These apartments are nice on the inside but they have a serious problem with theft. They break into peoples car everyday. Management does nothing about it the so called security cameras never catch anything. The cops are always here writing reports but with no camera footage its impossible to get your stuff back or justice. Work tools, car parts, baby seats and who knows what else have been stolen here. Crack heads are always roaming around. Management please hire a security guard or fix your cameras. For $1300 for a one bedroom apartment I want to feel safe in my home. Do not rent here unless they fix these problems its dangerous to bring kids here and your hard earned money is flushed down the toilet with the amount of theft that goes around here.

I have paid my application fee and been calling for 4 day and all I get is someone will call you back. Im very disappointed. I dont understand why no one is calling me when I have already been approved for a place.

Im writing this review as I browse for a new place to live. the property is LOUD i get woken up by groudskeeping almost every day around 6 am. thin walls with noisy neighbors. our AC broke during the summer and we had to threaten to sue to get management to fix it, also part of our roof caved in thanks to busted AC and its STILL not fixed from months ago. for the price you could find a better place to stay, ridiculously overpriced!!!

Great place to live overall but the minute you try to leave and move somewhere else they try to pin any kind of random extra fees on you. They tried to make me renew my renters insurance for a year of coverage when I only had 3 weeks left on my lease. So I definitely would not recommend living here!

Estela and Lorena were the ladies I dealt with. Overall the complex is beautiful, the pricing is fair just a little bit out of my budget. When it came to receiving my deposit and administration fees I received it in less than a week via check! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and persitent with getting me and my family a unit. I wish I couldve said yes to the unit maybe in the near future! Thank you so much ladies!

Very NICE place to live. The ladies in front office are so nice to talk to. I just signed another leas. Ive lived here for 3 years never had a problem they didnt fix.

Roaches, scorpions, shady management, LOUD!!!! ALWAYS DOING CONSTRUCTION, the water is always shut off for maintenance, they (maintenance) broke something and never fixed it, then charged me for it, and the one bedroom is not worth $900 and up, its just not.

Very nice place to live Lorena is very understanding and helpful in anyways she can been living here for a little over a month an have no complaints of anything negative to say we had miner problem when we move in a Lorena took care of it right away no question ask. No bums walking around

Stay as far as you can from these apartments. This place is infested with roaches and scorpions, also it takes the maintainance guy weeks to change a smoke detector. They have an issue with the detectors going off at all hours throughout the night, it’s been multiple times that I ask for them to come fix them and it continues to be an issue. They also give false information, when I first called maintenance in regards of the smoke detector issue he told me he wasn’t able to come right away so he told me to unplug all the wiring to make them stop yet when I called Lorena about the reoccurring issue she let me know I was not supposed to do so because they are electric and I could get electrocuted but yet the maintenance guy is telling me to unplug all the wiring because he’s too lazy to come by and do his job but when I told Lorena her own maintained guy told me that she responded with oh. Come on now you all should be on the same page of what your tenant can and what they cannot do themselves. He’s always walking around the apartments with his headphones on, I had to personally walk up to him to let him know I still need maintenance done at my apartment STILL for the smoke detectors, I’ve had them off for a whole month now and still nothing. I talked to him last week and he said he would come Tuesday which is today and no notice or phone call. Top it off the office ladies are no help and act very condescending and very nasty attitudes. I called to have an exterminator spray and fog my apartment and no help whatsoever I had to go out of my way to get rid of the problem myself. I cannot wait for my lease to be up. Oh and to top it off if you have a service animal good luck!!! They are going to ask for medical records and make you jump through hoops to have a animal crucial to my partners life. I walked the service animal one day and the office manager Lorena let me know I wasn’t allowed to have a dog at the apartment. I let her know she was my partners service animal and I was just walking her for her. Then later got home to a notice on my door saying if I dont get rid of her they would add a fee on top of my rent. That same moment when Lorena told me that I took out my partners copy of her service animal card and she stated that it was fine that all she needed was a copy when we were available to head to the office we also went as far to give her a copy of the card and certificate and she still did not take my word and put that nasty notice on my door. I let her know face to face what the card was and she made it seem like she did not need to see it. On top of certification she asked my partner for her medical records and wanted to know exactly what her condition was, according to the fair housing that is against the law, I was going to report them but to be honest I just want this lease to be up already. I wasn’t going to leave a review but after tonight walking into the apartment I was doing sit ups in my living room and a roach crawled on my damn neck!!! I needed to warn the people of Phoenix to stay as far away from this place. You all will thank me for this. Your welcome!!!! I don’t want anyone from management to reply to my google review I just want to let everyone in the city of Phoenix not to rent from you anymore. I know Lorena is going to respond stating sorry for your experience and to contact whatever information she will leave in the comment section. It’s the same routine with these people they honestly don’t care about you your just a dollar sign to them. You would think for paying a 900 dollar a month apartment they would be on top of there stuff and you would be living comfortably but no that is not the case. Stay away!!!!

I lived here a few years ago. I have beautiful memories from old apartment. They were clean and people were nice.

In regards to Nereyda Ramirez Lopez & Apt 2001. I moved in here & not 1 single roach. Its a nice apartment. Maybe she brought roaches in with her property. Only issue yes is parking. The people downstairs get front row parking while people upstairs park on the other side. Dont make sense. I have 1 other problem is the noise from the traffic & big trucks by the gate. Also the gate breaks & makes a buzzing noise @ night & I cant sleep. No other issues with this Apartment or roaches.

This place reminds me of Mexico. Loud mariachi music. The access gate gets busted through at least once a week. The managers are not good with English and cops are here weekly. Loud unmatched kids at the pool every night after the 10pm pool closing. And obnoxious grownups...it sucks there!

Ive lived at westover parc for about 7 years. Ive never had a issue management didnt handle. The landscape is well kept. Ive never had any bug issues (bed bugs, roaches, scorpion, spider). The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is, because uncovered parking sucks and they only have one maintenance, but he does his best at coming to fix any problem you have in a timely manner.

They are very very dirty. Garbage is always filled up, trash everywhere and they don’t do anything about it. It’s disgusting. Never had roaches but you’ll see roaches roaming around on the grass. When first moved in the apartment was filthy, they didn’t even care to sweep or clean.
