Hands down the best mechanic in the Valley. We’ve been coming here for over 25 years and I have referred numerous friends and family members. This family owned business is so trustworthy and honest. They will even tell me when I don’t need something replaced. I have had all services performed here including body work and they have done an outstanding job. I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone needing services on their vehicle. You will be glad you came.

Very professional, and very honest which is hard to find this quality in business anymore. My Lexus radiator needed to be replaced and they completed the work in a timely manner. The antifreeze had blown out all over the engine and below. When I drove out the engine and area looked like new. Prices very reasonable for quality work. I very highly recommend them for any car service.

We have been here once for an estimate and 2nd for an actual repair (driver window motor replacement) They are ALWAYS very friendly and up front. As a woman they didnt rip me off, or make me feel less than & they did great work! Not even 24hrs and our van was ready! My brother recommended the place to us and we couldnt be happier! Well let me tell yall about this place! I think Ill have to stay up here in the north because this is the only mechanic place I TRUST! First of all my alternator went out. I had a mobile mechanic come out to see me and did not fix my issue, said it was the battery, the car died again and took $100 from me. Im a parent and needed my car back working stat! I was very frustrated after my experience with the mobile mechanic and found these guys right down the street for me. The website alone told me they care about their business which was a great sign. I called right at 7 AM and they told me to bring it in and that they would diagnose it for FREE. All along it was my alternator and they fixed it same day. Their shop is super clean. I dont think Ive ever seen a shop more immaculate than this one. My car has been running perfect and I dont want anyone else working on my car. Yes go to them!

Ive been using Armstrong Automotive for my major auto repair needs for several years now, and I always go back because I have 100% confidence in their honesty and ability to repair my car with quality parts in a timely manner at a fair price. Quinn and his team do a great job, and they stand behind their work.Recently, I took my wifes 2013 Ford Escape in due to an unusual sound coming from underneath the car when the steering wheel was turned to either side. I thought the cause might have been a failing steering rack or a bad linkage. I was bit surprised when Quinn diagnosed it to be failing strut mounts, since his team had only replaced the struts and mounts 14 months prior. When I explained this to Quinn and showed him the receipt, he said that even though the parts were well out of warranty, they should last many years and that he would contact his parts supplier to see what he could do. Even if the parts were provided free-of-charge from his supplier, I was still fully expecting to pay for labor. Much to my surprise, Quinn replaced the struts and strut mounts completely free of charge!I have a decent understanding of auto mechanics, as I typically perform my own vehicle maintenance, and a less reputable auto mechanic could have probably convinced me that other steering parts would have needed replacement (at unnecessary costs to me). I appreciate Quinns honesty and integrity, and will continue to utilize his teams services for my major automotive repairs.

Armstrong Automotive has always been fair and honest in all the years we have been going there they go out of their way to take care of us, and their prices are fair and less expensive than anyone else we have used. One very busy hot day the motor on the driver side window broke with the window down. Because they were close I went into the dealer because they were much closer. They wanted to charge $145 just to look at it, and $700 to fix it and didnt have the part in stock. I called Armstrong and they checked the price on the part, agreed to order it right then and installed it the next day for $350.

Honest/Fair family owned shop. After bringing my vehicle to an AAMCO (Cave Creek) for some speedo and intermittent shifting problems the manager there eventually recommended a rebuild. Being skeptic, I took my car to Armstrong (referred by a friend) for a second opinion. Long story short, my issues were an output vehicle speed sensor as well as some wiring issues. Did not need to rebuild my transmission. Would 100% recommend this shop.

I am new to the area and was looking for a family-owned automobile shop. Other google reviews gave this place great ratings, so I gave them a shot. My engine light was on which I had been dreading because I assumed it would be an expensive and/or time consuming fix. My car went in at 2 and was ready by 4. I was also not charged for anything because it was a problem with my gas cap and they put air in my tires. The entire experience was very pleasant. I highly suggest Armstrong Automotive!! I will definitely be going back with any future problems.

I come here for all my Auto needs. They tell me what needs to be fixed, or I bring in issues and they let me know if I need it taken care of right away or if it can wait. I recently brought in a vehicle that had sitting for a while and they only addressed what needed done. They never call or bug me for service or mailers. They are just a great, busy, auto shop, that knows well how to take care of customers and ther vehicles.

Believe the good reviews! I usually dont leave reviews, but I feel this is deserved. I needed a pre-purchase inspection performed on a BMW that I was interested in buying from a local dealership. Since I was purchasing the car sight unseen, I needed a trusted mechanic to go over the car. Upon inspection, Chris found that the control arm bushings were bad. When I reported this to the dealership, they claimed there were no such issues even going as far as calling Chris and arguing with him. I called Armstrong back and the owner, Quinn, offered to have another mechanic look at the car free of charge - again finding the same issue. I am very satisfied with their service and was charged a very reasonable fee. Thank you Armstrong!

Took them a month to fix a torque converter on my jeep and to replace a crankshaft position sensor and charged me for 8 quarts of tranny fluid and i left there and my tranny was slipping hard and it was 3 quarts low i wont go back to them
