Everything was very nice. We arrived on time. They got us right in. There was a visiting hygienist named Rachel and she was great. She had a great personality and talked through every procedure she was doing.

Yet again another great appointment at Hatcher Dental, had a cleaning with Bekah and she was so nice. Explained everything she was doing, was really gentle.

Ive been going here for dental checkups for probably four years, and all of the staff have always been friendly and make the process (especially dealing with insurance) easy. The dentists and assistants are always friendly, and will take the time necessary to make sure you are comfortable with what is happening, and know why they are doing what they are doing. They are great at making it a fun and easy environment.

By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The hygienist, Cristian, was super professional and very gentle during the x-rays and cleaning. I never felt uncomfortable while I was there, everything was quick, and everyone was very informative. I will definitely be visiting again.

The folks at this dental office have done phenomenal work. The crowns they have installed look and fit better than all of the previous ones done by other dentist and their prices are better than other dentist I have used in the past in fact my only regret was not finding them sooner on a 1thru 5 rating they get at least 8 stars

I had a great experience getting dentures dentist was nice friendly and knowledgeable I decided to bring my dad in to get dentures he has dementia and they were very understanding and helpful with assisting us to get him new dentures I definitely recommend to all my friends and family

Lots of FOCUSED WORK!I wanted to add, I have given them 5 (five) referrals, 3 of which were my UBER and LYFT Drivers who were looking for new Dentists!

Called the phone number and was asked for all my insurance information along with which tooth was causing my issue. Was told that the coordinator was with another patient, and she would call me right back. I was then contacted by a very rude speed talking female, who did not have an ounce of empathy, even if empathy was being given out for free. She then told me when I called the first time it was not their office, but their concierge service. Told me if I didnt like the appointments they had, which were a week out I can call my insurance and figure the rest out. This here is why people dislike dentist offices and rather just have their teeth not looked at because there is zero empathy, kindness, or care. Messed up part is that I did get their information from my insurance, I am good, I will just go another dentist.

They are friendly and very flexible. The studio is clean. They are very helpful and easy to talk to.

Making an appointment as a new patient was very easy. I received a copious amount of reminders prior to the date. The front desk staff, hygienists & the doctor I met were all very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

My experience was fantastic. The results of my cleaning were amazing, i could not be happier. I have gotten my regular cleaning through out last year but still had staining on my teeth which i thought were permanent, but boy was i wrong . All i can say amazing, so so amazing.

My daughter and I had our teeth cleaned today. There was an opening and she needed two little fillings and they were able to get it done all today. Great experience today with a cleaning. Advised of some future work to plan for without any pressure to do it now. Felt more like going to see a doctor than the experience at any medical facility has for a while now.

Great visit today...dr was not who I was expecting.but that was ok. He made me feel comfortable and at ease as soon as he walked in the room. Explained what he was doing in words I understood. Hatcher Dental has a courteous staff on board. They are polite, advising if additional work may be required, they verify benefits in regard to insurance. I have had the best experiences at Hatcher Dental than anywhere in the country. I give a 5 out of 5, the staff is very helpful, pleasant and have the best hospitality ever. I dont have a favorite Doctor I use whos available, i truly enjoy them all. Normally I am very uncomfortable when going to the dentist but at Hatcher Dental I actually look forward to my appointments. Audy is my favorite person to see first. She is very warming to everyone. And treats everyone the absolute same. Andy has gone about and beyond for me as a person and to me thats great hospitality were I come from.

I had an amazing experience today! I had been going to Risas Dental where they even *forgot* about me in an exam room. I needed an emergency extraction today and my boss told me to check out Hatcher Dental Studio. Not only were they less expensive, but they were so nice and I was in and out within an hour with no appointment. I was so afraid but Dr. A was funny and all of the techs were so nice especially the girl helping me and the guy who have me my shots. Im in a lot of pain from the extraction mostly because Im a cry baby but I wanted to leave everyone a great review. Ill be back there for my root canal soon!

Receptionist is rude . Dropped my husband off for his appointment nobody was in the waiting room my husband and I both wearing masks she told me I couldnt sit in there I had to sit in the hall. Receptionist wasnt wearing a mask. I will not refer this place to anyone as this was our first visit here and its already been bad.

Dr. Stein is the best dentist I have ever foundHe is truthful and fair and explained what he is doing before he does it. He is kind and when is hair is a little longer//he’s like a thin Santa clause. He is very gentle even when drilling your teeth out😆. I would recommend his office to anyone looking for a dentist😎 the office girls are also pleasant

Staff is all very professional and courteous. I came here several times. However I started getting negative vibes from one of the dentists. Then the other wanted to extract a tooth simply because I had an abscess. I HADNT EVEN SEEN A PERIDONTIST YET. They gave me a crown on a tooth I dont believe even needed a crown... one dentist apparently didnt know how to give novocaine shots... he gave me at least 7 in my lower left jaw and still I could feel it as they worked on my tooth so of course it wasnt properly done and they didnt bother to ask me to come back. For weeks my jaw was bruised and hurt. I feel like because I have good Medicare Dental insurance this place milks your insurance. BE CAUTIOUS. Ive since switched to a more ethical dentistry practice. My gut doesnt lie to me and Hatcher Dentistry is shady.

Im new new to Phoenix and needed to have some work done on my teeth. I set up an appointment with Adi and from the very first I felt very comfortable she was great. Once I met with Dr Abadi I knew this was the right Dr. For me. He is very patient and makes sure you are doing okay and is very big on making sure you feel comfortable. I can always tell the way someone was is by the way they treat the people he works with, Dr Abadi is very respectful and nice to his staff. He also is very personal and with Me. I appreciated his relaxed personality and feel like he is very sincere. Today I finished a pretty big treatment for me delayed no fault of anyone just the shut down because of covid. Im very happy with the results of how things turned out. Needles to say I highly recommend this office you wont be disappointed. Thanks to the entire office you are all great.

Dr. Sweet is the only dentist Ive ever liked and trusted. Office is spotlessly clean, up to date, and pleasant; and all of his staff is efficient, professional, and super friendly. Parking is quiet and private behind the building. Dr. Sweet is committed to making sure I clearly understand whats going on in my mouth, what my options are, whats urgent and what can wait. He takes his time and answers all my questions. I have never had a single complaint in all the years Ive gone to him.

This was literally the best experience I ever had I’m extremely scared of dentists because as a kid a dentist put a needle through my cheek the dentist literally made me so comfortable I wasn’t even scared of novacane this time

Love the staff here, flexible, great communication. Had sealants done and cavities fixed. Been going here 5+ years for regular cleanings and have no complaints. The hygienists are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. All the staff remembers me even though I’m thankfully only in twice a year.

I have been going to Hatcher Dental Studio to have some major dental work done. The staff is wonderful and professional. The clinic is well maintained and I appreciate that they clean the cubicles after each patient. I have been very fortunate that I have Dr. Abadi as my dentist. He is very personable and well trained. I hate going to the dentist with a burning passion, but here all of the staff made me feel at ease. They made sure I was comfortable and explained in depth what treatments I needed and helped me understand my insurance with out of pocket costs a little better too.

I would highly recommend this office. I went in very nervous with an abcessed tooth knowing i needed an extraction. Everyone was so nice from the front office to the back. Dr. Abadis assistant Patti was very comforting and knowledgeable. They worked very well together. Dr. Abadi got the tooth out fast and everything went nice and smooth. I really appreciated them and how well they took care of me.

Dr. Abadi and his assistant Melissa have a passion for their patients. I had a decent amount of work to be done on my mouth this year which required me to be in their hands for a couple hours. Dr. & Melissa constantly checked on me throughout to make sure I was okay, and the concern to make sure I wasn’t in pain throughout was a priority. I have been a patient here for years and would highly recommend their dental services.

I went to Hatcher Dental Studio for a consultation for dental implants. I had posts placed in Mexico and never finished the procedure. I needed a dentist in the US who could finish the implants for me. The dentist advised me that they would be able to finish the process for me as long as I knew what materials were used. The staff was friendly and prompt and the pricing was fair. I will definitely go back to Hatcher Dental Studio when Ive saved up the money to complete my smile.

Great staff! Everyone is very nice, every appointment has been very comfortable. Dr. Sweet and Dr. Baydal always explain what their doing and make sure youre not nervous. Im very happy with my choice after researching office after office to get my tooth fixed.

My overall experience was great. The staff knows you by name when you walk in the door and there is hardly ever a wait to be taken back. Dr Sweets was so kind and always asked if you have any questions. Then before doing anything he has a financial person run the numbers so you can pay up front. I have never come back and had them say I owe more which was the problem I had with the last dentist I had.

First off, let me say this was my second visit. Staff is amazingly friendly. Yes, they listen, give you their attention and are patient. Amazing. I went in for root canal. Expecting the worst ever. Nope, not at all what I was expecting. From the moment I walked I got this comfort feeling. Im taken to my seat and given a remote. Perfect distraction! I chose to watch movie Brave. Wasnt paying much attention to what the DDS was doing. He introduced himself, was kind, patient and took his time. He even asked if I was ok through this. I was very pleased. Even after he was done, they didnt shoo me out. I got to watch last 8 minutes of the movie!

Made my appt had a very short wait to been seen everyone was very friendly and informative comfortable place i dont like dentist visits but they relaxed me there highly recommend this office thank you everyone there
