I cannot say enough good things about this company. Totally affordable and they cleaned my freshly renovated home perfectly. Tammy on the phone was super helpful and friendly. I would 1000% use this company again and recommend them to others. They don’t care what you want them to clean they just need to know what it is you do want them to clean.

I scheduled them for an apartment move out this week, 3/18/21. The crew did an excellent job. Absolutely everything was cleaned perfectly from the kitchen to the patio storage. The carpet was also cleaned. They all arrived on time, were fast, professional, efficient and friendly. In the past w other cleaners there was always something missed or “off” about the work done but not w this company. It was so appreciated, with the stress of moving, to have this done right. I contacted this cleaning company VERY last minute, to schedule a move out cleaning service due to scheduling issues with another company. Tammy called me back very quickly and was able to send a team of four ladies out to do my move out cleaning. The ladies were at our door within 30 minutes which I really appreciated since we asked at such late notice! Everyone was professional and wore masks, which I really appreciated at this time! Our house looks great and we are able to do our final walk-through tomorrow, thanks to this companys speedy response. Really appreciate it and highly recommend!! If we were not moving out of state I would definitely call them again. 😊

On June 12th David came to our home to wash the windows and screens. It looks like we dont even have windows!!!! They are so clean and streak free; I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He arrived a few minutes early and worked efficiently during the time he was at our home. The screens look like brand new. Thank you David! We are seeing the world in a new way because of you.

I needed a thorough cleaning. Checked out numerous reviews on line and chose The Perfectionist! A group of 4 ladies showed up ready to go! Very professional and aimed to please. It was a bit more than I expected to pay, but I hadn’t done a deep cleaning like this before and I wasn’t sure how long it would take. Overall I am pleased with the results and would recommend Dahli and her team.

I have used The perfectionist a couple time now. They are response easy to schedule and they arrive on time. I like having the team of 4 because they job on the house and are all working to get it done quick and efficient. I heard about them from a referral so dont hesitate to tell your friends to use them.

They were absolutely amazing. Pamela and her team were wonderful. Somehow they managed to get my bathtub clean. I have been trying for years to get that thing look clean. Thank you so much. We will definitely be getting them again & again.

We had used this company for over a year. Having the same team for most of the time with newbies in and out. There were many issues with the company, but the biggest issue was their respect for our home and us.The staff is completely careless when it comes to cleaning our home. More recently and why we decided to end services was a lack of common sense in addition to respect for our home. One of the staff members unplugged a refrigerator in our gym. I didnt realize the refrigerator was unplugged until the next day. When I mentioned this to the company they said that their employees stated they never touched that fridge. Thankfully we have an in home camera which caught one of their employees unplugging the fridge to plug in a vacuum. There are two outlets and one wasnt being used. There was absolutely no reason for them to unplug the fridge.We have a custom bedroom lamp that they broke and never mentioned to us. During an overview on their way out I noticed the shade wasnt looking right when I looked into the master bedroom. One of the cleaning ladies had applied so much pressure to the top of the lamp, that it broke the metal support connector around the lamp. Not only did they break the lamp, they were leaving and didnt notify us that they had broken the lamp.Based on previous instances, they probably would have said that they didnt break the lamp. Another occasion the ladies used their vacuum and broke off one of the plugs and left it in our outlet. When I mentioned this to the company office manager, she said it wasnt them.There are only two people who live in our household, my husband and I. We have a strong attention to detail and an eminent care for our home. There are also communication issues with the staff. The leader and the main point of communication while they are onsite cleaning, doesnt have strong English communication skills. Which lead to other issues as well.I personally feel that some of the issues were a direct result of their staff being overbooked or having another appointment right after ours, which resulted in rush jobs.As a business owner, if my customers had experienced any of these issues, I would have personally reached out to them to correct these issues immediately and would have also provided immediate training and/or a revised assessment of my current staff. To this day, we have never heard from the business owner. All in all, it shows they don’t value our business and never made an effort to correct these issues in a professional manner.

Someone driving one of their company vans nearly killed me tonight on 17 heading south! They merged into my lane while I was still beside them nearly side swiping me and forced me over into the lane to the left of me nearly causing me to side swipe someone else. You need to teach your workers or whoever is driving about road safety and watching their surroundings! You’re lucky my child was not in the car.

Their cleaners were great. They were friendly, very hard-working, and a great team with one another. They gave my condo a thorough cleaning, with extreme attention to detail. Im thrilled with the results. Further, they took me through the house to show me where they had given special attention to commonly hard to reach areas, etc. I thought they were very easy to work with and were thoughtful, as well. I look forward to having them back again.

I hired them to clean the townhouse I had just moved out of on Wednesday August 12th 2020. When the cleaning team arrived I spoke to Pilar as she was the team leader. I explained that I wanted EVERYTHING cleaned inside, no external windows. Showed her the move out check list from my landlord and Pilar told me it would be about 3 hrs. I left them to perform their job and returned when Pilar texted me that they had about 20 min left. I walked through the entire place with Pilar and she told me if anything was not up to my expectations that they would redo the spots I was unhappy with. It wasnt necessary as they had done a phenomenal job. I could not have been more satisfied and neither could my landlords as when they looked through the house today, they asked for the company I used so they could hire them and recommend them to all of their tenants for a quality cleaning company.I will be calling them again for some spring cleaning in my current home.

Worst cleaning crew ever! Not to mention the most expensive cleaning crew ever. They charge 156 an hour for them to stay in the same room for three hours! They just got done cleaning my house and after they left I had to sweep my own floor and clean some of my own bathrooms because I didn’t clean toilets or sinks sweep or mop floors! When speaking with the management upon poor time management she was extremely rude her name was Erica!Whatever you do do not use this company! If I could give zero stars I would but you have to give one start to start your review

I feel that Its Christmas every time I have The Perfectionist clean my house. I have been extremely happy with each and every crew that has been at my house. Team Julie always leaves me with a smile on my face. They are so professional, on time, high energy levels of all the crew members and best of all the house is spotless when they leave. I highly recommend The Perfectionist cleaning services. I even called Tim at 4:00pm and he had a crew at my mothers house the next morning at 7:45am cleaning it from top to bottom before she was released from the hospital. She was VERY happy when she got home.

This business is amazing! I recently had my apt deep cleaned by this company, and it was worth every penny!! They cleaned things I would never have even thought to clean! My husband and I are planning to have them clean our place at least once per month. These ladies did an amazing job, everything was spotless and perfect! Highly recommended!!

Had team cone out a month ago and they did amazing job. New team came out yesterday they did horrible job skipped so many area. Picture frames were not dusted, tv was streaked but not complete, top of desk was just swished and could see where they wiped. And where they didn’t, lights in master bathroom not wiped, hall light fixtures not wiped, door frames not done, picture frames on shelves not done list goes on. There were in too much of a hurry. Called company and they would send same team out, but I’m not interested. If they couldn’t do it right the first time I have no confidence they can do it at al. I have asked for refund, $228, and now being ghosted. Not very professional, should do it right the first time.

Im astounded. They actually cleaned the house! On top of things, underneath, ceiling fans, pulled sofa cushions off and cleaned the cracks and crevices (they can keep the change they found). Fast, friendly and completely thorough, and it wasnt even a deep clean. Highly recommend. Oh, and they didnt leave rags or Pledge cans behind and took all recycling and trash out. Killer service.

I have a small 1400sq condo. They charged me $770 for 2 hours of cleaning and he didn’t even move the couch to clean under the couch. It is still dirty and dusty underneath the couch and he claims he spent an hour cleaning the couch however, there is still dog hair everywhere. I complained and he just argued back with me saying he “would not leave until he is paid” I do not recommend this service to anyone and I will never use them again.The ladies did a nice job and were charged the right amount.
