I love living here. It used to be bad here with shady people but, between the management and Phoenix PD its gotten cleaned up. Everything is included even the furniture. No one bothers you. I have a new car and no one has messed with it. If you have a maintenance issue they address it right away. It is clean on the outside as well. I am at the 83rd and McDowell location.

They feed off of people with no where else to go. So expensive because it comes with utilities and internet. INTERNET IS AWFUL and Cannot be upgraded or changed. When you call Corporate they say that someone will get back to you but the Regional Manager is always so busy it usually takes 3 messages to Corporate for him to finally call. When you ask for results they start to ignore your calls, both from corporate and the front office.

I love living here. It would only help if they would allow u to have your own internet in here . And if there internet would work that would be great also

They LIE!Their advertised price on the website is clearly listed but they refuse to honor that price and want to force a higher, much higher price, $239.05 before taxes to $288. before taxes. So they are wanting $344. a week for a Studio which comes to $1374. a month.When with the original listed price that same Studio would have been about $1000. still to much for the Area the place is located.The biggest problem is that I spoke with their Actual Apartment Placement Representative in Las Vegas and she agreed that was not the correct price the lady at the front desk told me and that she would have HER BOSS contact them and get this fixed and Promised To call Me.Guess What, Never did get that phone call and when I called the lady at the 91 ave in Tolleson back, she said to me, that the price was as she told me and they were Wrong!The Home Office Corporation Was Wrong!Of-Course the Home Office Never Returned My called and the Boos Never Called Me.Crooks and Liars!

I love their flexible stay, it was very convenient when you have nowhere else to go. However, I feel like I pay too much and see too little. Perhaps if they started to renovate the rooms, and hired a security guard to patrol. It could be worth it.

I dont recommend this place as there is a lot of crime in the area and the rooms are not clean. Cockroaches and other creepy crawlies as well. The atmosphere is bad and it will leave you feeling paranoid(which you should when staying here). Cars are broken into, some people are always up to no good as well. The one thing I always hated was that there are drugs and loud kids Every Single Day! Stay here and you wont get peace at all. Take my word, DONT STAY HERE!!

Lots of shady people. Their even people up to no good. More likely cars will be breaking in. Watch your back at all times n do not trust anyone.... Lil bit too much.... Better safe than sorry.

Staff is Unprofessional & makes you feel like a second rate citizen and their FEES are atrocious. My wife and I couldnt believe how the staff even got their jobs. My husband had something on his background from 1999 & they rudely told us that we qualify to stay their but they would but we would be on their radar!! Unbelievable!!!!! The room was totally disgusting, holes in the wall, bathroom vanity was not secure and hanging down, it stunk like Cat Feces. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS

Lets see we stayed with our family for a short term of 7 months and at first it looked okay untill roaches started coming out i meen this place is infested with roaches badly if your going to live in this place make sure you prepare for that cause we had to throw away all of our furniture and start new i threw away everything and thiers also always a bunch of crackheads outside kids running all.over the.place thiers no peace at this place at all wouldnt recomend it for anyone to stay thier

My boyfriend and I stayed at this location for four months. This was the only place with affordable quick move in apartments. The employees were always nice in the office. It was about $450 for two bedrooms and price decreased after one month and was about 370$ when we left. However when we moved in our apartment was not clean and i saw roaches the next morning. After that there wasnt really a day without seeing at least one cockroach. We bought roach traps, which hardly helped because they seemed to come from any opening. As the temperature started growing warmer and warmer more roaches would come in from the AC unit or through the gap under the door. One night, my boyfriend and I fell asleep early in the evening with the cooler on and he woke me up because he felt something bite him twice. I ran and turned the light on and there was a scorpion in our bed. He got stung by a 3 inch Arizona Bark Scorpion. He killed the scorpion and I stayed up all night with poison control, keeping an eye on him because we didnt have a ride to go to the ER. A couple weeks after that I saw another scorpion come from under the door. I hated it because when we had guests some had to sleep on the floor. Within this four month period we killed 7 scorpions. Our breaking point was when my boyfriends little brother opened the cupboard under the sink and almost came in contact with a 5 in. sleeping scorpion. We were finally able to save up for a ride a couple days prior and after that encounter, we moved out that same day in a rush because we couldnt handle living there anymore. We left a few things there but that place is unsafe. Its infested with scorpions and roaches and until they get that problem fixed, it is a horrible place to stay at. Towards the end of our stay we got very loud neighbors who were loud and argued frequently and had kids run around and hit our door.

First off I paid for the room on Tuesday and requested them to move this nasty bed out while I was still at a hotel until Wednesday. I got there the next day and the bed was still there. My husband went to the desk and they said they just saw the work order, they’ll be there soon. We waited out in the car for a long time with pets until around 2pm. After they removed the bed, the flooring was damaged. Two guys came back and made a mess with some flooring product left a piece of wood on the flooring with two paint buckets to hold it down. Those items was left in the middle of the floor our whole stay. They NEVER thought of taking it out. Roaches was everywhere in the cabinets, walls, inside the toilet and coming out the sink hole. That Wednesday my husband told the front desk. They told him they was unaware of the roaches and requested pest control. Pest control came and sprayed the cabinets and on the floor in front of the door. So we had to wait longer outside because of the smell. One of the nights my pet started foaming out the mouth I believe from the poison getting on her coat and her licking it. I rushed her to the sink and rinse her mouth. Then she started drooling uncontrollably after licking her coat again so I gave her a bath. The people outside is so shady and the environment is so unsafe. There’s dog and cat feces everywhere. The hallways outside smell of urine. One morning a guy knock on our door and ask for someone because he just got out of prison. My family could only stay until Saturday in the place. As we checkout my husband tried to at least get our Deposit, the front desk said I’m sorry about the roaches if we knew we would’ve never sold the unit to you (they knew because there was roach motel in the cabinet) and she said we can’t get any money back. A waste of money and time. Also you see one of the workers keep going in and out one of the units like he lives there. Doesn’t even work.

We stayed here in 2011 it was the legacy then and it has gone straight down hill since then.Ive been here for three weeks and theres been a raid, a 4 hour stand off with the police and some lady with a knife . Gun s being pointed at us and cops throwing explosive bomb like things at our car. and they have actually fired their guns at criminals theyve been pursuing. With familys all around the place. Its CRAZY. They need to get rid of the whole crew from management all the way down.If they were doing their jobs and making sure everyone else was It would still be a nice place to stay.And the housekeeping and maintenance are the worst Ive ever seen.If you can find any other place do it.

If you want a really nice place to stay thats clean, quite,safe, then DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!! Im not joking. It was a nightmare. Its infested with roaches. They are everywhere. I was afraid to go to sleep because the roaches would even get on youre bed while youre sleeping. The place is filthy, its loud and I didnt feel safe at all. I stayed there in 2014 for three months only because I didnt have anywhere else to stay but I think Id rather sleep out on the street under a bush. Pay close attention to what people are saying about the condition of this place because its absolutely true.i wouldnt advise anyone to stay at this place especially if you have kids. Its a horrible nightmare but only its not a dream, its REAL. DONT STAY THERE but if you do, stay at youre own risk. GOOD LUCK. The pictures you see are very deceiving.

Im actually homeless right now thanks to this place... I called last week and was assured that a suite would be available for me. Drove 1600 miles thinking I had a place to stay - NOPE! They did not hold anything for me as promised and told me when I called this morning that they are always 100% booked.

It is the WORST places to live. We cant sleep because our neighbors upstairs never sleep. They Are the worst neighbors Ive had and the lady is super rude. She dont care who tried to tell her to quite down. She thinks shes owns the place. I hate it here. I havent got one decent night of sleep. And its like a daycare that nobody watched the kids. Its a horrible place to live or even stay at.

Full disclosure: I have only visited a friend at this location and have never been a paying overnight visitor. The location is all the way out in west phoenix but it is conveniently located just a minute or less from the I-10. The grounds at this property are lacking in care; there is trash all over the place. I didnt see much activity in the 6 or so hours I was there so cant say much about any possible crime. The room my friend was staying in at the time was immaculate but this was only because he kept it so nice and well furnished. Otherwise, cant say anything else without being unfair to this business.

A woman attacked me and my daughter. And because she attacked us and called police. They kicked us out. On top of the trash and noise is horrible. My car was stolen. Police banging on Neighbors door at all times of the night. Loud music along with home invasion are the norm. I would give a 0 if I could.

Wont Get your deposit back if you do not stay for 30 days which makes no sense because what if you are trying to rent only for a weekly and just because you do not stay for 30 days You don’t get your deposit. And it’s expensive for a funky room with old furniture and bugs. Not worth it. And a lot of drug dealers and users in these suites.

We have been here for a little over 3 years. Now under new management. Very friendly and professional staff. Grounds are maintained and well kept. Convenient location, close to freeway, malls, and sports arenas. Pricing is all inclusive of water, electric, cable, phone, internet. Very nice not to worry about different bills coming in. Great if vacationing, or needing to stay longer. Nice job everyone. Thank you

I must say that Allison who works there in office is great!! From the time I spoke with her on phone to when I checked in she was very knowledgeable, professional and excellent customer service. Wish they had more like her. Thanks Allison for making the whole process comforting!!!

Even after reading the comments I still went to see what it looked like and those people are not lieing.. The place they showed was disgusting like they didnt even bother to clean it at all... Didnt stay long enough to see roches but thats a plus.. Ill pass

Dont recommend long term residence. Kinda expensive, but you dont gotta worry about extra costs. Furnished 2bd. High turnover. Lotsa police action. Personally, I have no beef, I dont live there, my loved ones do. Cockroaches and bed bugs have visited. Office took over a month and some hostile words before the situation was resolved. I was heated. Beautiful grass.

Roaches. Way too expensive to have roaches. Not in a nice neighborhood either. Didnt have any problems with the staff, but only have had one interaction with a staff member, so cant say much about customer service.

Legacy Suites didnt allow felons. Dont know what Seigel is doing to keep people safe but the place is going downhill since they took over. Your kids arent allowed to play on the grass but criminal drug activity is apparently ok. They need to get their priorities in order.

The 1st photo is deceiving because the units do NOT look anything like it at all, 2bed 2full bath, only one in the West Valley, I have been here 2 weeks and have met people who have been here 9 years! People moved in above us had like 8 kids and 5 adults they were so loud pictures fell off our wall, kids running up & down stairs no supervision at all called office almost every day, staff does nothing, so I called corporate office!! This place is a joke!!! If you can go to a 1 bedroom go -beware this is the WORST Siegel Suites ever!! Maintenance is the only good thing about this location!! So if you move here basically you have to accept rude loud, banging, loud music and unsupervised kids, because they don’t care!

Its not that bad, its okay. The best part about it is the fully furnished 2 bedroom for a decent rate, could it be cleaner, Yes, the neighborhood is so-so I mean I see kids playing and families at the pool, on occasion you might see rough looking or whatever you call it people lol. All together on a scale from 1-10 Id rate it a 5. Maybe a 6.

The manager Scott is racist against white people he let nonpaying homeless people smoke drugs in the parking lot and kicks me and my grandparents out over a family member coming over to take care of my disabled grandpa while My grandma worked nd did not give my grandparents there money back for the three days we did not stay and they kept the deposit. two days after I was there I found a needle under my stairs I think Scott should be fired over his racism and unfair to his paying customers

This place is over priced. Bugs everywhere. Tons of families live there but yet the office hates kids. Theres areas where the kids can play but arent allowed on any of the grass. The kids Cant play without getting a fine. Which you have to pay asap or they wont let you pay rent. Theres never parking because everyone and their damn mom is there visiting. Theres not enough trash cans. Theres druggies everywhere. They do background checks for nothing. Oh and if for any reason you move out they will put a eviction on your record plus will not give you your deposit back. All around avoid this place if you like your stuff and money. -5 stars

The place is much nicer that I had expected after reading these reviews, the office staff is friendly and helpful, no problems getting in, no cockroaches in my unit, but then again we are clean and take precautions, costs more than we were paying to rent our home, but perfect for what we need right now so the convenience makes it well worth the cost.

I usually dont do reviews but this really need to be shared.The Internet pictures are very, very, misleading rooms, look nothing like the Internet,of course the model was gorgeous, I left Value Place(big mistake) to come here because it had pool, workout room and Jacuzzi, well when I decided to use it the jets were not working, the work out room equipment is total junk, the pins are missing for the the weight machines,you can only use 10 lbs..., There was no remote to change tv, you have to stand in s chair. I killed a total of three roaches,spoke with Brooke and she put my suite on order for exterminating (she is a sweet gal but I dont believe she looks at the rooms before or after they are rented) The location looks very nice from the street, outside the apartment doors are not maintained debris, just not immaculate or pristine. Building 11, A black stray cat hangs around because residents are feeding it. The dumpster had nasty, old, dirty mattresses and old dirty furniture that was not picked up although garbage was picked on Monday. This place is a dump. I spoke with my credit card company to see buyer protection I have since their rules says not refunds. My cc company stated I can dispute unused room portion. I gave service a good only because of Brooke.I pulled frig out to see if there were any roach infestationgoing on and this where I killed two roaches.This is not where you want to stay, dont ruin your vacation, luckily this is the end of my stay in Phoenix, I will now give these reviews respect. I am going let management know to read their reviews.Oh, my room smelled like smoke, they brought a machine to clear out the smoke, I did go out my way to speak to others the review was they were not in Legacy land either. I hope this helps all. Maybe down the road it will get better when management changes or when she focus on her job instead of her floors at her home being tiled.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. My family was moved into an upstairs apartment infested with roaches. Then moved into a downstairs apartment with a fee of $200 on top of my weekly rent of $400, just to find out that the downstairs apartments are infested with scorpions, and had to rush my 10 year old to an emergency room to be treated for a scorpion sting. All of this experience on top of drug dealers in every building, carrying guns. My battery was stolen out of my truck at night while it was parked in front of office where Security supposedly hangs out. Worst experience ever, Good luck if you move in here.

Currently staying here dont come here unless its a last resort. The roaches greatly out number the people. The roaches are everywhere. I want check out now they are claiming I cant get my deposit back unless I stay a month with a two day notice. I was only told a two day notice was needed.

This place is horrible. The staff will only be nice to you until they get your money. There is definitely a bad drug problem here. There is also a bad cockroach and bed bug problem. I moved out and was promised a refund. It has been over 4 wrrks and i have not received my refund. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Unless you like Meth then this is the place for you.

Place is infested with roaches, alot of load neighbors, hope you dont need internet because you cant get your own you have to pay them every week for theirs and it hardly ever works and it kicks you off every 5 mins. I can go on for days about this place but i will say its a trap and to stay away. It cost so much that when you move in you cant save up to move out which is what i was trying to do. Needed somewhere to stay fast so came here. Right at 400 a week for a small 2 br place. They have tried having my vehicles towed once the tags was bad i hardly ever used my motorcycle and go out of town alot my wife doesnt drive it so figgured id take off everything to save money but nope that didnt work. This place is disgusting this place is infested with a drug dealers cockroaches bed bugs and black mold can you try to complain to office or put in a service order or asking for a mattress that doesnt have nasty stains and blood stains on it at the office tells me youre on the list. Would never refer a friend nor an enemy to this place.

No bugs, no drugs that weve seen( we are in recovery so we would know) and the black cat doesnt bother anyone. Nice place better than most hotels weve been or lived in. And far better than some places you could be.

The rent is way to high for what you get. Renting a 3 bedroom house is cheaper. They take advantage of you here

This place is horrible! Roach infested! They claimed they came to spray my room after I asked but it actually got worse and a roach crawled in my bed. I paid to stay for a week but I left after 2 days. The. They will not give you a refund and corporate dodges your phone calls. I do not recommend. Very unsafe, unclean neighborhood. They keep removing reviews but Ill keep posting them!

Let me start by saying this, if I could give this place a half a start, let alone 0 stars? I would. Absolutely TRASH. In a poor area also. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there at all unless its the last place on earth. It used to be legacy suites ( which was a bit better) until Siegel purchased it. Theyre absolutely inconsiderate. The managers act as if they can accommodate rent with you, then go & get you served with evictions. They make you pay for wifi that doesnt work, at all. AND ITS ROACH INFESTED! Theres also really bad kids that live there & love to jump and bully other peoples children but since their mother is screwing the manager, they have yet to be evicted :) . Everyone who stays in here from building 6 & up is absolute TRASH. They steal, do drugs, & fight. Theres a 2 bedroom with 12 people in it. Theres no kind of control or rules not set boundaries for this place. Dont waste your money, or your time! THEY DELETE REVIEWS BY THE WAY!

Very good place if you need something now and without a time commitment or lease also convenience in that all utilities phone cable WiFi water and power are included in rent.

Its a decent place if youre like in between moving somewhere and theres some minor difficultys. The place smells sorta of weird (at least in my experiance) but at the end of the day this place is not for prolonged stay.

Wow, exceedingly bad. I recently finished moving to the area and needed a short term place to stay. First they lost my reservation. Secondly, before I even agreed, I took a look at the room. There were roaches on the kitchen counter and sink. There was also an awful smell throughout the place. Lastly, the area it is located in is very sketchy. Avoid this place, even if its your last option.

Its an ok place. Not too safe, Ive seen heroin tin foil thingies on the ground multiple times. Kids are always running around without any supervision. Neighbors blast loud music late at night. All the people in the office are very polite but the workers outside that I interacted with were extremely rude and some of the security guards are just plain stupid. I saw some guys doing drugs in the laundry room and the security guard looked right at them and kept walking. Overpriced.

Staying there now with family its nasty the workers upfront are helpless if you have a problem they will say the manager is not hear sorry we cant do anything it has bugs the ac is nasty and junk and puts out bad stank its a rip off this problem is going on 2 weeks and upstairs its 1:44 am and all i hear is slaming around and the people upfront cant help

I had to stay here over night because my AC went out and I was too tired to care. Just slept and got up in the morning. Didnt run into any issues.

My husband had to clean someone elses feces off the wall and the toilet so my children could use the bathroom. The a.c. unit, or something in this disgusting place, gave me environmental bronchitis and my 9 month old croup. What a waste of money. We stayed 2 nights of the 7 days we paid for to keep our family from getting sick. My husband was offered pcp and cocaine in front of our door. No refund was given and we lost our deposit. Dont stay here!

Full of roaches and drug addicts. I was there less then a week when we got robbed...my 73year old father was attacked on this incent. The robber took my cash which was my payment for my studio and when it was to be payed a couple days later, they locked me out until i had almost $300. No concern about my stufg that was takin or my father getting hurt just want thier money. A few days later we seen the man that robbed us just relaxing drinking a beer. Appartently they are ok with people attacking elderly and robbing women. They didnt even talk to him much less ban him from the property. The manager is really nice and will work with as much as he can but the rest of the staff is quite rude and dont care about noone. Way to expensive for what u get. You even have to bring your own towels, sheets, and roach killer. You would be better off at a homeless shelter.

OMG, this place is a roach motel at best!! The name now is Siegel Suites, not Legacy Suites. We chose to sleep in our car for a week after we were denied a refund because this place is so disgusting. Even after fogging each room there were still roaches crawling around with the lights on! This place should be stamped a slum and be shut down. UPDATE - After submitting an email via their website I was contacted by a gentleman named Steve Stanton who is the VP of Operations. After our conversation not only did he guarantee me that their pest control company add our unit to their list for extra attention, he comped us a week for the headache For this reason I am changing my rating form 1 to 3 stars.

Staff are stupid especially the manager! They will tell you one thing but it will end up theyll ripped you off. If you talked to them you need to have a recorder so you can record everthing they say. Theres roaches all over the places. Internet is not working. If theres a zero star Ill give them zero star.

I lived here about a year in building 6. We were infested with roaches & Managment said we were to blame lol riiight. Also was here when it was legacy now Siegel. Kids run around unsupervised and tend to fight alot. Washer/dryer units arent the best to be honest. People also steal clothes from the dryers because they dont lock so be aware of that. Gym equipment is very outdated & only 2 things work in there. Carpets were disgusting since we moved in.

These apartments should be shut down, its unsafe, dirty, theyre washers dont wash properly and take your quarters and their dryers dont dry all the way even if theyve been im there for over an hour, they bumped up the prices of the washers and dryers and these people dont fix anything in your apartment when you ask them to, the its an unsafe environment for families

Horrible!!! This place is full of drug addicts and everyone is rude! Neighbors are extremely loud. The pool and hot tub is dirty. It is nothing like the model!!! Dirty, dated couch! Bath tub is disgusting!!! Bed has bed bugs and ticks!!! Things break down all the time!!! Excellent staff. Be prepared because they have apartment checks every now and then! Beds dont even come with headboard! Dont use the bed sheets they give you!!! The grass is horribly maintained! The smell of marijuana is always lurking through the air!!! The police is always there because there is always problems!!! Electricity constantly turns off!!! Thats the same for the cable! The plumbing is horrible!!! This was the worst mistake I had ever made!!! Will not recommend! Internet is always down!!! It is infested with roaches an scorpions!!! The website is highly misleading!!!

I stayed here about 3 weeks or so and would not recommend this place whatsoever. First off, I wish I documented photos of the room upon move in, because $50 was taken away from my deposit because they said there was a mattress cover missing, I swore to the office lady the mattress was bare when I moved in and she was just rude and didnt believe me. Second horrible thing is there is a German cockroach infestation. The prices are not very competetive, as I have found a bigger better place for the same price. Vandals stole parts of my trailer I had parked, and shady people just walk around asking people for cigarettes and money. Last complaint I feel the need to state is I tried calling the office all the time for various reasons and they never answer the phone, it was very irritating. Living there was an absolute waste of my money.

Hated the stay, they tell you 1 price on the phone & when you get there they jack up the price. There was mold in 1 of our bathrooms, we put in numerous work orders & still never had a working phone, & to top it off they are completely unprofessional when it comes to returning ur deposit, its only suppose to take 3-5 days to be put on ur card, weve been waiting 2 weeks now & everytime I call they say they dont have my card on file, keep in mind they dont accept cash so how else did they get payment. I would never suggest to anyone let alone my dog to stay there.

The outside my apt has a fire extinguisher case that holds no fire extinguisher if one smoke alarm goes off all the alarms in the building for off This place is grotesque I absolutely hated my stay here the rooms are nothing like what they show on the Internet none of the appliances worked when I moved in only one eye on the stove worked mysync week and I dont think they check the rooms afternoon pendant move in this place is filled with drunks and drug addicts that walk around and asking for cigarettes all the time its loud someone broke into my house when I reported this to the front desk no actions were taken the gym is horrible the pool is dirty and the jacuzzi does not work the management is rude they cant they never answer the phone and their constant giving excuses to why things are not being handled properly they sent the management to do a walk out on my room without giving me a notice they also sent the maintenance man 20 minutes before the office was about to close and tell me that I had to exit the property when I went up to the front desk to talk to the management I was told that they had given me a letter on Tuesday which I never received thing is how I go to school from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. after that they told me that I had three late payments when I had only had made one payment to my head right also as I was explaining this to management there was a lady that worked at the front desk I do not know her name but when I find out I will post it on this comment she was so rude to me once I speak to the manager Monday and my time is up I will no longer stay here I recommend that anyone who reads reviews not stay here ever ever ever this is the most horrible place you can never stay at also they have fire extinguisher boxes at there at the entrance of each stairwell that do not have fire extinguishers in them the place has roaches I will be reporting legacy suites to the BBB for their poor service and unkept property this is by far the most rudest and disgusting place Ive ever lived in this place should be shut down

Horrible place to stay. Ive lived there during the Legacy Suites in which was a tad bit better than the new Siegal Suites. They keep adding on rent but conine to take away amenities such as Wi-Fi, cable changes for the worse. The office personnel is great. Its the top so called Siegal what ever, (Suites)management, security if I wasnt professional I would have reacted differently because he label minorities as you people! Well I have a degree and a combat veteran. Dont waste your time!!!!

This place is appalling. The grounds and the apartments are infested with cockroaches, the residents walk there dogs and dont clean up after them, in addition to the grounds, heavy police activity is present. Shootings have happened, the kids have no area at all to play.

If you have children not the place for you!!! super expensive 1600 monthly,360weekly. Drug dealers, smoker, meth heads, pill popper all outside. Inside bug scorpions, roaches, bedbugs...ect not worth all the money

I live at extended stays on the high and low end because I travel for work. This is by far the worst one I have ever stayed at. There is no wif, the rooms are all infested with cockroaches, theres shady people all over asking for change and smokes, you can see a film of scum on the top of the hot tub, the staff is quick to apologize but will never put forth corrective actions, there are only crt televisions. There is laundry list more of discrepancies but I degrease. You are better off going to the one on 91st or intowne suits budget suites anything is better then this place. they have some young ditzy Hispanic girl running the place who has no pull or authority . she seems scare to improve the place shes just a talking head

Bad place the manager really needs to learn how to run things place would be alot better there he even tried to have my 14 year old put a eviction notice on someones door!!!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!

It is very quite there and no one bothers you and everyone make sure you are taken care of.

Unable to process reservation by phone or online, must fax in request. Requested a late check in and was told security guard would have my key, he left half an hour before his shift was scheduled to end, so I had to sleep in my car.Complete inability to even understand what a business traveler wants/needs.No WI-FI or internet anywhere except the lobby, despite internet jacks in each room. Coworker was shown a rooom that smelled like someone died in it. I had no such luxury, because they required a pre-pay for a late arrival.Free range pets, (roaches), dominated the walls and floor of my room. They showed no fear, which should tell you something.No place to put my belongings ie no dresser, table, closet, hangers etc. No pillows, sheets, towels. Website is grossly misleading of both facility and service. Repeated requests to speak with manager ignored. customer service is provided by the residents in exchange for free rent, and it shows. Avoid this place at all costs. This is not a corporate extended stay hotel, this is a flop house.

Had to stop here for a service event. Cops were in the parking lot tackling a Mexican who had a weapon.

Its good if you want to overpay and not let your kids be kids been here for 6 months and my kids can be kids

I got here at 5:44 on a Friday, Asian lady closed 15mins early and stayed in her car until 6pm. We waited we her just to make her feel bad.

Worst experience ever !! I do not recommend anyone staying here . first of all its infested with roaches and they dont even mention it or course . my first day staying, ; room was filthy, dirty, broken things and clogged restroom, disgusting . I couldnt even get an apology . to top it off on my last day there they tried to tell me I wouldnt receive my deposit back because I left the room dirty; unbelievable . anyhow I argued and got some what back .. very disappointed how the whole complex management works.
