I recently had a great experience at Discount car wash. I took my vehicle for a premium wash and noticed that my hood turned white after the car was given back to me. The person at the front desk was pleasant and reassured me. He asked a member of his staff to buff out the white residue that could have been soap or as he said the clear coat of my vehicle giving out. The hood got a nice buff at no extra charge! I tipped the staff member for a job well done. Definitely going back after being taken care of so well.

Paid $17 for my car wash and vacuum, when they raised the rag to show that my Jeep was ready, I walked out. When I looked in the back seat I saw that they didnt even vacuum it at all. I must have had a look on my face, because the attendant asked whats wrong and I showed him that it wasnt touched. He took it back through and it was okay, but I had to go because I had to pick up the kids. As I was driving I noticed that they didnt even wipe down the dash or clean the windows on the inside. Ill wash and vacuum my own car and save myself $12 by using the self wash car washes. Wont be back or recommend anyone to use this place.

I waited about an hour which wasnt bad since I asked to get it hand washed and a mini detail since I had water paint in my back seats. They got most of the paint out the seats which I was okay with. My windows were still dirty and I had to point out scratches on my car that shouldnt not have been there. They guy argued with me and said I shouldnt park close to other cars. I explained to him that they were not there BEFORE I gave them my car. Lucky they were able to come off however it question if my car was really hand washed like I asked. Also once I got home I noticed I still had dust on my trunk and my back window looked worse than before. I should of took a picture but please save your time and go somewhere else, I still want my money back I should of paid with my card.

Car was cleaned okay! Not too great! There was still some debris on the carpet that they must have overlooked. The car smelled clean. I purchased the platinum wash. I really dont know if it would have made any difference if I purchased the lower prices Gold, or Silver. I guess $27 isnt too bad.These people do work hard and right now it is hot outside. Especially for a job like that. So that I take into consideration. Would I come here again? Probably, if I cant find a spot closer to me that does the same thing for the same price. I would like to give 5 stars but it wasnt perfect!

I just needed a vacuum and to get the dust storm off my rental and they were amazing!!! Looks better than it did when I got it! I recommend the platinum wash for a great quick clean!

I like way they treat you since the moment you get here. Very professional and everyone here is just focus in doing the best they can. Excellent people under a 100 or more degrees pushing forward to get your car clean and sparkling. And the prices are very reasonable. Thank you guys!

Love this car wash so worth it Everytime

Still smells like cigarette and it’s dirty! They took a few hours for no reason & charged $200. I should’ve clean it myself! No tienen nada para quitar el olor de cigarro! Mi carro apesta todavía!

They do a good job!

My friends truck was pretty dirty inside and out they did a great job vacuuming and wiping it down. It was nice they have coin operated massage chairs waiting for you.

The service is good, the can have your truck or car done withing 10 minutes, they dry and all cars by hand, depends on your purchase they vacuum and details inside.This car wash is a little bit more expensive due to the fact that they hand dry.If you have an oversized truck, lifted and or wide tires, this is the place for you because that hand wash it for you. I paid $30 for the Platinum which include hand wash, detail inside, vacuum, tire dressing and exterior trim.

Its great work but not the best work for 120 and not be able to extensively clean everything even removing the stains or cleaning the trunk.

Great wash every time

Its not big and elegant but they get the job done. They also make sure to find where your car is at and how it doing.without you asking. Very lovely people and I enjoy talking to them. They look hardworking and well focused on there jobs. Im going to keep going here and I do recommend coming her. So far no problems with this place.

It just takes too long

Usually do a good job and are rather inexpensive. Thay have however damaged my car. My car has built in studs where the floor mats attach to and Im not even sure how they managed to so that but they broke and pulled one out...

I like this place because of friendly staff, prices are good and the wait is never too long. Both times though the inside was not done very well and I paid extra for my tires and they are not dine very well.

Very poor service, I do not recommend to anyone. Car was still dirty from the seats and from the outside. They only put the UV protectant spray in the dashboard and steering wheel, the rest was left undone. To finish it off, they used MY protectant I had in the back of the car, the tip was wet and it was left on open, when I usually leave it on closed so it wont spray/spill.

They do great work here. A faster express wash is available. Nice lounge to wait in to save your ears from the loud noise. Expect to wait an hour on the non-express washes.

This place is horrible to my car for just a basic outside wash the person that was drying the outside ended up sitting in my car tan colored seats and made a huge black stain. I informed them and tried to make a quick fix with wiping it if making the stain even worse. I tried telling the person in charge and ended up getting blamed for the stain myself. Never going back and unless you want to get blamed for stains on your car that werent there before you got there I suggest every one does the same!

Ive come to this car wash for years, you definitely get what you pay for and the people are very friendly and do a great job. Please make sure to tip them, they all have families that they support and work really hard for those tips!

The Services are over priced, has terrible customer service and they do terrible Jobs with the hand washes. I got a hand wash for 45$ and they left it dirty like their waiting room, all dirty and the windows were cleaned like their bathrooms it was all messy. I asked them nicely can you guys redo this and the manager laughed at me because I pointed out their mistakes. Would not recommend this Car Was At all!

Attendant was rude, when my SU V came out of the wash in, i notice my was left behind. Other small cars went first. The person who dried my suv did his best to do his job. Other workers wanted the gravy. I hope the guy who dried my ride, i know ge will get a better job. God bless him...

Excellent car wash for the price

Worst car wash ever they charged me $15 just for hand wash. They left dried water spots all over the car. They scratched the driver side door. Worst place ever I dont recommend

A longer wait than what I had hoped for but also when I got my car back there were still streaks in the windows and the exterior of the car. It just looked like they hurried through and didnt care. I will not be going back to this place. Spend your money at a $3 car wash for the same results.
