I was stranded on the side of the freeway on a Saturday night with cars whizzing by. I tried to go through my insurance and they said it would be 3-4 hours. I searched Google and found MeGa Rescue who came through in 35 minutes,as promised. The driver was very polite and careful with my truck. Plus, his rates were very reasonable. He did not take advantage of a late night rescue. I strongly recommend them and hope to see this business grow.

They towed my vehicle when no other companies would the first time and the second time they charged me half of what I was quoted from another company. If I could give this company a 0 star I would. I had a classic vehicle towed by a driver that dumped motor oil and hydraulic oil all over the place of pick up at my employment where my vehicle broke down due to a fuel system relay with 0 leaks And also leak profusely at my place of residence Upon delivery. Boily substance was all over my vehicle driveway and residential street. About 14 large spots to be exact. I called the company Mega towing to make a complaint about the vehicle dumping oil, The person that answered the phone told me his driver advised him of the oil that was dumped minimally at pick up And the camera on the back of his truck did not show any proof of that. Long story short Person that I was talking to Refuse to send a professional company out to clean up my residence and place of employment And told me that he was not going to be scammed by me. Once I told him I was going to contact American Family Insurance and that I wanted to speak with his supervisor or owner of the company he reverted to him being the owner and that he was the driver that actually came to my residence delivering my vehicle. This person not only lied to me about who he was But also was not the countable in taking responsibility for his equipment failure and admittedly knowing his vehicle was leaking both substances. Do not use this company!This company will be reported To the Better Business Bureau, American Family Insurance, And to my attorney.End result is I am left with large amounts of oily substance clean up at my expense at least for now.

So Slow!!! Scammer! Big liar, and Prices are not fair what so ever. Could find many better, cheaper, friendlier tow truck companies in AZ. I don’t usually write reviews but kazik was so awful I had to warn others.
