I give this company a complete -0- to bad there’s isnt anything lower than that!!!! They have the worsted costumer service I have ever come across both in person/ phone and that’s only if your lucky enough to have someone actually answer! If you leave a voicemail except to never get a call back!!!! They don’t know how to return phone calls..So needless to say this company is horrible! If you go in person to the park apartments the staff there is snotty, very rude and pretentious. To add to it they are absolutely no help whatsoever and management there definitely doesn’t care how anyone is treated!!!!! The only interests they have is taking you money!

0 - Stars.So, ... long winded explanation cut down to the basics. Never rented here. Had a situation with rude office staff, wrong information concerning the unit price and move in date at a complex when being shown a unit. Wasnt told the correct information until after we already filled out the paperwork and were sent to retrieve the money orders .Contacted the heers company to file a complaint after management Christy couldnt assist the situation. Was told by corporate I was going to be contacted back with further information. Called a few times to follow up. Was told the complaint doesnt exist while representative Tony laughed on the phone. Asked to file a complaint for poor customer service and was told by Tony that she is the highest level I will ever reach. I cant do anything further. This is unbelievable.

The cove apartment staff is very unprofessional. I waited a whole month to hear if I was approved or denied for leasing and I still didn’t get an answer. I went up there to see what was going on and the leasing agent that had my application tried to blame me for not getting my documents in on time. I had no knowledge that I needed documents until I called him. He should have communicated this info but didn’t. When I went to collect my admin fee, he got an attitude saying that didn’t submit the information and he basically didn’t care. O will never recommend anybody to move into these apartments.

Cameron is the worse place to live, no security gates are open at night. They charge you a lot of money but is like living in the ghetto. They let drug addict, criminals etc inside the complex. If something happens to your car you are on your own because is your responsibility even though is inside their property. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I was sold a lie. we offer safety per Karina on of the leasing employeeswe dont allow smoking marijuana per Gbby another leasing employee all on the contrary when reporting the issue to the office nothing was done and when speaking with the general manager she is unreal to deal with has an attitude worst than a pit bull no professionalism no empathy general manager has a god complex to say I will server you with an eviction notice...my time is too valuable to deal with your problem STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

Apt. Was filthy upon move in! With bullet holes in window. mold runs rampant throughout due to faulty fan/ventilation. Staff is rude.

Nothing very upset I call at 9 in the morning and say my refrigerator is out they say someone will be there soon. What a crock nobody show up, I even call again at 2 get answering machine. I lost all my food in frig all of it and it is now 5:30 am still No one to fix it . Wow just bad business and a horrible way to treat a a renter and they wont even care or give me and help on what I lost . No a great company at all . Robin Huff at the Cove apartments on 83rd ave just dissatisfied and let down from renting here.

The Del Mar Terrace apts is lousy on their maintenance my friend lives there. She reported a few things to be repaired but the front office ladies either forget or maintenace is to lazy to repair. She lived there for over 5 years never late for rent payment or anything. She requested for nicer floors but nope maintenance always comes back there is nothing wrong with it. She had to repaint the place herself, also repairing a few things on her own. Also, there is a lot of people living upstairs up by her apt so at night they come out and day time no one does. They hide out knowing they are doing a lot of criminal activity. About 3 or so residence there sell drugs and bring stolen bikes up by there in the building areas. I told her to report it but nope when she does the apts people dont care at all. Even a lot of people have patio stuff hanging out when she was told their cant be any stuff outside her apt. A lot of smokers living in the complex to so no smokers policy up about getting a can or something to dispose of their cigarettes. The people just throw it anyplace it is a fire hazard for residents. Also some of their maintenance cruise around smoking weed by the walls or not even doing their job. They hide out because no one watches them. The manager doesnt review anything so no good rules ever posted for reminders. It is an okay place but lately too much people that dont live there stay in other residents places. No place to report it except find a new place. I hope some apts do have rules for people that are up to no good at all.

The 5 is based off my experience with speaking with corporate (Toni) she was attentive answering all my questions very knowledgeable and detailed with here answers. I must say she got me exctied to go look at the propeties unfortunately cameron apt had no availability Desert apt is a strong strong option if i could get past not having a balcony.. and both properties I went to front desk employees where very pleasant. I say Toni gets a raise.

I moved to this place at the end of July 2017 because of the convenience of the location. If youre looking for a three bedroom there is no model. You have to go to Parkwood or Avante to view and believe me...the upgraded unit i have is vaguely reminiscent of the model.The complex is relatively quiet and safe because Phoenix PD patrols the place; another selling feature for me.Now, heres the reason for the low rating. My apartment is an upgraded model thus costing more in rent. What came with this upgraded unit...which imo is a minuscule upgraded unit.Hardwood floorChrome light fixture in kitchen which although attractive emits a LOT of heat.Nice ceiling fan/light in living roomCurved shower curtain rods.Corroded water heater that leaked through my dining room and it took a while to fix. Their mistake was because when i called maintenance it wasnt handled as an emergency thus it really flooded beneath the floor planks.. Btw, this maintenance guy is no longer here. (I was given a small discount on rent for this). Now, i have a brand new water heater, yaay! :)Fridge with multiple DENTS on it.Counters with rust marks and a hole here and there. Cabinets throughout whose bottom edges were swollen at one time or another and instead of replacing them they just got painted over instead.Bland institution beige paint.Online bill pay who btw put in the wrong account number, admitted to it but this management company would NOT waive the late fees that were incurred. In fact, i wasnt even given notice that it hadnt been received! It was me who noticed the money hadnt come out of mt bank account abd had i not paid attention to this then who knows when the people up front would have given me any notice!There were several other things that are minor but if not listed on the move in sheet one will be charged for it. And the cleaners did a half rate job on cleaning the unit for move in.Then the MB toilet springs a leak and the floor gets wet and the flooring has to be changed. Then yet AGAIN the same toilet springs another leak! The maintenance guy takes off the toilet, and this emits sewage smell throughout the house, eww.. I ask to have it put back on and they do but its still unusable. They ordered the part but either their parts dept sent the wrong one or the maintenance guy ordered the wrong one but this delays the repair even longer. It took about 5 days.I was told that i had until the third day of the month before it was late and here it is the third day and im told my rent is late. I ask could I get a discount because of the toilet issue and was told no.One more thing, a friend of mine lived in an apt this same management company used to have and someone through a rock through her daughters bedroom window. The person knew the daughter and attached a menacing note to the rock. The management company wouldnt let my friend off the hook even though their security vouched for my friend saying he saw the rock thrower and gave chase. A police report was filed and still no reprieve.I would not recommend this company to ANYONE even though their properties are decent.P.s. i will say that the maintenance guys are very nice and the ladies in the office, although not by any means rude, they have a rather cool ( and im not meaning thats cooltype cool) and cordial disposition.

Dont rent at any heers management property. If you see heers management run as far as you can. The apartments are cheap but if you like roaches and having things break down left and right. I had issues with the fridge since day one. I have a Fridge full of rotten food because they said maintenance would be out here 24 hours ago. I called the office 6 times no answer. I called heers management to complain and got an answer right away but im still waiting for someone to fix or replace the fridge. The front office staff ia your best friend befor you sign the lease. Go into the office the day after you sign and watch as they go from your bestfriend to complete rude strangers. I will only speak to 1 lady that will speak to me like a normal person. I think her name is dessenia. If you already signed your lease good luck.

I never rented at cameron .but I did help a lady with disability and she mess up my credit all because I decided to be nice with her back in 2014 cameron never let me know her contract had expired and she stayed 3 weeks she got charge and she didnt pay bcuz she had a deposit so cameron employees took it to cover fees they call me and said she owe money and to pay $800 so I talk to the lady I rented she had said she was going to pay I believed her because she was a friend who had been thru alot . so now 2016 I decided to get my own apt either my boyfriend at townsquare and the lady said I wasnt able to get a set because of my credit so thats when they mentioned cameron and said I owe 3000 the lady never pay the apts cameron the office never call me to say she never made the payment and (LULU) WHO IS VERY VERY RUDE MEAN HANG UP THE PHONE COUPLE TIMES NEVER TRIED TO HELP OUT BY GIVING ME THE CONTRACT TO SHOW THE TENANT THAT LIVED THERE FINISH THE CONTRACT BUT SHE GOT CHARGE 3 WEEKS AND SHE RAISED HER VOICE AT ME ASSUMING I LIVE THERE WHEN I NEVER DID AND THEY CANT REDUCED THE 3000 BECAUSE OF THE FEES I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP OUT FROM HEERS MANAGEMENT SINCE CAMERON EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AM WILLING TO PAY BUT NOT 3000 THATS JUST TO MUCH IF THEY CAN REDUCED WHAT THAT LADY OWES AM WILLING TO PAY IT .

I have been trying to get in contact with the corporate office of heers management I live in one of there properties and I have not had any cooroperation with the management team on site I have made several formal complaints about a neighbor pooring liquid over there balcony onto my patio running my furniture and even on my childs head while playing on the patio this has happend more than 4 times I even called the office while this was happening in 6/2/16 and no one came out to document or say anything
