Thanks for being proactive about it Eric!Overall, it was a quite enjoyable rental experience.Pros: excellent vehicles, very reasonable price, convenient app for making and managing a reservation, quick pickup/dropoff process, and the employees make extra effort to treat you well.Cons: The A4 I rented was dirty (outside only), I selected “local renter”, but the app kept giving me directions for an airport pickup, and the lot/building for local pickups isn’t very user-friendly (Signage for Silvercar, but nothing on where to park, where to enter building, where to find a person, etc).If the company can address those few issues, it would easily earn a 5-star rating in my book.

Absolutely loved my experience with Silvercar! They are such an amazing concept with really friendly staff here in Phoenix and an amazing car to drive around town with. Can’t wait to use them again!

Excellent experience! Last minute trip over the holidays and every car in town was taken except for some very expensive Fox rentals (they get really bad reviews). For a very reasonable price we got a 2018 Audi A4. They have a free shuttle from the airport to their lot which is just a few minutes away. The service was top notch both picking up the car and dropping it off. Someone was outside ready to help. You dont even have to walk up to a service counter and wait. Would use again and highly recommend.

Silvercar is awesome and everyone at the Phoenix location was fantastic. They made it super easy for this newbie with just enough explanation. They were efficient, polite and I was in and out in 10 minutes, which included moving the kiddos car seat. AMAZING! I will never go back to traditional car rental. This was superior in every way.

Had issues with waiting for pickup to and from the airport. They used Lyft to take me to the airport and it was the cheapest option. So I went from an Audi to an old cheap manual clunker. Youd think they get something decent when you spend a premium for an Audi.

The staff, the cars,the service.. everything is top notch here. They picked us up from the airport promptly and the checkout process was a breeze. The cars are super clean and well maintained. It was a great rental experience for us to drive in a familiar car with rates less than the conventional rental companies.

First time renting from Silvercar the car itself was great. The service in Phoenix is something else as others have stated. We had to ride bus to rental car terminal then walk all the way to end of building. Take elevator down to visitor parking stand in 100 degree heat waiting on someone to pick us up. Then on the return they called a Lyft driver which had the dirtiest trunk with gas cans that had to be moved to put our luggage in. Definitely not the door to door service they advertise I expected better from them.

The best car rental in town! Hands down. Always excellent service, cars are clean, and super easy when picking and dropping vehicle off. Here you know what your getting, the people are super awesome. This is always my go to when going on a road trip. Thank you Tom and the Phx team for providing outstanding service and making it super easy.

10/5 stars! Fantastic! The best car rental service and car Ive ever rented! Powerful, comfortable, fully loaded, great gas mileage, UNLIMITED WIFI with NO EXTRA CHARGE! Can I say more? Yes I can! I had a minor problem while driving around, the battery in my remote died which could be tragic since that is the key. They told me to go anywhere that sells watch batteries and buy one and theyll reimburse me. I did and they did. Car pickup was gravy, return was gravy, service was fast and friendly. All correspondence could be text message if you so desire. And finally, the manager called me the day after I returned the car and left me a voicemail, do you know what about? He noticed that I didnt get my first time customer 20% off so he called to tell me he refunded 20% to my credit card. AWESOME! Only problems now are that I want to buy an Audi (Im sure thats there goal), and the Phoenix branch set the bar so high the rest of them need to be that good. And in case youre wondering...I dont work there or know anyone there. I know that Im suspicious of people that give overwhelmingly good reviews. Im just a very, very satisfied customer.

This is the best place to rent cars from. Such a better experience than renting from the airport. They pick you up and drop you off at the airport... much faster pickup and dropoff than riding the rental bus.

Service is great. Got picked up at the airport and then take to the rental location. Communicated via text. Found out that Audi bought Silvercar and so, the future of Silvercar is unclear. I really enjoyed the car and the service. Worth the extra who are willing to pay.

The list of what Silvercar provides over even the best big rental car copies is staggering. I wish I had time to list them all. What is surprisingly refreshing though is they are all features you would expect but never see or realize you werent getting until you were billed.

Fantastic experience. It took longer for the young lady to explain how the features in the car worked than it took to pick up the car. Car floated down the highway effortlessly. Check out and in was a breeze and they had a Lyft pick me up and take me to my terminal within 4 min of turning in the car. Wonderful experience,. Why would you use any other car rental company?

Wow! It was such a great experience using SilverCar. We were picked up at the rental car terminal and whisked away to our Audi A4. Going through the rental process was a breeze, and we were out of there in 5 minutes. The car was top notch. All features included. No hidden fees come time to turn the car in. I will use silver car again.

Great experience renting with Silvercar. They only physically check your drivers license on your first rental, All subsequent visits after that you can just walk up to any A4 and unlock with your phone app. For local renters, they allow you to park your car in their lot until your return.

I had no issues at all with the vehicle - but pick up and drop off leave a lot to be desired from silvercar. Every other silvercar Ive used, they pick you up in an audi, drive to their offsite garage, and away you go.Here, I landed, asked to be picked up, and NO ONE responded for 45 minutes. Finally I was instructed to ride a bus offsite. Pick up after that was smooth, drop off was pretty seamless, but again, had to ride a bus (which was late) back to the airport.Part of the perks/joys of renting silvercar for me was the ease of pick up/drop off. If I wanted to ride a bus, I would have rented from hertz/avis instead.

My wife and I took a trip to Phoenix, AZ and had an A+ experience throughout the entire rental. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made our first-time transaction flawless. The process from the airport to the rental facility was easier than any other rental company. They picked us up outside the rental car facility and drove us to the Silvercar property. The gentleman checked my ID and credit card under a minute and we were on the road. We did not have to deal with long lines or worry about being without a vehicle.When we drove out of the lot, the car was clean, drove smooth, and was easy to use. The navigation system was helpful to get around and Sirius XM was great to have on the road. We loved the car and the entire experience. We will definitely be using Silvercar in the future.

Such an excellent experience. While everyone else was scrambling around at the enterprise counter, we were whisked off in our silver car to the offsite office. In under 5 minutes, we were on our way in our new Audi A4. I can’t say enough good things about this rental; I will be using silver car exclusively, and I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I am a tow truck business owner and respond to many accident calls. I have never had a rental car company respond so quickly and positively for their clients. If you want personal and professional service, this is the company to rent from. I had an Audi involved in an accident, the company brought another vehicle, picked up the clients, transferred their luggage and drove them back to their hotel in a matter of hours. Most rental companies take next several days to respond, or dont have a vehicle available for days and dont even care. If you want first class-worry-free car rental, this is the only way to go! They take care of their own like no other rental company I have ever dealt with. Well done Silvercar, you are the best.

Phenomenal rental service provided with silver Audis. I used Silver Car at the Phoenix Airport. Actually was using my Audi key from home not realizing that it was not the correct key for the car. They sent a tow truck and a person from the car agency to bring me a key. If possible I would easily give the company 10 stars. Even though it was my mistake no extra charge was added. From the tow truck to the person who worked at Silver car all service was handled with a smile very quickly. Thank you Silver Car :-)

My car was great but the convenience factor is a major issue. When I arrived I took a bus to the rental car terminal and waited for their car to pick me up which took a while. On the return I had to wait for an Uber. This is my second time renting from silver car in Phoenix and it adds time to my travel to do so. The perk I was hoping for was the quick ride back in a car which hasnt happened on my two rentals.

Really great location here. The fleet was really clean and new. The workers were really friendly and helpful. Location is really close to the airport, so getting your car is a breeze.

My first experience with silver car. Much better than the traditional companies. No rediculous long lines, mounds of paperwork, and folks trying to up charge you. Car was as advertised, no issues. Return was as seemless and easy as pick-up.

Outstanding rental experience that could not have been easier. The sales rep walked me through my rental and explained all the car features to ensure I was comfortable, and even put my destination in the onboard GPS.I will definitely return to SilverCar. Wish they had them in more locations!

It will take you about 15 minutes to get to this location from the terminal, and you’ll need to transfer from the main terminal to a bus to take you to the rental counter. Once there, you have one more bus to pick you up and take you to their offsite location. Leave enough time, it’s worth it.

Wonderful service, didnt have to go out of my way at all! There needs to be more Silvercar locations around the country...would love to never rent from those other companies ever again.

Great experience and very friendly staff. Only downside was the bus + additional car ride to get to their location, but not much they can do about that unless they figure out a way to pick you up directly from the terminal.

Im a long-term user of Silvercar, since 2013 - but the PHX locale is subpar. Confusing directions to pick up your car; then stand in the hot sun (with no car in sight); then you cannot reach someone on the phone; then when you do, they say the car is still on its way (while youre still standing in the hot sun); then they call back 10 minutes later to offer you a discount -- after, out of frustration, youve cancelled the reservation and reserved with another company in the air-conditioned rental car center at PHX. These guys need to get their act together, be responsive to their customers. As Silvercar grows, customer service appears to be deteriorating. Sad.

Ive loved Silvercar on all previous rentals with them, but the Silvercar situation at PHX is atrocious! 😡 I love that they usually pick you up and drop you at the curb at the airport in the car that you will be renting. Not at Phoenix!! I even paid $40 more than the other places because I was expecting the usual convenience of being picked up and dropped off at the terminal. at Silvercar PHX you still have to ride the rental shuttle bus anyway, then hike your butt with all your luggage down a sidewalk to a parking lot off to the side of the rental car building in 100 degree heat. Then they take you to their building off property and switch you from the pick up car to the actual car you are renting. It took a full 45 minutes to get my car thru all this process. Upon return they dont take you back to the airport either, they call you a Lyft instead. Our Lyft driver was a super bad driver with a smelly car and a trunk that had muddy shoes and a leaking jug of motor oil for us to put our luggage in. To go with all this, our car wasnt cleaned very well and we had to stop and clean all the windows ourselves because we were driving into the sun and the windows were all hazy and smeared so we couldnt see anything!

The city bus sized shuttles for car rentals were filling faster then they could get them in and they came in to the terminal in sets of 5. The bus drivers were angry and people were scared to do the wrong thing for getting yelled at. The lines at the rental companies were out the door. The weather was hot! But my cell phone said to turn left and keep walking until you see your Audi A4. There was my personal concierge to drive me to my silver Audi A4 that I opened with my cell phone and an app. I drove away and drove back based on the SAT NAV in the Audi. All of this cost me about five minutes on either end of my trip instead of the hours people spent in line at the rental desks.The satellite radio and sun/moon roof was a standard feature. The car was loaded and drove like a dream. When I returned the car they drove me to the airport gate where I was departing from.My wife left a valued treasure in the car that she had from a festival that is no longer and couldnt be replaced. Pete texted and called me to catch me before we went through security to return the item to us. He drove all the way back to get the item to us. My wife cried.Mom had packed us some food that could not go through TSA and he was able to repurpose it by helping us gift it to someone who needed it along with some towels that we no longer required.All of this and its cheaper to rent a bigger car with any other company. Cheaper than a mustang convertible with anyone else. An amazing experience and one I look forward to in the future.

Great service. Heard about it in a Buzzfeed article I read. My flight was 3 hours delayed and despite not getting in till after Silvercar closed at 11pm someone came and picked me up at the airport. Love the silver Audi A4. Looked like a brand new car. Also enjoyed the free features of in-dash navigation, Sirius and Wi-Fi. The Concierge that helped me Eric was very nice and took the time to explain all of the features of the car to me despite it being after 1AM. Will rent Silvercar wherever they are available.

Worst experience ever. Total scum...charged my card an additional $600 under a false claim of smoking ! Rude and VERY aggressive representatives at LAX parking lot. Yeah there is no desk, no paperwork, just a couple kids in a parking lot with cell phones.
