Good value. Cost $4 and change to give my Miata a once over. I detailed it and hand dried it, but the suds and rinse got most of the dirt from the last storm off. Would be nice if the vacuums were free. Had to stop at my usual automatic wash to use their free vacuums.

Gone here multiple times and each time the spot free rinse destroys the car wash i just spent time and money on. It seriously looks dirtier than before I started washing. The spot free rinse on multiple bays have done this and Im done with this place. When spraying the spot free rinse, it sprays with suds. At first I thought maybe it just dissolves clear. Nope, my windows are streaked and splattered with whatever residue is in this spot free solution. I dont know if they crossed the lines or what but my advice is do not use spot free rinse! I even spray the ground for about 45 seconds to flush out the lines before spraying my vehicle.

This place is awesome,, the guy sprayed some bug soap on the front windshield, hood and grill. let it sit while i paid then prewashed the front by hand. Then I went through the machine where after my car was met by a gentleman who quickly dried off any left over areas and touched up areas that didnt get washed (you know what I am talking about). All for $13 (car wash $11 + amour all on tires $2) + tip. This place is a little gem.

Everyone here is so polite and helpful. I love how there is someone waiting to shine your tires and clean the windows after your car goes through the wash. Its more than just a drive thru car wash. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

These guys have a real hidden gem here! you can wash your own or use there drive through service. I strongly recommend the drive through service plus they have staff that hand dry your vehicle as it exits the machine. They also have a doggy wash station. Wich is super convient especially when you know washing your dog at home will clog the drain. They take cash and card.

This place has been around and grown over the last twenty years... Possibly more.They offer you the choice of drive thru (in neutral) mechanical carwash of different costs and services. Also, they have DYI car washing available in stalls with power hoses and brushes.In the mechanical carwash, I appreciate the way they pre-scrub the car and hand dry it even after they auto blow dry which never gets all water off your car. I try and make sure to tip the dryer and scrubber a buck when I have it on hand. The air freshener, free wrapped interior damp cloth and vacuum token given with many carwash options is a nice touch.One stall was converted into a dog wash many years ago and the first of its kind I had ever seen. I have used that too and is a great add-on feature.

Really enjoy using their equipment, especially the thriple-soap foam gun!! The place is kept clean and great pricing with the ability to pay with card aswell. My only go-to wash place, hands down.

Finally came back to see if they have improved there services amongst cleanliness and staff productivity and besides the air pressure for air dry never high enough due to the style blower head attachment design drops the psi and takes to long to dry with leaves water spots (even when using spot free rinse) due to having to take to long to get to dry the major parts it has improved all around. Thanks guys,/gals I will be more comfortable returning in the future if I do..

Well, I pulled up at 4:15pm just as the attendant waswalking towards Auto Zone. (??) I waited and waited but he didn’t come back until 4:45pm. (I decided to vacuum out my car as I waited) When I pulled back up to the front, he stepped out of the office to gesture to me that they were closed....at 4:45pm? When I pointed to the two huge signs that were directly in front of me advertising their new hours, Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm. he gave me an 🤷🏻‍♂️I don’t know shrug so I showed him my I’m displeased finger.

Truly family operated. Almost everything you need to do a quick cleanup of your car is available. Automatic wash is gentle on vehicle, but cleans well. They do infact hand dry in addition to the automatic dryer. Timers on self clean and vacuums are reasonable and affordable. A great experience over all.

I loved this car wash! I dont need a full service so I dont want to pay the high prices for that. This is the perfect balance of express car wash with helpful attendants that pre-scrub and post-dry for a great, affordable wash! Plus my daughter loves watching the soap and scrubbers go :)

Cool spot to self wash your cars/trucks & SUVS. The pressure washer was a bit soft so the caked on dirt was a bit of a challenge. The wash wand/brush was really beat up and barely let out any soap. Overall 7/10

The car wash hoses leak, sewer smell, vacuums smell like they dont clean there filters. You get less car wash time for your 3 dollars, dont drain air tank for moisture, when you use there air hoses moisture sprays on your car. To keep this car wash to be profitable you need to do repairs, Ive noticed a lot of standing around when they could be cleaning or doing repairs. Just my input, I do hope the owners see this and make changes.

This is a really great idea for folks with dogs that make an absolute mess during their bath, whos hair clogs up the drain, and/or doesnt do well with people outside the family. All of which is true with our boy Handsome. I would totally have given 5 stars if it werent for a few things. 1st- The water comes out really cold the first minute or two. This freaked out guy out right away. Once the water warmed up he started to enjoy it a little. 2nd-If you use a credit/debit card (which I did, and most will) you have to press the red stop button when you are finished, or the machine will just keep on going; charging you the entire time. Luckily I saw that the counter was still going and only got charged for an extra minute we didnt need. On the upside. Very clean tubs, lots of options on the dial, no need to bring shampoo unless youre partial to a certain type. The conditioner made his coat so soft, and he smells great! I can see us using this once a month.

The self-service area costs a lot more than what I expected; it did come with extra options to upgrade the wash, e.g. a tri-color polish, tire/engine cleaner, a wax sealer, etc. I also marked another star off because when I first pulled into the bay I was on a very important phone call, so I parked and stayed sitting in my car, where it was a lot quieter. I was not there for more than 6 maybe 7 min, and the worker comes up to my window to ask me what I was doing. I quietly replied, im on the phone- trying not to let the other end hear me or feel as if I wasnt fully focused on our conversation. The worker proceeds to inform me that I could not sit there and these spots are saved for business. It seriously made me feel as if I were being judged or that l was less-than or not good enough. I thought it was really rude for him to assume that I wasnt going to purchase any services.Other than my car getting cleaned and looking great, I would probably have only given 1 or 2 stars. However, the experience of seeing my absolute dream car (a 17 Shelby Mustang Cobra, the 350GT), almost made it up completely 😊But, not entirely.

You really cant beat the price and level of service that these guys provide. The equipment always works the lot is clean and the attendants are all very helpful and hard working. I stopped in today to get my Jeep washed even though I knew it was going to rain because it had been a while since my last wash and a bunch of bird poo that I wanted to get cleaned off. I paid for the basic wash went through the wash and then the guys that hand dry your car really took their time drying my Jeep. Then I started my 40 minute drive home up the I-17 through the rain and I knew my Jeep was going to be dirty again I park outside and it kept raining but the sun came out and I went to get something from the Jeep and shes just as sparkly clean as when I left the Weiss Guys car wash!!! Great job guys you are the best in town!!!!

Unfortunately this self service car wash leaves much to be desired. There are a laundry list of problems and annoyances with this location that makes the process of washing your car more frustrating than it should be. The equipment used is outdated on several levels.First being there is a metal bar placed horizontally across the payment terminal (to prevent someone stealing the quarters I presume) that makes it difficult to successfully slide your CC to engage the timer.Secondly, the equipment itself needs some repairs as the bay I used had a faulty spray gun where it leaked soap from the washer that connected the gun to the hose line. It makes your hands slippery and the soap got all over my shorts. Further more, there is no way to adjust the amount of pressure coming from the spray gun. Its either full blast or nothing, which makes it difficult if you want to just lightly coat your car with water or soap. The length of the spray gun hose is so long that it makes it practically impossible to swiftly maneuver around the car without the hose dragging on the wet, dirty floor or dragging against your car, so you basically have to hold four feet of hose while also holding the spray gun. Therefore you spend way more time finagling with the equipment than simply washing your car.Thirdly, the air blower is about as powerful as a hotels hair dryer, so either bring microfiber towels or dont bother using the air dryer. Another problem at this location is the drainage or lack there of. The floor becomes a puddle of dirt, soap and water that filters around your cars tires.Design wise the bays face East/West so even with a roof covering the bays the only time your car will be in shade is if its noon (or cloudy). So its basically impossible to dry the car without having water drops all over it and thats even with their spot free rinse feature. The other problem with this is now the sun will always be in your eyes at some point during the wash and it makes it tricky when holding a spray gun and four feet of hose while walking in a puddle of water with the sun in your eyes.Overall this isnt a well thought out or maintained self service car wash.

Horrible location not the company just this location everytime I come here I try to was my car waste 10 dollars wich I usually spend 20 plus at least to just wash my own car and the high pressure never works it took me ten minutes to only get to pre soak and then rinse not even fully rinse because the low pressure nobody working everytime so no refund o way to fix it. Never coming back here again. Waste of my hard earned money. Sorry for the bad review but tired of it not being fixed.thanks

The upolstry cleaner doesnt work the soap comes out but does not clean nothing. Not happy and its Hot outside to be cleaning and when its doesnt work its frustrating.

Nice, simple, do it yourself car wash place that takes credit cards. I love an automatic car wash when Im lazy but nothing will ever beat doing it yourself. No one cares for your car like you do and this place provides a plethora of tools to get your baby clean! Just manage your time well because it will fly by quickly!

I have only went once so far, to use the vacuum station. I did the 3 minutes because it said it was more powerful. Im glad I didnt use the less powerful option because it did not have a very powerful suction to it. Thankfully my car wasnt very dirty, I know for next time.

I went to the self service car wash on 40th st and Thunderbird and used the machine for only 4 mins and 40 seconds and was supposed to be charged $4 as stated on the machine but instead was charged $12. I tried contacting the company but of course, got no response. I went to leave a review on Facebook and come to find out, THIS IS A REOCCURING ISSUE THAT THEY CHOOSE TO IGNORE. I, for one, will NEVER go here again. If I could, Id give a review of zero stars. I have filed a company complaint in Hopes that this company gets shut down.

I have to say this is by far the best car wash! The staff is so friendly. The stalls are kept clean and they offer great packages. The guys the dry the cars could do a better job sometimes but I keep coming back because they honestly do the best job

One of the best car washes Ive been to. I used to take my old car through the express wash whenever it got dirty and it always came out nice afterwards. I since have bought a new car and have switched over to the self serve, and my experience with it has been wonderful. No matter which way you go, this is the best place nearby to get your car washed!

Really nice self service bays with everything you need. The air dryer is a must in my opinion.. Like everywhere else, the spot free rinse seems to come out unnecessarily slow, which drives me nuts but Ive accepted it. Accepts credit cards, but be mindful of time. I got charged $12 for 9 minutes, which is more than cash would cost. Normally shouldnt take that long.

Great wash that left my car spotless and shiny. No wait. There was a guy at the end that hand dries your car with towels. He was fast and efficient leaving no water marks. You get a token for the vacuums too!

These guys do a great job. The $6 basic wash is better than any drive thru gas station car wash, they even hand towel dry your car and give you a vacuum token. I usually tip the guys, but have had an occasion were I didnt have cash and they did not seem bothered at all. The self service wash bays are great too. Its $3 to start for 4 minutes, adding additional quarters will get you extra time. The vacuum bays have free air blowers to get dust and dirt out of the vents and cracks in your car. One of the wash bays is for dog washing only. The guys who work here are friendly and professional. The owner even stopped by once to see how I was doing and make sure I knew about the dust blowers.

Been going here for a few years. Its always been super for fall / winter dog baths. The new dog wash needs higher water pressure, but the owners (who were onsite) are now aware, very cordial and pleasant to express concerns to. I believe they will correct the (my) issue.The car wash is great!

I have been coming here for over 10 years, one of the best do-it-your-self car washes that I know.I wish they left the air hoses out at night, I hardly get there before 5:30pm. With that being said, they have a great place to wash your car at night; the facility has lots of lighting, most of the time it is pretty clean.P.S. Autozone is next door if you forgot your; drying towel, tire shine, glass cleaner, etc..

The charges are NOT pending on my account either, they are completed charges! One of the washes took less than 5 minutes & I was still charged $12 for the wash. This place is a SCAM!

I also just had the same issue as several people on here. In the last month or so Ive washed my car twice at Weiss Guys car wash off 40th St. Each wash took approximately 6 minutes. I know they initially charge $12 and it pends and then its suppose to adjust to whatever the actual amount is when it goes through on your account. Both car washes posted (not pending anymore) for $12!! This seems like too much of a coincidence to be just a random occurrence since both washes were charged as well as others experiencing this. I am planning to contact the Attorney General as well as the Better Business Bureau. Maybe there will be less occurrences of this with some help from them.

Worst car wash in the valley. Leaky equipment. Flooded stalls. Slow conversion times between cycles of the self wash. The dryer is a joke. I truly laughed at how bad it was. I had to take my car elsewhere to get it rewashed. Worst $10 bucks I ever spent.

If there is one thing a car wash should never run out of, its soap!!!! I paid money to wash my own car and now its still dirty. Guess Ill go find somewhere else to wash my car.

I have a jeep with no top, so I have to use manual washing car washes. I dont like timer washes. You end up spending too much wasted time and extra money. It would be nice if you could pause the timer. Then I would use the service more.

Machine malfunctioned and charged me $12 for a self-serve car wash. Nobody around to fix the issue and no recourse. Place was dumpy looking to boot.

Put $3 for 4 min. Got barely 1 min. I left as there was no button to call for assistance. Absolute rip off, I don’t recommend.

Was okay- self service machines will all the features. Dryer wasnt very good and didnt dry the car very . I towel dried it in the end but something left a sticky residue- not sure if it was the streak free shine stuff but I wasnt impressed with the final product, had to go home and use window cleaner on all the windows as they had streaks all over them.

This place is a complete SCAM. Every 3 mins 30 seconds the machine would turn off and I would have to rerun my credit card!! Look at my bank acct and I see (3) $12 pending charges from this horrible car wash. Regardless that these charges will adjust later to $3 each, you still have to front $36 just to wash your car!! I did not want to charge my card a third time bc I was nearly finished with the car wash after the second charge. Bc I still had some soap on the car, I had to swipe the card the third time and then use the full 3 mins and 30 seconds bc it wouldnt shut off until that was spent on the machine. Joke. This has happened numerous times to me and I am done with “Weiss the Scammers Car Wash”

Twice this has happened now. First time shame on you. This time shame on me. DO NOT USE THE SPOT FREE RINSE!!! I spend $10 in 105 heat, wasting 30 minutes of my time washing the mud-rain spots off my 2016 F350. Only to get home to find it covered in hardwater spots. Normally I have washed it here and drive it dry and it has done a reasonable job of turning out without spots and this carries me over till I can hand wash my truck. THIS time my truck left there worse than when I before I washed it with really hard water spots all over the body and windows of the truck. SCREW YOU rip-off artists! I will never use your carwash again. You are lucky I am not some crazed nutjob.... I will just walk away and never come back.

I went for car wash on friday(03/13/2015) and spent 12$ to wash my car i finished washing and when to the towel vending machine to buy a towel and payed 2$ to get a towel and the machine took the money but returned no towel, my car dried itself and was left with white water marks all over the car. After all my black car looked more ugly after washing. I did not know why i spent 14$ dollars to make it look more dirty. I felt i have wasted my money, time and energy.hope this will be dealt correctly by the management.
