This place is so awesome. Have been to other Waxing chains in the past and can not compare to here. The cereologists are all very nice and welcoming, real people who don’t judge you at all. Services are fast and easy. Great prices especially on the monthly plan for the service so you never have to worry. Nice mobile app to book appointments but in general just the people that work here make it special and friendly.

I went to the phx location about 5.5 weeks ago and I had Paige! Absolutely adored her! She made me feel so comfortable!! She was so friendly and engaged in conversation. She made the waxing process as painless as possible (and it was my first time being waxed). Front office staff so nice and so clean!! offered water too. HIGHLY recommend (:

Finding someone you can trust with your eyebrows is no small thing. In fact, Id never experienced that before I started coming here. I get my eyebrows done by Paige. I trust her so much I barely even want to look in the mirror when shes done because I already know what my eyebrows are going to look like, perfect.

I see Nadia monthly for my brows. She has been able to give me the look I want without hurting me. I also like the brow and eyelash tinting they have available! I also love the fact they use hard wax, as it is better for my sensitive skin, and doesnt cause me to break out after!

It was my first time getting waxed professionally.... I did a bikini an underarm wax. Ive always done them at home with no problems or issues. Getting it done here was alright, they were professional, kind an made me feel comfortable. Although, I broke out with acne everywhere i was wax.... Bad!!!! It looked like white cystic acne. Under my pits an bikini area. the worst place to have it a break out. It was so painful to walk or sit for a couple of weeks. So I never went back, i googled an it said It a due to the wax being dirty because they could have been double dipping or not changing out the wax enough. So I never went back. I went to get sugar waxed instead an it was 100% better, never got a pimple on my vag. Thank god!

Awesome place for a wax. Some how waxes here are less painful - in my experience. Exceptionally clean facility and a very professional, friendly staff.

Good experience just a lot longer for a Brazilian wax than I’m used to because they do such small strips. They do things slightly different than many places I’ve been in the past. It’s expensive, but did a good job.
