The front desk clerk was pleasant & helpful, the Dentist Assistant introduced herself and was very nice as she took x-rays and checked my teeth. The Dentist was pleasant as he checked my teeth and explained what needed to be done and answered my questions..

Worst dental appointment ever! Everyone in that office is unprofessional, has terrible communication with their patients, and talked down to me the entire time. The office is a dump too. Even though I made an appointment for a cleaning, they didn’t do my cleaning the day I went. They said I needed to come back for the cleaning. They said the first appointment was just to determine what type of cleaning I need. They also wanted me to pay $300 out of pocket and also said they couldn’t clean my whole mouth in one visit. Absurd! I only came here because they say “everything is under one roof”, another lie. If you get referred to a specialist you have to go to a different office. I went back to my regular dentist and they did the cleaning I needed in one visit and I paid $0 out of pocket. I do not trust that place!

I would avoid this location at all costs. I received sub-par dentist work and one of my teeth had a nerve issue for 3 months after my cavity filling. The office is dirty and it didn’t make me feel comfortable at all.I would recommend reading the other one star reviews of this place as well. It’s practically spot on and yes I experienced it all. Terrible customer service, impossible to get a hold of, appointments change without notification, rude desk clerk, and just general incompetence.But the absolute worst part of this business is their billing department. I was told on MULTIPLE occasions that they had run my insurance! They gave me a final quote and I specifically asked if this had been processed through my insurance - and I received a “yes” confirmation. Fast forward 6 months later and they start spam calling me telling me that I owe them more money!? I asked them why and they claimed my insurance didn’t cover it all (even though they apparently processed my insurance on the spot). But to make matters worse, they only care about getting paid. So they told me it was my responsibility to track my insurance down and figure out what happened. NOT THEM but me! I would understand if they called me a day later after my visit, maybe even a week, but 6 months later!? I was lied to and I am ridiculously upset. The unethical practices of this business should be looked at.Save yourself the money and frustration of this terribly managed business and don’t go!

Not happy with the 19th Ave & bell office. I spent $6,000 on some partials and the work is terrible so much that I will NOT go back.. I guess that Ill just have to save money and go elsewhere.. Go at your own risk..

Came in for an emergency extraction, scheduled same day, but wasnt told there would be any issues. I waited for over an hour and the doctor came in glaced at my tooth said we need to take out both you can go to the other office tomorrow. When I told her I had to figure out what I could do with my schedule she just walked away. I asked about anything to help with the pain and I was told they wouldnt give me anything. Super helpful. Dont bother.

I have been with this guys from two yearsCurrently from last visits they are so carelessThat they never treat you on time always you need to wait 30 mins.Crazy people do not lot of things. Sad to leave them and they don’t have any exceptional treatment.Not going to see them anymore

Westwind dental has only been awesome for me. I had a tooth that was bad and my jaw was swollen. Of course I was in severe pain and they got me in the office a hour later my pain was gone. (So was my tooth).They are covid 19 concerned, taking temperature right when u enter the business. All the employees and doctors are nice and friendly. I would recommend westwind to everyone. I have not dealt with the medical side, only dental.

Called all over Phoenix and no one had appointments,I called Westwind dental and they took me in right away. They removed my wisdom tooth pain free. Will come back for all my dental care.

There is one nurse who simply cannot do her job right. She input my phone number incorrectly, advised me to put a hot compress on my tooth after I had a root canal, which you should never do! She did not put in my prescriptions to my pharmacy in which I had to call to request them again and was in so much pain for over 2 hours! She did not book my follow up appointment for the crown like she said she did when I left the office. My experience with the other staff has been awesome but this one nurse in particular has made the overall experience with your office a difficult one!

Everyone is amazing from the beautiful ladies at the front desk all the way to the dentist ( Esbah)! I didnt feel a thing! They gave me as a new patient! Very very satisfied! Thanks guys!

The services and staffs here are very nice. They also did well on my teeth. The only problem is the way they file and charged me. They are always having mistakes in preparing and submitting claims with my dental insurance. It had happened to three times me.

I called the morning of my appointment as I needed to bring my son and wanted to make sure that would be okay with the COVID going on, never received a return call. Reception gal did not want to be there, there was something more important on her computer than tending to patients. Had to use a pen that was not sterilized and just thrown back into a community holder. No sterilization/sanitation of any kind going on in this office. Had to sign a form about COVID and temperature was to be taken, it was not. Was not informed that the hygienist I was to see quit. Was not told the dentist I was to see no longer works there. This office is a disaster and I am super sad that I spent thousands to have dental work done and I don’t like the new dentist at the office I was going too and the only way I get my work warrantied is to go to Westwind.

I was on the phone with a guy named David. He was very patient with me and a very good communicator. He was very kind on helping me find the right place to get me a cleaning on time. This is my first time going to this office and I could honestly say it over ran risas dental in my opinion.

So this place makes you pay before you get your services done which is perfectly fine. However a year and 10 months later that I got my teeth cleaned they have the AUDACITY to charge me first $30, then the next day it became $60. How does that make sense? Fix this.

Went in with anxiety about being there. The receptionist welcomed me and eased some of my anxiety. Went to the back and the girl doing x-rays was gentle and made me feel more comfortable. The girl who did my cleaning again was gentle and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Will go back there again with less anxiety.

I’ve been looking for a new dentist for a while and after visiting several different offices over the last few years I found my new dentist at Westwind Dental. I admit I was a little nervous after some of the reviews, but in the end there were just too many great reviews to keep me away. I thought the office was a perfect little space that feels very personal and well kept with very friendly staff that make you feel right at home. People like that are hard to find! I was sure I needed a few fillings since my last dentist told me I did but I never had them done. The dentist was great and took her time to show me everything I needed along with pictures of my teeth that needed fillings. It was great to hear what I needed presented in such a confident manner, you can tell she’s been doing this a while. She confirmed my fillings and a cleaning and I had them done that day! Pretty great not having to come back for the fillings! The payment plans made it easily affordable and I’ll be back in 6 months. Thank you for a great experience and I look forward to coming back!

The 1st time I went here I got sepsis after visit ended up in hospital for 2 weeks . Then I had to go back because insurance has them listed as my dentist it was a Friday so I had to. I went back Dr numb me but couldnt pull tooth because was infected. I was in extreme pain. I called before 5 pm over a dozen times no answer. Website showed opened until 5pm.Then called emergency line 5 times. They said someone wld call me back but no call. I called talk to mgr. Explain she didnt care, no apology. Dont ever go here.

I have been coming here for about 4 years. Both Dr shresta and Dr Ezbah have been so caring to my needs so gentle when it comes to doing my treatment .I was terrified until i got my root canal done here it changed my perception on going to the dentist. Amazing!! I love my smile !!

This dental group is excellent! I had a root canal, temporary crown and final crown put on over the last 2 months. The office staff communicated clearly and professionally. The Dr is caring and explains important information. The dental assistants are kind and have a great sense of humor. Each time I went in the care was excellent. They made sure everything they worked on was accurate, that I wasnt in pain and that if I had any issues to call and come in. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PROFESSIONALS AND I AM THANKFUL I CAME TO THEIR OFFICE. November 2015.

My family and I have been with DC Dental since 2013. They have always been wonderful at accommodating all of our dental needs. Making changes is difficult for those of us who are creatures of habit so having a dental group that works at making each individual satisfied with their experience is worth its weight in gold. For me personally, any experience with a dentist can be a life altering experience. Anytime I have a care or concern Dr. Chang has been available to call me back and see me sometimes even sooner than I can get there. I am leaving again today with a nice big smile and feeling great.Thanks guys!!!!!😁

I highly recommend no one ever goes to this facility. All I wanted was a routine cleaning and couldnt even get that performed and on top of that my appointment was for 10 AM and didnt even get in until 45 minutes later. The place seemed very unsanitary and grungy. Seemed like they were just trying to make money and perform uneccessary services. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The office staff is extremely friendly, back office girls are very sweet and my fillings that i got done went smooth didnt feel when doctor numbed me and when we were done i was no longer scared of the dentist. Glad i Came here

My husband had an appointment schedule for a 4 pm Monday appointment to get his tooth pulled. The dentist that he was scheduled with said she wasnt comfortable pulling teeth even though they scheduled him with her for that exact reason! He even paid a copay for this appointment to be told they couldnt do anything for him. They rescheduled him for a Thursday appointment at 4 pm with a dentist that could pull his tooth. So two painful days later, on Wednesday he got a call asking if he could come in at 4:45 because the dentist was booked until then. When he got there at 4:45, the receptionist said oh you shouldve came in at 4 pm when you were scheduled because the doctor has to leave at 5 pm today. !!!??? He told her they called him and told him to come in at 4:45 and even showed them the call from the office number on phone. Their answer was sorry theres nothing we can do but schedule you for next Tuesday. Five more days in writhing pain? Yeah no thanks. This office owes my husband a copay refund for doing nothing for him and jerking him around.

I recently went to Westwind Dental at the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed. Theres a reason there are so many great reviews for this place. The receptionist, doctor and everyone else there were great and it turned out I didnt even have any cavities or anything! Ill be back next week for my cleaning and I can actually say Im looking forward to going back. I would recommend westwind dental to everyone.

This group of ladies is outstanding. I had a painful broken tooth. They got me in same day. Did an exam and cleaning and took care of the bad tooth. The dentist did the cleaning and was so incredibly gentle. I love this place!! Look forward to my next visit.

I really enjoyed this place. Wait time wasnt long. The girls at the front are laid back and friendly. Everything is nice and clean. My favorite part, though, was that they were SO thorough when doing my two root canals. While it took a bit longer, its much appreciated since this means there is less chance that Ill have to come back and fix them. Everyone was very kind and patient. Definitely recommend. Definitely going back.

The girls in the office are awesome and always smiling and welcoming, then you meet the Dr and she is the leader of the pack!!! I love them!! They even put my temp crown back in after i flossed it out..lol

They cant do anything here but claim to be a total service dentist. They made my wife sit in agony for 2 days then told her they couldnt do any of the work so she wasted a day of work and sat in pain cuz they cant admit to being incompetent. Also, the office looks like they ran out of money a LONG time ago. AVOID THIS PLACE

Very welcoming and friendly associates.Had an easy, painless cleaning.Dr. Beyramian is not the usual stoic, uptight dentist. Shes got a sense of humor that dentist offices desperately need.She patiently explained a course of action and I felt pretty good about it.

I gave DC Dental a call yesterday to ask if they could do same day tooth extractions. They booked me an appointment for 10am in the morning in which I was prompt. I find out through the dentist after an hour and a half that she cannot do extractions. I asked why and Dr Sumi said she does not pull teeth. I paid for the single tooth X-ray and left looking for an emergency dentist. I found another one immediately bot when I asked for the X-ray I was told it would take a week and cost $25.00 for the copy. WHAT A SCAM DC DENTAL will do everything they can to keep you coming back even if it is unethical. I asked for their ADA license number and was put on hold for 30-minutes then hung up on. Great way to train staff. I have to give them 1-star or I can not post this. Off to the ADA website. DO NOT CALL DC DENTAL THEY LIE

I came in with my girlfriend for her 6 months check up and I walked in the lobby was nice and cool, but when we got to the back it was a MESS and I come from the dental field background all the rooms that I walked by were unsanitary none of the instruments were covered up by the barriers. The doctor was nice but that didnt make up on how disgusting the operation rooms were I think there was a blood stain on the chair that they let me sit in. I went there 3 years and got all of my mouth work done and literally twice in the last 3 years the exact same filling has come out. SO now i have to pay yet again for THE EXACT SAME SERVICE i paid these crooks for. Unless you like getting shittttty dental work and wasting money i wouldnt suggest going here.. Was told I had 6 cavities and had to schedule another appointment for fillings ASAP. Not only small cavities, but large ones almost the size of my whole tooth. I brush frequently and was only expecting a cleaning, so I went to another dentist. He gave me clean bill of health. I brought this up to the other dentist after my exam and he seemed shocked/surprised.I feel that Dr. Beyramian was taking advantage of my ignorance to make a quick buck.

I scheduled a appointment for myself and one for my wife one after the other. 11 am and 12 pm we show up 10 minutes early to see everything gated up with a padlock on the door. we call the phone number, no answer, I peak inside and I see a phone number to call for complaints or issues.I call and a guy answers,tells me he will double-check and call me back.15 min go by...I call him back: oh yea,the doctor called off sick today, its all handled by a system,it was suppose to let you know.This after yesterday I got 3 phone calls and 2 txt to confirm my appointment.He then proceeds to want to send me to a different office and asks what I want to get done?!?...I want to see a dentist thats what !, he them proceeds to start asking me personal questions like were do you work at. why would you need to know that to tell me if a dentist will see me or not? does my employment make a difference in the quality of service I receive @ dcdental?Basically find a different group as they dont know know the front end from the back here. It is a business,and should be ran as such.Happy they didnt get any of my info yet,,all seems kinda sketch. Possible scam? you decide but Im not giving them none of my business.Best case scenario,disorganized and will waste ur time,prolong the pain (the hole f-ing reason you contacted them) and will leave you with a bitter taste.The guy on the phone also claimed to be the owner :)) hes either the worst businessman Iv encountered lately or a liar.again you decide.

Dr. Espah is experiencede as she took care of my teeth and ensured my teeth were taken out with no remains left. Ive of my tootht was was under a sinus membrane but I had a stubborn root and again she was using making sure she did the extraction correctly. She was patient with my stubborn teeth not wanting to be pulled. She and her staff were professional Star was there making sure I was comfortable while my experience was very nervous. Beth made me feel like I was an inpatient showing care and taking x-rays to make sure my procedure went well. Brenda assisted Dr. Espah during my procedure and was continuously making sure I had no complications. Thank you Jesus for print such professional and experienced people near me during my time of need!! From the time of check in until check out Darci is so stylish and made the atmosphere feel updated and refreshing.

Its obvious that they put their needs above those of their patients.The other complaints here fit together with this one. On my initial visit I got the strong impression, talking with the office manager, that they were more interested in their agenda than mine and I had to repeat myself a few times. That was confirmed when I called prior to my appointment the next day which was set back 30 minutes later than I scheduled it for and was to be for filling only 1 tooth instead of 3 that they had agreed to fill, all of which were giving me problems..I complained & I was told the manager would call me back. 2 hours later and she still had not called so I cancelled and scheduled with another dentist and I did get all 3 teeth filled that same day.The owner need not write or call me. The other complaints here show you have had ample opportunity to fix the way you operate.
