I called to set up a time for an estimate. The rep I spoke to was friendly, but I was informed I cannot schedule a particular time on the day they had available for an estimate. I could call in on the date of the estimate to receive a narrower window of when they would be showing, which is somewhat helpful. I’m not sure if this the industry standard, but if you work 9a-5pm and have no idea when the estimate will be taking place it makes it very difficult for a customer to plan ahead. Perhaps this isn’t an issue for those working from home, but for me it’s not good at all.

Pretty affordable but the service was terrible. When calling they seemed annoyed. I left a voice mail nobody called me back and had to continually call back. You can only pay in cash or money order. They did a terrible job at cleaning the carpets. I ended up having to clean them again myself. The cleaning people werent friendly and seemed sketchy. I didnt feel safe at all. Will not use again and do not recommend.

1) They don’t give you a specific time. 2) They won’t move or offer to move any furniture, so definitely lift up your bed and expose the carpet as many places as you can. They were nice enough to come back when I insisted they get under the bed. 3) Cleaning was very quick, seems like the edges against the wall were missed and carpet still has the slightly matted feel, not fluffy and light like I would expect with a deep clean. 4) Cash only. In 2021. Seriously!

Created more issues than I started with, ended up having to call another company to fix what they did. Left my carpets soaking wet for 2 days. Still have sore throat from the deodorizer they tried to u to cover up the poor job they did to begin with. I wouldnt even give them the 1 star listed.

Choose a different company that values your time. I had an appointment scheduled for my carpet to be cleaned. When I called to schedule they couldnt give me an exact time of when they would arrive. I called back the next day and they said it would be in the early afternoon. I sat at my apartment waiting from 12:30 PM until around 5 and then called them. The lady said that she couldnt reach the tech and would call me back. Never received a call back and nobody ever showed. My wife comes home around 6:30 and finds a card on the door that said call to reschedule. Obviously this individual showed up extremely late and didnt knock and put the card on the door so that it appeared that they were here. Very shady business. There was never a knock as I sat here waiting for hours.*Update*Called them the next morning and they sent someone out within 20 minutes to clean my carpets.

Very unprofessional and fishy business.I booked my service with them on a Thursday. I told them I already emptied my apartment and I called my apartment management and gave them entrance permission. I thought all should be handled properly after that.One man called me 5pm that FRIDAY afternoon and asked me to let him in to clean carpet. I told him he had to get key from apartment office. He told me there was no one in office. He said he was sorry and he would come on Monday to get the job done. At 6PM!!! on Monday, the same guy called me again without any notification earlier that day, and again asked me to allow him to enter my apartment.Of course he had to come next day earlier to get key from apartment office. The he called me and told me he was not able to find the money order I left on kitchen counter. They only accept cash or money order. I called apartment office and I was told no one had entered my apartment. I feel I should trust my apartment manager on this matter.Please be very careful if you have to do business with them.

I know I am giving Arizona Carpet Care 2 star, but when I scheduled an appointment with today the service was not that great. Arizona Carpet Care doesn’t have a 2 or 4 hour window, the representative said that they will show up between 8am to 6pm. She did say that they will call me once they are on there way but still not the best. She couldn’t even give me a price on a small rug that I wanted cleaned and they only accept cash. This business has been around for 30 years and still can’t accept credit cards. I know it’s small things that I am complaining about but still 30 Years in business.

We use this company at a few of our Multi Family Properties. I also had them service our corporate headquarters and my personal residence. We had fantastic results and amazing customer service each time. In my experience the teams were prompt on arrival, friendly during service, and very efficient on price. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love working with the company!! We have a regular guy name Gabe, he is always on top of his job. Very friendly, professional, and always on time for the job. I seen some positive and negative reviews and thats pretty normal just like any other job, everyone is entitled to an opinion. However I would recommend to get an estimate first before you get your carpet shampoo because that way you will know the cost and wont be disappointed. I recommend AZ Carpet Care.

Ive been living in my apartment for nearly seven years. My complex never once helped me with the carpets.Today- Darian and Nick showed up at my place and cleaned my carpets like professionals. They not only helped me with my carpets- but explained their process and told me just what to expect for future services. I reccomend these guys HIGHLY. I immensely satisfied. Ask for them and i bet youll be happy too.

I work in multi housing and using Arizona Carpet Care for the last 12 years at every property i have worked and managed. They do an amazing job. They are accommodating and always flexible even last minute. Vernon makes everything possible!

I used this company roughly 20 years ago for my office. I currently use them at my home. The office staff is wonderful, they are a large company which makes it easy for them to come out quickly if needed. I have had them do my carpet, tile and air ducts. I would highly recommend Arizona Carpet Care.

I haven’t used this company personally but I am giving this rating for their staff and their bad driving. It’s very inconsiderate and rude to lean on your car horn when you are slowing down to make a right turn. Even when you have your turn signal on. Seeing the multiple one star reviews for this company from customers solidifies that this is a shady company. And the five star reviews with no comment even proves the point of this being a shady company since it’s obvious that the company told their staff to leave 5 star reviews to boost their google rating.

A little over a mount ago, my rental house got flooded. The tenant at that time decided without asking me first to call Az carpet care for extraction of the water.The tenant stated that he paid the bill and now I need to reimburst him. On november 8, I receive a call from Roshelle asking me to pay the bill. After I refused, the owner of the buisness Barry spoke to me, treatened me that if I dont pay the bill, he will give me to collection and will put a llien on my house and all of will count against me.I tried to explain to him that I did not order any cervice, did not sign any invoice, but he continue to be rude and insisted I need to pay the bill. Verry RUDE and UNPROFFECIONAL owner of a buziness.My question to Barry is: if a tenant decides to upgrade the carpet with the most expensive carpet withouth the landlord permission, is landlord responsible for the bill. Also, dont theey ask for credit card upfront? I reaaly hope more people read the rewies before requesting cervise this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company came recommended to me by my apt complex... I made an appointment TWICE and they didnt show up TWICE. After the first time, they were so apologetic saying this never happens, so I decided to give them another chance - purely off the convenience of not having to call another company and they didnt show up AGAIN. Forget it! Dont waste your time!

AZ Carpet Care is the best around !! Prompt service. The technicians were awesome!!I use AZ CC every year, the results get better and better. This year I had them clean my tile floor and grout in addition the the carpet. WOW!!!

DO NOT use these people. Worst customer service I have ever received. The only reason I am giving them one star is because there is no option for ZERO stars. I scheduled an appointment and they were a no show. I waited all day, and never even received a call that they wouldnt be able to make it out. The next morning I got a call/message asking if I wanted to re-schedule. No apology, nothing. When I called back to express my disappointment, the lady I spoke with was absolutely useless and brushed it off like it was no big deal, giving me the most bogus excuse I have ever heard. They were not even willing to try and keep my business & make up for their screw up. They dont give you a definitive quote over the phone either. I will NEVER use this business again. I now use Stanley Steemer and highly recommend them to anyone.

I gave it one star because I cant post this review without it. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF. They are contract with the apartment complex I just moved out of. I called this company because they cleaned the carpet in the Living room (10 x 12) and bedroom(15 x 11)in my 689 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment. The bill paid and charged to me out of my deposit was $175.00. I questioned this bill with motif and was told that is what Arizona Carpet Cleaning charged. I called Arizona carpet cleaning they cannot give me any information regarding the carpet cleaning at the apartment I lived in and the bill given to Motif. IT IS MY BELIEF THAT I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF A SCAM. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANYUNLESS YOU GET A COUPLE OF ESTIMATES FROM OTHER COMPANYS YOU MIGHT FIND A CHEAPER AND BETTER COMPANY.

The service itself was great- my disapointment was in the lack of a warm, friendly interaction with the technicians. I was also annoyed because I explained to them I had a stain under my couch and thats why it was pulled out. I left them assuming they would move the couch back and clean in front of it, but they didnt. I would think this be common sense since the couch was awkwardly and diagonially pulled out in living room. Last nuisance being that they walk around with their dirty shoes after cleaning. and since their shoes are dirty combined with the wetness made a mess on my tile that Im left to clean-up.

Only way to rate i had to put one star but they dont deserve it... I counted on them to come when they said espexially because i had to hand in my key the next day. This company is HORRIBLE DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME ! They STOLE from my home made a police report made a complain and they did nothing!! I even talk to the manager and he did nothing. I am very Disappointed with this people very care less and unprofessional!

These guys are NOT good they hacked the padding up in piceces and did a crapy job and did not finish securing the carpet to the floor. They came to clear up after a sewage back up in the apartment. So dont call them to your house unless you want to see mens underware and have a shitty job done.
