The tow driver was very nice and had great customer service. The person I talked to on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely use them again. Check out their Auto auctions, I purchased the vehicle from them and got it cheap

It’s hard for me to give this place a good review when I had to give them so much money...My car was impounded for 9 days and the total was 550$. That is an absurd amount! The one and ONLY reason I give them 4 stars is the service to get the vehicle out was uncanny! Once I scraped up the ransom, they made getting the vehicle back a breeze. Show up, show some verification, pay the denote, and here comes your car. So Western Towing, I would give those nice ladies at the front a raise. Without them your business wouldn’t have much good going for it AT ALL!

Charged for days they are closed ( weekends/holidays). The only reason I even gave them any stars was because Joanna stood out from the others with professionalism and patience.

Said they didnt lose my keys when the insurance company tow driver has notes the keys never came with the car. Their response was essentially the car left our yard not our problem didnt even so much as look for them. Worst tow company in the valleyUpdate: the found the keys but still definitely not their fault. The tow truck driver picking it up from them should of known to ask for a key and that the key wasnt supposed to be with it, even though before they had the key at their lot it was definitely in the car. Also, theyd never admit this but they ripped my back bumper off. Worst tow company in the Valley of the SunTheir drivers are also thieves. I couldnt fit everything in my car in my backpack and all the remaining valuables in my car were gone. Western towing is criminal

Vehicle was towed after an accident. Went to claim property. They sent someone back 3 times to get they registration said they couldnt find it. Finally got them to check again and a young man by the name of Matt i believe found it. 1 hour wasted waiting around because they didnt do the task at had right the first time. Hey what does it matter to them its not their time their wasting!

We had to wait a long time outside, as they have no indoor facilities. They lost the paperwork, and had to restart everything from the beginning. Its also hard to find and their signage sucks.

Worst towing company ever. I called monday at 8am to have my semi towed from 50 miles north of wickenburg to be towed to empire in phoenix. They said 3-4 hrs bev8all rigs were out on calls. I called back at 2pm to see where they are they said still working on it. 😆 i said your not on your way yet? Nope so i said can you come at 4am so i can be at shop at 7am when they open sure np appointment is set for 4am. Well here it it tues at 9am i call and they said they cant do it all 3 trucks are down. What a bunch of liars. Only use them if you wanta be lied to and wait and never show up

I did not appreciate their towing our car to an impound lot, across town when our house was only 300 yards from the point of break down, at the most.

Lost my keys. Told me no the keys are in your car we didnt lose your keys. You lost your keys. Turns out western towing had the keys. I show up obviously mad from this rabbit chase they caused but wont take responsibility for. Then the manager says they should have asked for the keys when the other yard picked ot up. So are we supposed to expect theyre always in the car no matter what or that we have to ask? Habe some congruency

They had no accommodations for the disabled and refused to provide a seat or any help for the disabled without being nasty. Not even a drinking fountain. Had to beg for a ride to my vehicle in the very back, because they wouldnt let me drive there. One boy was very kind and gave me water after I collapsed and everyone else did not care! I only got through it because of the other customers helping me!

Its too bad you can not give 0 stars. These people are criminals who take advantage of people in their dificulty. They charged my son over $800 and had him sign over his title, only to find out latter they are supposed to take title in lieu of fees. In the one hour I was there I saw 3 other people mystified at their treachery and heartlessness.

Very unprofessional service. The young girl sitting on the right did not know what she was doing. Gave misleading information. Caused me a headache, 2 hours off of work, unnecessary money WASTED and still had the audacity to lie to my face when i was telling the lady to the left what she (on the right) had told me on my previous visit. Lady on the left tried to mend things for me which I appreciate, but that girl to the right could not apologize. Not sure how she even has a job there with that ugly attitude. Those long half way glued on eyelashes probably were keeping you from concentrating on your customer service.

The driver was prompt and prepared and I didnt have a very long wait good experience overall Ive used them several times in the last couple years for different vehicles

Just saw their driver push a car out of a lane not once but twice. Truck number 58 at 12:50 heading west on 10, 2 miles before the 17 interchange. Good thing the car waa was watching or it would have been bad.

This place I can consider not very trustworthy because I myself had a couple of expensive items stolen out of my mother car and that company refused to refund me the Items or compensate me for the Items that were stolen. I my world you have a job to do and be professional about it not to take things from other people that does not belong to you, so they Do Not deserve any ratings at all but I will give them a (1) for the towing of my mothers car.

I called and asked if i can get my keys because i was in an accident and wasnt able to get my things out. my house key was on my car key and i gave them my ID and title this girl named Destiny gave me so much attitude and told me i couldnt get my things with an awful attitude asking me if i wanted to do her job. I asked her to write down her name and supervisor name she told me to come back Monday. After everything i just went through being the victim in an unfortunate event i thought this would be the easiest thing. All i want is to go home and change clothes but im made to wait all weekend til the next business day. Unbelievable, if i could rate it lower i would.

If there business had a sister company in New York I would proudly refer and use them for all my towing needs! They helped a grieving family in need when we had no one else to turn too, its sad to see alot of negative responses if I could give a million stars then that would be the bare minimum, Thank you Mike, Thank you Western Towing

Mike, Alex, and Justin were awesome! At 10:00PM on a Friday on the way back from the lake my boat trailer axle failed. The guys from Western Towing worked with me and BoatUS to get my 28 boat and trailer back safely. My trailer is wide and awkward and the boat is heavy; but these guys were careful with my boat, they listened to my questions and concerns, and knew what they were doing. Above all they were professional and attentive - even though this was all going on in the middle of the night.The officer from Peoria PD that stopped to assist suggested that I call Western because of his experience with Western. I told him thats who was coming and he said good, they know their business.I suggest good towing insurance and ask for Western, you wont be disappointed.

Rudest people I have ever met. Towed my car because it was parked “illegally” but I have pictures to prove I was right. I asked questions to why my car was being towed and the owner said to his colleague “she walks and talk like she owns this place.” I have never Been talked down to ever In my life. I hope these people never tow anyone’s car and have them go through this. They are such a rip off as well, trying to get as much money as they can because they are scammers.

I have never had a problem until today with Western. They have saved me several times but this time I was driving along and one of their trucks, had/has rocks and dirt type of debris on the flat bed, threw a rock and broke my windshield! When say broke... I mean a huge crack! Not just a little crack, one that if I got pulled over it would get me a citation!! I dont know what their policy is but I would think if they dropped a load and then their bed was dirty they would at least sweep it off to avoid throwing it at passing vehicles. Dont try to call, they may answer but will pass you to dispatch then on to whomever they can so they dont have to deal with the issue.

When I called to get a status on a car that was impounded I was put on hold for a solid 10 minutes so I hung up and called again. I was put on hold for another solid 6 minutes and a woman finally answered very rudely and as I was looking for my vin number she started talking in the back gossiping & then started talking in Spanish, I speak Spanish so I still hear and understand everything she is saying very unprofessional of her to do. All of a sudden she put me on hold right as I was about to tell her my vin number and then she hung up on me. I had to call back AGAIN and the gentleman that was in charge finally helped me, nicer than the woman. I did let him know he should advise his employees to basically get it together. Only reason Im giving this place a 2 is because the supervisor apologized and was kind.

Went to the fair this year .parked across the street it was legal to park there these guy s basicley stold my truck thin I had to pay $280.00 to get it out of inpound the police and wester towing can go suck a;=^¥¥€ dont dell with these guys there no good rip off......

They took my tv after two days of being in there for two days there managers a dick head. There works rob you blind and the managers and owners are ok with this so dont use these guys and take out all valuable once towed or it will be stolen.

Very slow process Police Dept reported that they picked up our vehicle at 8:45am wasnt able to retrieve truck until after 4pm took insurance company calling worker said he was at 51st Ave and Lower Buckeye but it took a hour to get to yard sit in parking lot 2 hours waiting for truck to be processed when truck was found around the corner from our house

I was stupid and desperate enough to buy a car from Craigslist. Being a new mom I needed it badly. Had the car for a month and a half, only to find out it had a blown head gasket I paid $2800 for it and it left me on the side of the freeway with my son. I had to junk the car, it was devastating. Not to mention 2 days after I bought it the battery died. Lol. dont deal with them, save yourself the headache and money.

They couldve took the motorcycle right to our house, but instead they took it to there lot so they can charge us more money for storage. It would cost less for the truck to tow it the 5 blocks to my home. After many storages days we got them to release it to me and they had issues using there own equipment. So that added another ëxpence to me! They did do a good job after everything and them Towing to My) home (which shouldve been done in the first place! And they totally forgot to give û the keys back. not good business practices porto have incompetent employees. Do what ís right for your customers, in the long run it will Benefit the whole company.

Horrible Customer service would not pick up the phone. Then picked up 10 min before they closed and switched me back and forward whispering loud enough that I could hear them. Then hung up after saying I wouldnt make it in time. Very rude. If your paying never use western towing. They are crooks that hold your vehicle for random. Something need to be done about this . And this is not the first time this has happened from them. Western towing sucks. It was bad enough my car was stolen now held for ransom.

Bought a Porsche from auction only to find out they mis-labled the vehicle as a Carrera 4 when it was not a 4. Of course they didnt mis-lable it as something less expensive...Also when I inspected the vehicle there was no dent on the rear quarter panel, but when it was delivered there was a big assprint size dent. AWESOME!! so when they say buyer beware they mean BUYER BEWARE!! and they installed some crappy ATV battery just to get it started. they dont deserve the 10% buyers premium I paid them.

My mother in law is 82 and they took advantage of her. She wrecked her car and they refused to tow it to the dealer. Then she got things straightened out and they charged her 169.00 for storage fees and she didnt want the car there to begin with and they refuse to release her car.
