The driver was super professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Plus he was an amazing driver, and also courteous in letting me hang out in his truck while he hooked up to my truck.

Barnett’s service was incredible and their price was more than reasonable compared to other towing services I spoke with. Ryan showed up and loaded up my RV and towed it from Douglas to Tucson. He was awesome, professional, and made a very bad situation a little bit better. He took very good care of me and my little dog and got us to Tucson safely and expeditiously. My car broke down near home the night before, Called around 10 places in Phoenix in the morning only 2 picked up, Barnetts was $54 cheaper than the other company and although they were busy that day and told me itd be a few hours (which was no problem) they still showed up about 20 minutes early, called ahead to let me know and the driver Sean was polite, professional quick. Definitely a stress taken off my shoulders.

Stranded on the side of the road on Bloody Basin, I pulled over as my brand new vehicle dropped something from underneath and I had to exit the freeway. Michael came to the rescue, fixed my car and sent me and my two daughters on our way. It was 100 degrees in the desert and 2 hours before my tow truck (a different company) could help me. He helped us out of the kindness of his heart and gave us the ability to get safely back on the road. Money can’t buy the character that Michael possesses! Hands down This is the best towing company in Phoenix area. My truck broke down at the dock while delivering a reefer load and Barnetts were quick to come and pick the rig up. Driver called me and reported that he was not able to remove the hub from my truck and that will not allow him to tow the truck with trailer. Barnetts sent the second truck to pickup my trailer for the price on one truck. This is the first I have seen from a Towing company. Usually towing companies prey on these situations but this company has high integrity. I will recommend them to any one who is in need. Just call them. My trucks fuel pump went out by the Best Buy in Sierra Vista the tow truck driver arrived within 20 minutes of me hanging up on Barnett’s the driver was vary respectful and vary professional he got my truck up on his and hauled it all the way out to my house out by tombstone I highly recommend Barnett’s towing service to anyone stranded.

Never got back to me when I get to pull build very disappointing on the service I waited for someone to call me what size reference plus I had a couple of neighbors were looking I work for Arizona Materials and I was given cards and supposed to be do good work but me and youre not taking care of any kind of customers and dont return to call or messages house waiting for Daniel to call me left several messages and dont return nobodys call so I guess I have to go to somewhere else to get my pool

I am a volunteer driver with Red Cross. The van I drive broke down 60 miles from Tucson Red Cross, after I made a delivery. Mike, with Barnette Towing showed up within a half hour, with a flatbed. Tim with Barnetts was the man! He was able to hook up my Freightliner twice without causing more damage then what was caused by the accident. This place is an absolute scam. They charge you $150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. If it takes less than 2 hours they also track on a return to yard fee. The only fees they inform you of is the hourly rate. My tow was a sprinter van for 7 miles and it cost $475.00. Never ever use this company.P.s. the driver was really nice.... Knowing he was screwing me.

This past Friday evening, I was heading out to meet some friends for dinner. I was driving down Ellsworth and suddenly my car jerked and some hazard lights showed up on the dash. I pulled over into the next side street to take a look. Sure enough, I had blown a tire. Not a flat...but my tire was literally GONE!!! So I pulled out the crow bar and jack and started to put on the spare. While I was just getting started on the jack, a Barnetts tow truck drove by, turned around and pulled up behind me. Raul came out to see if he could help. Immediately and without hesitation, he took over. He was so helpful and had my spare tire on in no time. Im sure it was 10x faster than I wouldve had it completed!!! When I offered to pay him for going out of his way to help me, he refused and said its all about being nice to one other! Broke down in Ahwatukee on a 114 degree day. Barnetts was on site in a little over an hour, hooked up with in 20 mins and had my truck at the shop in far west Glendale all within 2 hours. Chad from Barrnetts was very thorough & professional, if Im ever in that situation again Ill definitely be calling them again.
