I brought my 2001 Tacoma to ToyoMotors for a check engine light that I needed to fix to get my truck to pass emissions. I had gone to another place before and they didnt even try to figure out why the light was on. They just cleared the check engine light and told me to go try to get it to pass. At ToyoMotors I received professional assistance. Their waiting room has the most comfortable seating and free WiFi. They were able to find out why the light was on. It was a disconnected vacuum hose and 3 of my ports were clogged. They reconnected the hose and unclogged the ports. Best place in town.

Our 2008 Prius had a check engine light and hybrid system warning alert over the weekend. We had to discontinue using the vehicle until it could be check out or risk damaging the car. Monday morning we had it towed to Toyo Motors based on the reviews online. Mondays are generally extremely busy days for auto shops so we expected to wait a few days for the repairs to be made. Jesus called us back with the diagnostics results and a clear fair price for the repair. We were astonished to get a call from Jesus a little later saying the car would be ready that same day at 3pm! We arrived to pickup the vehicle and found Jesus as friendly and welcoming as he was on the phone. To our surprise they replaced our window wipers and a leaky radiator cap as a courtesy! That definitely exceeded our expectations. The car runs like a dream once again. Without a doubt one of the best auto shop experiences Ive ever had. Based on this first impression and since they specialize in hybrid vehicles theyve definitely earned our business for any future needs we may have.

I have been using Toyo Motors for a number of years for two older vehicles. I am happy with their service and costs are reasonable. This service was for a 1999 Ram 2500. A/C was not working. They quickly identified and replaced defective part and evacuated and recharged system.Work was done on time and at reasonable price.

We depend on theToyo Boys (our nickname) to keep our historic Toyota pickup truck in great shape. They figure it out. They get it done. We do not rush them. And feel they are honest with us. Also, many times their prices are below what you would expect. They explain what is going on and why. This business is not close to our home, but we dont care. They are always friendly and polite and a pleasure to do business with. They have earned our trust.

Very happy with Toyo motors. I had them replace the Hybrid battery in my 07 Camry hybrid a while back and have had no issues. Recently I took the same car in for alignment and a/c service. Both times the car was ready when promised and I thought the price was reasonable. I have two other Toyotas that I will bring to them when I have repairs or maintenance that I am not equipped for or not inclined to do. I dont think I will see the inside of a dealership again.

I had a Prius hybrid battery replaced. The work was done and I picked up the car only to bring back 2 days later for more repair. The inconvenience part was that they have no weekend or holiday hours

I called this business to find out the cost of fixing my car. When I called no one answered and I got the voicemail. I left a voicemail with a detailed description of what I needed done and if they could call me back with an estimate and gave them my phone number. After a week I went down to the business only to find them locked up and not letting people in. A sign on the doorAsked for the customers to call, which I did. I then saw a mechanic and asked him if there were someone I could speak to and he said no you have to call. I said I did call but nobody answered. He said will leave a message and I told him I left a message but nobody returned it. He then walked away from me. I guess I don’t need my business

Decided to try ToyoMotors for timing belt and was happy with their services. They have a 3yr 36k warranty which is very impressive. I I have more maintenance items to be done and hope to return soon. I chose them since they specialize and prices are comparable to other highly rated shops I checked out.

Went in to get my vehicle checked out before a long road trip. I was informed I needed some parts to be replaced (with VERY little ability to explain the repairs). The estimate was pretty high; however, I truly do not know a thing about vehicle maintenance. I also just got rid of a Mercedes so expensive auto work isn’t new to me.. After waiting several days, I reached out to another mechanic to learn that they estimated my cost at almost DOUBLE what the normal cost is, and they never contacted my warranty company (maybe because they KNOW how overpriced the repair was 🤷‍♂️). Can’t knock the hustle, but I’m not with my son now because of they’re unprofessionalism.

For the last 20+ years, ToyoMotors has maintained my several Lexus automobiles for all services and repairs not covered under dealer warranties. Still in use today, they have kept my 1996 LS400 safe and reliable. Appointments convenient to me have always been easy to obtain. Their staff is well managed, competent and always courteous. While all Lexus automobile service and parts appear unnecessarily expensive to me, even using genuine Lexus parts and without sacrificing workmanship quality, ToyoMotors charges are significantly less than those of Lexus dealers. ToyoMotors is a repair facility I can wholeheartedly recommend.

These guys are great. I am particular about mechanics and I was very impressed with the quality of the work they did on my truck. Their customer service is amazing. Price estimate was given with tax and although I didnt write it down I know what I was charged was very close to the estimate. They even did another small repair (tightened up some loose exhaust fittings) at no charge. When I got my truck back the engine ran noticeably smoother and I could tell that all other repairs had been completed. Its far from my house but the quality of work and customer service more than make up for the extra drive time. Also, they have a nice, comfortable lobby with lots of power outlets.

03/22/17 UPDATE: After leaving a voicemail with the shop and posting the following review with pictures, Im pleased to say that the owner of the shop (Neil) and manager (Jesus) really stood up and took responsibility for what happened. They acknowledged that the tech performed in a manner that was not acceptable and was not held to the high standards that their shop normally operates at. It was very refreshing to hear that the owner is very passionate about quality work being performed in his shop, and has gone above and beyond what I expected, to make things right. I highly recommend this shop, even under the circumstances of what happened to my car, it was an error of the tech and not of the shop as a whole.03/20/17 Initially I felt that this was a great shop, with attentive and intelligent techs and management. I brought my vehicle in and they did an excellent job on an A/C repair, instead of charging me for a new A/C line they repaired it and got my car back to me very quickly. I was impressed, most shops would have made me wait for a brand new expensive part rather than repairing the existing hose. I thought that I had hit the jackpot on a new shop to take my car, however I brought my car here a second time to get the clutch and rear main seal replaced, which they did properly.The problem is that my car was returned to me with a strange shimmy in the rear end around corners, luckily Im a former Toyota technician and have all of the necessary tools and jack stands to put my car in the air and inspect my suspension. I found that the left rear ball joint was not tightened and the bolts were hanging by a couple threads, which is a significant safety concern, if those bolts had fallen out the left rear suspension wouldve collapsed causing the car to go out of control and who knows what wouldve happened to me or other people on the road. I also found that my inner left side CV boot had been damaged and then there was an attempt to repair the cut in my CV boot with electrical tape, which is beyond me why anyone with half a brain would think that, that would go unnoticed and is an acceptable fix, they couldve called me and I wouldve at least paid for the parts, I used to be a tech, accidents happen. Overall Im extremely disappointed, and I was put in danger by their techs lack of attention to detail and making sure that he completed the repairs properly.

Very dishonest people and i would warn everyone not to go over there. Recently, my toyota camry ABS stopped working and i took my car to them. They said the whole ABS system needs replacement and they quoted me price of 3500$ for new ABS and 1600 $ for used ones. I was almost ready to get it done. Luckily i took my car out saying i will come back tomorrow. Surprisingly, when i inquired at the Toyota dealer the next day, they said the price of the new ABS system is 1075 + labor and taxes = 1800 to1900 $ out on the road. Huh...These guys are liars and robbers and would take advantage of your lack of knowledge on many repair works. I am so frustrated that i spent 100 bucks for nothing (which they said as charge for running diagnostics).So Be aware. First thing, dont go over there. Second, if you do, then PLEASE inquire at other places including dealerships.

A couple months ago I had a rack and pinion repair and I was going to go to the dealership. A family member convinced me to call around first, specifically ToyoMotors. And they were able to do the same repair, certified, warranty, all that for half as much as the dealership. They were clear with what repairs they were going to make and kept to the promised time. I cant tell you how many times Ive dropped a vehicle off and it takes an extra day for repairs. I even needed an air filtered replaced and I hadnt budgeted any more money for this, so I said I couldnt do it. They added it for free! I really felt they cared about the quality of my car and respected me as a customer. Definitely bringing them my business in the future.

I travel back and forth between Arizona and California in my 2013 4Runner with 83000 miles. I recently started going to ToyoMotors for all my general maintenance such as fluid, filter and oil changes when I cant do it myself. Toyo is reasonable and gets my vehicle in for service Fast. I needed shocks and Jesus was very knowledgeable and gave me my options and pointed me in the right direction. Jesus got me the appropriate set up for my 4Runner with only one day notice. Nick was also helpful and polite. I called while they were working on it and added several services that the truck needed and they got it all done without getting irritated. The bilstein 5100s they installed are amazing because they installed them correctly and aligned it perfectly. Excellent work by front desk and of course the mechanic who did a superb job. TRUSTWORTHY MECHANICI had been in search for a reliable and honest car mechanic for years. About 7 years ago I needed a repair to my car and picked ToyoMotors from the phone book. I brought my car in and based on what I know about cars expected to be hit with a repair bill of several hundred dollars. I even told Brian, what I thought it is and what I expected to have to pay. I thought the car would be in the shop for at least a day. Jesus called me about an hour and a half later and told me that my car is fixed and ready for pick up. I was surprised to say the least. As it turned out, the problem was a loose nut and the ToyoMotors mechanic fixed it in a few minutes. I was charged their regular diagnostic fee, but not hundreds of dollars. I knew from then that I could trust everybody at ToyoMotors, they easily could have done the expensive repair and I would not have known any different. They were honest enough to do only the needed repair. ToyoMotors has been doing the maintenance on all my cars ever since.

New customer here and Im very satisfied with the work they did. They got me in a day after Memorial Day and my car was finished a day later, it was a big job too! The repair costs were very fair and lower than a Toyota dealership. The service guys were top notch to talk with and Id say Im stocked I found this shop.

We are all wary of The Dealership for a reason. Arrowhead Lexus tried to hose me based on their mistaken idea that a girl would believe their nonsense. I had my car re-towed away from the dealership to ToyoMotors---a world of difference! First, ToyoMotors properly diagnosed and fixed the immediate problem. Second, they are absolutely respectful and not at all condescending to women. Third, they recommended reasonable additional work on something they noticed while diagnosing my car that could cost a lot more if not attended to as preventive maintenance---but they did not upsell me crazy stuff that I dont need on a car that drives 30 miles a week. We have a Lexus and a Toyota, and we wish we had found ToyoMotors when we moved to Phoenix three years ago. We wont go anywhere else now thanks to their expertise and customer service. Discovered ToyoMotors when looking for a qualified Lexus repair facility without the high dealership prices. ToyoMotors always does a great job at a reasonable cost. They inspect the vehicle each time and only suggests repairs that are necessary and advises of what to watch or may need repair in the future. I have recommended ToyoMotors to several friends and will continue to do so.

I came into ToyoMotors because I heard a clunking noise while driving. After inspection it turned out my car had multiple parts that needed repair. The owner Neil took the time to explain why each repair was warranted and the consequences of not correcting the problem. I told them that I could not afford the entire bill at the moment because of financial issues. He then clarified which part was most valuable to fix and why he charged the prices that he did. I currently bring my car into ToyoMotors because I know they will fix the source of the problem and provide explanation to my issues.

I have had all my cars serviced at Toyo for the last decade at least. The team there is very easy to work with and trustworthy. They have done everything from an engine replacement to simple oil changes for me. i always recommend them to friends.

I took my SUV to Toyo Motors to get a second opinion for a quote provided by the Nissan dealership in North Scottsdale. At 118K miles it was due for some maintenance. During the repair my radiator was damaged, without question they replaced the radiator for free, and took care of some related issues that came up during the course of the repair. Jesus was Neil were in communication with me throughout, and provided detailed options on what need to be performed.My vehicle drives and performs better than ever. They have won a new customer.Waiting room was pleasant and useful for working in for a few hours, has charging stations and coffee/water/soda setup.Now I just need to find a body shop and auto upholsterer that are as reliable!

This auto shop is trustworthy and has great customer service! Toyo has been taking care of my 2007 Tundra for about 5 years now and keeps it running great for me. I take my Tundra hunting and haul a camper with it therefore it gets a lot of abuse. In the last year, we started taking my wifes Wrangler there for service and plan to continue that trend. Just a few months ago our son purchased his first vehicle and we had Toyo inspect it prior to the purchase. It was only $100 for the inspection and it was well worth the price.

My Subaru Outback was making abnormally loud noises, so I brought it in to Toyo for an inspection after reading all of the positive reviews. The staff was accomadating with my schedule and were polite over the phone.After the inspection, they identified the issue and gave me a quote along with a list of suggested repairs for tertiary issues. When I asked additional questions to get a better understanding of the recommended repairs, Nick didnt seem confident in his answers. He also asked me if I knew how to pop the hood of my car when showing me the main issue, which I found to be mildly condescending. The repairs were expensive so I decided to get quotes from other mechanics and do some research at home before making a decision. What I learned is this: for the non-critical issues, the prices were reasonable, however, for the main issue, I was quoted a price that was over double (almost triple) the average cost of the repair.I gave 3 stars because they completed the inspection, were able to get me in when I wanted, and let me know what was wrong with my car. I didnt give them more because of the high quote for a part replacement, and how many questions I had to ask to get to the price breakdown. Im disappointed my experience was different from most of the other reviewers. Ill be going somewhere else for the actual repairs.

I have used other Toyota shops in the valley (who will be left unnamed) and the service I received at Toyomotors is far superior then the other guys. Neal was amazing with his time and commitment spent with me as a first time customer. He genuinely cared about my best interest for my vehicle and its longevity. Ryan gave me a transport back to my house after I dropped off the car and was beyond friendly/helpful. Jesus was honest and sincere with the issues known, and not known by myself, about my Camry. I feel the price was well placed for the quality of service I received. This is not some cheapy, rink a dink shop. They are professional grade in my humble opinion. I would choose this shop over the dealer anyday. As I was told, their prices are not too much lower than the dealer, but Id rather support an honest, hard working shop anyday for about the same price. The had the full vehicle inspection done in about an hour and service on my vehicle completed after about 3.5 hours. My Scion is next in line for these guys to take care of. Toyo has kept my 2001 4-Runner alive and humming for years. 270,000 PLUS miles and running like a top. Its 20 years old now, but these guys keep it on the road!I dont just take my 4-Runner to Toyo either. All my cars have routine maintenance and other work done at Toyo.I trust the people who do the work and the people who schedule the work. The pricing at Toyo is equal to the quality of their work, and if they say the work needs to be done it does. If something needs attention in the future theyll give you the details and an estimate, but wont lead you to believe it has to be done now.If you want a repair facility you can trust. Go to Toyo.

If you dont read any of my review below, read this. I have been using Toyo Motors the entire time Ive lived in the Valley. Theres not a company I do business with, I trust more! I truly believe they have always done the right thing as it relates to keeping my vehicles running and keeping my expenses to do so at a fair price. With vehicle repair, for me it boils down to trust, competency and fairness as it relates to price.Its hard to know when you are being told the truth about the problem with your vehicle, or if the repair is just to make a quick buck. Its even more difficult to know do the mechanics know what they are doing.I do not have new vehicles, I do not want a car payment. I understand this will ultimately require scheduled, unplanned and sometimes costly maintenance and repairs. Its the gamble of keeping a high-milage vehicle.This makes it really important for me and my family to choose someone I know is looking out for our best interest over theirs. I have almost 13,000 people in my Google Plus world and Im not afraid to call out someone who has not treated me fair. On the flip side, I feel its really important to do the same thing when someone has provided exceptional service. The people at Toyo deserve that!Thank you Toyo for treating me like you care!

Ive been taking my Prius to ToyoMotors for a few years now. Ever since the wind guard under my car caboose and the dealer said it must be replaced for $550 and ToyoMotors fixed it for $14 with some clips.
