Great car wash. They offer specials quite often that give you a whole month of washes for the price of one wash. They also offer a free first wash. Downside- sometimes their towels dry out or are empty

Havent washed my car in 2 years. Finally did and took it here. The drive through did a great job cleaning the bird dookie off my car. Vacuums provided and what shocked me was the fact they provide drying towels. I typically always have to bring my own to places and that was a nice surprise. Solid place, would recommend.

We pay 12.99 a month to wash our car as often as we desire. Along with the drive through wash includes the vacuums, two types of nozzles and a air hose. I live the air hose for not only going around the outside of the car to remove the water from the windows and hood around the door etc., but also inside between and under the seats and hard to get areas. That air hose can blowout those things you had no clue we’re hiding under there. The vacuums are super powerful. They also give you all the damp and dry cloths that you need as long as you put them back in the dirty cloths bin when you are finished. The people that work there are very friendly. They will remove an antenna or tape something down for you. I have even had them go back and FIND DORI for me as she flew right off of my antenna and was lost in the car wash! It was a success!

There are four levels of car wash there and I took the next to last at $7 and I was surprised to see how little water came down on the car as I went through the system. The lack of water could cause scratches with those powerful brushes going around.

Have a membership and its great I get in quick and easy plus they have nice towels air compressors and vacuums to make sure youre inside and out is clean

I love, love, love this particular car wash. I never have to wait in line. Its so nice and clean and well lit so I felt safe. While I was there, a service attendant was checking and changing the trash bags. The music was energetic, and I found myself cleaning more than I thought. One super bonus tip is, they have free drywash cloths to use, which is great. This made me happy because they wash and reuse them after use. I will be coming back for sure.

I wish we had one of these in Sacramento California! Way better than Quick Quack. The wash is more thorough and the air dryers actually dry your car! They provide microfiber towels for drying what little water the dryers miss.. All of their vacuums work beyond expectations and they even have a pressurized air blaster to get dirt, water, and misc. from all the crevasses!

This car was has always been speedy as well as efficient. They keep the cars moving so the wash never gets backed up. The stalls are always clean and ready for you to vacuum and use the microfiber cloths.The cloths really do work like magic as well!

Never again. When you pull up, the screen is extremely confusing to use, and doesn’t explain what you’re getting in words. Just tiny pictures that you’re somehow supposed to understand. My car didn’t even get clean. It’s hard to photograph, but there’s dirt all over my entire car. Why would I spend money on this? I wasn’t offered a receipt, so there’s nothing I can do. The free vacuums are horrible as well.

Used the facility for a basic car wash and their machine proceeded to rip the driver side rear bumper skin off of my SUV. Had to chase them down after a week I went to the facility and the individuals that I contacted said that they could not accept any liability because there was a very small amount of paint damage on a different side of my bumper and that might have affected the area where their machine created substantial damage. I had the assistant manager and customer service representative both recorded saying the same thing that in the video there is no apparent damage to the area where their equipment damaged my vehicle that the damage is elsewhere on the vehicle and because of this they cannot accept any responsibility. The car is washed four - five times a week and has been for the last four months with no issues or troubles. I’ll update based on next actions which should be interesting - get your 🍿.

Pushy sales people, credit card machine doesnt work all the time and the drying is a joke. Understand that your car will get wet and they give you towels to dry it

Great service. The only downside is all the vacuum spaces face west with no shade. Hasn’t been an issue so far but in the middle of summer, trying to remove water spots won’t be easy.

I usually go to the Rinse and Ride in Mesa and I havent had any issues.. But I visited this location on Indian School. When I exited the car wash, the right side of my panel on the rear of my car was hanging off. I asked the employee for an incident report, but he said he couldnt write one. He said he could tape it up and itll be fine. I really dont feel like that is a resolution. Yes my car is older, its not pretty, but that is no excuse NOT to help me.NOT sure what to go from here.But certainly not satisfied with the service.

This location 5 stars because its has a bathroom that is clean and also has a handwash station for when your done using vacuums you can wash your hands after.

I have always gone there. I just recently notice that they provide rugs to dry out your vehicle. Use them an return them. With membership now you can wash your vehicle twis a day everyday. What a deal. For $16.99 Im 99.9% thats mo rate.

Rinse and ride car wash the tenants are our very nice very helpful and the machines do a awesome job on your vehicle and you go to park for the air in the vacuum everything works and they have free Rags there for you to dry a car off with super duper play

This place makes me like to wash my car. Good value, included vacuums and cleaning cloths, and even compressed air for drying. I havent tried the subscription model yet, but it looks like a great value once Im driving more to work. Phoenix is kinda dusty.

Good, solid place. It costs me $5 for a wash, their vacuums work, they provide cloths to wipe your car down after and there are people there to help if needed. Great place!

Paid the extra 3 dollars for the worst wheel cleaning and tire shine of all time. Looks like I drove through a puddle.of grease...and my wheels and tires werent even that bad before. They look worse. Save your 3 bucks and just go express wash. The other add on seem to be a waste and do more harm than good when it comes to cleaning. Probablynwoukd have helped if the guy directing my car onto the tracks even touched my car with a brus.h or hose

Had my windshield replace. They couldnt save my id for car wash. When I called to tell them they said when I come in they would replace it. Very easy to get it taken care of. No hassle.

This is the best car wash ever. I drive 10 miles one way to get to it. The employees are great. The wash machine is fabulous. Especially at the last part where the blower drys those drops off. We are talking it blasts them away. Very cool! Then you drive to the vacuum area. They have two different vacuum fittings. Theres a special blue hand towel to use on your car and put into the used towel container. An air dryer just in case the drops hid out of site. Personal trash dumpsters for you only. LOVE IT.

This place and definitely the management here can care a less about the people that go through this place. I just got off the phone with a so called manager who I said I have never signed or wanted a monthly charge on my card which I used on a 3 dollars wash I paid for. I was told it was for a 30 day use at no charge and I even told them then a a couple weeks later when they put a new sticker on my windshield when the 30 is over Im done. The so called manager calls me and then hangs up on me. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW OR WHOEVER WANTED TO TRY THEM OUT TO SURE AS HELL DONT WAIST YOUR TIME AT THIS PITIFUL PLACE THAT WONT TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER FIR DAMN SURE.

Purchased many washes over $15 and the front hood never gets clean. Vacuums work great, cloths are a great convenience to have when drying off but its the washes that really get me. Paying $15+ from time to time, my car never gets clean, clean.

They do not provide rain check. They initially said that they do and when I returned the following day they said they didn’t provide it even though it rained the day of service

I paid for a $7 wash and it didn’t wash the bugs out of the grill good enough so I told Isaiah and he ran me through again with a $12 wash and my car came out clean! They are very nice and Isaiah was very professional! I will be coming back.

These guys damaged my vehicle and even admitted it, but then did everything they could to avoid paying for the repairs. Avoid at all costs!

Lawrence I came in for a car wash today my windshield was just fine after I got out of the car wash had a crack in my windshield and when I told him about it they put it on me it wouldnt make it good so I mean its going to cost me $150 to get a new windshield and when I went in there was no crack and when I came out there was a crack so be careful theres something something going on here this car wash that aint right. The drive through machine did a good job cleaning the car. Im picky and feel that the soap and brushes should wash the back of my SUV, this place missed a lot of the back. Most car wash machines do miss the back of my SUV, so I wasnt surprised. Aside from that minor issue, my vehicle looks great! Nice and shiny on the front and sides.

I got there shortly before closing, on a Sunday evening with a temp. of 114*, and the young employee was pleasant and helpful after what was, no doubt, a long tiring day. The results of the automatic wash were no better or worse than any other place. Having all the bays for drying and vacuuming the car, for no additional charge, is what makes it worth coming back.

Clean towels provided, air guns, free vacuums, $5 minimum wash. Spectacularly clean! Thx

Had a membership at another spot and wasnt satisfied fully cause vacuums always packed so i drove by this shop and noticed a ton of vacuums available so tried it out and was simple and loved the free towels and loved the upgrades

They are very equipped with some Great Car Vacuums Cleaners. No matter what kind of vehicle u are drive. They are prepared for you. Thats even in the worse situation we are having in these times. And all they will say is we got you.

Best place to wash my cars, all the vacuums work, lots of space to open your doors, and the drying machine is great at blowing off excess water. They keep it very clean with towels for guests to use to dry their cars. To me that’s a big bonus for the times I forget to bring mine from home. So glad Rinse and Ride moved into the neighborhood!I would also like to add, the staff is very friendly and always helpful.

Great cleaning equipment and they even include complimentary cloth towels at the vacuum cleaners for use after the wash.

Car wash doesn’t leave scratches or else I wouldn’t be coming( either your paint job weak or not cured right). New place new tech new fibers in the tunnels, not brushes🤦🏻‍♂️. Place offers towels for you to use thats a plus. Attendances there are always willing to help when needed.

There is a new car wash in our central Phoenix neighborhood called Rinse n Ride. I spoke to the owner who was on site supervising operations, he mentioned they opened in January 2019 and are locally owned. The facility is very well designed and they provide vacuums, hand towels and compressed air to help you clean and dry after your wash. They do not appear to offer hand wash or detailing. Instead it is self-service but they have staff on site to help with the automated pay system and entering the washer.

I was a first time customer. I only went to this one because it was close but it was not a good decision AT ALL! granted I got the Express wash BUT I also purchased triple form and highly doubt it was triple form, half the machines werent on/working. This is not The Biltmore service or style Im familiar with.

Very nice car wash, clean and they offer towels for drying. However, it lefts millions of micro nicks on my windshield and windows... I thought maybe it was just dirt that wasn’t washed off but no I felt the tiny little scratches it left. I just got my car and wanted to wash it after the last storm we had and I’m very disappointed. They’re scattered all over and not something that can be fixed by being fulled in cause they’re not big enough but still left damage. Unfortunate for how nice this location is. Will not be back.

They give you towels to use!

Strong vacuums with a fan shape on bothe sides of the car. Not a lot of room or shade. Very inexpensive

Great new local car wash. I will definitely be returning (Early morning before the sun really comes up.) My vacuum on one side kept coming apart. A little frustrating. But it was worth the price I paid.
