The lady I had was very nice and efficient in what I was looking for which was a new 18 gold chain for a pendant of my mother who passed this Feb. She didnt force me to apply for a credit card like other stores do but just suggested and I applied and got approved! The customer service was great and quick!
My experience at this Kay’s in the past has not been great so I typically drive out of my way to another store. However, I was crunched for time so I thought I would give them another try and Kate was super nice. I hope that they will continue to get more employees like her!
The workers were a little skeptical of me and my husband acting as if I didnt really get our jewelry from them because I didnt find my receipt fast enough. Idk if it was because were black or not but I had to tell the workers To please relax, that she was raising my anxiety idk it was very awkward. But whatever god bless her. I WONT B BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN
Love kays but very very pushy to have you look and buy. Always willing to clean all of my jewelry when I come in though instead of just their jewelry.

Had to bring my engagement ring in because one of the baby diamonds fell out. The employees there were super kind and helpful. They insisted my ring would be in good hands, took photos of it, and gave me a receipt for pick up.They made sure the day I picked my ring up was the same day they were having a sale on repairs, which I felt was very thoughtful. Since my warranty covered the diamond, I was only paying for the resetting fee, which was even cheaper thanks to the discount I received.I didnt feel the staff here were pushy at all, my ring took 2 weeks to repair and get back. (I live in North Versailles, but will be coming to this location for all my jewelry needs from now on, after my horrible experience at the Kays in Monroeville.)
Lousy customer! That old lady there was very rude & standoffish. I had to return a ring & explain the reason & she totally like she wasnt listening. I will never again shop at a Kays jewelers!
They were friendly, it took 3ppl to service our jewelry,, they fid a wonderful job in sending out the jewelry that needed repairs.. also worked very hard in finding a few ways that could lower the cost on a 4,5+ ring,, for half the price 😅
I went there with my bulova watch to be repaired they sent it out to get a estimate then called me and told me the estimate was 137 to have the band replaced then they call back a week later and say it’s gonna be 497 to be replaced instead of the 137 that I was told it would be so they are trying to charge me the pretty much the same price as a new one just to repair the band I’ve been a customer for 5 years and I have a voice mail stating that the repair for 137 included the replacement of the band now they are saying no it’s 497 to replace it now
Terrible experience. Went to look at wedding bands and the guy basically insulted my fiance because she didnt know the exact specifications of her ring which was away getting sized. I would highly recommend going to another location.
Avoid Kays at all cost. Horrible customer service. Stupidly high prices. I purchase a ring and a warranty the ring broke twice in 2 years now they are trying to charge me for fixing their crap quality ring. Go to a local mom and pop jeweler if you want service.
I custom ordered a diamond bracelet to be sent to the west mifflin store. Lady said it would be about 10 days and should be in.***3 weeks later (21 days)***I call the kay store for an update. Phone rings gor a solid minute before anyone picks up. Here is the conversation.Nadine- this is Nadine the manger.Dan- Hi my name is Dan i ordererd a bracelt and want to check on the status of it. (I start giving her my spelling of fill name in which she stops me mid spelling)Nadine- hold on im up front and i have customers right now. Im gonna put you on hold...***on hold for 2 min*** gets back on phone.Nadine- You arent the only customer. Barb will have to call you tomorrow because we are busy with customers in the store right now. Its not in the system and she will have to call the vendor.
I was never here, but do know very expensive better privately owned shop on rt 51 dollar goes further there . Kay sells corperate Blood diamonds
