I was looking to get a deep initial cleaning service at my house. I called Motta to schedule the service. They were able to come out the next day.. They did an amazing job cleaning my house. Extremely professional and very meticulous and do outstanding work!! I Will definitely hire them again!!

They are always so helpful, organized and friendly. I can call Rafa almost any time of the day. No answering machine. The cleaning is the best I ever had. I like the idea that I have the same cleaning person each time. When I needed to change my work schedule, easily accommodated my change in cleaning schedule. I was completely blown away with how great of a job they did on my home. I’ve tried many cleaning services but this has by far been the best. Worth every penny.

Excellent Service...On Time, Friendly, Thorough, and some Great Finishing Touches!

I couldn’t be happier! I’ve gone through three different cleaning companies since we moved into our home in 2014. I honestly got to the point where I just thought maybe I was expecting too much and needed to lower my expectation of how my home was cleaned. It’s rather unfortunate that I would have to clean after the cleaning company/lady left so my husband wouldn’t complain about the money we were spending on a service that wasn’t sufficient. The last cleaning service we used re-located, and I didn’t pursue trying to find another company after the results we received. I unfortunately was in a car accident, so I have three herniated discs, which makes cleaning my home rather difficult for me- add on a toddler and three dogs and it’s a lot to keep up with but I did for six months until my back totally went out and I knew it was time to give it one more chance to find a cleaning company and that’s where I happened to see Motta Professional Cleaners ad. The one thing that really stood out to me was the fact they mentioned that they were very detailed and actually named each part of my home that would be cleaned! For once, I finally thought- someone gets it!!!! I took a chance and contacted them and they promptly responded and we set up a free estimate. I had a great feeling about the estimate because they literally talked about everything they would clean without me saying a word, which I’ve never experienced before. After the estimate, we scheduled a date. I’ve learned throughout this process to not get my hopes up and just pray for the best. Well let me tell you, they cleaned my home yesterday and I’m literally blown away. I’ve never witnessed someone love on my home like Motta did. Every baseboard was cleaned, every light fixture and chandelier was dusted. They even went the extra mile and let me know what kind of bulbs I needed in some of my chandeliers that I didn’t get the chance to get up on a ladder to see when they burned out. They are extremely thorough, detail oriented and very efficient. They work their way through your home like a fine tuned machine. I love that they work a room from the top to the bottom, so all of the dust, crumbs from the tables fall to the floor before they sweep and mop. They have a system and it works. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched cleaning companies come into my home and they just seemed lost as to where to begin. I never write reviews but I am so blessed to have found this company that it was important for me to give them the credit they DESERVE! If you are like me and are very detail oriented and notice the small details- you can’t go wrong with Motta Professional Cleaners!!! Thanks!

A couple of days ago we had our first experience with Motta Cleaners! And it was above and beyond any expectations we had. First of all, a very reasonable price. Second, the appointment was punctual and with a few reminders and notifications. We loved it.

I had an estimate scheduled on Thursday, 9/21/2017. Two gentleman came to our business for cleaning estimate. We agreed on the cleaning schedule and the cleaning price. They scheduled to start on Monday, 9/25/2017 at 9 am. I received an e-mail on Sunday, 9/24/2017 after 9 pm they canceling the service, due to the helpers son gets on the school bus after 8:30 am. I told them our business is closed that day so they can come any time. I got a respond the first thing in the morning he will talk with the helper and they will let me know. Well, I never heard back from them. I sent a message and told them I would be flexible on a couple evenings, early mornings or weekends or any time on Mondays. Well, I never received any response from this company. I think they made up this story and they lied about the helper being unable to do the work. I do not recommend this company. Not reliable, unprofessional, not recommend to anyone. Also giving a very short cancelation time not acceptable and they dont answer your messages. They just ignore you. If you read this message please do not hire this company.Friday, January 5th 2018:I would like to update my review: please be careful when you hire this cleaning company. As a revenge, they will put a bad review to your business page even though you have never giving them a service. They enjoy badgering and harassment.

The most terrible cleaning I have ever had. They cleaned two out of three bedrooms, did not vacuum clean sofas, did not dust any surface that had anything standing on it claiming that they only clean and not organize. They charged me $200 for 2.5 hrs by 2 people, i.e. $40/hr - the most expensive cleaning I have ever had. When asked to clean what they missed they were very rude and defiant and refuse. Stay away from them.
