I called Zion Carpet Cleaning on short notice. They came within hours of my call. They were professional, efficient and friendly. The Carpet was stained and heavy traffic use. They were able to remove all the stains. When they were finished the carpet looked new. I was very impressed.

Ive never met a person more genuinely appreciative and happy than Eddie, the owner of this business. The family - father, sister and brother (Eddie) work so well together and actually enjoy their work and time together...unlike most families. 😋 I called them originally to clean my two wool area rugs. But decided to try their tile and grout steam cleaning services as well. Not only did they get a LOT of dirt from my two wool area rugs, but I can actually see the original color of my light grey grout again! And they offer the best prices in town. These guys were amazing. We have not had our carpets professionally cleaned in 10 years. We tried to clean them ourselves with our store bought shampooer but were never able to get the stains out. I just wish we would have done this sooner the carpets were back to their original condition and the price was very reasonable to say the least. They look absolutely beautiful now. Its been about a week since Eddie cleaned my ducts, and I am still amazed at the quality of service. Eddie thoroughly cleaned and sterilized our air ducts. The air quality is way better. It was shocking to see how much junk we had in our ducts. Were so relieved to no longer be concerned, especially having a newborn. Eddie and crew also made the experience a joy!

Color me impressed!!! Eddie and his dad did a WONDERFUL JOB on cleaning my couch! I bought a sectional on offer up that was really stained and everywhere else either wouldn’t do it, because it was suede or wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Eddie came the very next day and got the job done in under 2 hours and even cleaned my floor when he was done! Not to mention my kids and I all felt very comfortable having him in our home! I’ve used many carpet cleaners in my life and I only have amazing things to say about this carpet cleaning co. They literally saved me today and made my daughter’s birthday weekend with their incredible service.I called them about 645AM this Saturday morning after having a stressful night with no sleep because of my dog who got sick all over my room and I had people showing up at noon for my daughters third birthday party. They showed up at 8:12AM and SAVED THE DAY.Not only did they come bright and early with A POSITIVE attitude, they picked up the feces for me and my room now looks and smells AMAZING. All the guys were GREAT! Good morals. Honest and hard workers. The house we moved into had paint and ink stains in the carpet that had been there for years. These guys got everyone out, working on a few of the spots for about an hour. They treated my house as if it was their own. Weve had lots of trades working on our new home and I have been most impressed by Zion Carpet Cleaning because of their quality of work and professionalism.

Wonderful experience !! Our carpets were an absolute mess. Edward and his father came and cleaned our whole first floor. You can tell they care about what they do and explained the whole process to us. They helped us move stuff out of the way and we’re finished in about 3 hours! I was under the impression with the extensive stains we had that lifting everything was not going to be an option..but I was SHOCKED to see they had lifted literally every stain. I was drawn to Zion Carpet cleaning because of their name. “Zion”. They are a Christian family, (Eddie Jr., brother-in-law and Eddie Sr.) but it doesn’t matter what your beliefs are, they are exemplary in their moral values. They show Christ’s love and kindness as they clean your carpets. Eddie has a chid-like exuberance as he sees the dirt disappear from your carpet. “Look at that, I can’t believe it” he’ll exclaim and it’s genuine.Their prices are very reasonable and they go the extra mile steaming things like the baseboards for no extra charge. My 2 bathrooms had the tiles cleaned and I am astonished how dirty the grout was, but after the cleaning they look like new floors. No wonder they receive 5 stars from every customer. They deserve it!!!

I have several rental properties in the Phoenix area and one particular property had badly stained carpeting which my broker recommended that I replace it with new carpet due to how bad he thought it looked. He did a fabulous job of not only cleaning and sanitizing the carpet but also cleaned the dirty grout in the kitchen. My broker came back after the carpets were cleaned and asked me if I had installed new carpets, it cleaned up THAT GOOD ! Ive since used Zion for all my other carpet and tile cleaning needs.
