I was looking for a weekly furnished apartment that would meet all my needs. I came across Anchorage Point and I was pleasantly surprised by the fact it was gated, the inside was very clean and well maintained. Not to mention very quiet. The manager Carmen was absolutely wonderful and welcoming.It is refreshing when you have interactions with management whom are positive, understanding and are willing to accommodate you in everyway. Anchorage Point is the best weekly I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this Apartment weekly rental to everyone. Go see Carmen she is the best. I look forward to living here . APP APT are awesome to say the least! They are beautiful inside and out and very spacious and we all can agree on having plenty of space is all good!!!

Alejandra is the BEST she is always kind and constantly looking to help. However Carmen the manager is on the opposite side of the spectrum. Carmen is consistently rude and speaks to the residents like she is better than them. I pay about 1,600.00 a month here. To be treated and talked to rudely every time I see her is an issue for me. There are other weekly locations that are cheaper and the management is much kinder. Save your money and time. I have seen some other reviews regarding Carmen and her poor behavior and attitude towards the residents. People who treat other people negatively means that they are disappointed in their own lives and want to spread their negativity and misery to other people. Please save your money and be treated better.

Carmen the so called manager is nothing more than a money hungry individual looking out for herself.When I first inquired about a 1 bedroom apartment via telephone, Carmen told me that there were none left, only the upscale more expensive units. That SAME day I went for a tour. I was then told the upscale unit needed to be painted, but she had TWO regular units available! I had a choice of 2! Seemed a little odd to me!After getting a little acquainted with Carmen, she is commissioned based, not only for signing up for a lease, but how long you stay.I.e. the unit next door to me was vacant for a long time, I was in the office getting my mail, and heard her same sales pitch to a gentleman who was looking for a place. She said that exact same thing, she ONLY had 1 unit and it was the more expensive option!Staying at this dump was a huge mistake! Parking was HORRIBLE! The bug and roach infestation was extremely gross! The unit actually can turn off the Air conditioning until THEY see it fit to turn it on! Then it is not even cold! If I am paying for everything included why do they get to have the say in MY comfort?!?!?Bottom line, Carmen doesnt care about her tenants. She cares about her money. She tells false positives that will benefit her.It is sad especially since I know that she has offspring and would not teach them this.In my opinion she needs to seek a new career and stop raising the rent and stop taking her pocketbook out on her tenants!

Have lived here for around 2 years. Staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are well kept. Love that it is gated so it is quiet. I find that the cost is worth it. Other places are overrun with drugs, but not here. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Ive been living here for 2 years now and I am very happy living here. The staff are very wonderful people. I have never had any problems here. When something needs to be fixed it gets taken care of right away. Carmen is very helpful in the office and very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone seeking either short term or long term living arrangements.

Dont understand why theres ppl that have bad comments of these apts.honestly i think they are wonderful there very stricked,clean,and there bylingual they give u free meals what more do u want.carmen in the front desk is so nice shes bylingual and she tells u how itis i just highly reccomend the apts to everybody there worth it promise .

I miss living here. I lived here for 2 years and the building is ALWAYS clean. ALWAYS secure. Which its 27th ave and Glendale feeling safe in that area of Phoenix is rare. The staff is attentive. The manager was always quick to help with any concerns or questions I had. The staff always took the time to say hello. Ill be honest the prices are alittle steep. To put it in prospective I pay the same amount for a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment as I did for a studio there. That being said at Anchorage Point theres a year round pool, laundry on site, electric is included in rent,garbage pick up and daily incentives like free donuts, car wash etc. Totally worth the money in the end.

The apt are clean very nice the pools very sparkly maintenance and housekeeping does a wonderful job Alejandra in the office is very nice has good customer service and always willing to help you with whatever issue you have I love the staff and the apartments I highly recommend it the manager Carmen is great and helpful!

People usually go and review when they have had a bad experience, but I would like to give a review for the outstanding manager, from day one she has been nothing but professional. The issues I had, she ensured they would be addressed And was not rude in anyway, but understanding and quick to resolve my issues. The issues I had were beyond her control, and instead of passing the blame to others, she apologized and tried her best to accomodate us. When she had an upset Tenant come into the office, not once did she lose her cool, but again... She was sympathetic, patient and attentive in resolving their issue. Thank you Carmen for always being professional.

It was clean!!! Management awesome. Id still be there if I did not have to move for family reasons I would still be there. If I ever need to will rent again

Just recently moved in...the place is phenomenal!.. The pictures in the site are alittle dated..I moved into a quaint studio that had just been remodeled with new wood paneled flooring, a very new bed, nice leather futon, decent flat screen, faux marble table that seats 2. The grounds are well kept and the security features to enter and exit are like whoa..plus they have ton.of cameras on the property..Did I mention how well recieved i was by the staff?..even my phone call inquiring of place n prices were met with a kind and well informed. professional demeanor..

Stopped here on my way to New Mexico for about 2 weeks. The ladies at the front office are helpful, they make sure to keep up with maintenance requests and they were friendly when I visited the office for free coffee in the mornings. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The grounds are well lit so walking outside at night is not a big issue. The Freebie vouchers were genius! I saved at least $5 on food almost every day by using those Freebie vouchers (think of how much the people who live there save monthly!) Free utilities, free international phone, free copier/faxer, fully furnished... if there was an apartment complex like this where in live (North Dakota) I would definitely live there.Downtown Phoenix was cute and it was easy to get there seeing as Anchorage Point is situated on the bus line. I loved Papa Eds Ice Cream Parlor. Definitely recommend.

I have lived here for over 5 years, and I can say that about 90% of my time here has been good. I had some issues in the beginning, but they were resolved. Management and maintenance has always taken care of any problem Ive had in a reasonable amount of time. Its quiet and I like that there are security cameras and gates. Its not really expensive considering you have free utilities and cable.There are also weekly dinner freebies. I would recommend it to someone who was visiting or who wanted a longer stay.

Carman is wonderful. Just got to town and she was quick with everything. Absolutely clean and neat. The only complaint is I cant read the temperature on the oven. Other than that its great.

I had a short stay to gain a new experience and understanding of a place like this. Lots of loud people and drug activity. Also the dryer caught fire my first week there. If you need a place badly Id say go ahead but if you have other options id look into them. The staff was very courteous and quick to respond to any issues.

Nice gated community, with pool, cable, wifi, and utilities included. Would recommend to anyone. The staff is friendly and they work hard to keep to grounds and apartments up to date and looking nice.

I will never stay here again bunch of thieves I was there for 1 week and when I paid for a second week they kicked me out and kept my money management let themselves into my room and claims that my room smelled like marijuana when you can smell it all over the property. I would not recommend staying here unless you like losing your hard earned money

I called & emailed several times over the course of 2 weeks trying to get into a 1 bedroom here. The lady i spoke with, whom i believe is the manager, was not helpful AT ALL. She made it sound like its impossible to get in here each time I spoke with her. She wouldnt give me direct answers to ANY of my questions and was EXTREMELY vague and unclear in all her responses. She was unplesant and acted like she hated her job. Ive been renting apartments for the past 6 years, this is the worst experience ive had with a potential landlord. I drove 5 hours, paid the $20 app fee & a $50 HOLD fee hoping to get the first available 1 bedroom only to be told there were none available so I left, about 2-3 hours later I get a call saying theres one suddenly available but she wont hold it past 5pm for me, even though I paid the HOLD FEE!! Why make customers pay a hold fee if you cant hold the apartment for them!?!?!? & how was there suddenly an apartment available right after I left the office?! Do they not take time to clean the apartments between each new tenants?? Waste of time & money!! I do not recommend this place!!

Went into Anchorage Point had a wonderful experience Carmen was amazing and very helpful.

The pictures are not what this place looks like!!! When we arrived it was filthy and roach infested! And of course they make you sign the lease before you are even shown the room and the lease says nonrefundable. We were charged $72 more then the rate of the room on top of the $49 security depost and $9 credit check. When we disputed the $212 they said it was the deposit and the $9 security check I told her no you already charged my account for that!!! She said no we didnt! Bottom line is we are have filed a dispute with our bank and the BBB!!! I dont know who gave the positive feedback but it had to have come from someone with a vested interest in this place!!!!

Environment to welcoming and place is kept up. Staff is wonderful and love food coupons given out through the week.

Decided to stay here for a week while I waited for my move in date for my new place to be ready... Was coming in from out of town and desperate for somewhere to go with my kids... Was told one price on the phone and told they charged my card for a different amount... My fault for trusting and telling them they could just charge it.... The neighborhood is rough, and you are fooled into feeling safe by excess surveillance equipment in the office and the gates... But heres the secret EVERYONE HAS THE SAME KEY! I accidentally wandered to my neighbors door and was able to unlock and lock it back with my key.. When I called and asked for a new lock, I was told they already changed the neighbors lock so I shouldnt worry :-/ the next night some random guy from off the street stood at the gate screaming at me because I wouldnt let him in, then jumped the fence and stood outside my window yelling until I said I called the police.... My boyfriend found someones baggie of drugs under the bathroom sink, no locks on any windows, the ones in my apartment barely shut...the place is supposed to be non smoking, but my upstairs neighbor smoked in her unit so much my apartment reeked and could barely handle the smell at times... Floors were filthy, saw a few huge roaches.....and the cherry on top of it all was on my last day (which I was under the impression I had till the next day (april 4th)) I was called while at work and told if I didnt pay get my stuff out NOW I would be locked out. No compromise. It was an extremely bad and stressful situation I wouldnt send my worst enemy there!

Its weekly rates are pretty high although office keeps it on the uppitty up and allows no riff Raff to come through.

Place is overpriced. Infested with roaches and bed bugs. Staff is ok. Within a week and a half of being there some tenant on drugs went crazy and busted out like 4 other peoples windows. Definitely wouldnt do that again.

My husband and I stayed here for a few months when we moved here. Management was great. If we had something break it got fixed that day. Its quite and clean. My only complaint is WiFi is awful. We couldnt get service so we stuck to renting movies. We really enjoyed the food coupons they give out Monday thru Friday.

This is a great place theres flat screen tv beautiful bathrooms and pool they keep it really clean the owners are nice and loving women

It a good place if u want to be charge late fees n lied to the only person was awesome there was Carmen excellent worker intelligent n smart n willing to help out as much as she can but the rest no I hate it there I felt like a poisoner in my own house they watching u 24/7 for what tho if u a smoker have to some outside if u have a child/children dont go there they carpets already nasty af but they said u did it they beds nasty n they say u did it they kitchen sink dont work u did it......U catching what Im saying now..I hate it there.....They pool had so much bleach to the point that my swimsuit was changing color how thet sound ppl...RREEAAALLLLYYY.....AND IF U WANT TO GO WEEKLY TO MONTHLY DONT THEY GONNA CHANGE U EVEN MORE FOR EXAMPLE.....U PAYING 290 WEEKLY AND NOW U WANNA Go MONTHLY THEY GONNA CHANGE U THE HOLE MONTH 290 for the 3 weeks u have left AND THEN THE LATE FEES AND THEN ANOTHER 100 For security deposit with the rent 850 and 50 for the switch over.....Over pricey....Never again

Thieving lying staff will call the Police on you after they take your deposit. Plenty of entrepreneurs living here. All kinds. Tired, noisey rooms. You will be nickled and dimed upon check out so plan on deposit being stolen. I moved to a more expensive room AFTER my first week was completed. Charged a large fee for the pleasure! None of the advertised prices are honored. The staff casually steal and lie with impudence. Must have learned from the top. Avoid.

The girls in the office are very friendly. I was in the area for work and work was paying for it but didnt want to pay for a hotel saying it was too expensdive. instead I ended up here and i have no complaints, except the fact that i had to leave. the coupons for food are cool because you get to eat out everyday. i met a few friends while staying here and that was not what i expected to happen. So kewl! if you need a quick palce to stay come to anchorage point!!!
