Inquired online about a unit advertised on realtor.com. Received a response very quickly from Tiffanie, the manager. I immediately drove to the complex to have a look at whats available. Upon meeting Tiffanie, she told me she had nothing available. I told her I had just contacted her online about 20 minutes earlier. I asked when there might be something available, and she raised her voice and repeated that theres nothing available. I told her, I just got an email from you about the advertisement you left on realtor.com. And she said it was someone acting like theyre me. I asked which one of the two people in the office is Tiffani, and the manager said shes Tiffanie. I thanked her for her assistance and left. On leaving, she mumbled something along the lines of being able to just tell if some tenants are a good fit. I really tried to be nice and to dress decently. Not sure what the problem is. All I did was respond to an internet ad. Maybe she dislikes Hispanics or working class men or something like that. Really felt she judged me without even having a conversation.
I was thinking of moving here. But after reading some of the reviews Im going to move right PAST this property.
I went in and asked about an apartment and the woman in the office was very nice and polite with me, gave me an application and information on the complex,cant wait to get my app filled out thank you for the experience 👍
The old bat in the office has some issues. First off she was not wearing a mask. Second she was rude as hell. I walked in after waiting for the previous folks to leave and she greeted me with (what you want). I politely asked if any units available and was told not until end of February. Ok fine however I overheard her tell the lady before me they had a few units available on January first and gave her a application. This old bat did not even offer me one. I politely said Thankyou and left.
Literally one of the best apartments I have had the pleasure in staying in. 🙏 I stayed here for about 6 months with my wife and i,and must say the managers are wonderful and listen,each apartment block has its own pool, monthly payments here with no lease contract what-so-ever. Furnished availability. 🌟And most of all so quiet here with hardly ever noisy or rowdy neighbors. Namaste. 🙏🌠

I know this is a dated review...but anyway, i stayed here in approx 1991-1992. Corner 1st floor apt by a payphone and the laundry. 100% clean, quiet and no issues with neighbors during my time. (I did work 80+ hrs a week roofing then doorman nights for Marty & Omar..so i was there to sleep basically). I dont recall any office staff being rude. But i imagine theyre long gone. *Advice to the owner would be to have CLEAR video AND audio of all activity in the office. *Also, to residents if someone knocks on the door and its any staff/maintenance, get your phone ready & record it all on video/audio with your phone. *All apartments should have carpet ripped out & have polished concrete floors.(= less likely bug issues & more sanitary).*Properly clean each apt after move outs.(tenants shouldnt have to clean insides of shelves or do ANY cleaning when moving in). *SPRAY ALL furnishings with sanitizer and bug spray all of the apt whether you see insects or not prior to new move ins. I believe this will help these reviews. But again, i had 0 issues back in the day.

I moved in and out of here twice over a three year period between 2013 and 2015 and each time I stayed here it was a fabulous.There is a great security presence around the apartments at night, and the place is furnished well with great appliances. These are people who care about there property and the renters who live there.The bus shelter is right outside, and there are several stores in the immediate area.When I moved out the second time, I relocated to California and upon renting an apartment there I listed Northern Chateau as a reference and they gave me a great reference which enabled me to rent that new apartment in Cali with ease, so I really appreciate that and sorry I havent written this sooner. Thanks!
I got approved for a unit in March. Tiffany is super rude when answering phones. I calmly asked when in March a unit would be available, she gave me an answer that was rude and disrespectful. Please stop treating people as if you cant be bothered.
The place is good but only if they can help us with the noisy and shaking a/c that could be wonderful.
Just moved in a week ago this is my first apartment and I absolutely love it it’s perfect size for me and my two little ones and we have already went swimming and the pool is cleaner then any other apartment pool I have seen and it was super nice to swim in. The lady’s in the office were super nice and it’s really quiet here. I do not regret coming here 😄
Northern Chateau is a great place to live. I was a winter visitor in 1986-87, a full-time resident from 1996-2007, and a winter visitor again from 2009-2016. Over the years, I have lived in both studios and one-bedroom apartments at Northern Chateau, so I speak from experience.Northern Chateau has no lease to sign and all utilities (gas, water, electric) are included in your monthly bill. The apartments have central air conditioning and during the hot summer months, its great not having to pay a separate electric bill for air conditioning.Management does a great job in running the apartment complex. Northern Chateau has an occupancy rate exceeding 90%, which indicates the units are well-maintained and in demand. When a problem does arise, such as a broken water pipe or a non-functioning oven, management is quick to fix the problem.The residents of Northern Chateau are a diverse group and I enjoy talking with them. Some are working and some are on Social Security, a nice and interesting mixture of people. All new tenants go through a background check, so Ive always felt safe living here. In addition, Northern Chateau has a security guard on duty seven nights a week.All in all, I give Northern Chateau Apartments a five-star rating. No lease. No utility bills. Fully furnished units. Four swimming pools. Four laundry rooms. Nice tenants. Good management.

Great place to live! Clean and quiet. The staff is very professional and all my concerns are promptly addressed. It is a safe and well maintained place to live. I highly recommend living here.
I wish i could give no star, but giving 1 is necessary in order to write a reviewi had to go to the hospital because of their black mold and they require a 30 day notice before you move outi didnt get a 30 day notice for their black mold that put me in the hospital so you would think i would be able to get my deposit back!i had no notice to be sick because of their negligence and now i have to stay with friendsand they did not return my depositthings are about to get very ugly with them because of no return on my depositi am not the only one there with black mold, many others have it and im encouraging them to sue the complex
Used to live there. Calm, quiet. Nice management. They keep it clean. I used to live right outside the pool area with bbq. There are alotta older people there but that just means its quiet!
They are rude as hell. She sounded so mean answering the phone and rudely stated that they have no openings due the wait list that she has already and just hung up on me without saying thanks and goodbye. I’m like really?
If i could give this a 0 star review i would, Tiffany is a rude unprofessional employee. She shouldnt be working in any field that requires customer service. I was on the phone with her a moment ago, an hung up in less than a minute. She was raising her voice and refused to hear what i had to say, dont rent somewhere, where people can not treat you with dignity and respect.

THE A/C IS SO COLD, I HAVE TO USE TWO BLANKETS AT NIGHT. ALL THE UTILITIES ARE FREE AND THE UNITS ARE FURNISHED. I HAVE A POOL RIGHT OUTSIDE MY DOOR AND IT IS ALWAYS CLEAN. I MUST SAY, I LIKE IT HERE...
TIFFANY from phone customer service is extremely RUDE over the phone, I dont comment bad stuff but this one really pushed my buttons.To the owners: if you want a better business you need to train Tiffany more.

I lived here twice in the last 15 years, each time for over a year and I encountered same problems than every where else as far as neighbors. As for the management, theyre nice and authorized by me to enter my apartment freely as needed since I have nothing to hide.I am waiting for my apartment to move in for the third time. Only thing I could mention is the rent, went $100.00 higher. Looking forward to see the A/C turned on a little more on time. Thats all. Thanks Northern Chateau.
Management and office personel are rude, abusive, lazy and DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS! they wont fix problems as the come up. who want to live in a place that wont get rid of bugs, keep heat and a/c working, and is abusive when a renter asks for repairs. they are also rude to people interested in moving in/looking for an apartment. who does that???
Office people are very rude, uncivilized in basic manners and have completely different information on important things.....you wouldnt want to trust them with a payment larger than one dollar. terrible.
The office management and help are absolutely amazing and fast to service when in need of help. I recommend these apartments.

I have lived here for 5 months and for 4 months the big burner on the hot plate went out. I called the office and a maintance person came down and said he would be right back with a new one. he came back and told me it had to be ordered. Here it is 4 months later and still no hot plate. Im going to WalMart and buy a new one and take the amount off my rent, because it should not take this long to replace it.
Its ok. Ive been here a year. I had them remove the bed before I moved in from concern because they had me sign a bedbug form, and by the time I moved in a couple weeks later, I did find a bedbug in the carpet, killed it, and havent seen any others since, or any other bugs.I lived in a Studio, and the price was a little high when there are no normal amenities like a full-sized refrigerator, a stove/oven, tub, garbage disposal, dishwasher. There are cheaper apts in town that have normal amenities and most utilities included.The good benefits, all utilities included, month-to-month non-lease. Maintenance was always done in a timely manner.

I loved the apts when I lived there. Management kind of harassed me because I smoked my ciggs outside and my new neighbor complained. Then lies about noise & loud music & it was only me & my son living there. And we stayed to ourselves, and barely was home. How much is rent now, and is any apts available ?
So i had a question as to there was bugs on the couches and i was getting rashes the office lady with herpes had the worst attitude ever plus in the night your car gets stolen not only once but twice in the summer they limit the ac and in the winter only the heater is on and apartment is still hot they have the worst peoplenworking here worst ghetto place ever and the pictures of the apartment is not how it actually looks and also the carpet was so dirty of the apartment given to me they didnt bother to change it ......

If you like your apartment being watched maintenance entering your apartment without consent rude employees rude neighbors that like to knock on your door and enter ummm what else is there being accused of putting a hole in a door that was already there when moved in. Water being turned off that is convient for maintenance and not giving tenants a warning. If you dont like your privacy and if you like your fridge and shower to make this awful noises you should move to this complex management is horrible rude maintenance get paid for nothing. Oh and i got called crazy when i asked for my notices that were supposedly put on my door that neighbors supposedly put complaints about. No he made a notice right in front of my face. For loud noises im barely home i work an 8-5 job with overtime you think i need this choas from a complex ? Ive lived here for a year and this is how i get treated from an employee that has only worked their for a month. I have video of the guy who laughed at my face the whole time and i will look at my rights as a tenant. As for the guy who called me crazy why dont you be professional.
First of all I havent even moved into my apartment yet and Im already having problems with the manager Tiffany I called her to let her know due to a family sudden death I wouldnt be able to move into the building so if I can have my $200 deposit back she told me that after 48 hours its not none refundable no where on the application did it stated that and when I turned in my deposit that wasnt even communcaited to me immediately she gave me an attitude was extremely rude telling me to look on my recepit that it states the $200 deposit information and.... I gave it to them in a moneygram so you think she would have been explained the non refundable fee before she wrote on it cause once you write on moneygrams you cant even return them PERIOD and to even have people give $200 deposit fees for these apartments and they cant even see the inside until the day they move is suspicious from the beginning and I should have followed my first mine I just know after the lack of compassion and rudeness I received from Tiffany the manager I am having a hard time considering still moving into this apartment build I feel like she purposely took my money and didnt own up to it instead was rude and nasty like I said I havent even moved onto the building yet and Im already having major issues Im so not happy

My 1bedroom I hated it! I moved in and there was bed bugs. the place is full of old people. the office people dont know what they are doing. they dont keep up with what they need to be done. someone died from old age in the apt under me they cleaned it up alil and rent it out the next month didnt tell them anything. everything is old in these apts there was a gas fire in the back of building before. I also got beat in the parking lot no one called the cops. everything just old and falling apart around you with bed bugs and they dont want to help out at all.
