DO not use these unprofessionals for any major event!! We had planned a quince for over a year and had paid for the event. Due to COVID19 Francisco called us to cancell the even saying he will let us know when they plan to resume services. They called us to let us know that not only did they resume services, but we were last picked (already paid with my hard earned money) and that they are now BOOKED UNTIL NEXT YEAR. When I asked for a date next year they tried to charge me extra for a Sunday when I wanted my event on a Friday or Saturday(there is a rate difference depending on the day) not only was I not accommodated I was told I would have to eat the price difference since its NOT THERE FAUL. I asked for a refund, I was blocked, my reviews on Facebook were deleted and they have not made any attempts in fixing this issue. When I advised I was going to sue for the cost they had said I would be paid but have not heard back. Please do not waste your hard earned money on terrible service despite how pretty the place looks the stress is not worth it. FRANCISCO I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

This place is beyond gorgeous! We attended a quinceanera there and everything went very smooth. Lots of backdrops to take beautiful pictures !

They are not so nice when we bring some service to the salon. The waitresses are very arrogant when it comes to asking them something, they take our service things, hide them and do not want to say where they have them.
