My husband and I lived here for the last 4 years. While forest hills isn’t the most exciting area, the apartment had everything we needed. Apartments were renovated with new kitchen appliances/wash dryer/toilets. Pool and fitness center were adequate. Best maintenance I’ve had with an apartment. Felt very safe in the building and surrounding neighborhood. While you might have to walk a minute or two, there is always parking which was a huge plus if you get back late. The main issue we had toward the end of our lease was smoke coming through the vents from neighbors. Overall positive experience and recommend this apartment.

Great living experience, management is polite and the maintenance team is amazing. The rent is also very low considering that you have all these amenities and very close access to I376

A good place to live - washer and dryer in-unit, cats allowed. Easy access to the highway and bus system straight to downtown Pittsburgh, makes for an easy commute while having access to beautiful parks and neighborhoods in Forest Hills.

Moving has to be one of the most stressful tasks anyone will encounter, let alone moving to a different state. So, needless to say I was very skeptical of the apartments I viewed online while conducting my apartment search. Finally I came across the Bryn Mawr apartments which seemed to fit the bill. The Bryn Mawr had everything I was looking for. A good size 2 bedroom with a washer/dryer and even accepted cats. I decided to a take a chance and send in my application without even viewing the apartment, and I was not disappointed. From the moment I picked up my keys, the Bryn Mawr has always managed to exceed my expectations. Upon moving in, I entered my new apartment, and was surprised by the beautiful view, new stack-able front-load washer/dryer and remodeled kitchen! Not only was the apartment exceptional but the maintenance staff was top notch as well. Anytime I had an issue with my apartment, the maintenance professional always came the same day to fix it. Kristin the Property Manager was always friendly and pointed out the best places in town for entertainment and shopping. It was a perfect place for my partner and I.The apartment was only 20 minutes from his school and walking distance to my job. By far the best part about living at the Bryn Mawr was I never felt like I had to leave home, with the swimming pool and fitness center they really had everything.I highly recommend the Bryn Mawr to anyone looking for an affordable home with a prompt and professional staff.

I moved in the middle of November. The apt is lovely with all the amenities one could want or need. The problem is the parking!! Im handicapped and there are just not enough spaces let alone handicap spaces. I dont like to leave my apt in the evening because I know I wont be able to park anywhere close to the building. Iwould have to park down the hill behind the garage and walk up the hill which is scary when youre alone and a long walk for someone who has difficulty walking. I asked about a place in the garage so at least I would be guaranteed a spot, but they give them to the 2 bedrooms first and if youre on the waiting list and someone moves into a two bedroom they automatically get the spot. Doesnt matter if youre on the wait list; you get bumped. Good luck if work a late shift!! Its the main reason I have to find someplace else.
