I am sharing another review for the Bridge on Forbes! I have been enjoying my spacious room and all the amenities. I love the gym equipped with all machines to keep you healthy and the clubhouse next door to relax and watch TV...or to play pool! The quiet study rooms in the clubhouse also offer a great place to get work done. The staff has always been very friendly and I feel safe at night knowing the doors to the building lock and that there is building security on call. Very comforting in an urban environment. Highly recommend!
I was in Pittsburgh this weekend apartment hunting with my daughter. Miami, at the Bridge, met with us and showed us around and answered all of our questions! We were very impressed with the complex and greatlynappreciated how thorough Miami was!
Bridge on Forbes has been one of the best places I’ve lived. The rooms are very nice and the amenities are great. The receptionists are always very helpful and the people are great.
The apartments are spacious and well furnished. I did have a few issues after moving in, and the staff at the front desk (both Miami and Francela) were very helpful in getting the maintenance requests in and the items were fixed within 48 business days. The staff at the front desk are super friendly and always willing to help out as much as they can.The biggest issues is that there is limited communication between the Bridge on Forbes and the University of Pittsburgh-Panther Central. This often leaves tenants feeling confused and going back and forth between both parties. If communication between both were improved, I would give this a 5 star
Love the building and location! Staff is so nice! Best place to live while at college!
The apartments themselves are great. It is everything you need as a college kid living in Pittsburgh. Location is great too, it is about a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral of Learning on Pitts campus. Leasing prices are a bit expensive, but that is for the location Im assuming. Very helpful that they offer parking in their garage for residents who buy a spot, but again the price is a little high for it. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because it was tedious and time consuming dealing with the front desk workers with information about not renewing my lease when I graduated. These workers are mainly college kids who arent the most informed on what to do in every situation, so it was a hassle to climb the management ladder and find someone who could help me with transferring my lease. That being said, the time spent there was great, and Id recommend it to anyone looking for a college apartment who can afford it.
Frenchi is great at the front desk - lobby always clean and everyone is very friendly. Love it here!
I love frenchi… best worker here. carl not too far behind
Ms.Frenchie is amazing staff member she’s very helpful I recommend The Bridges On Forbes to any newcomers to Pittsburgh that want to stay in a nice apartment building!!!!
I just signed a lease for Fall 21 and these apartments are STUNNING to say the least! The staff was really nice. Shout out to my dawg Neil! He was very helpful during my leasing process!
The apartments here are great! Very spacious and well furnished. The lobby and third floor common areas are also a huge bonus. Staff is also great, Miami especially does a great job working the front desk and greeting residents on the daily!
The staff is so friendly and does so much to make sure residents enjoy living here!
The staff at Bridge on Forbes has been so incredibly helpful to our family. As a transfer student (during the pandemic), my son Matt needed housing and found a great opportunity at this complex. The staff was responsive, solution oriented and just a pleasure to work with. Id highly recommend for Pitt students!
Great touring experience, property was super clean with cool amenities, and Im excited to live here soon!
The building is always very clean and the staff is so friendly—especially Miami!
I was resetting my friends’s apartment at Bridge on Forbes. The room and the amenities are good. And the staff are super friendly and welcoming. They are helpful over the phone and in person. Thank Caitlin and Neil for making the whole process smooth and quick! Really enjoy living here!
Really good location, a walk from all the buzzing food places around. The reception is always welcoming and maintenance is timely. The elevators keep having issues but other than that it’s a great place to live in as a college student.
This place looks nice from the outside but once you live here you realize just how cheaply made it really is. walls are very thin so i can hear normal conversations through them, i hear music and conversations from apartments multiple floors above me, and management is very unhelpful. they really only care about the athletes that live here. also, at least one elevator is broken at any given moment, and they take their sweet time fixing them. when i moved in, my bed was close to falling apart because someone from maintenance put a screw in wrong before i got there. overall, not a good experience. the only plus is that the apartments come furnished. save yourself and look elsewhere for places to live. you can definitely find ones in better condition for less money around here.
This place is absolutely beautiful! The building is very clean and it feels very homey. The staff is super friendly and helpful over the phone and in person! I highly recommend it as your new home!
It is a great place to stay well hospitality.
Lots of amenities, perfect location for Pitt students, very nice staff!!
They are always so helpful! Never a bad experience when handling a question or concern for me.
Great place to live!!! the staff is amazing, especially Miami!
Frenchi she is the best nice and friendly
I’ve lived at the bridge for about 4 months now and I’ve loved every minute of it. The rooms amenities are great and look very high end. The staff is very hard working and are easy to work with whenever needed! Highly recommend!
This is my second year living here at Bridge on Forbes and it has been a great experience. The location is great for students who go to Pitt and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend others to live here and will hopefully live here another year. The amenities are very nice and I enjoy utilizing the study rooms.
I was fortunate enough to be one of the first residents in bridge, and had a wonderful experience there. They host events for residents regularly, which is always something to look forward to. The stuff, including the leasing office, security, cleaning, and maintenance were all amazing people. Even after I am not a resident anymore, the leasing office stuff, especially Neil, still helped me find a package that’s been shipped there by accident. I had a truly great year in the bridge and I’m sure everyone will do!
The Bridge has an excellent staff, maintenance requests are resolved within a day, and the activities held by the office are very sweet and fun! The study rooms are great.
Good place to live, lots of options
I have lived at The Bridge on Forbes for about 1 year now. The location is amazing for Pitt students. The staff is always very friendly and helpful! I have really enjoyed living there.
The rooms and amenities at The Bridge are spectacular and very aesthetically pleasing. The staff here are also very kind, personable, and knowledgeable in what they do! Definitely a nice and positive environment to be in!
Great place and location to campus
Had a really easy move in experience with my daughter this past August. Was very impressed with the social distancing and the alternative move in ideas they used due to COVID such as scanning a QR code instead of physically singing papers, etc. Looking forward to my daughter having a great year here!
An oasis in the middle of a bustling city, The Bridge on Forbes is the best off campus apartment building I have ever experienced on a college campus. The staff is always incredibly welcoming and willing to do what they must to make things work. The amenities are cutting edge as well. From free coffee to a state of the art work out facility, this place takes your living experience to the next level. The study rooms, common area with a pool table, and outdoor fire pit offer great destinations to hangout with friends within the comfort of your apartment complex. The location in Oakland is also perfect as it is close enough to everything that you can easily get to any part of campus, but it is just far enough away that it never feels overwhelmingly busy. I cannot recommend this place enough!
I absolutely love BOF! Even during COVID, the team members are very nice and good at communication. If I wasn’t a senior I would def renew!
This review is specifically in regards to the Bridge on Forbes renewal process. I have lived here since the building opened and just renewed to live here for a third year (there are several pros and cons I can get into about why I decided to stay at this building which I can elaborate on in a later review). I am switching apartments due to my roommate graduating and the entire process was very easy. All I had to do was fill out a Google Form with my interest in it and then the Bridge on Forbes staff took care of it. I want to give a shoutout to Caitlin and Neil for constantly helping out with all of my issues and quickly answering me when I have any questions or concerns. For renewal, there is a fee associated with switching to a new apartment, however, it is ultimately in the tenants benefit because it allows for a seamless transition from one apartment to another. The only concern I have with the process is that there is a two week window in which the office can call and give you a notice that the new apartment is ready and from that point, you only get 24 hours to move all your stuff. It should be completely possible, but that is the only drawback of the renewal process that I can think of. Overall, very positive experience with renewing at this building!
Love living at bridge! The apartments are super nice and a great location to anything on campus. When we moved in, our tv was unfortunately broken and they quickly responded to our request with a new tv.
First year living at the Bridge and it’s been great. Great staff and great amenities available!
Neil is the absolute BEST!!! So easy to work with and very accommodating. Always goes out of his way to help out when he can.
The Bridge is a fantastic location in the middle of Oakland! Its easy walking distance from all the restaurants on Forbes. The gym facilities are incredible (like 2 pelotons great)! The study rooms and free coffee make for a relaxed environment inside and the outdoor spaces are amazing for large groups of friends in the summer. The staff is always friendly and they take care of any questions quickly. Its close to anything you would want to do in Oakland but feels like a retreat when youre there. Its a great apartment complex and I highly recommend living there!
Absolutely love Bridges on Forbes and their staff. Caitilin is so helpful and was able to answer all of my questions on our tour. Highly recommend!
I love living here! The staff is really helpful and maintenance is always really quick and helpful!
Everything about the building is capitalistic. To start, they lease apartments by the bedroom. While they market this as a flexibility proposition, it is truly just so they can turn a $2000/month apartment into $3000.Upon moving out, I was charged over $4000 for 8 chip marks (about a square inch each) and for leaving a new toilet paper roll for the next tenant. To be clear, $400 could easily paint the entire bedroom and more(and you wouldnt even need to paint the ceiling bc they never finished it and left exposed concrete). Upon disputing the charge, I was informed that the price to repaint the building is the exact amount they are charged from a vendor. It is laughable to suggest a massive corporation this complex is being charged over $400 to barely paint a room. If that is the agreement they have, then this company is ripping off the average person. Regardless, I did sign a lease that stated I am responsible. That being said, I signed a lease thinking the charge of repainting the place would be relatively the average market price (let alone 50x that). For a country that is facing massive economic and financial distress, it is a disgusting display of American capitalism to charge this amount.Happy to be moved out and would recommend any other students or young professionals to go one block down and sign a lease with skyview. In response to the comment by the management below, I have attached my exaggeration. Sorry for for saying 400 instead of 397...
Love this place!
BOF’s prompt and direct communication with me make it so easy for me to choose them. Carol was very kind and helpful with my re-letting process even the other person is in another country 👍. I can expect them to be one of the best management in the city!
Looking at BOF online and it looks so beautiful! I called in and spoke to Caitlin about pricing and possibly moving for work. She was so helpful and answered all of my questions. Plus side, I can bring my fur babies with me 😌🐶🐱
BOF is a really cool housing for students. The apartment is newly made and with comfortable amenities from free coffee in the common lounge, to study rooms, to a workout facility to good setups within the housing unit itself. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help in all situations. The location is awesome with a CVS right in front, close bus stops to campus/downtown and tonnes of restaurants. The community is full of students, and is safe!
I have quite a few complaints about this establishment. I am a resident so believe that this is all true.1. They told us that there are no more parking spots, yet if you go in the second floor lot, there are about 20-50 open spots, none of which are EVER filled.2. Our window screens dont work. In fact, none in the building work. They purchased cheap screens that fall off the windows, resulting in us using our air and driving up our electricity bill. Speaking of that bill, its not included in the obscenely high rent.3. The elevators break on a weekly basis.4. The lobby smells like cigarettes often due to construction workers who smoke.5. The trash chutes are often locked6. Our drawers in our kitchen still do not work, AFTER being fixed.7. The staff is too incompetent to handle our mail, that we had to register for an amazon hub, that half our mail does not even get sent to. Also we have received quite threatening emails about registering, that if we do not register, then we will not receive mail and it would be returned to the sender.Overall, there are many things built poorly in our apartment that have resulted in safety issues, that we have thankfully caught and had fixed by the wonderful helpful maintenance men (we love you maintenance
The staff at Bridge on Forbes is absolutely amazing! They are always so helpful, educated and the best in the biz. Their management company is also what helps make their staff so great. You can not go wrong with signing a lease here. They will always make sure to handle all situations professionally and keep their residents happy. I cant wait for them to officially open!
Very friendly staff and quick to respond to maintenance requests
Bridges on Forbes is an amazing place to live. They have SO much to offer including a gym that you can go to at anytime, a tanning bed that is so easy to use, not even including the things you get in the home that you can’t compare anything else to. The people that work here are so kind mostly the people at the front desk greeting you. Love this place so much & I recommend anyone no matter what age to live here, you won’t regret it!
I just moved here! My room and amenities are great as well as the location in Oakland. Most important the staff is super friendly and always helpful! They do everything to make you feel home including monthly events and little giveaways. Couldn’t find a better place to stay for my studies in Pittsburgh!!
Great staff and a great place! Really one of those bang for your buck places! When my daughter first brought The Bridge on Forbes as a living option for sophomore year, I was a little on edge because of the price, but I cant even begin to tell you how well it has paid off. Compared to some of the other places in the area, I would pay double for The Bridge any day!
Amazing new property in Oakland! It is by far the best housing in the area for students. It’s a great distance to campus and everything in the area. The staff is also really amazing and super helpful with anything I need! Definitely worth the price!
Maintenance fixed my dishwasher within the same day of bringing it up to the office. The staff is super polite and helpful! They always remember my name when I’m in the lobby!
Very clean apartments, the staff were very nice and informative. We haven’t made a decision yet, however The Bridge on Forbes is high on our list!
I had a virtual tour with Caitlin, it was super nice that they are having those during COVID. The building looks beautiful and I can’t wait to live there next year!
This place has it all!! I am so excited to move in I can hardly wait. the staff is super great too!! they always answer all my questions in a promptly manner. I have been searching for months for a place like this and cant wait to call it home :)
Great apt, probably the best at its neighborhood
The utility bills are OBSCENELY high. It is around $100-$140/month of utilities to be exact, PER PERSON. The electricity bill is as HIGH as a FOUR BEDROOM house, for a 2-person apartment, who barely uses their appliances, air conditioner, etc. I have even called to try and ameliorate this over-charging in the bills, but the Bridge office was unfortunately no help and said I had to call someone else, and they were also zero help. Also worth mentioning: During the first few months of living here, there was a really bad fruit fly problem in the trash room, so bad that they infested our apartment for a MONTH even when we had put out traps, apple cider vinegar, etc. The window screens do NOT stay on the windows no matter what, and end up taking up an unnecessary amount of space on the floor of our apartment. I truly was excited to live here, but now I’m excited to move out.
I have to say The Bridge on Forbes goes above and beyond my expectations. Searching for a place to live is hard enough going to The Bridge made it so easy. The staff is extremely knowledgeable! The staff is also so friendly and personable. They want to know your needs and they can surely deliver! I would recommend this beautiful complex to anyone in the Pittsburgh area looking to find a place to live! Very happy i came across this place.
I truly do enjoy the people that work here. However, the stuff that goes on at night is ridiculous sometimes. There’s little enforcement of anything and sound travels extremely easy. I’ve tried sound proofing my windows but that doesn’t seem to help. People grill and blast music at all hours of the night but little gets done.
Caitlin was a pleasure to talk to. She helped assist my family and I with absolutely everything we needed on move in day and Went the extra mile to make sure we were set and comfortable!
I love the staff! They are amazing and very friendly. I felt so welcomed by them! They have very positive vibes. I love the building. I can’t wait to experience living there for the first time. I love the cool amenities. Shout out to Courtney! She’s awesome! Definitely recommend reaching out to her!
When I toured this place I knew I HAD to live here. The complex looks like it will be absolutely awesome! The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. I have dealt with other apartment companies and The Bridge on Forbes is by far the most professional and caring. Is it August yet?! :)
The Bridges on Forbes is an incredible new apartment building in Oakland! They have amazing amenities like a gym, lounges, study rooms and more! The apartment units are modern and unique.
EDIT: After posting the below review, Caitlin from The Bridge on Forbes reached out to me to correct any ongoing issues and I am happy to say everything has been resolved. Thank you Caitlin! The people that work at the front desk and maintenance workers are very friendly! A lot of other things are DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE OF RENT! To name a few: the dryer in our unit was broken for weeks, the dish washer in our unit was broken for weeks, the ceiling in our unit has a hole in it/came unfinished, the outdoor patio area of our apartment came with a hole in the drywall that has still never been fixed, water started pouring out of the ceiling in one of the bathrooms, and during the warmer weather months the hallways near the trash room were filled with fruit flies.
It’s a really great place to live!
I toured this apartment and it was very nice! The staff was friendly and really helpful. With student housing being new to Pittsburgh, they answered all my questions and were very informative. Im super excited for this complex to open in the Fall!! :)
Cannot say enough great things about this place! The building is second to none as the staff is as well. They have made everything a seamless process and exceed expectations. I am very excited for August to come to be able to see everything finished.
The staff was extremely helpful and patient with me. I was able to get all the information that I needed about the location and felt relieved and excited to find a place that exceeded my expectations. Looking forward for it to be completely finished in August!
Super friendly staff, great amenities, perfect location!
Staff was so friendly and helpful!! Very accommodating and they were all so informative regarding the surrounding area and everything else that what included. Safe, great location! Apartments look really nice and the amenities that come with the place look amazing! Can’t wait to see it when it’s all finished!!
UPDATE: After the Bridges comment wanting to make it up to me, I wanted to update my review to that they did LITERALLY NOTHING. They refused to look at my photos proving that I didnt do the damage. They said because I signed an as-is agreement, I would become financially responsible for all existing damages. They also sent me the average for painting costs - NOT WHAT MY UNIT ACTUALLY COST, and said I would be sent to collections if I didnt pay by the end of the month. Every other management company would treat that as that they wouldnt do cleaning & their own inspection, not to hand off the bill. Super shady business practice. Moving is expensive anyway, so its great to be given a $600 unexpected bill :) Even though Bridge has good reviews, look up their parent company, Cardinal Group Management, and you will see my experience is unfortunately not unique.ORIGINAL: This is a great concept for a building, but if you live here, be prepared for poor construction and to be nickel-and-dimed upon move-out. If you scroll through the 5-star reviews, be mindful that many of them are written by people who have not yet moved in for giftcards. I would not recommend living here unless money is not a concern for you.I recently graduated from another university and relocated to Pittsburgh in May for work. I took over 2 months of a Pitt student’s lease while I searched for a more long-term rental. When I was going through the re-let process, I was informed that I would be taking the unit as-is and that I would be held responsible for damages in the unit at the end of the term. There was NO option to do a move-in checklist and note previous damages, which was strange as the rental company was involved with re-letting. I am now stuck with a bill of nearly $600 for damages, many of which were present when I moved in. Some of these “damages” are things that should not have occurred due to poor construction. Command strips ripped off the paint and left holes in the drywall, which was obviously not the intention and what using them is supposed to prevent. This made up almost $400 in damages, of which is due to poor construction (which were present upon move in and I have pics). This should not have happened in a building that was ONE YEAR OLD. Also, let it be noted that per the lease charges for damages and what I was billed for, the touch up paint cost almost double what it should have! I was also charged for them to clean my bathroom and carpets – even though I vacuumed and deep cleaned the entire bathroom before leaving! I have never dealt with a landlord that does not take it as THEIR responsibility to clean between residents anyway. Due to COVID, Forbes should have planned on this anyway as a safety measure! Just because a room looks clean doesn’t mean it is, especially when a building is primarily students. With coronavirus, management closed all amenities, which was responsible. HOWEVER, the money they saved by not upkeeping amenities should have been used to sanitize rooms after leaving. This is even more shameful after not giving residents ANY discount despite not being able to use many of the amenities for which people signed leases in the first place. For a “luxury” apartment, the bedframe stands are literally made of plastic and I was worried mine would break and shook all the time. Our dishwasher also consistently flooded our floor even after putting in maintenance requests. Our air conditioner unit broke about every 2 weeks which resulted in maintenance requests (they did solve the problem each time, but this shouldn’t be a frequent issue in the first place!). Outside noise was frequent from the hospitals/ambulances, and I’m surprised they didn’t put in more soundproofing given that and the courtyard that faces many bedrooms. Utility bills are super high too. While this might not be the management’s fault, someone is often illegally parked at the entrance of the garage, creating quite a blind spot when trying to get out onto Forbes which I’m actually surprised hasn’t caused an accident (to my knowledge at least).
This is an amazing apartment building. The staff are very friendly and the amenities are really nice. There is a security guard on busy nights which is reassuring.
The Bridge on Forbes really is exactly where you need to be. The building is brand new, the location is great and the amenities are awesome! Though the building isn’t complete just yet, the friendly and knowledgeable staff really helped paint a picture of the future home away from home! Next month can’t come soon enough.
The Bridge on Forbes is a very warm and welcoming place. The staff are so nice and friendly. They answered all my questions very professionally. My favorite part about The Bridge on Forbes is that it seems very secure. If you are in the area, I definitely recommend checking them out!
BOF is an awesome place to live. Very safe and well kept. The receptionist are extremely helpful
I lived in the bridge on Forbes this past year. The apartment was nice, and so were the amenities. There is no doubt that this is luxury apartment living. However, the management was less than easy to work with. Being a new building, it took time for the staff to adjust and for the building to begin to run smoothly. After a few months, many of the original staff left. The new staff were not much older than the students living there. The employees that were hired to represent the BOF were not knowledgeable about the rules and practices of the building, often leaving us misinformed and frustrated— especially around move in and move out. Sometimes, the staff would be helpful. However, most times, they were not understanding, rude, and snarky. The management was non-responsive to many of our emails and concerns. Many of the email blasts were unclear, leaving room for much miscommunication and confusion. It was incredibly difficult to understand protocol and what was expected of the residents. It was just plainly difficult to work with this poor management. Many of the students were quite wild on the weekends and not under control. There would constantly be smells of weed, and quite frequently vomit on the carpets and in the elevator. It was very loud late at night during the week. This was very unpleasant. I wish the staff and management had enforced the rules across the board . There was no accountability for these residents.I understand many of the residents are college students (as am I). However this was beyond the expected behavior of college students. It really was not pleasant. I am not sure if the inflated rent of this living was worth the poor service and unprofessional staff/ management. I am happy to not review my lease.I have no doubt that the 5 star reviews left are honest and reflect others experiences. However, I do know that the staff incentivizes leaving a good review with gift cards and other prizes. Keep that in mind when reading the reviews.
Cant wait to see the new building when it opens! They have an awesome assistant property manager Michelle turcan. She is so friendly and was always willing to help answer all of my questions without any issues.
A great place to live! Amenities are readily available, and maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner. The staff is welcoming and friendly as well.
Staff was super helpful and made move in a lot less stressful!
I attended the open house at The Bridge on Forbes and talked to Carly. She was very informative and friendly! I also talked to a few residents who were very honest and willing to share their experiences.
A swanky apartment building on Forbes Ave that houses majorly students and student athletes from the University of Pittsburgh. Has a modern-industrial style to it with exposed ceilings and piping. Not really my style personally, but its consistent which is good. Central air & heating works great. Appliance overall work pretty well. Has a good lounge & good study areas. Gym is awesome. Its a good size and it never gets overly crowded. Close to all the happenings on Forbes ave but not right in the middle of it, which is better for the street noise issue. You do hear ambulances alot since youre surrounded my hospitals on all sides but that didnt bother me. The biggest noise issue came along with living right against one of the outside lounge areas. It gets VERY loud on weekends and on many weekday nights (weather permitting, so this doesnt really happen in the winter). About half of the units face one of the two outside lounges. They are timely with most maintenance issues. However there were some major issues we had that they did not act timely on at all. We were without a dryer for a month (thank God for the patio) and had a fruit fly infestation for weeks, which they didnt actually do anything about and my roomates and I were left to deal with it. As a student the resident activities and free food was awesome. The athletes are rowdy since most of them are underclassmen. Furniture is simple which makes the place look clean and anyway you decorate matches. Beds are AMAZING. So large & comfy. Lots of room for under the bed storage too. Seeing a dog here & there is fun. Coffee bars are amazing. The staff could do slightly better at filling them when they are in service but overall not terrible. TV works very well. Wifi can be spotty, often does not compat with Zoom. Electric bills are unusually high. Does not have a homey feel whatsoever.Covid stuff: they kept the building clean and closed the gyms and lounges which is good. When sports teams move in all the university people wear masks which is good. The act of taking precautions get 5 stars.Overall not a bad place, rent is pricey (super pricey when you cant use the amenities). If youre more about the simple things in life, which I have grown to be while living here,, this place is not for you & not worth the rent. Its not the coziest place. But its sustaining. It was a nice place to live amidst the pandemic.
This is a great place to live, it is very close to campus for Pitt student. Nice upscale apartments with several amenities!
Nobody answers the phones. Never an employee to be found and getting information or help in-regards to your apartment is extremely difficult. If you have any issues or concerns prepare to wait and be frustrated for a very long time. As it is a struggle to get anyone to answers your questions or concerns. Very poorly managed.
The Bridge On Forbes is a very warming and welcoming place. The people who work there are very professional. Everyone is so nice and friendly. To be honest, if you are in the area I definitely recommend checking them out.
Best place to live in Oakland! Moved in about a month ago— friendly staff, great amenities, and fun apartment wide events. Highly recommend.
I cant wait to live at The Bridge on Forbes! Everyone is so helpful and always answers all of my questions. They give away the coolest stuff, and their location is killer! August cant get here fast enough!!
Great location, and staff is helpful. Really love that every unit is furnished. Thanks so much!!! 10/10 if i could :)
I have lived at the Bridge on Forbes since its opening in the fall of 2019. My overall stay thus far has been very pleasant. Although I experienced a unique construction issue, the staff was very flexible through their quick and generous resolution of my concerns. I plan to continue living there and I highly recommend the Bridge on Forbes to students seeking excellent off campus living accommodations.
I love living here 10/10 would recommend it. Great staff beautiful building :)
Super nice layout with really great furniture included in the rent! Parking is covered which is great and the amenities are really nice for students
Great staff who are super helpful. They make everyone feel at home and I am super excited to live here! They really have your best interest in mind. Fantastic apartments in a great place in the city.
Really great apartment complex! The staff is amazing and was really easy to work with. Also, really great location, I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking in the Oakland area.
The Bridge on Forbes Apartments are beautiful! Anyone would be lucky to live there. They have such friendly and accommodating staff, it really feels like such a welcoming community!
Caitlin, Neil, and Frenchie are always so kind and helpful end so is the maintenance team. I appreciate everything they do in managing the building!
Loved talking to the friendly staff. Really positive outlook and answered all my questions! Can’t wait to see the final complex.
Incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional staff. They are unwilling to assist with anything that does not fit their ideas. Be prepared to have a lease generated for a floor plan that you did not request, and be given a deadline of the same day to sign the lease. Incredibly disappointing service.
