I was there before opening, the first on there and I paid for buff and wash, but then other cars trucks came and were done before me, my car was done 3 after I complained and complained first to the one doing the cars, he said I’ll get it done but proceeded to do another truck then I went to complain to Jesus who was the one that greeted me but he just said yours will be done next, but didn’t say anything to the workers. 2 hours later my car was started to being worked on. Good job but very disappointed on their professionalism. I think all customers should be treated equal not by the type of car they have or because of friendship or money. THAT’S DESCRIMINATION!😬

The truck came out clean on the outside. But they failed to clean the interior, which we paid for.

So bad experience manager is a scammer, I ordered a full detail they just cleaned interior they never touched the exterior, be careful with those guys, they will steal you. They deserve 0 stars.

Miss understanding or communication on pricing

I waited almost 3 hours at this location. After I asked when they would get to my vehicle they proceeded to attend another that had just arrived. Worst experience, I think i will stick to my regular and drive out to Gilbert for car detailing. Will not be coming back to this location ever.

Im telling you, make the drive to this car wash. They do an amazing job and it doesnt take forever. Great prices on both car wash and snacks inside.

Years ago this place was great. Its been a few years since being back. Its run down, managment change. Employee that drys care was rather rude. Guess my tip wasnt enough. I dont think Ill return anymore. It sucks though the wash was good. But for me the bad out does the good.

Garbage vacuuming job for $20. My car is brand new and has 124 miles and you can tell they careless about cleaning the inside since it was new. Shouldnt have old ladies do this job just saying

I took my car for a detailed clean however, they left it really dirty. All they did was spray my vehicle with shining spray to make it seemed new. When I put my finger through it was dirty . I definitely do not recommend this car wash to anyone. It is not fair to pay for a service that was not provided to me.

Loved it! My car was very dirty. Dirt comes with rain in Phoenix, Az. I did not have the time or energy to wash and detail my car. So, I happened upon Splash Car Wash. So happy this car wash was still there. I opted for car to be hand washed. The wasnt dirty on the inside but for the carpet on passenger and driver side. I could do better, but then I am a perfectionist. I was very happy with the over all appearance of my car. The cashier was awesome. Very helpful and seamless customer service experienced. Thank you. :)

Annoying experience at Splash Car Wash yesterday. Id gone in to give them my new CC details. They informed me that theyd need to make a new account and that the monthly fee would be $2 more. On top of that, the fee Id signed up for was $2 less than what they had recently been charging me. In others words they now wanted $4 more than the contract I signed with them. Plus we have two cars. When a new business is opening and there are incentives to create business/revenue and one takes those then one expects them to be honored. At no point was I informed of the fee increase nor would they entertain a conversation on any this. All I got was a shoulder shrug so I left.

As soon as I arrived to do an oil change and car wash,the guy walked away and had a poor face not friendly at all,asked for pricing and was not able to ask any questions he walked away again . Got off the car to ask and he was not very helpful and very bad attitude not friendly what so ever and I did direct it to him and he said what do you want me to say hello with an attitude . Will not be coming back to this place

Poor service, well below par car wash job. I asked for a VIP, which they also wrote on my window, but charged me for a premium wash. (Only difference is spray on wax) I confront the cashier, her response was well go tell the guy washing your car SMH. Anyways, I tell the gentleman washing it. He nods his head like yeah I got you. As my car is done I confront the gentlemen again and ask him did you put the spray on wax? since thats what you guys charged me for He nods saying ohh yeah I sprayed the wax I glance at my car and inspect it, to realize he didnt do it. (I can tell the difference) I left because be there is already a waste of my time. The overall experience was horrible. Its so bad that I am actually taking the time to write my first review. Youre better off going to a $5 drive through car wash.

They never clean or dry my car. Good!! And my las visitation I went to go get a oil change I had asked the guy to please check all my fluids on my car he didnt get anything like that I had asked him ! to plz check my oil on my transmission I didnt care if I had to pay more he said it was fine two days later my car broke down from the transmission I know it was not that their fault but I had asked him nicely if he can do that for me he lied he said that oil level was perfect and I guess I didnt even have (no) oil.. Im so disappointed never go back with you guys again

Horrible place. Two of the machines are not working. I spoke to the manager about it. He said to me that the parts needed were order to fix the machine. What he does not know is that prior to talking to him an employee mentioned that those machines had not worked since he has been there. I think it is the last time I take my car here.

They did a good job detailing the inside of my car for a good price. However I gave them 2 stars for the amount of time it took. They told me it would take about an hor and a half. However it took 3 and a half bours.

I asked that they take my stereo anttena off because I could not get it off myself .....???3 different employees of the car wash said ... dont worry we will get it off.I have my truck & my antenna was still on the truck & my Jack head that was on the tip of the antenna is not there ....I am super bummed because that Jack head had been all over with me, ( the great containintal devide) out of Phoenix thru New Mexico . All the way to Texas & back to Phoenix, with no trouble ...So all them at the car wash can choke on my Jack Ball, antenna topper.!!!!! PEACE OUT . !!!!!!!!!

This has to be the worst car wash experience Ive ever had! For the simple fact that someone stoled $$$ from inside my car. At first I didnt hesitate to leave money inside a coby next to my steering wheel after all personal belongings you should never be touched I though theres need to clean in there so Ima leave it also it was wrapped in receipt you could only see it if you really start digging in there, but Heyyy i was wrong here comes someone a freakin thieve & takes my money! I confronted the manager & the people who cleaned my car but obviously no one came forward it was really disappointing & disrespectful. The younger manager was cooperative enough to lemme see the cameras but unfortunately we couldnt zoom in too much he offered me free car washes & I took the prepaid car washes but I will no longer be going back there its like going back to the thieves who stoled from you.! Like talk about lost of trust !!!! I honestly have never been that disappointed before going to any car wash like that I just hope whoever took my money uses it for a good cause like I needed that money in the first place!!!! $40 dollars is $40 for a single mother living paycheck to paycheck 😔

Ok my car needed some help like it was dirty under the hood and never cleaned my headlights or vacuumed the car tbh. These guys did amazing! Replaced my windeshieled wipers, made my headlights look new and literally transformed my car. I did not feel like I waisted my money because under the hood it was far from saving but the people here did miracles. I was sceptical because of the bad reviews but ofcouese all the satisfied people never leave reviews. I was trying impressed with the end result and will definitely come back and recommend my friends and family my car literally looks amazing

I regret taking my car to this car wash. First of all the windows were not properly cleaned, they didnt vacuum the car completely, the cleaner for the dashboard smell bad, the chemical for the rims was just sprayed and never cleaned, and from the outside there was still stains. Plus the staff was very rude and I never recieved my air freshener. I talked to the manager but didnt do anything.... if i could do a negative rate I would.

If i could give this ghetto disgusting place a zero i would i took my car for an oil change and a car wash nothing but a bunch of hooligans cleaning the cars and a ghetto thug of a man who fought with us and refused to give us our car keys unless we had a reciept which they had and left in the van and never gave to us they then proceeded to gang up on us and argue and they didnt even clean the car at all like literally nothing was clean and on top of that they stole things out of our car please dont waste your time on this dump its a waste of money and they will steal your things

Went to have my car done they did okay I guess I had to get a towel and clean before I left to clean spots they didnt. Also the car freshener is too watered down cant even smell it.

When went to pay discovered was being charged for a handwash also I didnt request that was charged $32 pd it but will never go back I have 3 trucks always have gone there felt was taken advantage

I took my car like 2 weeks ago the guy who did my buff did a awful job on doing the buff he left swrill marks and left some wax on my car i talk ed to the magr. And he gave me the bs i will never will take my car there. And the so called manager joe jose what ever has bad attitude somebody needs to teach him a Lesson or give him an attitude adjustment asap Ill give - star.......they need. To hire people who knows or at or at least try

If you want to pay $20 to sit around for a half hour while employees stand and talk to each other only to discover that they did not vacuum your car, wipe the interior or clean the windshield...this is your place! Have been twice and never again.

Very bad car wash I was charged 26.99 for a basic wash with two floor mats cleaned.i had a glass guy repair my windshield I payed him 10$ cash and I can still see the crack lick it was never even fixed.they will be hearing from me tomarrow.i will never go there again.and I used to work there when it was Danny s car wash.
