

I do not recommend LabCorp, Placentia. My test results were never sent to my physician. When I called the LabCorp, they said they could not help me investigate why the results were not sent, instead I was given a San Diego number to call and wished me luck. There is nothing more frustrating than showing up for a doctors appointment to discuss your diagnosis and results were never sent. A waste of time for everyone.Take your clinical lab needs to Quest Diagnostics and have peace of mind that it will be done right the first time.

Appointments dont mean much. Still waiting 30 minutes after my appointment. Gave 3 stars only for the guy working there. Tall with a shaved head. Very nice and apologized for the wait.

Experience was okay. My only concern is the use of the kiosk. Its pretty easy to use but there are no hand sanitizer or wipes to clean your hands after using it.

Very nice people and they know what theyre doing. Never had a problem here. So much better than most Unilabs Ive been to honestly.

Showed up at 8 am when it opened with my aging mother to have blood drawn. Have been sitting here over an hour. They have ONE person drawing blood for a packed waiting room. My mom had come the day before but they told her to come first thing his morning because she had to fast before the draw. I take it mornings are busy for just that reason, so why have only one person drawing. Go elsewhere.

Better off going to the Anaheim office. This place only does drug screen tests from 1pm to 4pm, which they dont bother listing on their website. Showed up in the morning and nobody had the courtesy to inform me I was waiting in vain until half an hour had gone by. Waste of time. Rude staff too.

The Indian lady working there has so much attitude I had all the right forms and I had the order from my doctor with my insurance number and carrier on the paper work. Right when I walked in to the place she looks me up and down and asks what I need so I shrugged that off and said I need a drug test and blood test and she said well what’s your id number for the drug test and I said let me look it up and I accidentally gave her the wrong one and she sighed and got mad and I ignored that then finally she told me I needed my insurance card. Even though my insurance info was on the paperwork. So I finally just said screw it im leaving this lady is having a bad day or her life just sucks and she hates life. I’d recommend going somewhere else unless you like being belittled by someone like her. This was the last day I had to get this done so I was panicking and now I have to wait another semester because this lady likes making people’s lives harder. Please get rid of this lady she doesn’t deserve to get paid to act like she’s better than everyone.

This place is awful. The lady here is rude and very hard to understand. I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying since she has a thick accent. Looks like she was already in a bad mood. Waited a very long time but at least now I know not to come to this location.

Try a different location. Been sitting here for close to an hour and only one person has been tested. Short on staffing, 3 employees just standing around looking at each, apparently only one phlebotomist,

Great people who work here. They know how to draw without missing my vain or leaving me with a bruise.

Amazing in and out service. Highly recommend this location.

Made an appointment, they didnt take me in on time even though no one was being waited on. I was treated like a criminal with commands barked at me like I was a moron. Never again.

The lady was super rude and unhelpful! didnt open at right at 1 like the signs said. they only do drug screening fro 1pm-4pm fyi! pretty standard urine test.
