I have had the wonderful privilege of having service provided by a very pleasant gentleman named Jonathan. Words cant possibly describe how professional and effective this individual was in carrying out his service order. He OVER PERFORMED! In a time when great customer service and professionalism is lacking he superseded all expectations. You can tell this professional is passionate and takes pride in a job well done. Id recommend him as being a top tier contractor that any company should be more than blessed to have!!!!!! Love this guy!

I had a leak in my wall and is part of the restoration I had to replace the pad in my closet, clean the carpet there, and steam cleaning the tile area that had been wet. The Restoration company is signed Love Carpet Care to those tasks. Eric was my tech and did an amazing job. He communicated with me to give me an estimated time of arrival. He was fast and efficient. He gave me a chance to inspect what he did at each step in the process. I was pleased with everything he did. In addition, I had a rug that was spraying slightly at the transition between the master and the master bath. I asked him the options on how to repair that so it didnt get worse. He explained my options and I hired him separately to stretch the carpet, tuck it under, and tack it down. My communications with the office were positive. I wish all service businesses did as good of job as this one. I will keep them in my address book and use them again. Their website says they do carpet and rug cleaning, furniture cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, air ducts and dryer vents, water damage with a 24-hour emergency response, and carpet repairs. If I had looked at their website before they came out, I probably would have paid them to clean my ducts while they were here. I recommend this company.

We were able to schedule an appointment and Adam and Rick came out and did a great job! Our carpet looks brand new and smells great! We will definitely use them again.

The gentlemen came today and was amazing! He spent time not only cleaning the carpets but the base boards. The gentleman is so professional and went more then the extra mile. This company is well worth the time and money.

Jonathan was hired by my community to clean AC vents. Post cleaning there was some residue on carpet. Tough carpet cleaning was not part of his contract, Jonathan cleaned entire carpet and wooden flooring. He ensured house is clean. Very professional service and I would recommend him. Professional staff and great work!

I used Love Carpet Cleaning for the second time this month. First time was to clean upholstery at my dads, and I was so super impressed with them, that I booked them to clean carpet at my own home today. I have been using the same company for 20 years with no problems and no intention of switching, but when I saw how Jonathon took care of my dads place, I knew I had to try them at my house too. Jonathon is amazing. He goes over and above the call of duty. He is meticulous, professional, polite, positive, kind, punctual and detail oriented. He is so conscientious and does an amazing job. He is not happy until you are. I highly recommend him and know you wont be disappointed. Oh yes, bonus....they are also reasonable.

Had our carpets cleaned yesterday, 4/5/2018 by both Jonathan and Lamont and I was extremely satisfied with the level of service we received. Unfortunately, we had a carpet cleaning company clean our carpet 3 weeks prior and it was a disaster. Having these two come out was a breath of fresh air and money well spent. Not only were they reasonable priced, but they also did any amazing job. Was looking at having my unit recarpeted next year but with the state of this cleaning, may very well just leave it. Looks brand new. Smells brand new. They took their time, but still worked fast and efficiently, which is a plus. I don’t want a carpet cleaning where they are in and out in 10 minutes, they also cleaned my couch which got out stains I didn’t think would come out. Very pleased and I highly recommend. Great crew. Hi, I just wanted to let you know I was very please with the cleaning of my carpets. The previous company I used was not happy at all. Once the carpet had dried you could feel the residue left on the carpet No Bueno. Love service tech Adam did and awesome job very professional and courteous. My carpet has life again. I will use them for sure when my carpets need it. Thank you Adam and Angela as well.

I receieved a free cleaning through my apartment complex and I was told to present my voucher before service. I figured it must be because it was free service they did bare minimal and left spots on the floor. I will not spend my money here.

I have a leak in the roof and the living room was flooded with water after the big rain storm this past week. I Had an amazing experience with them coming out the same day and fixing up my Living Room. This is the second time they have come out and they have done an amazing job again!

I did not like the way they speak with their customers. They gave a slot time of 3 hours and when called during that time to say, they are not here. She did not even listen and hanged their phone, Worst experience i ever had !!!Update :- Changing, now giving - 5 stars. Reason - Their one of the associate / manager called and I explained all the details to them. All looks good now. They have done really a great carpet cleaning. Seems like a real new carpet now. Great Work guys !!!.

Just had my place cleaned by Johnathan and I couldn’t be more pleased. Professional all the way, and the carpets look awesome.

We recently used Love Carpet Care to clean our apartment by recommendation of our management. We could have chosen anyone but decided to follow our managers suggestion. They cleaned our carpet and two rugs. When we got home we were amazed with how fresh our carpets looked! Then we brought in our rugs from where they were drying on our patio. One looked amazing but the other looked ruined. It had dried with streaks from the hose they used and footprints were even embedded in a way into the rug. I was so concerned I quickly wrote an email to the company that night with photos attached.The first call I got the next morning was from Angela. She was so sweet, especially considering the very concerned email I wrote to the company. I knew my rug was different (the fibers lay different directions to create a unique look) so I had requested they come back and try to fix it in the email. She expressed her gratitude for my being willing to give them a second chance and had already sent the same tech from the day before to fix the problem.It was a learning experience for all of us! We had never dealt with this type of rug before. Our tech suggested he should try a different stroke. We went for it and it totally fixed the problem!!! It dried perfectly.Both of our rugs now look fantastic along with our carpets. I was so impressed with how the company handled the situation, especially the technician. I personally would have been terrified to return to a potentially angry customer. haha. He did a fantastic job, was genuinely concerned about the quality of service we received, and insisted that we not pay for either rug which is usually an additional service fee.To the reviews that are full of anger, I suggest the motto treat others as you would like to be treated. I cant imagine this company being rude ever. So if your experience was a poor one, maybe reflect on how you treated them and see if being more kind could have helped your situation. Chances are, you probably could have ended up happy and with a few new friends.Thanks Love Carpet Care!!! We will recommend you to everyone :)

Great price and service

I have been using them for about 2 years and think Jonathon is great. They were late once but kept in contact with me to make sure it was still ok to come by. I have always had Jonathon and he is a great guy! This company is honest and respectful very hard to find these days!

Too bad that I have to apply one star because this company is not worthy of a single star. Consumer beware! This company allows the tenant to pay for services then hands over the receipt to the apartment management company instead of to the paying party. An attempt was made over the phone to obtain an answer to why my receipt was given to a third party and the lady on the phone stated she was the manager, refused to answer my question, refused to give me her name or the name of the technician, and hung up on this consumer. The carpet was not adequately cleaned. A 3 bedroom apartment cannot be cleaned in 30 minutes. Never use this company!! They are corporate controlled and apparently are in cahoots with the company that owns the property.As I recall there was yelling at both ends. And still did not explain why I was not offered a receipt and that how my receipt was giving to the complex management. Cricket carpet services does 100% better job! Unfortunately thats what I get for changing to someone different, always stick with what you know. Live and definitely learn. At least I was not cursed at like previous reviewers responded.

I have used Love Carpet for over 8 years now and have always had a great experience. If there is an area that needs to be touched up, the tech goes back and always happily and with a smile! They always come thru each and every time. Love these guys!!My dog got into the trash and had some bad stomach issues and had an accident all over the carpet one day we were gone.It took one cleaning to get the entire smell and stains out of the carpet! The service was super affordable, I ended up getting my couch cleaned as well.Cliff was my cleaner and made everything so easy.He was up beat and friendly.I’ll be requesting him as my technician next time!

I wanted to thank the guys at Love Carpet Care - I had some pretty bad stains and urine smells from a sick pet and I was pretty worried that the carpet was ruined. I had Adam come out to my hm today for a master bedroom carpet cleaning and hallway. He called with his approximate time of arrival, then arrived on time, repaired my carpet, cleaned it and made it a very good experience.

Horrible horrible I would not recommend this Slum company to anybody. We made in appointment for these people to be at our house at 10 oclock they left my fathers house at 10:11 and said they were done with the three rooms that they supposedly cleaned I am now scrubbing the carpet on my hands and knees because of what these so call technicians did, upon calling the company angry and upset that they were in our house for eleven minutes for 3 rooms the young lady whose the manager proceeded to call me all kind of cuse words and tell me that she usually would send somebody out but because Im yelling at her about the technicians being in our house 11 minutes that shes not going to do A God**** thing and to F*** off also something about calling my apartment management company. Whatever that means??? I dont know how anyone does business like that the previous months we went to Stanley Steemer and spent 200 dollars to get the three rooms cleaned they were here for over an hour and our carpet was spotless (Well Worth It) at least with a company like Stanleys if the job wasnt done right we could reach out to corporate. Of course theres no corporate here, just a lady who feels that she can cuse at me and threatened my apartment company??? and that thats acceptable customer service I will never call this place again and I recommend for every one to do the same. Quality Over Quantity.I will be paying for Stanleys Steamer to come out this week and clean my fathers carpet the Right way!
