Im not sure of the ladys name that did my pedicure, but she was amazing and gave me a small massage that was very much needed. Cindy and Megan were absolutely amazing, my wife really enjoyed the way the women were very friendly and gave lots of extra care while doing her nails and feet. The awesome thing is they did her feet and nails at the same time which saved tons of time 😁👍🏽.

Decorated beautifully and very quick business. Although I did tell the lady who was doing my nails that I had scabs on my feet and to watch out for them, maybe she just didn’t understand, but she kept being a little rough so it made the experience kind of painful, besides that, I’m satisfied with the way my nails turned out.

I use to love this place....I found Lucy and Magen around the corner at 35th Ave and Peoria...they do a way better job there !

My bf and I went here for pedicures and had a great experience! We tried to call to make an appointment but their phone wasnt working or something but they were able to get us in chairs instantly. This place is beautiful too. Well definitely be back!

I have been going here for years and never had a problem. The guy who filled my nails was ok but the wrong color was applied. I just dealt with it cause he looked angry. Everyone has a bad day every now and again so I let it go. The lady who did my eyebrows turned my head in forceful way . Its like they stopped caring. I just wanted to get out of there. I am so disappointed.Ive seen how other people who have complained or treated and Im like well they are nice to me so Im gonna continue going to this salon. Never again.

I’ve been coming here off and on for years… I especially love the pedis because the price is on point and the services are usually amazing …. This last time I went about was about 3 weeks ago… I noticed I’m starting to get some type of fungus on my toe nails now 😔I’ve never had any type of issues with my feet… let alone a fungus … I’m extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.

I was referred by someone who gets their nails done here regularly. I had a picture of what I wanted but the nail tech didnt seem to want to do it at all. It was a french manicure with a red line between the tip and nail, nothing difficult. She seemed physically pained when I kept asking her to round the tips to match the shape of my fingers so I ended up with a plain french manicure with squared tips. Theyre pretty, but not at all what I asked for or wanted.

Nick is the best! I wanted something different than my usual french tip and he did this just using the powder which I prefer since my job at the post office is rough on my nails and the powder helps them last ☺️

This place is the only place I go for my pedicures and they are usually really good about it and have good service. I just went recently to go get a pedicure and when the lady was removing my calluses she messed up the bottom of my foot even more and was hurting my foot as she was doing it. Moving forward it now hurts to walk no matter what shoes I’m wearing. This one time was a bad experience I’m hoping that the next time I go that it will be better.

Excellent service! Very clean and had no wait for my Pedi and Mani! Spend the extra for pedis, well worth it with massage on legs and feet and also my neck, shoulders!

First time there. I got a full set of acrylic. Kelly was my girl - she was wonderful, talented, knowledgable and fast. Ill have to get a few fills to speak more on them but, so far so good!

Pro Nails by Tina is by far THE BEST and I am a regular customer there. Linda is good at the pedicures! I recommend her FOR SURE! The dip powder is very good anyone who does it there does a great job.

My nail tech Michael is amazing but the owner/manager is SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Be careful, if u dont like something they will give you attitude and rudeness as if Youre not paying for a service. Worst customer service of 2021 for sure. Rude, rude, rude and cursed at me. People should be allowed to say theyre not happy and it not be an issue. Especially when Youre paying 100+ dollars a visit. So disappointed in the service. The tech is great, manager is HORRIBLE

Hate to say it, but this was a really poor experience! I came in for a fill, and stuck to it when they tried to upsell me on a new set. My tech didnt say more than 4 words to me and he seemed frustrated with the task. He kept staring at someone or something past me... it wouldnt be a problem except that it was while he was using the dremel on my nails without looking! 😱😱 He didnt hurt me, but he did make me feel really nervous and honestly, unwelcome. At the end of it, my nails were subpar and cost me $45. Im sorry guys but I wont be back.

My experience was horrible. I went in too get eye brow wax. The girl did no prep. She got wax all in my hair. She was so sloppy! I was so mad. I had so much wax in my hair! The Mgr. told me to to put the oil in my hair. My hair was a greasy mess and he had the nerve to say it looked nice. I demanded a refund. Her said no. Said he would call the police to arrive. I continued to complain till I was refunded. No one greeted me at all. Everyone just gave me a straight face looked the whole time. Worst service ever!!

My daughter got a set of nails done by another salon in the area and the set was horrible! (She paid $75 w tip)She was in tears. So she decided she wanted everything taken off. I suggested she come here, to Pro Nails by Tina since we had a good experience with them in the past. Our tech Jenny was incredible! She was very understanding and wanted to do whatever was needed to make things right for my daughter. My daughter found a pic online and she copied them exactly. They are so beautiful now. Neither of us will ever go anywhere else. Jenny is our girl!

Staff is very rude. No they don’t say anything bad but they show you how careless they are and that your opinion on your own nails don’t matter . Lady who did pedicure to the person who was next to me had such a look( she stared at me all the time), made me cringe. So I couldn’t relax at all....

Both the nail tech and the pedicure lady did not listen . I didnt get what I asked for. my feet look the same as when I went in. They rushed never going back. and my 60 dollar pedicure was done in 20 mins worst 120 I ever spent

I went in today to get my nails done me and my sister and this place showed absolutely The best customer service that I have had in a long time. I receive waxing services pedicure services and a full set with nail removal and it was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to sure that the service they provide it was amazing and everyone there was fun loving and kind! This place is the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done. First, after telling the front desk girl exactly what I wanted, she gave me colors to choose from and when I say down the tech just guessed and did the wrong type of nails and after correcting her, the manager/owner and her blamed me. I was easy going but then he said she will fix it. Luann huffed and puffed and continued the rest of the time to blame me. She also intentionally and yes im sure it was intentionally hurt me! Then laughing and saying sorry, over and over again! As she was doing my nails completely intentionally terrible and I would tell her, she ignored me! I was so angry! I paid and left and called with my complaints and he blamed me again! This place is horrible! My nails are lumpy and crooked! Worst place in Phoenix!

Saturday is not the best day to go in.They were shorthanded and the techs were rushing to get everyone serviced. My tech did a good job, but I felt sorry that they all felt stressed and tired.

I just walked out of this salon and in my 20 years of getting my nails done in 3 different states this is the worst!! I am not even sure if the person who did my nails ever got her training or license in Nail Tech. She never even bothered to file. My toe nails were cut and painted ! Thats all she did. Even cutting my nails were not even!! We tried two different nail colors and both were old. They added acetone to the color to make it applicable. I dont even think the salon adheres to standard sanitizing procedures, none of the filing stuff seems clean and I asked her and she said we do clean them after every person!! When new customers walked in, they put them right next to me with No 6 ft distance. One of them didnt even have a mask on. Bottom line this ruined my whole day ! Oh and yeah just because i mentioned it at the end that do you guys even massage after filing my nails. They decided to massage my hands after they applied the color! The WORST !

This is the third, and FINAL time I will ever go to this nail salon! Shame on me for giving it another chance- its just the closest place up my house and I dont get my nails done Professionally very often. The past two occasions, I asked for gel manicures, but whatever they gave me was shipped by day 3. This time, when I told them this, they said, no worries, we will fix for free. So I went with gel again, which is listed as $20 in their service list. The girl did a much better job than my previous two experiences, and my nails were completely dry before I left her chair. But then, I go to pay and the manager tells me $40. I ask him how my bill came up to that much and he said I got a design (see photos). The menu says design cost $5. In my head, this totals $25.... Then I ask if hes the manager and he says yes. I tell him to give me the menu breakdown and he says Im paying$12 for the manicure, $20 for the gel polish, and extra for the design. Still doesnt add up. I say whatever, Im not coming back- just run my card. A girl, who appears to be training, asks if I would like to leave a tip. I say yes, please add $5. The manager then asks why I would tip her if Im not happy. I tell him its not the service that has me angry, its their deceptive price scam. He proceeds to run my card without a tip. Moron!!! Cindy did a good job, which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1. Still wont be back.

I got dip powder and asked them to be almond shaped they just look rounded they don’t look almond shaped at all and my left thumb is all shaped weird when I asked him to fix it he just kept telling me “don’t worry” and they are very bulky and they’re very uneven the shape looks terrible there like a wavy almost like they just like really bad and like they’re really fat in the shape is like so and even they just look horrible And he kept burning me with the filer too

Went in with a friend. She wanted a mani and pedi and I wanted a full set of acrylics and a pedi. We were both getting our pedicures done at the same time. They gave us the price list for the pedicures and the ones we chose said $31. This includes regular polish for that price. It says below that gel polish is an extra $15. Thats just crazy to add an extra $15 just for gel polish in my opinion. I told them I wanted regular polish on my feet and they said ok. I picked gel for my fingers, and they told me to pick a color for my toes. I asked them witch one of the sample set of nails were regular polish and she handed it to me. I picked my color. When the girl doing my pedi came back with the bottle it said gel polish on the bottle. I told her I wanted regular polish again and she said it was. I let them finish. Then when they charged me they charged me $45 dollars for the pedi. I feel like its ridiculous to acknowledge 3 times what someone said and then do what ever you want and over charge them anyways. I tiped all the girls before I even paid but had I known they were going to over charge me anyways I wouldnt have even tiped on top of an overcharge. We finished the pedicures at the same time, yet it only took the other girl about 5 minutes to do my friends manicure. When I asked if she was all done the nail tech looked at me confused and nodded yes. I didnt know what to say so we just left. My nails came out great but the expirence was bad. I read the other reviews after going to this place and my expirence felt the same as some of the other comments about not doing what we told them to, felt like they were talking about us and laughing, and price difference / overcharging. Not a great way to get repeat customers.

Need I say anymore? Pictures speak a thousand words. Susan or Sarah ( what ever her name is) is a horrible nail tech that has no value in the product she produces. I complained while there and allowed her to try to fix what she did and this is the end results. Disgusted beyond belief, these are only a day old.

I did not like my nails I had gotten done. The lady kept saying my fingers were to chubby amd because of that the styled nails looked bad in some spots. I got coffin style but next time will just do a round tip. To me they did not look good up close but if u just looked at them as if you were in front of me they looked decent.Not worth 45$ though. I gave the lady a $10 tip but wont go to her again.I might go back to the salon though because they had other services I am interested in like brows and eyelash extensions.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for a basic pedicure and acrillics. Charged me 50$ for my nails. Cut my fingers and made them bleed. And I was there 30 minutes longer than the two girls I went with and we all got the same thing. But their nails were 35$. Explain please. I had the manager and owner talking to my tech WHILE SHE WAS WORKING ON ME!!!!!! The total of all 3 of use girls together was $239$ plus 15$ from each of us as a tip.

The nails are great! However, they used the wrong powder on my friends nails and instead of orange and black it turned out purple! She was a little upset...

Although the place is very clean and they practice safety with everyone wearing mask. The people and the service is terrible. Most of the nail techs don’t know how to shape the nail and the overall service is horrible minus a selected few. I’ve been there three times to give them the benefit of the doubt but each time got worse and worse and the prices and ridiculous for the work done. Over priced for my nails and toes to not turn out even or presentable

I have been a client of this nail salon since 2016. I came in for a Mani/Pedi on 09/05/2020. The ending results were okay. However, the customer service is HORRIBLE! The nail techs were CLEARLY talk about me and friends that came in. I tried to ignore it, but they kept talking about us, as they pointed with their heads towards us and laughed loudly. They did so on multiple occasions. Even after all this, I asked for the pedi womens name do I can make sure to leave a tip (the nails were nice), the Mani women ignored my question and walked away. I know it was not a language barrier as we were communicating prior about the nails and what services I wanted. This customer service has never been so terrible!

Some workers have nice nail art, but I won’t be counting on this place again to do my pedicure. Thanks Tina.

I am so unhappy... I knew i shouldve used my friends nail place but for convenience i went here because its near my house. I have been here before many times over but I usually only get my toes done and maybe a simple manicure, this time however I wanted to try a new look on my nails with acrylics... big mistake. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and asked if she could do that, I dont like gel polish so I let her know I just wanted regular nail polish... The nail tech let me know she would be able to do what I wanted... I used to get acrylics long ago and usually they use the drill to get a lot of the thickness from the acrylic off and make the nail look as close to Natural as possible these nails that I received however are very thick and in my opinion they look sloppy... I am very unhappy and very upset that I paid $35 for what you see in the picture compared to what I wanted.
