They’ve always been able to get rid of pet stains & odors plus there’s no weird residues leftover. I like knowing that my pets are safe even when they walk on it wet, then lick their paws. It didn’t seem like the pet stains would come up considering they had been there from the previous owner for a while. However, the magic of Mr Clean Carpet Care did the job and left me satisfied with the results. The service technician, Matt, was timely, pleasant, and helped in increasing my understanding of the entire cleaning and extraction process. The price for the work was very fair, and by his suggestions of once every 4-6 months, I will definitely be calling them back should the carpet need it. A sound business with sound results!

Scheduled a cleaning, they show up on time. Rate I was told over the phone is way different than what Im given before they start. The pre-treat I paid for did not remove the stain at the entrance to my room. But for the price, I got what I paid for.
