I used to like this place before it was taken over and upgraded. The last 2 times I went through the car wash, my car was only partially cleaned. The back of the car was as dirty as before the wash. The rinse cycle is very short leaving a lot of residue. Even the updated automated pay center is a joke. It is impossible to reach the screen without getting out of the car. You have to get the attention of a worker there to help you out with that basic function. On top of all these issues, you now have to pay more for each category of wash.

This place is now Cobblestone. It HAD the best car was before as Shell. NOT NOW.I paid $20 for the platinum wash. The was was so bad, they ran the car a 2nd time.And they took out the best Coke dispenser and replaced it with a side fountain, that dispenses flat Coke. And the ice cream is gone now too!I wont be going back.Watch out when putting gas on car. Cobblestone is notorious for manipulating the numbers on gas pump. Ive had to report them to Department of Weights and Measure.So sorry theyve come to our neighborhood 😢

Used to be great, until Cobblestone took it over and upgraded their car wash equipment (lots of colorful LED lights, too) I used to buy their $15 level, and it would get my car or truck spotless, including tires. Now, the $16 level cleans okay and tires are not cleaned well at I guess I need to try their new $20 wash.Ive gone through twice, and not impressed. The last time, one of the car wash rotating brushes on the passenger side was not spinning... Ill give it a 3rd try and then Ill look for a replacement. Ive been going here for about 3 years. Bummer.

I did the car was which was good and liked that they have damp towels to dry your car etc. However, the suction on the vacuums was not great - actually pretty poor - and I wasnt able to get the debris off my carpets and floor mats. The was was good however.

The basic wash apparently doesn’t wash the whole care just the sides of the car ! What??!! What a rip off!!!!

Didnt get my exterior fully clean. Dirty areas still left on the roof! and. Entire hatchback and behind the rearview side mirrors. Wasnt shiny or polished. Poor quality chemicals

Cobblestone is the new owner of the car wash. I thought they might upgrade the blow drying but unfortunately, my truck is still dripping wet after the drying section.

They spray both sides of the car before going the car wash which does a very good job. You can get a $5 wash when getting gas plus discount on the gas. The $5 wash you have to hit the more selection to get this cheaper wash.

Got the $25 full service wash with Jorge. Took about 40min which I thought was a bit long, but the results were worth the time and money!

I always go the Ahwatukee Auto Spa to handle all my car cleaning needs. Horhay is the man when it comes to detail work on any level! From his $25 special (which includes a hand wash or a run through the carwash, a hand dry using air to get water out of all the cracks, a full interior vacuuming and armorall) all the way to color sanding and paint correction he has you covered.I highly recommend Horhay and tell him Aaron sent ya!

I live about 8 miles away but come here for my everyday needs and of course the super quick and inexpensive car wash. MAINLY because of Tricias welcoming greetings and INSANELY great smile. Its a good way to start the day! Oh and they always have my xyience in stock 😉

Ive had the $25 Full Service Wash a few times over the past year. Jorge has done the work every time. Hes awesome: hes friendly, seems happy, and does a great job in about 45 minutes. Definitely deserves a hefty tip. Definitely recommend this place if Jorge is doing the work.

Love the free air and vacuum, however the kids guiding you in need a lot of training on how to navigate vehicles in. Also widen the cones for bigger vehicles that do not have sharp turn radius.

The concept is great. The wash itself is great. The rates are comparable to smaller gas station car washes. I love the fact that they have a free vacuum service.

The basic wash is priced at $5. Plenty of $3 options around town but for convenience, this is a great location. Vacuum head fell off while I was cleaning my car, but they usually work well.

They did a good job detailing and getting the water spots off my car. Not the cheapest, but it was still worth the money. They offer a range of services, from drivethru autowash to full detail and lube services.

I had the worst guest service experience today. Ahwatukee auto spa on chandler and 46st, do not go there! I went there today for a car wash, and it damaged my car. Their response this happens all the time, just glue it back on I told them since they damaged it, they should fix it and glue it back on. I walk up, and the franchise owner is trying to tape it on with red duck tape. I told him to stop as he was going to damage it further as well as put tape on my paint. He stormed off and said I tried to help you, good luck taking care of it yourself. Seriously, this was the response from the franchise owner. Unbelievable, the business ethics of this place is horrible. I did not ask for a refund of my carwash or for anything unreasonable. All I wanted was for them to correctly fix the damage their carwash created. The franchise owner was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge fault, or fix the problem. I will be sharing this experience on social media as I do not want anyone I know to go through a similar situation.

Mediocre at best.I took 2 vehicles through. The guy that sprays your car off before it goes through seemed to not give a damn. He was letting the hose smack my paint quite a bit, and didnt seem to care if it damaged my paint. The car wash will get your car clean-ish, and it wont dry it off very well. When i was drying the numerous wet spots, i noticed a couple small areas of dirt leftover.If you are okay with paying to have your car be clean-ish, then you may be okay with this place, but if you take pride in your car, i would go somewhere else.

I am not sure who helped me but he was so wondeful. I went at 6:50 and just bought my car so I had the awful writing on it ( thought the good old wash could remove it) I was mistaken. Went back around to ask to borrow a razor to scrape it off. Now 5 min before closing. The gentleman did it for me cleaned all the writing off and sent me through the wash again to get it super clean. And I didnt have to pay a second time. What a wondeful place. Recommend a 100%
