No attendant at the entrance and the fast pass scanners werent working (no signs posted though) so I had to buy a single car wash even though I have a monthly subscription. I let the attendant in the car wash tunnel know and he said they dont give refunds. The subscription isnt really worth it since the vacuums are always full and they are only open during the hottest hours of the day. Would maybe reconsider canceling if they stayed open later and had better equipment.

Great place just remember if you want to cancell your free membership you have to have the number off the sticker even if its on a rental car or they are going to keep charging your account cause there is no way to contact them..

This is the best place to go for a good wash! Very clean kept site, vacuums work great and associates are very friendly And kind! In and outta there in less than 5 min! I wouldnt go anywhere else!💯

I pay for mine and my partners membership monthly, which is higher than advertised. Then each time we go to clean our vehicle the up sales get you for another $2-5. Plus the lower areas of my car doesn’t get cleaned in the wash tunnel.

I like this place its always clean. However I usually have to go through twice to get all of the dust and dirt off my truck. The attendants are very helpful.

If you pay for fast pass unlimited everytime you go through the system puts you on a wait out jail of 25 seconds trying to upsell you to upgrade. You have to wait .. and press no thanks everytime you go through the scanner that reads your RFID sticker on your windshield. At first I thought it was an error. But no its On purpose.it will feel like its not reading it. Then it will read it finally and then take forever to bring up the upselling screen to upgrade to something on a higher tier. If you dont hit no thanks you it will take another 30 seconds after the fact. Very dumb when there are people waiting behind you to go through every single time its the same routine. Why call it a fast pass? Have already done a video and will post it tomorrow

The one on 15th Ave and camelback.. Most of the time... The car wash is like broken ..I get Half washes... Several things on the line are not working.. I pay 40 a month... What gives ..

Vacuums arent too great, cant get into nooks and crannies with them, car wash was okay, there was alot of left over water on my car afterwards though, luckily I had napkins to wipe it all off

Great car wash. Powerful self serve vacuums that are quick and easy to use. A bug wash station to help you prescrub the gunk off before going through the wash. The guys that work here have always been nice and helpful. The one thing I will caution you about is to read the fine print if you sign up for a monthly subscription. You have to cancel a few weeks before the renew date or they will charge you, you cant just cancel before the payment is due. This was slightly frustrating. I had to call my credit card company to stop the payment.

I wish just once EVERYTHING was working at this car wash we pay our monthly payments so we deserve everything to work correctly. Last Friday all the rinse sprayers were not working so I decided to go back today my new car looks worse than Friday There are other places to go out there time to move onUpdate i called the manger he made it right no questions asked he gave me the best wash

We payed 15 dollars which is an unusual occasion. First time here they didn’t use the special features that we payed for. When the wash was over we pulled out the front windshield was still sipping wet and the hood still had soap all over it! There was still splattered bugs all over the windshield and grill. Terrible service.

The manager of the 7th Ave and Van Buren location JESUS URIATE approached me like I was a criminal.Accusing me of stealing a car wash when i was simply getting a wash with a fast pass i had purchased months ago.he cancelled my fast pass and the charged my card an extra $19 dollars (without my permission) on top of the $16 per month i was paying. He refused to give me credit for the remaining week of that month that i still had left.super unprofessional.he went on to brag that he owns several carwash properties and doesnt really need my money.he then followed me out of his office and all the way to my car as i was leaving whilst telling me im a thief and im done forever...thats not how to treat paying customers JESUS URIATE..You will learn, I had patience only because you are a young twenty-something year old manager. You wont last long in customer service or management with an attitude like that.

You can wash your car so Ill see if you want or once a or twice Day or unlimited the service does a really good job of cleaning the car your wheels rims theres a prep area vacuuming air hoses the only thing is missing is tropical drinks a pina colada some tequila LOL

When they are open it’s okay. They’re friendly. Hit or miss on if the vacuums will be working that day. One day I went around 8:30AM and they weren’t open despite their hours saying they would be. Then another time (JAN25,2021) I went by at 9:30 and they were closed. Again around 11, still closed. Called because I saw cars parked there (vacuums are off so they wouldn’t have been cleaning). Nothing. Today (JAN26,2021) I call ahead of time to make sure I don’t drive there for no reason. The phone rings then just hangs up on me. So. Meh. Wouldn’t recommended signing up for their monthly service as I have but not terrible if you’re driving by and they happen to be open.

I signed up for the membership at a different location and I canceled it before the time they charge me for another month(I wanted to cancel it just for a little bit so I had the money towards my rent) and they still charged me and when I asked to speak to a manager he man-splained everything to me and said you have the cancel a week in advanced and refused to refund me. I hate this location! I only go because my boys I nanny always ask to go and it is the closest one. The car wash always breaks down when you’re are in the middle of it. There is now scratches on the top of my car and it magically appeared after I went thru the car wash and it stop right when I was in the middle of it. I like most other locations but seriously if anyone is seeing this DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Got unlimited car washes for a month for $0.01. I literally paid ONE PENNY. Vacuums are free. At the end of the month I can cancel for nothing or continue for a $16 monthly charge, which honestly, I am considering.

Staff us great, usually a good steady stream if customers, but knock wood, never not gotten in. Biggest complaint is, I am handicapped, and a lot if non handicapped customers will take the only two spots they have, but the employees wont make the move. Which by law they are suppose to.

They have a guy just standing there at the entrance to the car wash doing nothing yet he tells me that they do not pre-spray your vehicle before it enters the car wash. This is a recipe for swirl marks and damaged paint but Im sure most people dont know the difference. Have that guy pre-spray cars to protect their paint instead of standing there with his hands in his pockets. Not to mention the wash was horrible. As you can see from the picture I think there is actually more junk on my paint now than there was before I went through the wash....

Got a 5$ membership here for a holiday special and I have not been disappointed considering the December weather we have been having out here.

This place is awful. Scratched my car, didn’t even dry it all the way and even worse still paid for the service. Please do not go to this place. There are much better car wash places than here. And the staff is clueless and incompetent.

Not a bad car wash... the wash tunnel is shorter than most others. Best car wash Ive found in central Phoenix. Price is ok with free vaccum and compressed air under coverd spaces... spaces are limited and can be a wait on weekends. Made my Honda look good... all I really care about!🚙😃

Other washes that i use have towels you can use there but clean freak doesnt have any. Other than that its a good place

We have the unlimited washes for $30 but I believe the packages start at $16. My husbands kind of a fanatic about our vehicles so with the convenience of free air and vacuums, it gets him out of the house for a bit every week. He even likes to take our 2 year old, he calls it the bubble monster. Thank you for cute family memories.

I love this place. You will select the level of a car wash you want. You sit in your car and then there is free air to dry your car and free vacuums! If you want a membership you can do that here as well. Best car wash I’ve had.

I stopped in the Camelback location to buy car wash cards for a Christmas gift. The service guy was very friendly, helpful and fast!

It was the worse experience, Ive had with them. Went to complain about their conveyor belt damaging my rim and was accused of making it up. The 5 men that were working,were all hostile, rude n very unprofessional. Will NEVER use or recommend this place

I feel that the machines need adjustments this location always seems like a rough clean, rough enough to move whole side mirror from normal position to extended out. The air dry seems to miss a lot of the water. Everything else is on point. I might just stop going to this location afraid something is gonna happen to my car while going through the wash.

Something always wrong here. Tires hardly ever cleaned and I tried 3 different vacuums and they all didnt work. That was this past Sunday. As a fast pass member im extremely disappointed

They get you in and out but it always seems as though the dryers arent good enough. Lots a water left over so you have to hand dry if you dont want spots. Also gets super packed and there is not enough room for vacuums. Decent place though and good location.

Great 1st experience. The associate helping me decide was patient and explained the differences through the package. My only issue was the vaccum suction. Not very hard. Not sure if its the two stations I happened to check or if all, but it took way longer than normal to vacuum my car due to that.

Air dryers work poorly, leaving water on hood and roof, water spots on grill. Does not clean as efficiently as competitor drive through car washes.

This is their newest location in Phoenix. Great wash, at great prices. Along with free vacuums for ones convenience. But the most valuable asset they have to offer is their exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

Even after using the prep brush and pre scrubbing my vehicle the car wash still doesnt get it clean. The blowers dont work right there is a lot of left over water that needs wiped off. The vacuums dont always work or have low suction power.

Do not use this service. I bought the monthly package and started noticing pieces of trim missing from my car. I asked the manager about it and he proceeded to bring several parts from other cars to see if any of them belong to me. So, they know that their wash tears cars up and do nothing about it. I was still charged after I canceled the service and the Manager refused to credit my card back. I had to dispute it through my bank to get the money back. To Their Response: Ummm.... I know very well which car wash it is and I am not mistaken. Please dont insult peoples intelligence. I have already recovered the overcharge funds, so unless you want to talk about replacing my car parts, there is nothing to discuss. Thanks!

Went there today just expecting to go through a drive through car wash (which it is), but the employee there was kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wish I would have caught his name and for that reason Ill be back. Car was also clean!

Again, I didnt get the tire shine thats suppose to be included with my membership. I have tried to contact CF via their website twice already and never been contacted back. Dealing with the car wash attendants is no help either. Next step for me is filing a complaint with the state attorney general.

The employees are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. Most of the time everything runs good. The only problems are other people back in to your car trying to get extra drying time. And very inconsiderate people park in the handicap accessible vacuum cleaner stalls.
