Very poor application process. They screen you through the crappiest screening company First Advantage. I recommend you look at the reviews of the screening company. They have had me waiting for well over a month to get my background cleared when my background has cleared for several other positions. Nobody seems to care or want to do anything to expedite the process because they just get paid regardless. Very sketchy do not quit your job until you know 1000000% your background is clear.

Insight Global helped me find an amazing position during the pandemic. I felt very supported during my job search, and they were able to place me with a great client. The on-boarding process was clearly outlined and straightforward. Mandy Widom was my Account Manager. She was always professional, responded to emails promptly and was always willing to offer any assistance. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed working at Insight Global and I have nothing but positive remarks for them.

I was supposed to start working with Insight Global as of Tuesday 1/19/2021 I was hired By Bria and my offer was taken away from Becca since my schedule isn’t what she wanted. I told the people hiring me from the beginning and was told that they should work around my schedule. As it is limited to March when I will be free all year long. I was given the offer signed all the paperwork and even lined everything up where I quit my previous job to start this new one. I get a call 2 days before my start time asking about my schedule as soon as I said what my availability was Becca then told me they have to take my offer back. I advised what happened with the other reps and why I’m all the way here. Keep in mind I’m looking at the computer that was already sent to my home. So now I’m JOBLESS. Apparently don’t have a job here and all they can say is Bria should’ve told you I’m sorry. And was hung up on. This is so unprofessional and messing with my life. as I am also a student and have all the qualifications to work for insight global. Now here in the middle of a pandemic I have no job and no way to support myself because thanks to this company. So please if you don’t have a free schedule every single day of the week don’t even bother. Thank you so much for ruining my year. God bless all.

Just like any typical staffing agency. They dont respond back to you in a timely manner. In the past, I have gotten so many calls from them and I didnt even get one job interview or any type of feedback. Apparently, they also dont keep track of your resume and references because they would always ask for them as well as having me discuss my work/educational background when I have already provided that information to them for the 50th time. Total waste of my time.

My recruiter, Mindy Widom, was super helpful and always nice to talk too. She was able to help me transition into full time with the company I was contracted with. Great way to get a foot in the door with big companies.

Turned in all equipment, time card and equiptment deposit refund approved by work location since December 22, 2020. And till this day have not received last paycheck or equiptment deposit, no one will answer any text, email or phone call. Company i was assigned to verified twice they sent all moneies owed to agancy. This place is a rip off

This company lies about everything. They don’t pay on time, and the employees for this company are stuck up and entitled. They literally prey on broke people who need jobs. Kristin Mlady gave me attendance warnings and advised that I’d get a written warning before further action but instead waited until I had surgery with a doctors note to fire me. Advising me that even with a doctors note excusing me she was terminating my contract so now I’m out of surgery with no Job! It’s funny though because there’s a gentleman who misses continuous days but since he hugs her everyday he has yet to be talked too. This company is a scam and if you look at the people who work for the company you can tell they’re all self absorbed. Go to aero tech, they pay on time every Wednesday and aren’t losers.

I worked with this company before back in 2015 and was looking for another job and Ryan Pierce who was my recruiter was awesome! The next day o end up getting an interview and started working next week! He is amazing I highly recommend him! And honestly ignore the negative comments everyone has their own opinions and experience but doesnt hurt to try u never know u end up getting a job the next week like I did.

Great recruiter for permanent placement. Instead of just placing me in a job for the sake of placement, they took the time to find a perfect match before sending me to interviews. They did a great job of follow-up when needed and kept me in the loop of interview progression.

They acted like they were trying to help me find a job but it was only if they were the ones who did it. If they found out I had a good interview with another agency or position they would essentially nix that job opportunity for me completely. I wasnt sure completely until I networked with several others who were at the same interviews I was at and were finding themselves in the same same spot.Dont tell them if you had another interview and with who. If you do then that job you might have landed is gone for. Also very unclear and rushed on hiring. Several times promised I had a job literally the next day and then no word from them. If I called I would get another recruiter who would throw me somewhere else. Absolute headache. I believe I lost a lot of potential jobs because of them.Some of the recruiters did follow up and seemed sincere hence the 1 star but rarely did I ever hear back from a recruiter once I interviewed.

Insight Global is one of the easiest and convenient staffing agencies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Lily Yost, who is one of the agents here, is a fun, warm, hard working individual who goes above and beyond. She made sure that I was helped through all processes and answered any questions with fast and detailed responses, while being personal, but professional. One of the worst agency experience I have ever had. I have worked in the industry for years and the amount of questioning for them was unbelievable. I reached a point I finally pulled the plug on the whole process.They are more interested in milking you for leads and hiring managers names and phone numbers than they are in actually fitting you in a good position for your skill set. The industry once was a great place to build your resume and gain useful experience. I have had some great experiences in the past. Now it is over run with cut rate recruiters and foreign companies dragging it down.So many major companies are stepping away for services because of companies like this. You are better off just dealing with the companies you are interested in directly rather than associating yourself to these types of places.

They are really bad at responding to emails. After three emails with no response, Ive given up. They totally didnt follow through with what they said they were going to do. They wasted my time having me drive down there just to fill out a questionnaire on a slow computer. They didnt even bother setting up the interview that they said they were going to. This place is a waste of time.

I worked with Morgan Deloach and Baylee Hayenga at the Phoenix office to get placed in a contract-to-hire role at one of their clients. I had a interview with Morgan, where she really took the time to get to know me and what type of job I was looking for. Morgan was in constant contact with me regarding employment opportunities. I had multiple interviews with various clients, but the positions were all cancelled or put on hold. The last interview with one of their clients was the perfect fit. I interviewed with the client and Baylee met me at the office, walked in with me, introduced the client and attended the interview with me. She was able to give me immediate feedback, which was very nice. Morgan and Baylee kept in constant contact with me with providing updates and addressing any questions I had. What makes IG so impressive is how much they CARE about the people they work with, both the client and the employee. Ive worked with other recruiters and communication is spotty (and thats being nice). Morgan and Baylee went above and beyond to get to know me personally and professionally.

Insight Global is such a dump.One on-site interview had a recruiter asking if I was ready to jump and the hiring manager was impressed. 3 days later it went cold and they were apologizing for leading me on.Next was someone reaching out after TWO YEARS to go on about a new job. This recuiter (Conor Nash) just was wasting time again. Did myself a favor and blocked them and ignore their calls. Too many jobs in data science to deal with them.

If you are called by Insight Global for a job opportunity, spend extra time up-front to verify that you are not catagorically disqualified for the job they are trying to recruit for.Insight has now called me three times for the same job, each time assuring me I can have it and each time discovering that I dont have a bachelors degree and am 100% unable to even apply for said job. This is information thats clearly listed on my resume that theyve just chosen to ignore apparently for the purpose of wasting my time, getting my hopes up and making me even sadder in what has become the saddest job search of my life.TL;DR: Insight Global hasnt actually read your resume and doesnt know if you are qualified for the jobs they recruit for, no matter what they say up-front. Spend extra time going over the qualifications before trusting them, and even then dont hold your breath or change your plans.

Steve and Justin were in constant contact with me to provide timely updates and address and questions or concerns I had.What really stands out is how much Steve and Justin CARE about the work they do and the people it involves. While working with other technical recruiters previously, communication would be spotty and I’d often felt like a means to an end. While going through the process with Insight Global, Steve and Justin went above and beyond to get to know me, personally and professionally, to make sure they’d place me in the right role. Justin helped to carve out a personalized opportunity for me at his client that was tailored to my skillset.On Friday, Lauren (another IG recruiter) met me outside the client office to walk me into the interview. That was a really nice touch.After my in-person interview, I got cold feet about relocating out-of-state and making such a big career decision. When Justin called with the offer, my walls went up and I declined it, listing excuses for why it wasn’t going to work (even though the position was exactly what I wanted). Justin spent HOURS on the phone with me that day, helping me weed through my hesitations, validating real concerns and helping me see where my thinking was distorted. He worked to get me in touch with reps at his client to talk about my concerns, so I’d feel 100% confident before making a decision. During this whole thing, he was patient and not pushy.I got the clarification I needed, my nerves subsided, and I accepted a fantastic offer from the client two days later. Throughout this whole process, I felt valued and unbelievably well taken care of by Steve and Justin. They went above and beyond in every aspect, and now I have my dream job!Everyone I’ve met so far at IG has been genuine, enthusiastic, kind, and has made my interests their priority. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Worse company ever. They have owed me several hundreds dollars over several months from unpaid expenses including mileage as a field tech. Dont expect them to return calls in a timely manner if at all or help with any issues. For a IT recruiting that only has to manage payroll they are unbelievably incompetent. Secret: Any company that uses them as a recruiting firm also uses other firms so its not like any job offering they have are not available through another agency.

My experience with them was poor. Received an unsolicited phone call from them. The recruiter claimed to have a position open that matched my credentials, which she had seen in Career Builder. She asked myriad questions about my current and previous employer, including the names of my supervisors. I told her that I believed the depth of her questions to be inappropriate for an initial contact, before she had shared any information at all (except location) about the opportunity. She promised to email the job description and never followed through.

Your STUPID if you go here for a job. They will get you a job. But then they will come in 2 or 3 days before your contract up and renegotiate the contract behind your back so you lose out on the things that was promised to you... DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE COMPANY AND YOU WILL SEE...

So unprofessional, they could of at least notify me that they moved on with other candidates. It’s really unprofessional to ignore someone, I contacted my recruiter asking for any updates and they said “they weren’t sure” call back, like just say no it saves time.

Other reviewers are right. Worked for this company for over 3 months now and what have I gotten for my troubles? Important information omitted and inaccurate information in my employee agreement, un-responded to emails, unpaid expense checks, empty commitments, incorrect hourly pay and much more. BTW for anyone using Glass Door to review a company dont bother, they only post positive reviews.

Horrible experience. They always tell me they will call back but never do. Or that the case is closed and they will always call if there is any positions available.
