I’ve been consistently getting waxed here for about 3 months now and love it! The front desk is welcoming and competent. My technician Alexis, always makes me feel comfortable with light and fun conversation. She makes sure the process is quick, painless and of good quality! I had to get a membership! And the great thing about the membership is you can text them to change or cancel your appointment, or request to skip a month if it’s not needed at no charge.

My experience has been nothing but exceptional. I love my technician Angelic she is the best and very professional, she makes me feel super comfortable. I have already recommend a couple people which are already happy customers. I need to also add they have exceptional customer service.

The staff is friendly and the aestheticians professional. Getting in touch with a person is a different story. When you call the salon, the automated system informs you they only communicate with you via text message, and the call ends. You receive an automated message after that, and all communication is via text message moving forward. The problem is that they dont always respond promptly, and text messaging isnt always an option for everyone, nor should it be the way to communicate with paying customers (and members). Ive brought this up to the management team, and I got the we are a small business and operate on limited staff, yet there are always two receptionists in an empty waiting room. I once tried calling to inform them I would be 5 minutes late (my service only takes 10 minutes and usually block 15 minutes). I couldnt get a hold of anyone, and when I arrived, I found out the receptionist had given my appointment to the client after me because I was late 4 minutes. No one called to make sure I was still showing up, and my appointment was confirmed via the sent email reminder. Annoying!

Great service from the girls. They should order more product. Every time I go here they recommend to me a product that they never have and couldn’t point me in the direction of anything that would work similar. Now I’m not bashing the employees because they are great I just want the product.

I personally would like to get undressed privately and wipe down my intimate areas myself. Another thing was that she quickly went through the Brazilian wax which left me unsatisfied with the results when I got home. Was super friendly, but more attention to detail I suggest

I go to Catherine who does my Brazilian wax and I let her use the wax based off what she thought would benefit me. She was great and talkative and made my feel so comfortable and answered and questions I may have had. She is my go to person.. highly recommend.

This place is awesome. I went in, never, ever, having been waxed and didn’t know what to expect. From being greeted at the door to being told what the process is everyone was super friendly and nice. My esthetician was Angelique and she’s a pro. I went in for a Brazilian wax and I glad I did. Don’t get me wrong, I was terrified but Angelique was awesome getting me comfortable. Talking to me the entire time and advising me of when to breath to ease some of the uncomfortable parts. To be perfectly honest, most of the time it’s not bad at all. There was 1 maybe 2 spot that was more sensitive but she was patient and helped eased me through the entire process.I was well taken care of an in an out quickly. She didn’t rush and did a through job. I am extremely happy with the results and the entire process. I would recommend it to anyone, especially any man, who is interested or even curious about it.I’ll admit I was scared and nervous at first and probably look terrified walking through the door but you’ve got nothing to worry about and only good things to look forward to!Highly recommend!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I rarely write reviews but I feel like I have to. I went here almost two months ago. I left with open wounds and bruising and two months later I have patches of hair that still havent grown back so everything is super uneven. I have no medical issues, I take no medications, theres no reason for me to have experienced this other than professional error. I have been waxed dozens of times now and this has never happened before. This wax hurt way more than even my first ever wax, to the point that we took a short break half way through for me to relax a bit. It was the worst waxing experience of my life and nobody will talk to me about it because all you can do is text them???? Ridiculous. I’m literally maimed. DO NOT GO HERE.

Love this place! I’ve been going to Angelique for about a year now. She’s super nice & funny! And even under such intimate circumstances(lol), she always creates a comfortable, laidback but professional setting. And she’s FAST! From walk in to check out is usually about 20 minutes! I’ve tried other brand salons, and no shade, but they just haven’t compared! I will definitely keep coming back!

I went in for underarm and half leg sugaring. I’d gone previously with a different aesthetician but there was a scheduling issue so I had my appointmentment with Alexis. I don’t know what kind of sugar wizard she is, but it blew my other sugarings out of the water. Super fast, no broken or left behind hairs…very awesome.

I had my lashes done. Many fell out the next day, despite following the instructions. I will give it another chance but am disappointed. I have done this before and normally they stay on a few weeks. There are sizable gaps in my lashes and it doesn’t look very good.

My first appointment was with Lexi and she was amazing. I was really nervous but she made me feel really comfortable. Her technic and professionalism made the overall experience comfortable and as painless as possible. Awful experience. The customer service with booking the appointment was horrible. Then, arriving early for my appointment they still made me wait quite a while and even took walk-ins before me! The actual woman who did my wax was phenomenal. But then afterwards the women at the front desk were incredibly rude and EXTREMELY pushy about buying their membership. They got visibly irritated when I declined. On top of that, i had bought two groupons and they refused to accept the second one yet still tried to get my code so I couldnt even trade it in or get my money back on Groupon. Definitely a huge scam with the groupon. I love my waxer but will never be returning because of all the other women. Made me extremely uncomfortable and I would recommend others to stay away. This was by far the worst establishment I have been to and Ive been getting waxed for almost 8 years now.

I went in for a Brazilian wax for the first time. Receptionist was very friendly. Lobby, bathroom and private room all clean. Nicole attended me, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I truly felt valued and enjoy their membership deals. Will return and would recommend!

This location has poorly handled my concerns. I called for an entire week to reschedule my appt and I never got assistance. I then went into the location and they still failed to provide me with any help. I asked to cancel my membership and received no reassurance of that! Super disappointed

I signed up for membership, I got Brazilian and intimate lightening(do not recommend if you have sensitive skin) the waxing was quick and nearly painless, get the exfoliating gloves absolutely worth it. Highly recommend Rocio 😊

My appointment was with Angelique. She was amazing! She educated me on sugar waxing which was great. I was in and out within 30-40 minutes. Thats record timing from what Im use to back home. Im from Chicago. Finding another waxing professional here in AZ that cares about my VJay as much a I do was important. So glad I found Sugar Me Wax and Angelique. Sugar Me Wax was my first waxing/sugaring experience, and I was pretty nervous! Cat did an excellent job, the whole location is incredibly professional and friendly, and now I am enjoying the results!

I went in to do a sugar Brazilian and underarms with the esthetician versacio. When I left a few hours later I had a burning sensation and burn scabs on my lower Brazilian area. I eventually had to visit my doctor to get a prescription to treat the area in which they also stated that the esthetician was at fault. The area gotten better due to the prescription but there’s still some discoloration and I contacted the office multiple times to report the esthetician but the manager (also stated that the esthetician didn’t do the wax properly) tried to deflect the situation by offering a complimentary wax and lightening cream when I stated I wanted to report the esthetician. I won’t be going here ever again and I will be reporting this location to the bbb.org.

I routinely get brazialian waxes. This was my first time at this establishment. I went home with small patches of hair and welts on my skin. I’ve never in my 15 plus years of waxing have had this. I would not recommend this place. They need to educate their staff on how to properly wax.

I just moved to the Phoenix area and came across Sugar Me Wax when looking for a new place to wax my eyebrows. For the price and the experience of certain aestheticians, I think you can receive better treatment somewhere else. I have super fine facial hair and found my waxing to be relatively unsuccessful after 2 attempts (I had to go back a second time after the first aesthetician literally picked up no hair; they also offered no type of discount or compensation for the inconvenience). I also feel the services are rushed, since they are kept to strict appointment times.

Have been now for 2 brazilian sugar waxes with Angelique and have had a great experience both times. Ive never done a wax before and Angelique made the experience so easy and comfortable. Im not going to lie the first time is a little painful but my second time was so much better and worth it. I even signed up for a membership after my 1st visit. Highly recommend Angelique and Sugar Me Wax.

Kindness through my first bikini wax, they were professional, explained everything well and ahead of time offered me numbing cream. Be aware if you want the numbing cream it takes around 40 min for it to kick in. Post procedure they made sure everything was cooled and feeling better. Great overall!

I booked my first Brazilian here with Nicole and she was super nice and funny and also caring. This was only my second experience getting a Brazilian wax and this one hurt more than the first one I got at Urban Wax. They also do not wax the cheeks during the Brazilian - which surprised me because at Urban Wax they did. However, Nicole tries to make you feel as comfortable as possible and I would recommend her!

The staff here are courteous professional and fast. Facilities are clean and pleasant, and almost never a wait for your appointment. Very flexible hours make this place super convenient.

I drove 43 minutes away because i thought a deal i had was at the Peoria location, i didn’t want to cancel and thought the drive would be nice for me. i ended up deciding to drive those miles every time to see Ramona. From the second she greeted me she had an awesome personality, had a nice conversation, and was very helpful with tips and aftercare. the wax job itself was great and wasn’t uncomfortable at all. I highly recommend booking with Ramona if you can. You won’t be disappointed.

Besides the poor customer service the estheticians are wonderful. You really need to do better with your texting communications. This taking no calls and only communicating via text is very cumbersome. Having 2-3 different numbers texting you is very bothersome. If Im dealing with one facility that is whom I want to deal with. Getting Are you still there? messages after getting one response is bothersome. Then having a price change in membership with any notification is very disturbing. You need to improve this.

Had an appointment with Ramona who didn’t want to give me a Brazilian because SOME hairs were “too short” and I didn’t mind it at all if it wasn’t perfectly smooth but she did not want to do it even if I paid for it & made me reschedule and leave. My 21st birthday was that same weekend so I wanted it done. I went to European Wax Center RIGHT after leaving Sugar Me Wax & they told me the same thing but still did it & left it smooth enough which I was extremely happy with!! I recommend European Wax Center instead, they have the best customer service & they LISTEN.

Nico is amazing. She is skilled at her craft and always makes you feel at ease - shes good at distracting you from the waxing! I love the new location as well. Great atmosphere. I got the enzyme treatment for ingrowns in addition to the sugar and I am super happy I did. My skin feels so soft! The membership program makes the treatments super affordable too.

I love Sugar Me Wax. If youve never been sugared, you HAVE to try it. Totally different experience than waxing, and its all natural too. Layne is fantastic at what she does and she makes the time fly by because shes so fun to talk to! I felt so comfortable with her, which is really important to find in a waxing tech.
