Boojum Tree is absolutely the most beautiful and most unique wedding venue out there! We just got married last weekend and it was perfect. The guests enjoyed exploring the venue so much. We can’t wait to get our professional photos back because we know the setting is unbelievable! Jennifer was so helpful and made the whole process easier. Highly recommend doing the all inclusive package because it rids so much stress! The vendors are excellent at navigating the venue. We never wanted the night to end. Thank you Boojum Tree for an unforgettable night!!

We had our wedding here (4/11/21). The place is absolutely amazing. It is breathtaking. All our guests were amazed at how beautiful the venue is. Its organic, earthy, natural and eclectic. What is also impressive is the event coordinator, Jennifer. I am very particular and organized for planning things (I like things the way I like them!). Jennifer was on point ALL night. Not that Im an even coordinator, but I could not have done a better job myself at how I wanted everything to turn out. It was well worth every penny if youre looking for a truly unique wedding venue with high standards for impeccable service.

I got married here in March 2021. from the moment my fiancé and I stepped into the venue to tour, we knew it would be where we got married. we didn’t bring many decorations as the venue is so beautiful just by itself. I would highly recommend to anyone if you want the greenery, because it’s not something you can find anywhere else in az. the management here made sure our day was perfect, and i have to say that my wedding day had very little stress. this is a place my husband and i think about quite often! highly recommend!!

This place is a hidden gem! So green and rustic and beautiful! Lots of places to take pictures with different backgrounds which I loved.

By far the most beautiful venue I have ever seen. It took me by surprise. Driving up in the neigborhood I was like where is this place. We pull in and immediately it transformed into a tropical desert oasis. Everything was top notch. The service was very professional and inviting. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

There is no doubt the venue is beautiful. But, Jennifer was unprofessional when we came to tour here. She neglected to introduce herself and proceeded to treat us like we didn’t belong. The only reason I know her name is because I grabbed a card on the way out. We will be finding a venue that is much more friendly.

This place was gorgeous!!! The wedding the outdoor and it was hot, but the venue was beautiful. I loved the reception area. It had a greenhouse feeling to it.

What a special place! There are so many options and the venue is large enough to cater to your personal wishes. We had the best time with our guests during our wedding and continue to get raves from our friends and family about Boojum Tree weeks later. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough good things about this venue. From the moment I stepped on the property I fell in love with the place- and it only got better from there!The property is gorgeous, well maintained, unique and even has resident cats (a huge plus for me).Our day of coordinator/main contact Jennifer was FANTASTIC. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and extremely thorough in our final walk through to make sure she knew exactly how we wanted our decorations, schedule, seating charts, etc. She was extremely organized and it was obvious she has experience in coordinating weddings by the way she conducted our rehearsal and wedding set up.The day of our wedding my family and I literally had to do NOTHING but get ready and pass out the family corsages/boutonnieres. Jennifer had all of the decorations set up before we arrived on site and everything was perfect and in its place.I have been to weddings before which were complete chaos leading up to the ceremony because of the disorganization and lack of communication from the venue-that was not the case with this venue. Our wedding was flawless and we have Jennifer and the lovely staff at Boojum tree to thank for that!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We came here to walk around and get information and there was a lady who told us we pretty much didnt belong there and we had to make an appointment to see the place. The lady said she doesnt do tours and we needed to leave. She then said that the place is closed and I told her that google said the place closed at 4 and then she doubted me and pretty much said I was lying. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

I recently came to tour this venue with my fiancée during an open house night. While the venue itself is beautiful and has a unique atmosphere, I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the management’s refusal to require face coverings on property by both visitors AND employees. Our tour guide did not wear a mask from the moment she introduced herself. At the end of the tour, the manager did not seem to care about the ongoing health crisis at all while discussing pricing options. Truly disappointing, as this was one of the top venues on our short-list. Their lack of care for patrons through ignoring basic safely protocols has cost them my money, as any business with common decency pertaining to preventing the spread of COVID would do better.

We cannot say enough good things about Boojum Tree. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained with a rustic chic decor that was perfect for our wedding. We only needed minimal floral arrangements, which saved us a considerable amount of money. Jennifer is AMAZING. Friendly, organized, and has the motivation to get everything done (and done exactly how we wanted it). This is someone you NEED to have on your bridal team. For over a year, she answered every question I had, walked us through our wedding day, laughed at our jokes, and participated in a way that let you know she cared very much about our wedding. Hands down the best thing you can do for your wedding is to go tour this venue.

This venue: Wow. When we first toured Boojum Tree, we were taken back by just how beautiful the venue is. It’s a hidden oasis and it feels so alive: full of plants, water fountains, magical lights, gas fire pits, unique dance floor and interesting, rustic décor around every corner. The venue is spread out and primarily outdoors allowing guests to have space to escape to and explore. It feels intimate without ever being crowded. While the venue could speak for itself, Jennifer and her team really make the experience what it is. She took so much of the stress of planning, setting up, cleaning up, organizing and she is simply a bada** human being. She (and her dad who built Boojum Tree into what it is) are some the most special people we’ve met. We were also continually surprised by the quality, professional vendors that they included in our package… Oscar, Sonia, Jillian… they were all rockstars! They all made us feel comfortable, acknowledged and just made the night more perfect than we could have imagined. We would HIGHLY recommend the Boojum Tree and their vendors: great experience that we’ll cherish forever.

Its in the middle of town, but you feel like youre in a magical country, away from everything, when youre there. It may not be for everyone, but we LOVE the vibe!

Our wedding was here 12.08.18 and it was the most magical day. Choosing Boojum tree was the EASIEST decision we could have ever made. We knew from taking two steps in the venue that this was going to be our venue. PLEASE and I mean please make sure you make a visit before you decide whether or not you choose Boojum. Pictures don’t do it justice. You must see it in person. My guests had the best time and we STILL receive compliments about the venue. I plan to have more life events hosted by Boojum. You will not regret your decision. Jennifer makes sure there is not ONE hiccup during your special day. She makes sure there is not one ounce of stress during the planning all the way to the day of. An unexpected, hidden garden, many places to walk about.Lot of heavy woods, unusual areas, lots water features, somthing new at every turn.

When my husband (then fiancé) got engaged, we were beyond thrilled and so excited about all the possibilities. Then reality set in, there are so many decisions; and it became overwhelming very quickly. We made calls to look at different venues, and I had heard about the Boojum Tree, but I thought there was no way we could afford the venue but we still were curious. When you walk into the tucked away garden you’re immediately blown away. You can’t believe you’re in the city, it’s stunning with details everywhere that captures your eye. From the waterfalls, the cobblestone, the lush plants, the clever signs, a tucked in cantina, and the impeccable atrium everything felt like a dream. I spoke with Jennifer as she walked me around her family business sharing different accommodations and asking questions that I hadn’t even considered. She was very attentive, and welcoming; it was very different than the hotels, and other venues we visited. There was several different options for packages which were very affordable. They had nearly everything covered, catering, DJ, Drinks, tables, linen, chairs, and it was in a built in price which was broken down into monthly payments. This helped ensure the cost was manageable and kept cost lower and not out of control. All the vendors were incredible, and were so synched; and since they were so familiar with the venue, their focus was on our wedding. Having one place for all our needs for the wedding helped immensely with keeping organized, and stay within budget. Before the wedding Jennifer and I sat down to go over the details for the day, her expertise was so apparent in the different suggestions, and ideas to ensure the guest were taken care of. I mentioned a concern regarding a guest who was in a wheelchair and wanted to make sure she was taken care of. On the day of the wedding, everything came out flawless, we had guest come up and were blown away with how beautiful and enchanted the venue was. As stressful as this day can become, every worry disappeared and it still gives us chills on how perfect everything turned out. Jennifer of course was the incredibly professional, but also warm and so sincere, and it gave us the ability to truly enjoy every minute. Since the wedding we still have people coming up to us and telling us how much they loved the venue, that the food and drinks were amazing, and how great the DJ Oscar was. We were also told how Jennifer went far beyond expectations for my guest who is wheelchair bound, and how they have never felt so well taken care of. For us those are the moments and things that you can’t purchase. Those special touches, the details, the way everyone worked so well together made it hands down the best venue. We can’t thank Jennifer and her crew enough for making our special day, the best day for us and our guest. I would recommend the Boojum Tree, time and time again to anyone who is looking to have a one of a kind experience, with world class customer service.

So in love with this Venue! We had our wedding here this week and I honestly don’t think 5 Stars enough. The entire venue is stunning and our Guests were in love with it. I kept hearing “I never knew this was here” and “It’s so beautiful here”. From the beautiful fountains, gorgeous flowers and trees throughout to the old Spanish cantina & gorgeous candles lit through out, Beautiful is an understatement. The venue itself is only rivaled by how amazing the Owners and Coordinators are. From our first visit to our final Sparkler send off, Jennifer and Sari were nothing short of amazing. They made the entire process easy, smooth and most importantly stress free! They were both so kind and so organized. We did not have to worry about anything. They aligned our vendors, had all the details complete and were able to ensure everyone had such a great time.... We will definitely use Boojum Tree in the future for more events!

We had our wedding here on 11/6 and it was just as perfect as I had pictured it to be. The Boojum Tree is the most beautiful wedding venue in Phoenix. Jennifer was so amazing every step of the way! Our package included food, the DJ, and the bartenders and they all did an amazing job. I cant stress enough how amazing of a place this is. We had around 100 people there and everyone was in awe when they came. I love how the venue is spread out, yet intimate at the same time. Everyone wasnt crowded into one area, they were able to be spread out throughout the venue. My husband and I cant say enough wonderful things about this place!

Just married at the Boojum Tree yesterday, and still basking in the afterglow. Tasha and Jennifer were simply amazing. They were very supportive throughout the planning of the wedding and all the way through the day of. They are extremely proactive in anticipating any need that could arise during the day. Our guests gushed over beauty and uniqueness of the venue. This is the perfect place for a wedding. Were only disappointed that it was only one day.

From the first visit at the open house, we knew we wanted to get married in this beautiful place. The greenhouse is magical, I felt like I was on a Journey to the Center of the Earth. The price is reasonable as our package included a plated dinner, open bar and DJ. You also will save money on décor because this place is so spectacular, you don’t need to add to it. Jennifer, our coordinator, was very helpful in the planning process and answered all of my emails quickly and had great advice. She made sure that all of our decorations and centerpieces were laid out perfectly the day of and she took them all down and packed them up (apparently, this is not the norm for venues). Everything went along according to plan. On a day that so much can go wrong, nothing went wrong and I contribute that to the hard work our coordinator put in to make our wedding perfect. Our guests continue to talk about how remarkable our venue was. It truly was the most perfect day, in the most perfect place and I could get married here a thousand more times.

Awesome place Ray is great

Went to a wedding here. Super beautiful! Staff is awesome. But there were a ton of mosquitoes that bit my baby all up cuz we werent worked ahead of time to prepare for that. I was part of the bridal party and in the bathroom there is a whole in the floor and they just covered it with flooring but since there was no support underneath, I almost hurt my ankle and fell cuz I was in heals and there was no floor where it appeared. Other then that it was great!

We were looking for a wedding venue for our daughter that would be fun, reflect value (economic and otherwise), demonstrate efficiency and be a wonderful experience for our families and guests. We found this and more at the Boojum Tree in Phoenix. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience in the planning and execution of what can be a rather daunting task. The staff at the BT was excellent and their coordination and suggestions went a long way to make that special day special. Taylor was our planner and she was extraordinary throughout the process and a delight to work with. It may not be the perfect wedding place for everyone, but it was for us!

She went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. We are truly and deeply grateful to have had such a beautiful experience. We wanna get married every year now, just so we can keep going to back!!

After considering several venues to hold a memorial service/celebration of life for my mother, we decided on Boojum Tree and I couldnt have made a better decision. Jennifer and her staff assisted with planning and made sure every little detail was perfect. Family who came in from out of town raved about the venue. I literally dont think we couldve picked a better place to honor my mother.

Beautiful, eclectic. We came for a wedding. The food from the recommended caterer was mediocre, and they allowed items in the buffet to run out. Our table was forgotten, and we were not invited to get up and partake until someone at our table noticed everyone was eating except us, and informed a server. They apologized, but by then the food was soggy and old. Otherwise, everything was organized, clean, and well-maintained.

Unique venue in the heart of the city but you would never know it! Wonderful staff! You must check this place out when you have an event coming up and you need a venue! Receptions, corporate events, photo shoots, you name it, youll find it here.

Its great place to have a wedding or party

I was a +1 of a wedding held here so I have no bias about the selection of venue. This place basically has a rustic southwest decor throughout which isnt really my thing, but Im sure makes for some nice photos. 80% of the venue is outdoors. Only indoor part was the dinner seating which we only spent an hour inside of a green house like structure (corrugated domed roof). The place was decorated with ribbon lights and other soft lighting which was festive and fun. It became cold at night which they had propane heat stand lamps (does nothing for keeping your feet warm). The food was mediocre, I had the filet mignon which was a tad overcooked (would have like more pink or red in middle).Now for the things that stood out as bad. One bartender, one bar, outside only; not a big deal for the small party we had. Wood parts of the flooring sometimes had gaps which women wearing high heels had to be careful not to get caught in a gap. Dance floor outside. Ceremony outside. Bathrooms where all the way on the other side of the grounds from the dining area, it is also only covered in the bathroom but mostly exposed to the outside temps and insects if they were present. If the weather was worse Im not sure what the contingencies were with regard to the mostly exposed outdoor areas (path to bathroom, dance area, ceremony area). There was a cat there which I guess was around for rodent control, but I dont think they have a problem with that since I didnt see any food left out for more than a minute.The service people were very kind and attentive, they were professional and non-intrusive, they get 5 stars for service. Im not sure if I liked the format of the wedding events, but that could be more about decisions of the couple and/or wedding coordinator.

My husband I got married at the Boojum Tree 5/7/16. While I looked up many venues online, this was the only one I saw in person. As soon as I saw it, I knew it was the one! I just had to get married here. It is unlike any other place that I have ever seen. From the beautiful waterfalls, to the fun décor, to the lush greenhouse this is a venue like no other. It is a hidden paradise and you will get lost in the beauty. Just go look at it, you’ll see what I mean. While they are gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice. Taylor was our day of wedding coordinator. She is very professional and a master at her craft. She is super organized down to the last detail. While we didn’t need to bring much as far as décor goes (Boojum supplies almost everything), we had several things that we wanted placed around the venue. She ensured that she knew my wedding vision and exactly where I wanted everything. She was super accommodating the day of the wedding. She worked very hard to make sure things ran smoothly and that there was enough time to do everything on our timeline. Everything turned out perfect! I had so many of my guests tell me that it was one of the most beautiful weddings that they had ever been to. It was everything I ever wanted and more. I can’t thank Taylor and the Boojum Tree enough! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

My husband Zach and I just had our wedding at the Boojum Tree April 16th, and could not have been happier with our choice of venue!! It’s tucked away in north Phoenix just off the AZ-51, in an area you’d never suspect. Once inside you are greeted by sparkling fountains, lush greenery, and interested decorations from one end to the other. Our guests had so much to do in the space, which includes many seating areas, a large courtyard where the ceremony is held, a bar cantina, and indoor greenhouse. It was so cute seeing all the photos people posted online afterward from all over the venue!Our ceremony was stunning under their romantic stucco archway, backlit by dozens of candles. Drinks and hors d’ oeuvres were enjoyed followed by an amazing dinner in the greenhouse. You don’t need much in the way of decorations when the whole space is just stunning! We rounded out the evening dancing under the stars on their large gazebo dance floor surrounded by palm trees. Truly unforgettable.Jennifer Brooks was our wedding coordinator and was incredible through the entire process. She is supportive, offers helpful suggestions, and is truly invaluable for the day-of. We will be recommending Boojum Tree Hidden Gardens to all of our family and friends for all of their future events. Not that we needed to say much- they all said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to!!
