3 hours for an oil change is not okay

We sat down with the sales personnel and we came to a good agreement which we thought was fair Phil was a great help great customer service but I can’t say the same thing about the finance personnel when we started doing paper work the monthly payment went up on top of that they wanted to try to get into a 84 month payment. One thing I noticed after we where all done the price of the vehicle was not honored and was increased about 2 thousand. Fiancé person was Tyler. Could have been better experience but it is what it is.
