My husband and I live in an area that is under construction regularly. We have had a bunch of flat tires from nails etc. The men at Sinclair have fixed our tires while we wait, been courteous and generally just a pleasure to deal with. The prices are lower than more and the work is wonderful.

If I could give a ZERO I would! Called at 630pm to ask if they were still open for tire services, guy says uhhhhh probably not.. So I said what does that mean?? Says your open til 8! So your saying it will take over 1hr to put ONE tire on?? Guy says well.. I have stuff to do. Told him they are a bunch of lazy idiots, worst customer service ever!!!

Thank God for honest people! Today I got my Smartcar back from Dennis at Sinclair Gas Station on Camelback and it turns out, not only did my oil leak NOT require a new $386.00 oil pan, it also did NOT require a new $15 drain plug. Apparently, all that was needed to stop my Smartie from leaving her mark everywhere she parked was just a wee bit more torque on her existing drain plug🙊 When I got my oil changed while on vacation at the Firestone in San Diego near Fashion Valley Mall, the mechanics there didnt tighten the drain plug well enough, thus causing the leak😒 They advised me that I immediately get a new oil pan installed before driving back to Phoenix; I didnt listen. I am so thankful for the honest owner of Sinclair on Camelback in Phoenix 🙌🏽 He had a perfect opportunity to take advantage of me, but he chose not to. He couldve told me I needed a new oil pan, pretended to order and install it and charge me over $400 for parts and labor when all the while all that was needed was a tighten screw. Thank you Lord for guiding me to Sinclair on Camelback to have my car looked at!🙏🏽😇 I would recommend this place to family friends and strangers alike.

I been here off and on for three years as a employe. Also been a customer for 10years. Let me tell you my dad Dennis Eaton has been here for 40 plus years and Jerry Howard 35 plus years! They do the efficient and reliable service and any one that feels different plz give names and real incidents date and time of the situation.It will be handled immediatly..! I Never seen a person a complain about any thing. As a matter of fact I and my coworkers get gifts for our services and more for example I got art work pastel painting.or pies gift cards....ect. Maybe Jasmine got the wrong business. Any ways thanks for your time and your business have a smashing day.

Shady gas station. Was charged over a dollar and a half before the gas even started to flow into my car... Feels dishonest.
