I was hired by this company for a position with DoorDash costumer service. I have been fighting with them to get compensated for the past month and a half. I have lost my vehicle because I was unable to pay to get it out of the tow yard due to not having the money owed to me. I have reached out to everyone possible in regards to this matter and keep getting the run around. They will not respond with any information as to a solution to the issue other than to say I have to wait now until October 1st for direct deposit. I feel like they should have to pay the tow yard and compensate me at this point but of course they dont care to even try and help.Update: I still have not gotten a resolution to this situation. However Lucas has been attempting to help. This is a global company and the only person who has showed any concern in a job recruiter they have employed. Kodos to you Lucas but as for anyone else who has been trying to get this taken care of I cant say much for your customer service nor your empathy as to my now having not even a car to look for another job.

This company hired me for a reservation agent at Best Western. Everything was good when I picked up the computer monitors. They advised I had to go straight home to set it up and call them . I got it set up two monitors plus keyboard, mouse webcam headset . Sooo. Many wiresI called them after setting this up and had to wait and wait then I got a message saying to leave my number and they will call back in 30 minutes. I kept waiting and I had to leave to do errands .They called when I was doing my errands and disciplined me. I am not a 4 year old . They told me that I am getting paid as well as the trainers .I told them I was waiting over an hour on hold .They are very nice to get you in and after they are super mean!! The people that try to set you up to password are reading from script and they have no idea . Plus I sat waiting for them which I got discipled for not being there after waiting an hour on hold.They act so very nice .Stay away from Hyde Clay e Ryan Jacqueline

So I was called back by a guy named Christian involving my application did and interview and got the position signed the hiring contract and did the drug test and was about to start all while he sat and reassured meEverything was good and I should still be good to go kept leading me on a string while waiting for my background they flagged it and instead of being a good professional leader he was as THE worst customer service expert I had to keep calling them asking why they weren’t calling me about paper work and luckily I logged into my email otherwise I wouldn’t have know they denied my position and were t gonna train me anymore he didn’t call like he was supposed toTo let t me know didn’t even tell me I wasn’t gonna be starting. Horrible place to help get a job there are way better staffing places.

Hello all,I just wanted to tell you what happened to me. If you are an out of state client to the company and they are trying to recruit you to another state, DO NOT take the job. They offered me a great position and a high paying salary that was 2000 miles away from my home. I moved across the country to eventually be told that I had no longer a job. I moved across the country, had five dollars to my name from moving, and they told me to bartend instead until they found me another gig. This company is only looking for their own numbers and not for your well being. They almost left me on the streets and bad credit if it wasn’t for my friends coming into town and helping me out until I found another position on my own. The response time was never followed up, I always had to call them and be on top of communication. Sometimes I would not hear from them for days. They promised me 18$ a hour and instead gave me 15$ a hour. Again, this was all during the pandemic. I would never suggest working or associating with this company after what they did to me.

Spoke to Peyton Trusty. The experience was horrible she specified many times she would call me back in reference to my application after calling almost 7 times, she finally informed me the position was not available anymore. She introduced me to another position that was supposed to start 11/30/20 and I still have not heard back from her. Aerotek is very unprofessional when it comes to its hiring managers and I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking employment or any potential employers. It has been over a month and even a friend I recommended to apply has received the same treatment. Why play with people like you have a lucrative job offer if you won’t follow through or return messages?

My initial experience was great. My recruiter was very excited and the manager had great energy. Then I got switched assignments and that was initially great as well. My recruiter was calling and checking on me to make sure I liked the new position. The problem came with my check between assignments. It got lost in the mail because they mailed it even though I have direct deposit and I had my start date for my new assignment which was only a week later. Because I had to wait 2 weeks for a check, I had issues getting to my new assignment which I worked out with my hr department at my new assignment after I explained the situation. My recruiter called me (after he had been dodging my calls for 2 days) and pretty much told me in so many words that I didn’t have any business speaking to my he personnel what was going on and that I wasn’t entitled to that check because it was a bonus check (which I earned). Now I am on pause with this assignment after a month and a half because something on my background (which I know for a fact there is nothing on my background) and I have been waiting for my recruiter to get back to me. Hasn’t happened. I have 3 kids, I can’t wait around so I will be moving on. So safe to say, they aren’t terrible but they aren’t the best either. I have recommended people to go there because I started work quickly but they do not handle issues well at all.

Literally the worst recruiting company. Ryan O’Toole, has not returned my phone calls and he himself had no idea how to handle his own workload. Overall, this just left me wondering what next. Lookout and beware from this corrupt company.

I really enjoyed the whole experience working with Aerotek. My recruiter Erik Rodriguez and the whole staff are one of the most reliable and straight forward people to make business with. Since day one, the lady’s at the front great you with a smile, then you fill up all your info and in a matter of minutes I was talking with my recruiter. After all the interview process was done I went home and in about 2 to 3 days I got a call from Erick to offer me a job. Another cool thing about Aerotek is that they pay every week so you don’t have to wait too long for your first check. In conclusion, if you need a job and your ready to start working go to Aerotek theyll help you get one.

I applied for a few jobs and got a call back pretty soon after unfortunately for me I missed the call but I returned the call and left a voicemail. I also received an email from the recruiter which I responded to that same day... Nothing. I called back again a couple days later to see if the job still had openings and got a voicemail again. This time I got a response from a different recruiter who told me about the job and said they were going to send me an email with the information that I needed to fill out. This call was about 4:55pm and since I didnt get the email before 5 I figured Id call them the next day and let them know.In the meantime I got a call about having to serve for jury duty and a wouldnt be able to make the mandatory training and was planning on telling the recruiter when I called them back. This time my original recruiter called me, I let them know my situation and they hung up on me. They didnt try telling me about other positions that might work, or even say goodbye. I was talking about how I couldnt take a Monday-Friday job when I looked at my phone and saw they ended the call. I get that Im the one that needs to be proactive to get a job but the lack of professional response and the lack of professionalism itself was astonishing. I wouldve used this service again had I gotten a simple Unfortunately this position wont work for you but please check your emails for other openings that may work out with your scheduling needs. I applied for a part time job through Aerotek, I got a callback from Sophia-Overlock Pauley. Everything seemed optimistic in the beginning, she told me to update my resume with other previous work experience I had. I did and sent that information to her. I tried calling her a couple times and sent an email, no response. I tried calling this office, no answer. Im definitely skeptical about this company now, if I could I would report them.

HORRIBLESo just like a another reviewer I’ve had a similar issue, they got me on a job, asked me if I had anything on my record, and I did and told them that, and also that I didn’t have my ged or equivalent. Not to mention I had to input that on their site and such for hiring.But they didn’t look over my information and put me on the job anyways just for my background check to come back and them pulling me from a job, which is very irritating, and caused me to turn down another job offer that I would have been better suited for.Also they never answer the phone, or for that matter even call back.

I got hired on, got trained in for a week, my background check didn’t pass, whatever it’s on me and is my fault/responsibility. But the fact that they let me GET TO WORK that morning before telling me I was terminated was messed up. The fact that they said my paycheck would be direct deposit and I am now receiving my check in the mail, when promised I wouldn’t have to wait for it is messed up. My rent is now going to be late. The fact that they hired on 3 alternates for the class and all 3 alternates had issues with hiring THE SAME DAY? And nobody else?? Only the alternates for the class? Like just say you don’t need anyone else we knew we were alternates when we were hired. Over all 0/10, would not recommend this company for employment because it isn’t consistent or reliable.

This place has helped me so much. My rep Brandon is amazing. Super chill guy and even though Ive messed up multiple opportunities hes always there and willing to go out of his way to find me something new asap. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I applied for position on Monday called and left message with the individual assigned to the position and havent heard from them. Called the office in my area on Monday person stated would send an email to them and transferred me to leave a message again for the person. Now its Friday called office again, different name on the job, the person stated would leave an email for them to contact and gave me the number to contact and leave a message for the other individual. Ive worked with them in the past and they were very efficient in getting back with you. Not anymore. Contacting another temp agency in my area and will NOT be referring any one to Aerotek.

I did have one recruiter before her that told me she would get back with me about a position and I have been waiting on her every since, so i got another recruiter named Delaney. Don’t deal with this staffing agency, they never return your calls or emails, very unprofessional. It is a waste of time to contact them or go in for an interview. How does a company run like this?

The recruiter at this office ghosted me. lolShe was good at communicating and returning my calls and everything up until we interviewed. She was initially very engaged. We talked about different positions and etc. She then said she needed to “put a face to the name” and had this urgency to schedule an in-person interview. I have worked with Aerotek before with their other offices and had never heard of this. It was kind of sketchy. Anyway, after the interview I never heard back. She said she’d email me and never did. I did at some point email her and she never responded. It’s like she fell off the earth. LITERALLY went M.I.A. I hope she’s okay. I didn’t even get a rejection email or anything. It’s kind of annoying and disappointing because she said she’d call me. I waited days and was hopeful she’d help me find a better job. I’ve concluded that with the interview she saw that:1)I’m younger than who she normally works with or 2) I’m Hispanic. I was able to find myself a new job elsewhere no thanks to Jessica Stam. Don’t know why they’re paying her if she’s not doing what she’s paid to do

Came back to warn people to stay away! They would contract with the worse organizations. I got let go due to being a person of color by their contractor who is still stalking my LinkedIn page to see what I am up to. They do shady business and have incompetent people in the office that can’t spell correctly or even have working computers. I had to come in many different days until the computers worked again. Go to the Tempe location. They know what they’re doing.

Ryan was awesome and very helpful. Right after I met with him, he set up an interview, I got a job a few days later. The front desk hardly answers phones, so going in is a better option. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.

God knows how many times I’ve reached out to this company & received very little to no help. They call & leave a voicemail to give the initial illusion that they care but that’s it. Return the phone call, try to follow up via email & nothing. They want to seem helpful but don’t really want to help.

Better off relying on yourself! I was looking for a phlebotomist job for months when I finally applied and met with an Aerotek rep once and discussed what kind of job/setting I was looking for. I was contacted once about a womens clinic looking for a phleb and if I was interested. Of course I said yes...Never heard from them again. In fact I saw the same posting, for the same job at the same location on Indeed so I applied for it and was contacted by the companies own recruiter, interviewed and offered the position. No help whatsoever from Aerotek!

Initially they called as if they were interested when I asked did they hire individuals with backgrounds they said yes they proceeded to tell me that I had a great resume and that someone would call me back the next day well that was bs no phone call no answer to my email and no response to the numerous applications I submitted this does not seem like an equal opportunity employer you can never get through and the recruiters does not respond to voice mail messages this does not look good on there company we all know that it is a business for them to get paid its all about revenue if you wont benefit them then no luck a bunch of false lies your just a body for a return fee for these staffing agencies the quality and workmanship is not there anymore the value of people and jobs is not there its all about business and monitary value I will no longer contact this agency the Vp needs to get his company under control being im from out of state this company makes Az look real bad.

Worst staffing agency in the Phoenix area. Sent me on an assignment where I was let go for no reason other than the fact that I am a woman of color. I was told that I was doing well and then got a call from them saying that the assignment place said I was catching on to tasks. I have worked in many levels of government in DC and hold a graduate degree with a perfect gpa. When I told them about my concerns of racism, they ignored me and pretended they weren’t in the office when I returned my badge. Beware! It’s sad that racism is allowed in this day and age and both recruiters were Caucasian.

Horrible recruiters. I was placed at a job this past November, with a company downtown Phoenix. The company was awful. The manager Natasha, the supervisor Sara and the trainer Matt were a PAIN to work with. Very unprofessional, literally stupid. I was let go after 2 and half months due to “I was always in defensive moad” but actually, they got mad I said something to Sara to defend myself. She was HORRIBLE. My recruiter ADAM, told me why I was being let go, and when I tried to say my side of the story, he just cut me off. He was like, if you need anything else, let me know. So I spoke yesterday to Meghan and she said to me that she didn’t want to helps me get a job because of what my previous contract said.. which was a LIE. She treated me like I was the worst employee, when I was never late, never missed, was always on time on my breaks and lunch times... recruiters there are stuck up Stupid

Applied for an accounts receivable position on their site. Got a call, got asked a million questions, the recruiter has my resume right in front of them. after the questioning, the recruiter tells me “oh unfortunately that position has already been filled but we will call when we have other opportunities” . HUH?? THEN WHY TF ARE YOU CALLING ME ABOUT A POSITION THAT “has already been filled”? just to collect my personal information?? so annoyed with phoenix recruiters they are predatory!!

Horrible aerotek site. The recruiters are sneaky and racist against POC. Their computers don’t work and they rush you. They will send you on assignments where let you go for no reason and don’t allow you to defend yourself! Tempe location is way better.

Just an overall waste of time. They’ll get your foot in the door, then once you realize you’re in a inadequate office working for a company that has 0 training proficiency. If you’re fired or if your contract ends they completely cut you off. They’ll employ in a whatever area they can stick you in. A HUGE waste of time.

My experience with Aerotek has been priceless in the sense that absolutely NOTHING has come about job wise.I continue to call and ask for at least a reason why I wasnt chosen as an employee, so that I can better myself.Instead I get this run around nothingness of answers. Horrible staffing agency to get employment I was let go a few months back and Recruiter told me he Help me find a job still to this day Ive not got a call back. Luckily for me I found stable employment. Word of advice stay away from Aerotek.

Great recruiters, They really help place me in a position that I was looking for. When you meet with them dress professional and bring your Resume if you have one. They a a voracity of different employers that they work with.

Im not sure about the experience people have had, but I was treated exceptionally well. I was interviewed for a position with a credit card company, and since the position didnt start right away my rep worked around all the tests the background checks and anything else this company required around my schedule. She was in contact with me once or twice a week and guided me the the extensive process. Through the whole OJT Jessica (my original requiter) showed up once every week or two weeks brought pizza got out input on the process helped ease any concerns and always made you feel heard. The transition to being actually employed with the company I was being hired for was rough and stressful and she always listened to concerns or ways we can help us and those who come after. Then Daniella was introduced to us and she also was there anytime we needed. The payroll staff answered my emails about any pay questions or issues with an hour if that. Bottom line, I was in a rough spot when I met Jessica now I am a full time employee with a major credit card company and they are paying for me to finish my bachelors degree! Thank you Jessica, Daniella and all the others with Aerotek, you helped point me in the direction of my future!

They are very unprofessional especially the representative that picked up the phone today she hung up on me while I was talking and then I tried to call back she did not answer the phone the lady that answers the phone was very rude it take for ever for the background check to come back. I called back several times and I got no answer. She needs to be fired I don’t have a name because she did not give it. They are pleasant when they hire you also Just for recruiter’s to get there income by hiring people. When you do get hired, they do not respond on time on emails. Or even a call back. The front desk doesn’t answer phone calls. They need two CSR’s if they can not keep up with phone calls on demand. The manager is unpleasant when you just need information and wants to give his own opinion when it’s not valid. I worked for this company. I will no longer.

I checked in at 8:20am, Only 2 people were waiting before me. 8:50am rolls around and the 2 people had already seen the same agent and left. Another person walks in at 8:52 and gets called in by the same agent at 8:53am. I ask why Im not getting called and the receptionist thats covering from another location says she didnt email an agent to see me because she thought I was going to go to another office?! Why?! When?! Waste of my time. Needless to say I walked out after that.

The recruiters here are trash. Super lazy, you call and they just tansfer you to VM or email with no callback. If you ever do get ahold of a recruiter they got an attitude and never seem to genuinely want to help you a job. I keep getting emails from them about positions and even to just inquire it is impossible to get a good recruiter. They do not want to really help you get a job.

Ive been with temps before. Could honestly say this has been the worse agency I ever experience with. I call the front office no one ever answer doesnt matter what time of the day. Spoke with multiple recuiters to get a job. Richard north and Roy. I will call them, text message, email and no response back. They say they care about their employees, that they get employees inviting them to cookouts because they have help them so much.... Ummmm is there favoritism or something because I could guarantee Im not getting that satisfaction. I dont like talking bad about business, but these people dont care about me so I wont either.

Recruiter Veronica Oliver gave me false hopes. I had many issues with the company I was put at and I brought it to my recruiters attention and all I was told was, keep up the good work. I have worked for many agencys and I have yet to find one that actually cares about the employee and not just there contract with the employer.

I applied a few times online, called in and spoke with two agents. Neither agent called me back about any of the opening jobs that I was qualified for. Every time I call I get voicemail. This has been going on for over a month now.

I honestly wouldn’t give them a star at all. They hardly answer the phone. Didn’t let me know if I was going to be working until the weekend before where they finally gave an update about the company we’d be working for will not need us, so instead of trying to place people into another job they have yet to find one. While trying to call to tell them to delete my information they still won’t answer the phone and i’ve left multiple voicemails and emails for them to follow up with me. Poor service and one of the worse staffing agency I have ever worked with.

I went to aerotek today to find a job and was put down for having left 1 job and not having a resume that met up to his standards..it wasn’t what the recruiter said it was the way he said things that really upset me on the drive home.. I have been going in circles with aerotek for months, the way they run things just isn’t right. He told me I am not able to go back to aerotek and told me to go look elsewhere. I have never felt so humiliated and put down in my entire life. I do not recommend aerotek to anybody in search for a job they use u and when they are done with you they don’t return your phone calls or they make you feel like they made me feel today..

The front desk is unprofessional they wont answer phone calls and when they do they hang up on you and screen your calls have to call from a different phone to call them, then they answered and they are rude to you when they do.

I had the worst experience here, they were unprofessional, and i was very taken aback by their mishandling of private information. They didnt provide any information, or paper work necessary for employment, and the manager laugh in my face when i expressed concern.

My assignment had ended at a job they sent me to and Jessica Parsons waited til the next day to inform, I was already 2hours into my shift. They ended my assignment because I supposedly had an attendance issue but I was never given any warnings or writes up for attendance I only called off twice out of 7month period and they refuse to find me any additional work even my supervisor from the company I worked for made a complaint to the supervisor for wrongfully discharging me.

I got a decent job but im getting paid a dollar less than promised and my paycheck has been a couple days late for the 2nd time in 2 months.

I quit an awesome job for a better job thru aerotek and the fired me a week and a half later for no reason! They said I had a warrant in tucson but according to tucson city court I dont! But they only gave me 3 days to provide proof and the courts take at least 10. Aerotek sucks!
