Long time fan of this location. Immaculately clean and careful with sanitation. Start is friendly and Ive never had to wait long. Waders are nice and Ive had a great result everytime.

It’s devastating if she books up when I need her because she is THE best!! I always have peace of mind when I leave that the waxing was done meticulously. Used this wax center several times and I always ask for Miranda Carroll. She is super professional, gentle with my sensitive skin and has a great personality. Very efficient as well. I have been going to European wax for 4 years and specifically picked this location to follow my favorite waxer Miranda C. I’ve only seen her for four years and for good reason. She’s professional, makes me feelComfortable, always on time, and never lets me leave looking any less than flawless. She’s the best and I recommend her to all of my friends! Everyone who works at this location goes above and beyond for their customers! I had been a regular customer for years and my usual waxer no longer worked at the desert ridge location. I booked an appointment at this location and got my eyebrows waxed, but wasn’t loving the shape/thickness. The front desk girls and the manager were so kind and said they were going to book me for a touch up at no cost. Elizabeth saved the day and my brows by making them perfect. I was treated with kindness and compassion and I have so much respect for the staff. If you are in need of a fabulous waxer and staff who you can trust, I highly recommend booking yourself an appointment!

What I loved most was her attention to detail. She told me she wanted to make sure *all* the hair was removed, and she did just that. This location is fantastic. The front office staff are patient, friendly, and polite. Set up is good. Ask for Miranda, she is literally the best! She is very fast (trust me you want fast), efficient & thorough; never misses any patches. Great job with brows and Brazilians. Good listener, but does not waste your time with senseless discussion if youre not much of a talker.

I love this European Wax Center! Tucked away in the corner in the Tatum/Shea shopping center, it’s a cute little shop that feels more like its family-owned than part of a national chain. The girls who work at reception are so lovely and friendly, and really make an effort to remember the clients who come in there.I see Rachel for my services, who I absolutely adore! She is fun and loves to chat during my appointment. She is also incredibly professional, talented, and remembers what her clients like. I went in to European Wax centers and finally took the plunge to get a brazillian wax. Rachel is an absolute expert with technique and efficiency. I never understood or believed that their special wax blend makes the experience less painful, but honestly its true. Im happy to say Im now a regular client!

I would give them a negative 5 star if I could but that would not be fair to the other ladies at the back. I would not come here if there are other options. Stick to the one in Scottsdale Rd or Ahwatukee. Costumer service is the absolute worst from front desk when compared to other European Wax Centers.

I came here 20 mins before closing and a girl behind the door locks the door while talking on the phone. I knock and she says we are closed, so I left. This was my first and last time there. Poor customer service. If you close earlier than what is displayed on your sign, have the decency to explain why.

Great service with two girls I’ve had so far. Price is really inexpensive compared to some of the nail places that charge the same but way less precision and detail with those.
