I bought a bridesmaid dress for a wedding that was originally in June 2020. It just fit, but at the time I didn’t have much time to get a new one so I could work with it.Then the wedding got postponed and I got the good old quarantine weight, rendering my dress useless. At first, I was panicking, but now I can say that Im glad three other tailors in PGH turned me away because it led me here. I have two suits that Ive had for about 4 years and I wanted them to get tailored slim fit. Nancy was very professional over the phone and scheduled a same day appointment to take measurements. I was very impressed with the final product and both suits (including pants) came out just as I hoped. The lead time, about 2 weeks, was also very reasonable. The owner was very rude on the phone. I was speaking perfect English yet she kept saying that she cannot understand me. Left me hanging twice because people are waiting. Screamed too. Unprofessional, impolite, mean. Wont recommend to anyone.

I took a very expensive floor-length dress in for a simple hem and I was completely heartbroken to find that the hem was short and uneven. The seamstress offered to fix it, but would not refund me. There wasnt much to salvage and I could not trust them to do the job.

I got two pairs of suit pants altered here and I will definitely be back! Great prices and fast turnaround
