When I attended my friend’s wedding at the Venue at the Grove in 2015, I immediately knew it was where I wanted to get married someday. It is absolutely gorgeous. Fast forward to December 2020 at my own wedding at the Venue at the Grove, and it was the best wedding decision we could have ever made. Not only is the venue itself breathtaking, but they also take a massive amount of the wedding planning and day-of stress away from you which is priceless.Maddy, our Day-of Coordinator, and Mary Kate promptly answered all my million questions leading up to our wedding and didn’t make me feel that I was annoying, even though I probably was :) If you forget anything, they most likely will take care of it. If there were any wedding-day hiccups, we didn’t even know about it! Maddy and the team made us feel like a Royal couple our entire wedding day. We were waited on hand-and-foot to make sure we had no worries in the world and could enjoy our special day. In the days after our wedding, we joked about how we swore we would be thinking about something, for example “I need to refill my drink”, and they could read our minds and be there in less than a second fulfilling our wants/needs.Two months later, our guests are still raving about our wedding and how beautiful and perfect it was. The Venue at the Grove team is without-a-doubt the reason for that. Every little detail was on-point.My only “heads up” to future Venue at the Grove couples is that all payments, including guest-count payments, are non-refundable (this is outlined in their contract). Even if you are certain you will have 150 guests, for example, and you start making payments toward that 150 and only 125 show up, you paid for 25 people who didn’t show. At around $100 per head (this amount varies based on a variety of factors with what you choose), having 25 people no-show or back out from coming at the last minute is around $2500. I was certain we would have 100 people, so we made payments for the 100 and ended up having around 89. I recommend paying the minimum amount of guests, and waiting until you need to submit the final headcount to make the additional guest payments. You can always pay for more guests, but you can’t necessarily remove them. Again, this is noted in the contract so it is no surprise, but good to remember.

Our wedding here was absolutely gorgeous. Maddy was super helpful leading up to the wedding and was very responsive to every annoying email I sent her. On the wedding day she was very kind and helpful with everything. My guests couldn’t get over how beautiful it was here and that this much green existed in Phoenix.

Venue at the Grove is such a wonderfully beautiful and magical place to get married! Leading up to my wedding they were so helpful with all the pesky questions and last minute changes I had. I had so many compliments on how our wedding was the most beautiful they had attended and that everything was so well put together. The only complaint I had and a lot of other people was that it didn’t last longer! Maddy was my day of coordinator and she was the absolute BEST! She made the day run so smoothly and was just there for me while I was freaking out inside with complete anxiety lol. I had the most magical day and felt so special and that was mostly due to the staff at the venue. We just had an incredible experience and would get married at Venue at the Grove 100 times over! We were so happy choosing this venue. The vendors are also amazing. We had received so many compliments about the food as well. The short rib that Ensemble made was INCREDIBLE and perfectly cooked. We had to postpone due to Covid and the venue was so easily able to accommodate another date for us and made the transition so smooth. This venue is for every couple that “can’t afford” that premium wedding. If you want sub par service and servers to steal all your cake,food, and desserts for your wedding party then this is the place for you. Not only do they staff with a temp agency and some of there new employees but they try to keep this appearance that they are professional when in fact they pay too low to actually have a professional staff. The cook is severely underpaid and shows it in the way that she cooks her food and behaves in the kitchen. The new manager ashley believes eveything her employees tell her without starting an investigation like every other professional business would do. She came from a casino and has no background in running a full kitchen with employees and it shows. Maddie does not listen to laws of nature and physics, meaning if you want a fixture by your table made of glass expect it broken because they didnt care to put it out full or when guests are actually there to sit by them.

OMG! I had my engagement party here and I LOVED IT. Not only is the venue absolutely perfect, but the management was amazing! Karley was my event manager, and I would have been so lost without her. Not only did she make mine & my fiancé’s day perfect she also put her heart and soul in everything she did. Every time I had a question Karley would quickly get back to me with a response or solution to my question. Karley was so nice, welcoming, professional, organized, enthusiastic, and had constant communication. My experience at the grove was so nice because of her help!BOOK THIS PLACE ITS THE BEST & THE VENUE IS BEAUTIFUL!

Such a beautiful venue. Currently in the process of finding my ideal wedding place! I reallllly hope this is the place I get married! It is a bit expensive, which is why I am exploring other options as well. Such a beautiful place, you would never be able to tell your in the desert in Phoenix, AZ. Growing up in South Dakota, I always wanted to get married outdoors with lush green grass and trees but living here I did not see that as an option until I found this place.

Lovely little garden setting withLots of roses bushes and citrus trees. Banquet room was very nice with heavy farmhouse tables. Price was reasonable and they provide everything. It is cozy and rustic (but not too much). The only problem is that it is just a couple miles south of Phoenix at Central and Baseline. For those of us who have lived here the surrounding neighborhood is, well, questionable. None of the other venues we have looked at REQUIRED security. Not sure if that is to keep the party in control or keep the neighbors from crashing the wedding. Either way, there are options just as pretty in other parts of town. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful scenery in any direction. Fresh accumulation of smells, always perfectly maintained. The property managers are easy to deal with, and usually pretty pacient and friendly. Excellent event spot, but only if you can keep a tabs on all guest. This location does not like acts of outburst, rebellion, or vandalism mischief..

Super-fun to walk around and see the sights. Listen to the bands, watch the fountains. Grab a bite. They have a Audre with outside table service overlooking the fountains. Tourist place but not too crowded. Definitely check out the farmers market. Lots of Delicious choices. Reasonable prices.

Went for a family friends wedding, very beautiful venue with lots of space to host the event. Great lawn and tree coverage for the ceremony and they also have an indoor area that can be utilized. They also had some cool yard games and few nice rooms onsite for the wedding party to utilize. They also have a built in bar to serve from. All in all a good place for an event

Beautiful venue for a Wedding. My daughter was married there in December 2017. Madison was Ahhhhmazzzing. From the first tour to the wedding day everything went absolutely smooth. Not one complaint from anyone. :)

Absolutely beautiful place to hold a wedding or other event. Attended an outdoor wedding on 2/23. It was chilly as hell, but there were many outdoor heaters provided to us and given the views it didnt matter. It has a great upscale country farm like thing going on that makes it very charming. You would have no idea from the street whats going on inside which I believe helps in creating a better experience. Im saying check this place out. Before I forget the food was fantastic compared to the countless terrible lame wedding meals Ive had.

Weve hosted multiple events at Venue at the Grove and have also had Ensemble Catering provide delicious meals for events at our offices. All I can say about the entire Olaya Events team is that they are outstanding. If you are looking for an event company who will provide an extraordinary experience with top-notch service and quality, I strongly endorse Olaya Events.

Extremely nice venue for a wedding. Well laid out and maintained. Did not expect such a nice little place hidden in this area of Phoenix.

We absolutely loved this place from the first time we saw it in pictures. We went in for a price quote and went over our wedding date. We loved it so much we went to their open house and we were ready to sign the contract. That night the representative we had met with did not greet us. We thought it was strange but let it go. I made another appointment to come in and sign the contract. Our appointment was at 3pm i called the office and asked if we could come in at 3:15 the representative said NO because she had been there too long. I reached out to her a few more time but NEVER heard back again. Their lack of professionalism and customer service was an indication that my business was clearly not wanted there. I hope they retrain their staff.

We were looking for a venue for our wedding and this place has such amazing staff and quality customer service. We did end up going with another venue but that was due to space and location. Please HIGLY consider looking at this venue!

Spaciousness and a slice of country. This medium sized venue is great for events under 200. The staff is pretty friendly and the equipment is decent. A bit spendy for my frugal means but it is a one stop shop. I enjoyed the Pecan trees and games/bar area off to the side. I really disliked getting closed down before 10pm. Its a residential lot that has been converted into a venue but it works for the most part.
