I paid $40 for a platinum car wash which included interior detailing and this was a mess! Awful they didn’t clean anything and the back seat was not vacuumed. I want my money back! Would not recommend them.

My car when I picked it up looked amazing on the outside but the inside was another story. The front driver and passenger doors were not wiped down, the back seat was not vacuumed, nor wiped down. The center console still had dirt spots on it. I had a coupon for a free full service car wash. The staff was very polite and friendly but I was disappointed with how the inside looked.

Last few times, the quality of service from this location degraded. I can understand Arizona heat and staff working very hard under this heat. But that should not be an excuse to provide bad service.

The auto service guys are always friendly. They make sure my car gets the services it needs. Always great service. Thanks.

Don’t spend your money here.I paid $100 for a basic wash, vacuum the interior, wipe down the dash and console, and shampoo the seats.They did a good job with the basic wash and shampoo. Here comes the BUT…there were spots all over the console and armrest including a dirt streak that was not there prior. There was still dirt on the passenger side floor mat. This is the 2nd (and last) time this has happened to me at two separate cobblestone locations.I addition to this poor service, someone stole $2 that were sitting in the storage compartment of my console. Thankfully I noticed this before tipping them. Due to lack of effort and professionalism, $2 is more than what they deserve. It’s also the final $2 I’ll ever spend there.

Been a member of Cobblestones monthly program for several years now.I travel past 2 other Cobblestones to get to this one almost everyday. Thats about 40 minutes travel time and it is worth it.This particular location simply does an outstanding job. The employees have pep in their step and just get it done. Never have I ever had to bring anything to their attention. It is always done right the first time.Recently had a flat tire at this location. They did everything they could for me to get it taken care of. Up to and including, taking the tire on and off and getting me to the repair shop and back again.Primo is the manager and he has built an outstanding team that Cobblestone should be proud of.

I’ve been coming to Cobblestone for some time but today’s visit was disappointing. My car came out looking great, as always, but as it is hot, I was waiting inside. There was no announcement ever made that my car was ready. They just left it parked between the detailing kiosk and the gas pumps where it could have been in a collision. I finally got tired of waiting and went to ask and was told it was done. When I inquired why there was no announcement I was simply told they were very busy. Yes, I understand, Sunday afternoons are very busy for car wash places, but that doesn’t mean customer service can take the day off. You should announce that cars are finished in the inside waiting area too as well as trying to flag people down on the patio. Very unprofessional. I bought a booklet of 6 car washes to share with my kids. We will be going to other locations for the remaining visits.

Wow. These clowns jacked their car wash prices up (again) by over $6.00 for everything on the menu. Cmon, how dumb. Raising prices constantly (yeah people notice) without giving folks extra value or services = pure foolishness. I’m a longtime customer - but I’m now done with Cobblestone, who perhaps (in their slovenly corporate greed for profits during a pandemic that has hit many so hard) have forgotten the sad history of the once high flying chain of Danny’s car washes throughout the valley? They used to be #1 - until they werent.You guys aren’t providing high level work - it’s mediocre-adequate at best. Over $31 for a decent wash and quickie wipe/vacuum??? Um, not again. I asked the cashier what was going on. Prices have gone up, she said matter of factly. OK but you guys raised your wash prices across the board by 25% - and given me nothing extra in return. Did you give your staff a 25% raise? Did the cost of water and suds go up by 25%? And the funny thing is that you just raised prices by about 25% a year prior. Greedy.Hey guys - I’m done with you. Your car washes and the high pressure salespeople are passable, but look I’m not helping to crowd fund your sudden over-expansion in Phoenix at every corner of town. Look at all the Cobblestone car washes opening up! Just like the old Danny’s but without the waterfalls & fish aquariums. Yawn. Who is running your marketing department these days?Gosh there are so many less expensive car wash options now in the valley. Many. And I’m not interested in your monthly option thanks. Cheers.

I came in to get my car detailed and tried to schedule an appointment same day since I was leaving for a flight the next day. I couldn’t get in, which is understandable and the guy told me to come in the next day at 7am and will be done WAY before 12. He also said if I go in to do a prepay he will get me 30% off, so I went in to pay for the services for the following morning. The next day I got there before 7 and was the first one. The guy asked me when I need it done by and I told him 11am. He said that won’t be an issue at all. I didn’t receive a call at 11 so I called and they said they’re still working on it and will maybe take another 30. My flight left at 140 so I just went there to get my car. The car was still not done. I had to get my car without the wash, cleaning the mats, windows,etc.I thought I purchased the interior detail which costs $179 on website but I paid $200. The receipt I did the prepaid for says platinum wash for the 39.00 but what I got was basic wash that was $19.00. More than happy to upload receipts . Basically, I got up sold, you actually don’t get any discounts for prepaying, they aren’t timely and they’re clearly worked on some kind of commission.

After they cleaned car I checked interior and the lack of detail to vacuuming under seat was awful I asked Manager for them to do it again and says there hose doesnt fit under seat. Exterior was average. I paid $20+ for nothing. I can do a better job myself for $6 will not return.

I started off with a bad and horrible experience, but I was taken care of at the end.I went in on 6/22/21 it was my only day I had off to drop of my truck to have the interior and exterior detail done (previously bought but finally getting them redeemed) I arrived before opening because I was told previously at this location you cannot make an appointment. I was first in line and everything went as usual. The issue started when I went to redeem my prepaid details and the cashier said I cannot do both. I ask why and she would not give me a reason at first and said I would just have to pick one. I debated with her for a little saying, you mean I have to bring in my truck twice? Once for interior and one for exterior? That doesnt make any sense. I said fine (just finished 12 hour shift) went outside to tell the guys to do only the interior. The guy did not know why I couldnt either and said, she has been here longer then me.I went back in line to pay and I asked her again why I cannot redeem both you guys will have my truck all day anyways? She now says I could only pick one because the prepaid gift cards do not state which service is provided. I said yes they do I had the receipts stapled to them. I tried showing her but she didnt care. She started talking over me Sir, sir you can only pick one. I was over it and just waited for my ride.I called the customer service line on my way home and left a message, asking why are they selling prepaid details if they cannot be used at the same time, that it was a shady practice.I get a call around 1640 from a number and he states his name is Primo and he is the manger of the car wash side and that he received a call from corporate of the issue. He said he took care of it and the truck will be ready. He apologizes for the inconvenience and it should not have been an issue in the first place.I get the truck and it looks soooo good. Alberto the guy that detailed it apologized for the inconvenience as well. I thank them for doing both interior and exterior It would have been a 5-star review if it wasnt for the interaction with the cashier in the morning.

Spent $200 for wash and detail, waited 4 hours. Nice comfy chairs and the staff were friendly. However, the detail wasnt complete- see pic. Didnt clean the sides of the seats (see small stains there) At least they moistened up the dirt so it was easier to clean myself when I got home, but Id hoped for $200 that I wouldnt have to.

I went to go get a car wash and the fat owner yelled at me for not lining up my wheel with the track even though he didn’t help me guide my car very unprofessional and honestly the whole store is just full of rude people. There is no way this store should be 4 stars, they’re just lying to you.

Pay 20$ for unlimited.. my 1st wash here was sub par.. old machine? Or dude that ignored me.. then had to back up go to the next entrance (1st entrance didnt read my barcode)... Must of gave me the most basic wash u have???? Air guns not working as well.. get it together...

Why do you charge for a full service that was not given? I had to point out dirty areas on my truck. The step and door jam were not cleaned.The floor mays were both cleaned properly.Never again

I was Offered unlimited express car wash for $9 a month. Then the following month i got charged $17. I didnt even know if I didnt print my statement. I called customer service twice to cancel this and I have not received a call back. No one answered the call, it always go to voicemail to leave a msg but no one called me back. I feel its very dishonest to trick your cuatomer this way.

If you’re going to charge me $30 make sure you actually clean the car. I have food on the floor of my car and dirt spots on the dashboard. Do not recommend.

I took our brand new Dodge charger that only had 300 miles on it to get a really nice high-end car wash and vacuuming and when they were done it did not look like they even tried to vacuum. So I asked them to do it again and they just rolled her eyes and said yes you can take it over there and have them do it again. So when I had them do it he barely tried to even do anything because I was asking him to go out of his way to do a basic job!!! And then I grabbed the vacuum and he just walked away and let me finish so I snapped some of these photos and they just rolled her eyes and laughed. This application won’t let me post pictures but I have them and they are date and time stamped

I googled Raceway Car wash because I am a member there… why does this come up when I specifically searched for Raceway?!?! I drove 15 minutes to get there and realize this was not what I was looking for. Shame on you google 😡

Brought my car in for an oil change and a car wash because of a Groupon. While they’re writing me up, their service manager brings over my air filter to try to tell me that it should be changed because it’s dirty. I had just had it changed on the previous oil change so it couldn’t have been that bad so I declined. Two days later my check engine light comes on. I make an appointment with my mechanic and bring it in because it says the the fuel is running lean. Turns out they didn’t reinstall my air filter correctly and completely left off the housing cover. Thanks to them I ended up with a $75 mechanic fee and had to buy a new air filter anyway because reinstalling wrong damaged it.

Initially I had given 1 star because I had called 10+ times and no answer. When I decided to just drive up there without calling first, my experience was better. I was helped pretty quickly. I did have to wait an hour longer for my car when they quoted 6pm (car was ready at 7pm) however, my car was spotless. 4 stars due to my car being perfect upon pickup, missing star due to terrible phone service.

I dropped off my car I was preparing to sell at around 8am for detailing. Was told it would be ready around 1pm. I called at 3pm and was told it would be ready at 4pm. Arrived at 4 to learn it would be another hour. I had an appt with a buyer at 5pm. It wasnt ready until 5:20. The workers were trying to explain they were short handed and got called in on a day off and were quick to point at the manager for complaints. Sounds like issues within the workplace. After I left I noticed the floor mats werent well vacuumed and middle console still had some stains.

Terrible! Dont visit on the weekend!! No Clean towels and trash ALL over! Nobody cares!! We are founding members, this is very disappointing!! Happy Valley & 19th ROCKS!!

Car wash failure. Literally zero difference posr wash. Zero still dirt all over it. Their machines dont blast the car with water or scrub them. High pressure = high quality. Gotta go cleanfreek 100% of the time

These guys are phenomenal. I received a free full service (welcome to the neighborhood) card in the mail and decided to go in. I had tree sap all over my car and just wanted to run through quickly because I had to be somewhere.BRENTON, one of the managers there, told me to hold onto the card and use it when Id have time to enjoy the full service carwash and let me go through at no charge. My car looks BEAUTIFUL!!That was soooo amazing! The whole team here REALLY ROCKS!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

I asked that I didn’t want air freshener and they put so much and it was so strong. I asked to speak to a manager and one never came. I do not recommend this place. I kept asking if my car was ready and they kept saying no I and it was ready the whole time. I would give them a 0

From the moment I pull up I am greeted and made to feel appreciated. The cashiers are always friendly and when with my car is completed Im always thanked and treated courteously. Over all they do a great job washing and cleaning my vehicle. The only suggestion I have is to take a little bit more time vacuuming. I know it gets busy but just a little bit more attention to detail goes along way. Overall, happy and will continue coming back and referring friends and family.

Im a retired Military Veteran after 27 years of service to our country. Transition has been the biggest challenge of my life, specifically the ability to communicate with others. An instance occurred at Cobblestone where communication was the issue. Shane, the Wash Manager and his associates stepped up and managed the situation that solved the problem, completed class A service, and ultimately befriended me and my girl friend making us Cobblestone members for Life! Just went to have my car washed because my normal hand wash place was closed today. What a waste of time and money. I paid for the ultimate plus car wash and an extra $10 to have my all weather mats washed. My car us still filthy. It was not vacuumed, the mats were not washed and the interior leather wasnt wiped down. Gross and sloppy.

Went to wash my truck today only to find out that this location was no longer doing the express wash, you had to pay only for full service washes. Guess I will have to find a new place to get my car washed.

There were some missing spots on the detailing. Tipped $20 before I realized.

Was stuck waiting for over two hours for a service we were quoted at for 20 minutes. We were the only ones there, how does an oil change take 2+ hours?

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! I had them re- vacuum my car 2020 Dodge Charger ( 2K miles ) and they went over the floors with a vague wand and then I grabbed vacuum and started doing it right. The manager and worker just shrugged their shoulders and walked away . I have several photos and I will post them on social media !!! PATHETIC AND DISSATISFIED !!!

I came in for an oil change about a year ago and have come back each time I need one since, all because of the excellent and quick customer I receive each time! I took my car in I got the Platinum treatment my car looks just as dirty, the interior was still dirty the floor mats did not look like theyve been vacuumed, I will NOT recommend getting a car wash at this place.

Disappointing. Thought I would give them a chance since not happy with Jackson’s at all so drove out of the way to go here. Signed up for their club via the website. Received a text with a link for a free express wash or five bucks off a full service. I went for the full service to get 5 off but when I hit redeem the bar code was slow to pull up and when something finally did the cashier said ‘nothing i can do boss’ as no bar code popped up He offered 3 bucks off as he had some coupon he could scan but that’s false advertising as should have received 5 bucks off, not 3. Thing is, I liked the wash over Jackson’s but not sure I am going to be a regular as disappointed as should have received 5 off...

Brought my truck in for oil change and car wash with exterior armoral (specifically for my bed cover). Paid $111.00 and was in a hurry when I picked up my truck. I had asked them to call me when the truck was ready and 4 hours later still no call. Asked if my truck was ready and the guy tells me oh yeah, a long time ago. I left quickly and when I had a chance to look at the truck found they did not even clean the bed cover much less the armoral that I paid for. Look in the back seat and they did not even vacuum the floor. Lifted the floor mats in the front and they only vacuumed around them. Dont leave your vehicle at this place. Check everything out before you leave. The monthly car wash deal is the best deal. Theres a sticker on your window and you just pull up and drive right through its quick easily and painless. And the coating that goes on there makes raindrops just bead right off when it rains.

In the midst of this pandemic, my tags expired and I hadnt noticed because I dont drive anywhere and work from home.. I needed to get an oil change because I found out last minute I needed an emissions test. Was able to come in with no appointment, get it done, run over to emissions, and renew my tags online all in the span of a few hours. Amazing service!

Patrons NOT wearing masks indoors!!! This Cobblestone is next to the hospital I work at. Our ICU is full and we’re sending sick people away because there’s no room due to COVID. My doctors and nurses are exhausted. And some have passed away. And this cobblestone is adding to the Pandemic. I will never come back. Plus, I paid for the platinum service and my car still has dirt on it.

This place is very busy... Because they do a great job cleaning your car!I love the fact that they still do hand dry after a wash. Very few carwash places do that nowadays, including other cobblestone locationsThe supreme wash seems to be the best deal at $23. All the necessities without the fluff (foams, underbody sparys, wax sprays, etc).Come ready to wait at least 25 min though. As I said, this place gets busy (and the hand dry is a little slow)!

Horrible customer service! Good luck cancelling your membership. They wont cancel it and keep charging you every month even after requesting multiple times. And a non working customer service phone number.

Josue in the service dept is the best! When I first pulled up I didnt see him.. I was glad he ended up being able to help me. He is so knowledgeable. He explained to me once again how important it is for me to bring my car in on time! We decided that I should switch oils since Im non compliant and I want only the best for my engine!! I know he cares about me and my car. He remembers me no matter how long I wait to come in! Over all he is amazing. I just keep coming back for the amazing customer service in the oil change and service department!The car washes suck. But still worth it because of the service.

Horrible experience! Went threw the car wash for the first time here after usually going threw Circle K and by the time my car was done in the wash. I had 5 guys circling the back of my car. Come to find out the car wash ripped my back bumper off!! The associates said come back Saturday when all the managers are there to have them take care of my issue, but in the mean time go to body shop for a quote! Which I did, across the street. I brought it back today (Saturday) with my quote and the managers looked at the video and said you can call your insurance because its at your own risk bringing it in. Completely unprofessional! I was told by 5 guys on Thursday that they definitely said theyd take care of it and now they refuse to help! DONT GO HERE.

I went for interior detail of car seats. After detailing the car seats are still the same with stains. I was promised that the stains would be removed or atleast reduced and if not they would do it again but now they are not giving appointment. Would not recommend this place.

Being someone that prefers to write positive reviews, this one needs to be written. Cobblestone didnt hire enough employees back apparently, so the 3 guys drying and cleaning cars had too much to do. After paying for the most expensive wash ($33?$38, cant recall the exact amount), I watched my car fully dry in the sun. When the person got to it, he sat in the drivers seat and did the windows and was done. Spots were still all over the car and the funniest (worst) part was the dirt line on the console that was totally missed. I tipped the person as always. I think it is sad people expect to be tipped rather than earn it. I am not angry, simply disappointed. No more trips to Cobblestone for me, EVER. If I had time, I would have gone back in for a full refund. A six year old would have been equal to the task.

I pass two other cobblestone car washes to come here. The professionalism is excellent. Julian and Robert greet you by name. They remember details. Love this. And the car is well taken care of. Love joe my car is taken care of.

I had two visits back-to-back, one day for an oil change and the next day for a full interior detail. Service was good both visits, but the tech working with me on the oil change was very aggressive about trying to upsell me. I just came for a car wash and an oil change, and its frustrating having to constantly say no to a bunch of other services I never asked for in the first place. I get that its the nature of the industry, but Cobblestone could set itself apart with a better customer experience in this arena.Regardless, they did a good job with the oil change and the interior detail was overall a pretty good job & worth the money. There were a couple minor spots that were missed on the upper dash but overall satisfactory. Wouldnt mind coming back for wash work but would prefer to go to my dealer for oil changes because the price is about the same and I actually get less upsell pressure from them, if you can believe that.

Overall, good quality on the work that is done. My car looked nice after the detail. Just note that the estimates on timing given by the sales personnel are usually off, plan on longer than quoted times for detail work.

I’ve been a customer of Cobblestone for 10 years. I get my oil change done here regularly. The customer service is outstanding, Josue always goes above and beyond to take care of my car inquiries and those of his customers likely have the same privilege. I am confident I can come to Josue and staff for any issues beyond my oil change and will always be treated as family. I’d rate them 10 stars if I had the option!!

I had supreme car wash and was able to still see dirt spots on the hood and roof, before and after the car wash. Not sure if hoods and roofs are touched for Manual wiping and drying after the automated car wash. But, when I pay around $25 - I expect my car roof and hoods to be clear and dirt free.

I bring my vehicle to the oil and lube service on a regular basis. I like the service that they do but what I don’t like is that the paperwork they give you is all filled out before they even look at the vehicle.All the items under services performed are all checked off as replaced, or checked OK, or added, or visually inspected before the vehicle hits the rack.I’ve noticed on a few visits that some of the items are never physically checked, such as tire pressure, windshield wipers, and it always says windshield washer fluid added when they never do it. I will continue to come to Cobble for service but the paperwork system should be more accurate.

Today I went through the car wash I took my wife’s Jeep and spent $45 on the car wash was supposed to be the high-quality everything done. The outside of the jeep looked pretty good they forgot to do the spare tire I didn’t notice before I left. The inside of the jeep was still dusty so when I got home I had to end up wiping it down myself with a damp cloth just to get all the dust and everything else off of it. Overall it wasn’t a bad outside car wash the interior leaves a little undone.

Had a wonderful experience getting my car washed. Noah explained that he would put the seats up and down in my van, take out the floor mats and vacuum Everything. That is how we do it here. After the thorough vacuum he told me the next steps and where to go inside. The accomodations inside are over the top comfortable and fun. I will be back! Thank you so much.

My sister went one time and had the best service ever, and car looked fantastic, she got the express. I have gone twice, had a horrible experience both times. I paid for the Ultimate, but car was never vacuumed, and I never got my air freshener at all. This last time they had ME driving it through the wash. I get a better was at a drive through that cost $10 at shell, I have to pay $1.75 for a vacuum but that’s cheaper than the $40 and a much better job is done.

My experience was great. My appointment was fast and everyone was helpful and friendly. I was given many options and given explanations for everything that was needed/recommended.

I forgot and accidentally forgot my wallet at the counter. As I was driving home I got a call from the employee at the counter telling me they had my wallet. They do a good job cleaning my car. Today they did a little better. I had left $200 under the front floor mat and had forgotten it. ThEyelid found it and handed to me. How about the honesty. Hats off Cobblestone, what an employee!!Re

I had the best experience today with Cobblestone on Litchfield and Indian school rd. They noticed white paint all over the front and side of our car. It was just a great experience all around. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

I would like to thank so much the manager Guilhermo. After having some issues with the interior detailing of my car, I had to go back there and talk to him. He was helpful and asked me when it would be better for me to bring my car back that they were going to re do the interior again.What an amazing job. They were efficient, friendly and did an excellent job both outside and on the interior. I have been going there for over a year and have never been disappointed in their service.

They care about their customers to make you recieve the best wash to meet your needs. During this critical time, they take the extra care to spray disinfectant to keep everyone safe. Ill never go anywhere else.

Pretty good car wash for the price. The dry towels are very convenient at the vacuum to wipe down any leftover water droplets that escaped the dryer. Also the free vacuums are a huge plus that brings me over to this car wash! Overall great place!

The detail work was outstanding! Upon detailing our vehicle, they removed paint from the SUV and did a terrific job!

Pat is quite possibly the most helpful customer service manager I’ve worked with in a long time. I lost my pre-paid car wash booklet and was curious if it was able to be redeemed. She went above and beyond to find my original purchase and rather than wait, she simply called me when she found a resolution. I was so grateful that my purchase was not a complete loss! Pat went above and beyond. She was not only helpful to me but to her coworkers and each person that walked through the doors. Thank you Pat!! I appreciate your hard work!

I love this place, I have been coming here exclusively for almost a year. From car wash to oil change they take care of my car and are always friendly, fast and to the point.I recommend everyone to check this place out.

Paid $120 for oil/lube and free wash. Tipped $20 in advance because my car was a wreck. When the car was finished not a single person told us it was ready. Waited 25min thinking they werent finished and another 15 waiting to find out if anyone knew if it was done or not. Nobody told us we had to wait outside nor would I want to because they apparently allow their guests to consume alcohol on site and do not enforce mask law. Terrible service. At least the car was clean.

Love the job your team did on my Tesla Model S. A trailer hauling shrubs dropped them on the freeway and scratched the side of my car. Your team buffed and polished and got all the scratches out! Plus scratches that had been there for a while. Ill be back for a polish every 6 months or so for sure! Plus I am a monthly member so I will see you soon!

I’ve been getting my oil changed at cobblestone for years now, just a few months ago I moved to this location and I have to say I’m so impressed. Every time I come Josue and his team take great care of my car and they are so quick it blows my mind every time. Keep up the great work guys!
