I have only been here twice within the last month and a half. They are very friendly and helpful. I went to Big o tires to get a diagnostic test on the car and they told me the wrong info on what needed to be fixed. But when i came to Sammys, Miguel, they ran down what the real issue was and even gave me a recommendation on a place i could get the part for an decent price. Also the receptionist is a delight. I would recommend Sammys Auto to any and everyone that needs repair.

We went to all the mechanic shops around the area. I wasted so much money on estimates. I finally found sammys auto and let me tell you!! BEST MECHANIC SHOP AROUND! They completely fixed my car. They replaced camshafts, lifters, roller rocker arms, oil cooler and o2 sensors. They were 1000% professional from the mechanics to the receptionist. This is a real as* review. Go here first. Oh and my car was done hella fast!

From my experience they are excellent with customer service they are very patient, polite and they also help you out if you dont have cash on you... they have this service called Snap Finance this helps you to pay whatever you need, I have 0 credit and I got approved to fully replace my tires. I can certainly say that both Auto Service and Tire shop are very good.

Was going out of town and needed my oil change and my brakes checked out, I found this place & they did an amazing job & where fast as well! While I was waiting for my oil to get change & the brakes to get checked, the lady in the front desk was very friendly & she even was asking for my opinion on what she should get her sister bday gift & complimented how beautiful my jewelry was so I told her she should get jewelry & makeup for her sister! Overall I Recommend this place!

I had an appointment at 2:30 pm for an oil change, they didnt get my car in until 3:30 and finally finished up with it at 4:15! They said they had other vehicles in the shop after Id been waiting an hour and a half! They could ofsof there was going to be a pretty good wait and that someone could come get me and that they would call me once it was finished. Its the miscommunication that upsets me! Then my father called to ask for some charge to be taken off the bill since I waited just about 2 hours with an appointment and the lady said she would see what she could do. Then proceeded to charge me the full amount and said oh well we topped off your fluids for free I do thank and respect the workers who did my oil change! Nothing bad on them! Hard workers and did a fine job! Just the ladies up front with the miscommunication! Dont let your customers be clueless thats it!

This is my mechanic and ive been coming here for years. They close at 5pm and they do there best to answer every questions for you. The owner is very nice and reliable. The name of the shop has a sad story behind it but its not mine to tell. Other then that Ive made Sammy my place to go for anything about my car.

Dont even bother...(No agaren servicios con ellos, quidado!!) Tried hassling for repairs not done right.. try someone else. I spoke to the manager and he stated they just take off whatever parts you tell them; they just take it off and put it back in. Not actual mechanics. Dont diagnose; no further work... so all they know is how to take parts out and put them back in, nothing else. Again, not actual mechanics!Rewards given for good reviews! See policy inside the shop...

They replaced the clutch and flywheel in my Corvette. They found the original issue with the clutch and gave me a call to explain why it failed.They replaced the differential fluid and changed my rear main seal. They did not try to up sell me but just let me know the things I should get done as they were working on it. Very knowledgeable and up front.

Highly recommend!! They did a fantastic job on my car, I was helped within mins and very respectful towards me.

I brought my car in to fix the starter. Paid $500, next day the starter is out. Previous to that paid for the AC to be fixed. Worked great for one month sort of worked second month and stopped working on the third month. When I went to go pick up my car they where horsing around trying to stick a guy in a trash can. Not professional at all. Im furious over their service.

This place has the worst customer service I have experienced in over 20 years. My wife had her oil changed there and then we were having the motor mounts replaced so the car was up on the lift and I noticed the oil filter was leaking. I tightened the filter up and we stopped off to talk to the manager/owner, I tried to present the issue as politely as I could. I told him that we had a training opportunity and explained the loose oil filter leaking oil. He told me that it wasnt a training facility and blew me off. Did absolutely nothing for us, not even offering to make sure that the filter wasnt leaking. I looked into things further and they didnt even use the right oil, car uses 0w20 and it had 5w20 in it.

Took my car bcos it was leaking. They gave an estimate of $700 after a day.. the guy calls me and goes it will be $1200 and he has already fixed it so now I have to pay $1200. I dont think I will ever go again to sammys

My 85 Buick had multiple oil leaks. Sammys diagnosed the problems in a few minutes and had the repairs done the by the next day. Their cost was about half what other garages had quoted to do the job. I would highly recommend getting a quote from Sammys for your auto service before going anywhere else.

If youre a single woman, they are going the CHEAT your a$$ out of lots of money....even when you come back during the warranty telling them that the problem still exists. They will continue to find something else wrong with your vehicle...and you will keep paying for bs service. I had a back yard macanic come and fix what Sammys didnt for 80% less money.

The owner gave me a quote of 120$ labor and parts to fix the HD light on my Toyota Corolla. They told me the part costs 80-90$ and the rest is for labor. I left to shop around a bit more because I was on a low budget and ultimately I came back around to them because they ended up being the cheapest option. When I got there they told me 560$. I was appalled. They were charging me over 400$ for something that takes ONE HOUR MAX to do. [they told me it takes one hour]. So I called up Choice Auto in Tempe and they told me theyd do it for 140$, labor and part. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE; these people literally just try to take your money.

This place is trash paid 575.00 for my truck to get fixed and 2 days later same problem DONT GO HERE never showed me old parts NOTHING STAY AWAY PLZ people work hard for their money and this trash shop just wants to take it

They are absolutely horrible I got a trany from them and 4 months later it started slipping and was not driveable like called them and first told me there is no warranty the best they could do is sell me another one so I took it to a transmission mechanic to see about getting it fixed then call them back to tell them there was defective and used parts in the transmission I just got from them and now they are saying there is a warranty and I can take it back to get another transmission now

I waited at least 5 hours for a coolant reservoir change when they said 2 hours max.
