Carmen is a very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. She has lots of experience. Her schedule is very flexible and she tries her best to work with your schedule. Her office is clean and sanitary. No matter where you go laser hair removal can cause some discomfort, in some areas more than others, so keep that in mind. Carmen works at your speed, depending on your pain tolerance she may have you do a little at a time. She is there to help you and friendly. If you have any questions or concerns, just ask her. I just had my brows microbladed by Maria at CNT and all I can say is WOW! Shes a perfectionist and has a way of making it pain free. I walked out of their with PERFECT eyebrows!! I cant recommend her enough. She also does my lashes and theyre perfection every time. Shes the absolute BEST!!?

Loved my experience :) In fact, I had a better customer service experience here than at some of the pristine spas. Carmen did an excellent job. Each time I go, I leave gently blissed out, and my face glows the next day. The place is clean and the front staff of the salon are always very nice and accommodating. Very satisfied with my experience today. I text Carmen and she responded in a very timely manner. Was able to get an appointment within an hour to meet her and consult with her about lazer hair removal. Shes very informative and was understanding of various needs. Shes not pushy and has a wonderful outgoing personality. Her work was very precise and I have experienced GREAT results!! Her lazer is stronger than most places that I have been to but she was excellent in keeping it comfortable while still getting the job done. Ill definitely be going back as soon as its time. So, if your looking for someone thats really going to meet your needs then I highly suggest you call/text and put yourself on the books.

Carmen is amazing. She is the most knowledgeable skincare professional Ive ever met. I rarely write reviews, but she deserves it. Ive been seeing Carmen for several months for waxing services. Ive also purchased PCA skincare products from her, and today I had a facial. I have specific issues (like melasma, hormonal skin, etc.) and Carmen knows exactly what to use and what to recommend. She knows much more than my dermatologist (who prescribed Retin-A but didnt tell me not to wax while using the medication--thus, the melasma). Carmen wont sell me products if she thinks I dont need them, and her rates are unbelievably low. Ive seen many specialists since moving to AZ, but Carmen is by far the best. I trust her implicitly, and highly recommend her services.
