I’ve been using Kerry’s at 67th for a few months now. We recently moved up to this area and needed a reliable mechanic. I’m always impressed with the customer service and how friendly the front staff is. Most recently I took my vehicle to them for another alignment, no fault of theirs. I happily agreed with the price and at the time of pickup they didn’t charge me. Stated they did the alignment last time and would not feel right charging me.Awesome place that I’ll continue to go to!

The crew at Kerrys took such good care of us. In the midst of a 700 mile road trip they were able to swiftly diagnose issue which could have had major consequences. They were amazing and gave us the right advise to get us home safely. Highly recommend.

Charged me for an oil change that they did not do. Said they would add coolant to car as well, did not do that either. Went in to see why check engine light was on, they gave me a 3300.00 estimate, got a 2nd and 3rd opinion, both 2nd and 3rd opinions were matching soot on, but none of the requested repairs Kerrys wanted to do were needed. They are scammers!!!

The staff at Kerry’s was so professional and friendly. They got my car ready in a timely manner and though I didn’t need it, I thought the fact that they offered a shuttle was a huge plus. Also, no pressure to do a ton of work to my car. I felt that they were very honest and straight forward. Thank you!

I called and talked to Bobbie to set up an appointment for service. When I had arrived an hour early they said they would get my motorhome in as soon as possible. They performed the service in a fast and courteous manner. I would recommend anyone to this facility for their minor or major repairs.

Wanted to love this place at first, but now will never come back. Very friendly people. Had a car in for an oil change and they recommended a major repair; I called to confirm the quote and work before scheduling it to come back in, and they did confirm. Then, dropped it off and 5 hours later was told it would be twice the price! Didnt want them to proceed.Came in to pick it up and was told they made a mistake and tried to quote me again with discounted labor but told me they had the wrong parts. Said they would honor the labor quote. They did not. Told me they would only do a portion of the repair originally quoted for a much higher price. Friendly people dont cover up for a lack of competence or integrity to honor their word. How can a auto repair company making a substantial repair recommendation NOT be able to quote things correctly multiple times, even when I tried to confirm? I dont have any confidence in their recommendations. And while mistakes happen, they didnt have the integrity to stand behind their offer when they acknowledged the mistake. I wont be back. TJ is an extremely stand up dude. I brought my truck in for an oil change and they had found some issues with the brakes(Catching this and sending me pictures before it came a bigger issue). During this process my aftermarket suspension had some issues of their own. They were quick to admit that they had screwed up and fixed the issue with the suspension at no cost. I brought my truck in to my lift shop to be sure there was no damage done and they said everything looked fine. People make mistakes and I think it’s extremely honorable that they admitted it and fixed the issue no question.Only part I was pretty disappointed about was the scare tactic that Tyler had tried to use to get me to do more work on my truck. Stated the factory required me to flush transmission at 50,000 miles when in fact factory suggest 150,000 miles. He also tried to charge me for oil change even though I had signed up for the package. I get up sales, every mechanic shop does them. But trying to use scare tactics and sneaking charges in will eventually lose customers.I will be returning to the shop for more work on the vehicles but will only deal with TJ. Highly recommend TJ!

I frequent Kerry’s for a couple reasons. They are close to my house and more importantly, they are affordable compared to other quotes I have received for jobs. They are professional, warranty much of their work, keep their timeline promise always for me. Car repairs are expensive and it sucks when they come up. I will continue to come here.

I make appointments because I’m a caregiver for a 100 percent disabled vet. I have limited time.I told them I will find another repair shop that is professional and timely.

FANTASTIC! I had a soft brake pedal and needed a flush to drain some contaminants. Everywhere else quoted me $500-$600 for a new Brake Master Cylinder and wouldn’t even bother with a flush, but TJ at Kerry’s Car Care did the flush no problem and got my family back on the road!I’m done with corporate car care centers and will be coming back here for all my future car care needs and you should too.👍😁👍

This place in unreal in a bad way, please please please please please do not take your car to be serviced here!!! I took my car in to check why my check engine light came on only four days after buying it used from a dealership private mom and pop place. They went through the process of my warranty company I had through the car to see if they would accept fixing it. Diagnostics to just see what was wrong with the car was $348 something rather, that’s insane!! My mechanic brother even said that’s not right.... then they didn’t call me out to tell me that my warranty company denied everything. They just sent me the estimate invoice for what it would cost me before I called them in hopes that I would accept the charges so they could start working and then later tell me my warranty company didn’t accept anything and say that I needed to pay or they would keep my car. So I told them they need to lower the price cause I’m not paying that much for them to just find out what was wrong with the car. They finally lowered it to $167 after I put my foot down. I paid that and left but before doing so they said they couldn’t send that to collections for me or do payment plans or anything. They should be telling people that if they do anything to your car that costs money and don’t tell you about it up front, that they’re going to keep your car hostage until you can pay it to them. So then they offered to hold onto my car until I could pay that full amount and I said uhm hell no because then you’ll just tack on charges for it staying here. I also had to figure out how I was getting to work and back for several days without my car and they provided me with a Lyft ride home from work but I waited several hours before it even picked me up. Terrible terrible service. The guy in the front named Andy is also extremely rude when you explain that you’re frustrated and don’t understand something so you need him to explain it in detail. He talks to you like you’re automatically stupid.

Long wait. Failed to secure hood but was able to pull off freeway and close. Overall am pleased with service.

We took our 2014 Fiat 500L here today to have the brakes inspected and an oil change because it’s been making squealing noises and stopping suddenly when applying the brake pedal. They found out the front rotors were bad and replaced all the brake pads on all 4-wheels. The car runs great and it feels so much safer driving it now, I’m so glad Kerry’s made my daughters Fiat safer to drive. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone

I made appointment for oil change. Guy at the register said he had a coupon hed use to save me about $10 to $20. They charged me full price. They forgot to reset Oil Life Gauge so I had to return to shop. I brought in the paper floor mat they left in my car when I got there. They also gave estimate on 2 of 3 differential/ transfer cases flush/ clean and the cost for 2 was what I paid the last jeep dealer for all 3 services. Was dissapointed unfortunately. Hope all others have better experience?

I had a great experience at Kerry’s today. I’ve had a lot of rotten experiences with the automotive industry. However, everyone at Kerry’s was knowledgeable and welcoming. John answered all of my questions and explained things in detail, showed me pictures, and told me what to expect from my car in the future. Bobby and TJ were around and chatted with me and my kiddo and were very nice! They got my oil change and transmission fluid done quickly and it was affordable! I’ll be back for all of my cars needs!

Duty & ObligationIt is the words on the poster in their office. But apparently just words, not anything meaningful.I brought my car here 3 times for the same issue. First time, they told me this will fix it; nope.Second time, advisor says “well at least we solved 50% of the problem, yes!” I make sure they can fix it - do we need a test drive?; nope. We’ll call you this afternoon. 48 hours no call or update. Only to learn that they reassigned my designated advisor and now I have to start all over again with someone else.Third visit, let’s test drive it. Here is an invoice for another couple grand with a laundry list of items they hope to be the issue. None of which was called out to us on the first or second visit despite the words on the wall.No: honest service, obligation, or duty.Yes: distrust, lies, and even sarcasm.Get a 2nd opinion or just go elsewhere.

Had an 11 am appointment. The driver John who dropped me off and picked me up was very nice. They said it would take 1 hour and 45 minutes. I called at two hours snd 15 minutes snd they said they hadn’t gotten to it yet. Why even make an appointment then?? Or tell me they can’t get to it for about her two hours snd I could have run errands and then brought the car back. I had a busy day planned and it took four hours to get the car back. I also checked with two people to see if they had addressed my tire pressure. Both told me yes. When I got in The car and drove away it was obvious that it hadn’t been done and I had to go back

I called Kerrys Car feeling my suspension having become awkward, with a rough ride. It is a older car, so this repair was imaginable and expensive. They were very straight with me and that is extremely valuable to me. Because of the potential cost they researched around for what coupons they could come up with for my case. They finally did and helped me somewhat. John was a descent guy. Very polite and respectful. I felt good all along and after the repairs, the car ran anew. They shuttled me to and fro. This was my second time at this shop, so Ill stay with them. No more going to Lexus dealership. No need. They know their work here.

They were very nice and very accommodating on the phone, so I set an appointment. Unfortunately my oil changed to two hours and 20 minutes. I’ve never waited that long for an oil change. Part of the time was waiting for them to get the filters from the part store. It seems like Honda filters would be pretty standard to have on stock. I will definitely go back and give them another shot since they get great reviews. They are very organized otherwise, and I like that they text you during your oil change to let you know if you need filters or anything.

I started coming to Kerry’s because it was close to home but the customer service keeps me coming back. The staff is always cheerful and helpful when booking appointments and they always remember me by name. They have always done work timely and fair, and have taken the time to explain recommended services. Their new system of approving or declining work from an electronic quote that is texted works best for my busy life! Highly recommend.

The staff was very courteous and caring of their clients. They took very good care of the car and our time there. They kept us in the loop at every step and made sure we were 100% okay with decisions and recommendations they made. We definitely will be going back to use them in the future.

Garbage shop.... broke my car and sold me bad tires.

Great service. They never try to talk me into getting work done that my vehicle isn’t necessary. Costs are always reasonable.

Brought my car for a routine oil change and tire pressure check. They recommended over $500 worth of services telling me the transmission fluid should definitely be changed and sealed within a few weeks because there is a leak. I declined the service for now to get through Christmas first and after driving the car home there is now fluid leaking into my driveway which was never there before!!! I’m sorry but I do not believe this to be a coincidence more like taking advantage of a woman who knows nothing about cars and I will never be going back there!

Car work is never cheap, however Kerrys offered me a bulk package for oil changes which saved the cost on the 1st change for free. With synthetic oil, thats $50+ saved. Staff was friendly and walked me through upcoming work needed. Nicely done!
