If you are looking to move here. Don’t. I wish there was an option for no stars. I don’t even know where to begin. If you enjoy showering daily, or giving your children baths, i wouldn’t recommend it. The tub paint peels like a hard boiled egg. If you like staying cool during the summer. I wouldn’t recommend running your ac below 80 or you can expect constant leaks and the ac to completely give out. I have been living here since June and our ac unit has gone out and/or leaked 3 separate times. Mind you i have 2 children under two with a stay at home wife. The apartment management didn’t do anything about the ac going out in September (100 degrees outside) for over 3 days. If there is a slight drizzle outside let alone actual rain, you will have no power for hours on end. Hopefully you carry some type of personal protection because at night throughout the early morning, there are homeless/tweakers that wander in the complex and hang out around the dumpsters with out any issues. Plus the constant finding of cockroaches throughout the apartment and the water being shut off for “30 mins for maintenance” and then it being for over 3 hours at a time. So if you are looking for a safe place to live where you can live comfortably with air conditioning during the summer, electricity during a storm/light drizzle, water any time you’d like, and a place where it feels like management actually cares about their residents, look elsewhere. This. Is. Not. The. Place. To. Live.
This is my second time living in this complex. I must say maintenance is not a big issue here. However the residents are reckless. Cops and ambulance come here on a daily basis, especially during the night time. Yelling and gun shots are nothing new here. Does not feel safe at all. Can’t wait for my lease to be over!
The office staff in this complex go above and beyond. Giovanna is my personal fave. She’s also been here a little longer but everyone in the office is great. Giovanna is just someone that you don’t feel like you have to walk on eggshells with, her personality just makes you more comfortable with being able to talk to her. They are all on top of their stuff when it comes to any problems if there’s any. They personally go handle stuff. I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been a pretty good experience.
After an extended stay with the property the only useful employee is Giovanna. She’s the only one that answers the phones and is always pleasant and polite to converse with. She makes living here even with all the issues I’ve had with my apartment worth while. If she was to ever leave this property I would definitely leave as well. She always makes sure my problems are fixed & fixed correctly. Thanks to her my apartment is finally fixed and everything is working correctly.
The first few months of living here were decent. Neighbors are very loud. Got new neighbors and a few days after they moved in someone shot off a gun outside at the bottom of the stairs and police were called. This place does not feel safe and I’ve seen people walk around with guns stuffed in their pants no holster or anything. It’s terrifying especially if you have kids. Maintenance is horrible and non responsive or communicative. Door lock broke to laundry room and maintenance told me to keep trying even though I told them I tried for over 30 mins. My clothes were left in the washer for 5 hours because maintenance said they’d call me when they go to open it. Called too many times and no answer. I was told I would for sure get a call to notify me when it would be open. Never got a call so went to go try again and the locks were off and door was open. My clothes smelt nasty for sitting so long and when I went to put my clothes in the dryer, the prices were raised which I was never informed so I didn’t even have enough to dry my clothes. So not only was I not able to rewash my clothes that were sitting for hours in the washer but I couldn’t dry my clothes now due to the prices being raised and not being able to add money on my card because it was 1030 at night. $3.25 for a load is just ridiculous. Called the office the next day to let them know it was unacceptable and they just said they’d make a note in my file and notify the property manager. Maybe if places like this actually heard and acknowledged their residents the situation wouldn’t feel so messed up. But they don’t care because it’s not them. Maybe if I would have said one of the washers was leaking water then they would have done something because that’s money for them they’d lose. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. And I truly think they should have offered to rewash my clothes but they did NOTHING.
Thank you guys for everything a special shot out to Giovanna she is awesome and very sweet...She was so helpful and respectful and she did everything quick I would definitely recommend others to stay.
Ryan is new in office and he’s such a nice person dealing with him makes you feel better about the situation they need to stop changing ppl every few months too but he’s very friendly thanks Ryan we need more ppl like you in office
Move in was fast and easy staff is friendly and helpful and understanding newly renovation has a nice touch
Office staff and maintenance is awesome have lived hear for a year property has gone through major changes due to management in place i will recommend to any body to live here.
First and for most I would like to thank Giavonna Gabuardi & Ryan Kilgore for being so supportive and helpful. This property wouldn’t flow as fluently without these two. They are always available to answer our questions and listen to us if need be. The entire office does a good job but Giavonna & Ryan keep this place afloat.
Omg I’m shocked at all the complaints about roaches. I lived there for a year back in 2018 although I’m upset they kept my deposit. I really put in a lot of effort in making sure I left the apt in the same condition. The lady said I’d get my deposit by check in the mail, a month later I got a bill for 100 dollars. I was so irritated like that lady just lied to me but anyway I never had any roaches. I was pretty independent, never had to really call them for anything except that one time there was no water for a few days but management came and offered a $40 a day concession for a hotel. I wish their gym would stay open so I could enjoy it but it was always closed other than that my stay was decent
I just signed a lease Dec 1. I moved into what I thought was a “renovated” apartment. What I actually moved into was a roach infested brand new renovated apartment. I had to sleep in a hotel twice because of the infestation. I had big wholes all around my apartment holes where roaches are coming from. This is completely disgusting. Both my front door and my back door pose a safety concern because you can see straight outside from inside the house. The showers collect ankle high water while showering, the washer machine does not work neither does the dryer. When I place a work order I get this automated message: “Hello, we have received your work order it will be taken care of in the order it was received Thank you for your patience and understanding.” When you call the office it’s like the leasing agents call their selves tired of you calling so they come of attitude. ITS THE ROACHES FOR ME!!!! They are aware of this issue but don’t tell you about it prior to moving in. I haven’t even lived her for 1 week and I already want to move. I tried to call the Robinson Group directly and left messages but nobody has yet to return my call. These living conditions are not humane.
I live here for about 4 years and its sad to see that there is a lot of homeless people wondering around l used to feel safe but now lm afraid to even walk my dog in the afternoons or night used to very peaceful l home new management takes care of this situationJust received a responce thanks for cheking in l already went to the office twice and l alrady send a email with proofs of what l was talking about l hope l can get a responce from my e mail l really appreciate that thanks
Tides ownership and management are thy biggest joke. Bait and switch and lie about the property
This place should be shut down! I hope that people are reading these reviews because it is not a cautionary tale. This is the truth about this apartment complex. I have been not disappointed once, not twice, but multiple times by these people. The Robinsons Group does not care about their staff clearly, because their staff do not care about us. We have been infested with cockroaches for more than two months. It took them up until we gave them a 10 day notice to fix and repair. Even then it took them 5 days for someone to come out and help fix this issue. We were offered a new unit, with them waiving the $200 transfer fee. Then, I asked if we can get a unit with a washer and dryer for almost the same price for all the trouble we have been through and they said no. Do not get me wrong, I am no Karen, I do understand that sometimes prices can be talked down and sometimes they can not be; but they were acting like waiving the fee and not making us re-sign a 12 month lease was a favor. It was expected, as they were breaking their half of the lease by leaving us cockroach infested. The staff there are horrendous other than a very polite, caring, and understanding woman in the office. We were moved into this apartment with them knowing they had an infestation. The only reason we are carrying on and finishing our lease is because we cannot afford a lawyer. I am 20 years old in college and they know this. I have been wildly taken advantage of by this apartment complex. If you have other options move there!!! DO NOT MOVE TO TIDES AT DEER VALLEY, IT IS A HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD. I am also fearful they might react to this post in a negative way because I have seen it in the comments already. There was one person who said something on here and got a letter on their door saying they will not be allowed to resign a lease with them. I will not resign a whole years lease with them or the Robinsons Group EVER again, but they do know they are a big and scary company and will use that to their advantage. I have proof of all of this and will post all pictures as soon as my lease is up. Disappointed is the nicest thing I can say right now. I hope the Robinsons Group sees this and decides to make a change. This is an inhabitable apartment and the office managers know that and that is why they are trying to get us into another unit. There is more that can be done for me and everyone who has suffered before me, and the Robinsons Group and Tides at Deer Valley knows that. I have a whole lot more to say, but everyone reading this gets the point. Its not just me, but nearly everyone here going through very similar issues.
I live here, and the office kids have no idea what they are doing. They hang up on you.
The renovations are super cute! The staff worked above and beyond to help me get my apartment and get settled in. Im so glad I moved here. I will update once Ive been here a while.
I would like to think Latrice really kind wall spoken lady in the front office well organized well professional if you need anything done you can actually go to her for anything thank you so much I hope I’m spelling her name right if not correct me haha But just to be clear the nice black lady in the front office
Nice place but when it rains it floods half of the parking areas
The girls in the office are absolutely AMAZING!!! They where very helpful and made such a stressful situation so much easier!!! I’m definitely recommending this complex to anyone looking!!!
I had termites in my unit which was never taken care of. My refrigerator didn’t work as well as my bathroom and sink leaked never fixed. Nothing was fixed. The dishwasher was broke never fix. Parking is horrible they will assign you parking and also other people to the same spot. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Someone from here called and asked for an Alessandra or something like that and when I told them no I think you have the wrong number, the girl said “Sure..” and hung up. Weird stuff.
I have had problems with roaches and other bugs for months. They will not have apartments around me sprayed, so they just keep coming back. This is the nastiest complex I have ever lived in. And their maintenance is beyond slow!
Gross, disgusting dont live here. I pray for you if you do.
I have personally lived there & it is the worst place Ive ever lived. Management only cares about money & takes their sweet time with any maintenance issues if at all. They dont care about your safety & are completely unprofessional in everything they do. They refuse to listen to tenants as they are not important at all. Regional management will never return a call. The absolute worst management. You cant even call them managers.
The new management is super nice and willing to take care of you. Maintenance takes care of things in timely manner (especially since this is such a large complex). The grounds and landscaped are well kept and beautiful! My family and I have loved living here. The new renovations are great, very homey. Its a quiet and a great family place. The price is super amazing, especially for how spacious the places are.
This place is horrible. Do not rent from this place. Roaches in every apartment, been through 3 management companies since I’ve moved here, people in the office change every month, and the outside is always filthy.
I recently have been on a hunt for a nice apartment complex. When I visited these apartments I was greeted warmly and helped right away. The staff members there are extremely nice and were very helpful in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. The manager even came out and introduced himself which is a huge plus in my book. (No one wants a manager that hides behind a closed door) I was definitely pleased with this experience.
I was apt hunting, no vacancies
Ive been here just over a year. I signed a new lease only because they require a 60 day notice to vacate but dont give you the information of any rate increases until the day of the renewal. Anyway I renewal my lease before the new management took over. Since then every month I have a month to month fee because they wont update the system, it took them over a month to come fix a clogged sink, and 3 weeks to fix a leaking A/C. I will not sign a new lease this place is such a hassle.
An old complex, but the people who work there are very diligent in taking care of our needs. The office staff is comprised of some really wonderful people who go way out of their way to help when needed. The folks who do the repairs and upkeep of the property are very easy to get along with and try to handle every need as quickly and as possible. All-in-all it is a very people oriented group of folks trying to make this a decent place to live.
Very friendly staff!I had taken over my friends lease, to which went very smoothly, after moving in I discovered there was an issue with the dishwasher and ceiling fan. I put in my work order and within a few days the dishwasher was fixed and the ceiling fan was replaced. Thank you so much for your prompt service!
****upon reading my review the new manager Eli left me a voicemail describing my review as nasty. He has made many promises but is yet to follow through. Oh and the kicker? They served me a notice saying that I cant renew my lease here for giving them a negative review, as if I would want to live in a property managered by cowards. One word sums up the overall experience in this complex: incompetence. The office staff is rude and unapologetic. They clearly do not care about their jobs nor the residents they are supposed to serve. More often than not, you can call the office 10+ times before anyone will bother answering. They are slow to action and lack empathy. The woman named Monica/Maria who claims to be the office manager is forwardly hostile and completely lacks any ounce of professionalism both in the appearance and work ethic. They do not communicate with their on site maintenance team and often do not even create work orders for issues that are reported to them. I have tried everything from scheduling days, or even a week in advance to assure that they would fix broken or falling apart items and no one shows up. Eventually after rescheduling with the office 3-5 times, maintenance will finally be notified and come resolve the issue. The maintenance team is always polite and quick, but they have stated on more than one occasion that the office hadnt relayed the information until earlier that day, regardless of the fact that it had been brought to their attention more than once days beforehand. As is obvious from previous reviews there is an ongoing bug infestation in this complex. THERE IS A MONTHLY INSTALLMENT FOR PEST CONTROL FOR ALL RESIDENTS, yet nothing gets done or treated. People are constantly having to throw out furniture due to infestation that then clutters the parking-lot and garbage areas. I have complained 3 times of bugs yet nothing has been done. I pay them monthly for pest control that they do not follow through on,If you are unwilling to do your job find a new one. We pay monthly to have a home not to be treated with abuse or neglect.
New manager and i already see the difference. An issue i BEEN HAVING for the past 8 month is and the new manager has no only gave me a plan but has actually started a process to address my concern!! I believe she can do this property good! Im sure everyone sees the comments below but i trust things are going to turn around!
DO NOT RENT if you have more than one vehicle! They give you one covered parking spot. But have to find uncovered parking space for other car. The parking is always full. So full I have to park in another property and walk 10min from apartment.
I am not a current resident, nor will I be in the future. I was hoping to possibly be a future PAYING resident, however, one little thing changed my mind and was a BIG RED FLAG to me. I am currently shopping around for a new home and this property caught my eye. I have been searching online tirelessly. I have such a busy schedule with work and home life, its hard for me to take that extra time to physically go out and look at places. Today was my day to go out and look. So, I pull up to this property, which on a Sunday a lot of offices are closed, but, this office hours says open on Sundays until 5pm. Its 3:40pm when I open the office door and a woman is standing there looking at me with a blank face and says nothing. Im kind of confused as to if she is another tenant or if she works in the office. Finally, I say, Hi. She goes on to tell me, Oh, were closed. I turn around and walk out. I have no time for lazy people not wanting to do their job and wanting to leave early for the day. I get it, its Sunday. However, you just lost a potential paying customer. Bad service by that one sentence. I am pretty sure she is not the owner, so I am pretty sure she should have at least given me information on the property. A quick 5 minutes. No need to take me on a tour of a model, or give me a whole run down. But, Oh, were closed., when in fact your door is unlocked means youre open and that is not a way to treat a person that could potentially be forking over some cash every month for the big man upstairs. Just saying.
My friend just moved in and They Never showed the apartment to Him just got him to sign the damn lease, when we walk in the roaches are literally every where on the ceiling all over the walls. Like they couldnt spray the building? Obviously its an on going problem. He has a child and this is disgusting Ive never had a roach infestation like this. Im tempted to contact the renters association because this is just wrong and I definitely over paid for this dump! Based off the reviews NOTHING will get done about how disgusting of a place this is. THEY NEED TO FIX THE PROBLEM IN ALL THE BUILDINGS not just 1 apartment. My friend s is not the only one with this problem I know at least 7 different people here. Just disgusting. Take care of your residents quit treating them like they dont matter. these apartments should be just torn down.
I have moved here in 2013 and finally moving home due to my parents health, would love to lease another year, but sadly it wont happen. We loved it here and for two bed room was a good price since we moved here. If we decide to come and move back into Phoenix we choose to live here again. We did call to office for certain areas that needed to be fixed, we got it done within couple of days, on problems we had was neighbors being loud and children not respecting neighbors property like vehicles, things that are by our apt doors, but I loved it here, no matter how the services were, or other situation, we never really complained about anything because this was our home for 4 years.
The Park at Deer Valley has made my moving experience fast and easy. I moved in and I was a little scared because of the reviews I read.... But everything was all good. The maintenance team has been very helpful and the office staff is very eager to help. I would recommend this complex to others.
The new management is terrible. They lost our first rent check and tried to evict us even though wed payed our rent. Our AC went out and was dripping or broken for two and a half months before they finally got it fully fixed. And to top it off they sent pest control people without notice, and the guy unlocked our front door and walked in without knocking and just started spraying who knows what in our home. They are liars that refuse to do anything for the residents.
Absolutely disgusting. You may as well be asking to live in hell. This is my first google review because Im not the type of person to go around and review places but people looking into this place truly need to be aware of what you would be getting yourself into. I have lived here for 6 months now and its been nothing but hell. I have only lived on my own for 3 years now, I moved here from my old apartment looking for something cheaper. All I can say is roaches, roaches, and more roaches. Keep in mind I lived with my parents before moving out after high school for college and moved to a beautiful complex and then here and before coming here I had probably only seen a few roaches in my life. But now I live with thousands. But apparently management and their lawyers like to accuse me of bringing them in, yep youre right guys, I brought my little friends in and let them hatch eggs and settle in. Totally. By the way this place is infested with roaches I have never seen before... two different kinds of them. German and brown banded. Ive had the apartment bombed 3 times, even the Burns Pest control guy said there is no hope. They live in the walls. I have found them dead in my freezer and refrigerator. I find countless egg sacs around my kitchen. I kill and find at least 5-10 a day. Yeah not sure how this is legal and I have it all documented. Most of the pictures on my phone are of roaches. Im paying over 800 a month to live with these little guys. Sadly they dont pay rent... on top of the roaches this place is ghetto. Its run by slumlords. I have been over charged on rent 3 times with no valid explanation. The neighbors are terrible. My car has been scratched up and hit. Theres black mold in my bathroom. The property is unsafe and disgusting. Im usually a very reasonable and kind person but this place has driven me up a wall. Im only 22 years old and Im stressed beyond belief and already having mental breakdowns from this place. Please dont move here. I could go on and on. I decided to write this after finding two roaches whom just laid egg sacs that hatched in my kitchen. Again, I have no idea how any of this is legal.
Ive lived here for three years. Its the nicest place in the valley Ive stayed in. But the dog owners are irresponsible concerning cleaningUp behind their pets. And people smoking in the door ways to the apartments instead of at the nice picnic area that has been furnished by the rental company. And beware of roaches, they are thick as theives, and they charge you for the exterminator even when you dont schedule an appointment.
Both of the ladies in the leasing office were great. Just got moved in, so havent seen the entire property yet. Am very pleased so far.
PLEASE HELP ME! Is it only me that they cannot find my last year rental history for rental verification? Please help me if anyone has been in this situation because I’ve applied for a new apartment however they want my rental verification and I live on 67th ave and Glendale and I traveled all the way to 19th ave and bill road just to speak to them in person and they still tell me that they do not have my file and I’m stuck.
The lock to the pool with the hot tub has been broken for a very long time.... when it was fixed a couple months ago the hot tub was broken. Our neighbors always drive on the grass and ruin it. I agree with previous reviews the trash is always over flowing when we first moved in our air condition was leaking for weeks they had to come fix it more than once. roaches were a big problem for awhile. Did a noise complaint for our neighbors upstairs, nothing was ever done about it. i dont do my laundry here because there either dirty or broken. if you have two cars its almost impossible to find a parking spot. with the new management a bunch of fees were added onto our rent. There are cops here fairly often. But the front office people have always been friendly and the maintenance although they are some times late they are always friendly. But were moving out as soon as our lease is up.
I’ve been here a year. Luckily, we are leaving. DO NOT MOVE HERE. First, cockroaches everywhere. Even with pest control. The whole complex is absolutely infested. It’s absolutely insane. They never leave. Second, maintenance takes forever to come. Our a/c was leaking forever and we slipped multiple times. It took them maybe a month or so to get out to us. Ridiculous. Third, there is never anyone in the office. We called last night for emergency maintenance- no answer. We called this morning- no answer. We visit the office to let them know our dishwasher won’t run and our garbage disposal is clogged and they are never there. Mind you, it is 10:40 AM on Sunday and the hours say they open at 10 AM but the doors are locked. The office staff is rude as all hell. I can imagine why, they get nothing but complaints. Can’t wait to leave this place. Do yourself the favor of paying 100$ more and moving up the street to the nicer places that include washers and dryers and are much safer. I will never move into an MEB apartment rental for as long as I live.
I had zero issues with the previous management MEB, they were always sending g maintenance quickly and never charged more. New management is terrible and bleeding g me dry, I will not sign a new lease. Took them a month to fix a leaking sink, then they said its not leaking. Requested pest control only to come home to a note on my door saying they didnt have a key to enter. What? The previous property management did. The worst part is my payment has gone up $55. They charge a $55 flat rate for water no matter how much you use. Its me and my daughter and we dont have a washer and dryer. So on top of that I pay to use their laundry facilities. They did not send out a 30 day notice in writing, apparently they sent a text. So last month I got a cashiers check for $840 the most Ive ever paid here, because of course there was no online account to access. Long story short I ended up paying over a thousand bucks for an outdated 2bdrm 1 bath apartment. Then they had my car towed which was another $140! The parking is terrible here, and they refuse to do anything about it, and I couldnt even have the person in my spot towed because they failed to issue tow cards. So I was told to park somewhere else. Apparently I was in a hadicap spot, even though it isnt clearly marked. They refuse to take responsibility and basically dont care that they coste an extra couple hundred dollars. Do not rent from here or any Robinson group affiliates. Oh also they charge for water but the hot water is always out, like weekly and they cant keep either pool clean. Stay far far away.
Everything is getting better around here
I am hoping to get some response as I have left numerous messages over the past few months regarding maintenance that needs to be completed in the apartment.. I was promised when I renewed my lease in April by management to have my shower resurfaced, minor caulking in the kitchen, AC filters replaced, light in bedroom closet is hanging from ceiling and also bottom shelf of refrigerator needs to be replaced. I have mildew/ mold on the bathroom walls and ceilings due to minimal air circulation I assume... however it’s really nasty! And it is best practice to fix the issue not BANDAID IT😕I was also promised to receive paint...to paint the interior of the home.. I have yet to have any of these repairs completed and at the very least a phone call back.. I pay rent every month on time and I expect maintenance to be completed in a timely fashion!!Also the exterior lights have been out for the past 2 weeks..I believe we tenants pay a portion of this and for safety reasons it is necessary to have the complex well lit!!I am kindly asking for The Park At Deer Valley to fulfill the agreement as promised /apt#1003When can I expect the repairs to be completed?
I have been a resident for 3 years now that they have new management its terrible took a month to come fix something that could have burned my apartment down, maintenance is horrible they stained my carpet and not to mention the front desk girls are idiots, giving me attitude apparently they know nothing about customer service... Im glad to be moving if I could I wouldnt give them any stars. Its sad how comfortable my family is in this area never had a problem until now.. 60 day notice was put in cant wait to move somewhere better where were treated with respect
This is the worst place ever to live in. We had roach infestations when we first moved in. We had to go through several processes to get rid of 70% of roach problems. After that, Hot water gets cut off from time to time. The park at deer valley management notifies by paper, and reimburse the amount from those days we had no hot water. The new Crew took over now charging everyone a flat $50 for water and trash? What the hell, I averagely pay less than a quarter of that amount. Fyi, you guys cut off my hot water and it’s been three days already. I’m livid right now. I am pregnant and have been taking cold showers . Literally not a drop of hot water.I’m getting sick and I can’t wait to get the heck out of here!!
The price is pretty reasonable but you get what you pay for which is not always so great here. They have some water issues here. I have had my water turned off multible times with no warning and no call from manager to warn me. I wonder why this keeps happening????If you are in the middle of your shower and soap is in your eyes sorry. I called to question why water was turned off and I felt that I was just a nuisance to call. I was told the water would be turned on after 20 minutes. The water was turned on in about 1 hour and it was cold for several hours which I was not told would happen. Not sure what the deal is. Maybe they are short in staff to handle the situation a little better-I dont know. They also have roach problems here- but many apartments do and with the price its just a bonus I guess. So you decide. I would like to move to a better place but I cant afford it. Peace.
Stove wasnt working, they had to flip a switch on the breaker, than a light on the oven came on that said it was on when I went back to tell them they said its no big deal well fix it in the morning, locks to storage broken, ceiling fan about to come off from ceiling, outside porch lights on door and exterior building are out. But apartment is beautiful.
I am currently not a renter yet, but my husband and I visited this place last weekend despite the bad reviews. I cant speak for what I dont see but the staff was very welcoming (kudos to Raechel, the rep. who assisted us) and the property looked nice. For the price they are asking this is the best deal we found yet in this area. I can definitely see this as our new home.
Not a renter but was looking at this place. Actually went into office. while I was waiting I noticed a few upset renters. this was a red flag to me. also the Automated response to the negative replies is what really has me looking elsewhere. Tip to management. Show that you are human and people will respond positively.
I am a current resident at the park and I absolutely HATE it here, one of the main ladies in the office does not know how to do her job correctly or listen to any certain details you tell her. Another thing is the place barely ever has hot water, you have it for not even 5 minutes before it gets cold, who was to shower on the cold water on winter !? 3rd reason why i hate it here and WILL NEVER COME BACK OR TELL ANYONE TO MOVE IN HERE, is the rouch problem. This is disgusting and unhealthy Im so disgusted by how gross this complex is. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Unless you want all three or these issues above. I recommend you look somewhere else !!! Thank God I have 5 months to go !
Eric is the best! He goes above and beyond to take care of me! Any issues that have happened he has addressed ASAP! I will be renewing my lease next year. :)
Overall a nearly neutral (negative leaning) experience with this complex. Decent access to freeways to get around town; would definitely recommend getting a 2bed/2bath with in-unit w/d if anything because the laundry facilities are quite the hassle.Office staff is fairly newer (most everyone within the last year, including the property manager) and you can tell they are kind of just trying to get a grip of a mess. I can tell there is a lack of communication, as it seems any time I ask a question I get a different answer each time (sometimes from the same people). The complex is full of screaming, unsupervised children through most of the day and evening. Sketchy characters often loom around and there always seems to be a lot of foot and car traffic, even at 3AM. I had box fans running all day and night to drown out noise outside.Maintenance took about 6 weeks to work a fairly simple (replace lightbulbs, fix dishwasher, add screens to windows, etc) work order. It was only worked after I resubmitted it and followed up twice with the office.Parking is a literal free-for-all. I’ve had cars towed from my assigned spot twice. There is very little guest parking. The pool and grounds are kept fairly clean and, relative to the area, it is fairly safe. I didn’t feel too endangered walking by myself at night, but certainly not comfortable. Officers usually weekly or bi-weekly being called to this complex.Overall, I’d say if your standards/expectations are fairly low for a complex and you need a cheap, simple place fast: you’ve found it. Otherwise, if you can stretch your budget a bit (or even sometimes just look a little harder), I imagine you’ll find something a little nicer elsewhere.
New management is HORRIBLE. No hot water for more than 48 hours now and they front office could care less. Guess it is no big deal that my family cant shower or do dishes or laundry. Basketball court is torn up so my son cant play on it. Machines in the gym dont work. Grills at the back never work. The lock to the back laundry room has never worked and actually there isnt even a door handle on it at all now. There are always people in there sleeping so it is not safe. Lets not forget about the roaches. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
I have lived here for 1 1/2 years each time I had any issue it was taken care of and the new Management is amazing, They always help me and the front office staff are very kind. Mantiance is wonderful very nice people ... Thank you
Worst place ive lived. The managers will not get anything done..they payed to put up play ground rules on the little kids parks but they are unsafe and broken. Im just eaiting for a child to cut their leg or fall off cause of how messed up it is. Dish washer is full of water that wont go down called plenty of times and everytime i call they say they will fix it and they dont. I would not recommend this place to anyone
The management is unable to complete basic tasks. EVERY month I have been here there has been a significant issue.Month 1: On the move in day the unit was not ready. It was not ready until the next day that I could start to move furniture into the unit.Month 2: I was overcharged $700+ and it took a month to get the issue sorted out.Month 3: My car was vandalized in the complex.Month 4: The refrigerator went out and it took over a week to get a fix. I was not reimbursed for lost groceries either. This has happened a total of 3 times.Month 5: Illegal drugs found in the open in laundry facility. Went back the next day, drugs were still out in open. (BTW: the laundry facilities not by the sales office are in complete disarray on a regular basis) Also, HOMELESS PEOPLE FREQUENTLY SLEEP IN THE LAUNDRY FACILITY.Month 6: Utilities in the ENTIRE complex shut down for safety reasons. There was no hot water or laundry facility access for 4 days. The management did not do anything to help tenants.Outside of these issues, expect dumpsters to be overflowing on a regular basis, dog droppings everywhere, broken pool equipment, broken locks on the laundry facility every few weeks, shoddy repairs, and a bad attitude from one of the workers in the main office. Oh, and turn on the heater one day in the winter.... expect your smoke alarm to go off- Scary.Personally, I feel that I was given a bait and switch routine as the unit I moved into looked nothing like the model unit. If you are hard-pressed to find a place to live, then keep looking. Other nearby apartment complexes in the same price range and even some at a lower price offer safe and clean residences with reliably utilities.UPDATE:3/15/16: There is now NO WATER IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX.3/16/16: No water again today3/23/16. So the water was turned off again today without notice. Spoke with a few of my neighbors and they confirmed the same thing happened to them as well.5/27: I responded to management’s invitation to meet “in person to fully discuss the occurrences that you have experienced.” I scheduled a meeting with the manager directly. The manager, Eric Nelson, flaked on me twice. When we did meet, he said the people living here are lucky that I gave them utilities after 4 days and that it didnt take months”. He also threatened to take my deposit since I wrote a poor review. Mr. Nelson’s statements reinforce the viewpoint shared by many of the tenants at this apartment complex: he is unfit to be in any sort of position requiring leadership or basic management skills. People should not feel “lucky to have utilities” in the United States. This is a basic standard: clean water, hot water, electricity, and a place to clean clothes. People should not be threatened for posting a negative review and claimed it violated the lease agreement. I double checked the lease agreement and this is definitely not the case.As with any place, you will find a mix of reviews. Please note that most of the positive reviews are from people who have just moved into the complex and have not had a chance to observe how things are around here beyond a superficial level.I was looking into other apartments in the area. I found a particular complex that looked very promising, but when I saw that it was managed by Alliance, the company behind the Park at Deer Valley, I immediately withdrew my application. If there is anyone from Alliance reading this, please feel free to contact me. The statements I am writing are accurate and can be verified. It is time to relieve Mr. Nelson of his position and put someone with some integrity into the position to allow the Park at Deer Valley to live up to the same standard as some of the other Alliance properties I have visited throughout Phoenix. To the people reading this review, please find somewhere else to live. I do not wish anyone, even a complete stranger, to live in a place like this.
Its a decent Apartment complex with a variety of amenities such as childrens play grounds, dog park, two pools and a laundry mat. Units are small and quaint. Neighbors are fairly friendly. I especially like the location.
This place is awesome. Good neighbors, awesome staff, the amenities are great. I did all my paper work and applications online and my apartment was ready for move in in two days!! - 5 stars
What a joke! They offer all of these amenities, but you seldom can take advantage of them because they either forget to unlock them, or they just keep them closed. They charge $50 for a gym key...for what? Getting your work out walking up there to find it locked at 2:00 in the afternoon?
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Gym closed down, hot tub hasnt worked in 3 years, laundry facility is disgusting, dog park gross and smelly, grounds horrible and maintenance guy put up an antenna on a tree and has wires running into the electric box...wonder what he us stealing. And lets not forget mice, roaches and the front office being RUDE and never fixing anything.
We just moved into a renovated apartment 1300 a month. It’s been nothing but a disaster. Everything is broken “brand new appliances” the washer busted first week in, the drawers would not close. The “brand new oven” door will not close anymore. Maintenance is a snail pace for anything. They come in and say they need a 3rd party fix something that could be fixed by them. Then you have to wait days to get a 3rd party person to come fix it. No weather strips on the doors. Still haven’t got one after weeks. The price of rent is way to high for this apartments and the disaster it is. Don’t move here. They had pest control come in and spary. We find roaches still everywhere. These apartments are invested with roaches. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Maintenance is way worse then before.
Been living here a little over a year the price is fair and affordable! I personally have had no issues with the office staff when it comes to working with me since there has been a few emergency situations come up and I have fallen behind. I will say though it has been frustrating when the water has gotten shut off multiple times, or when the machines in the laundry facilities dont always work. Its disappointing that the pool area by the playground is not kept up well! There is a roach issue I know they have someone come and spray but I do believe there needs to be more because I dont think it works, we never have dishes or food out and everything is always clean and yet I cant seem to get rid of them! It does take longer then desired for things to get fixed, but my stuff has always gotten done eventually. Kids around here are out all hours of the day and night unsupervised and they run a muck with foul language and rude comments and even make it hard for My little one to even go play on the playground so thats frustrating! I would not rate this place a 5 star because I feel it could use some improvement but it has not been all bad at least for me. Its close to freeways and shopping and I can afford it so thats nice.
Just moved out, gave 60 days notice to MEB before the new company purchased the property. Notified Robinson Group multiple times that we signed a 60 day notice and what our move out date was, they never requested we sign something new with them. They all of a sudden 30 days before our move said we needed to give 60 days when we already did but they couldnt find it and the previous company didnt give us a copy of the signed notice. Notified unable to extend the lease another 30 days and they should have had us sign something with them the first several times we told them we were moving and not renewing. They told us to write a 30 day notice and that would be fine. Now today when notifying them the apartment is vacant they said they will be charging a fee for only giving 30 days notice when we told them several times we gave our 60 day notice and were even told the 30 was fine. They are terrible, why wouldnt you waive the fee when either Robinson Group or MEB messed up during the take over, we did what we were supposed to as tenants yet we are the ones being taken advantage of by these companies. Also you dont talk to the same person twice so one person says something then someone else says something else so they dont do what they say they are going to do. Terrible company.
Very upset with new management!! Never in my life while renting an apartment have I had to pay for water, sewer, trash, gas, and electricity for common areas. I was told that it would only be an extra $35-$45 a month for all this and that I would be billed every month rather than just knowing what I have to pay when I sign the lease. I wasnt pleased with this but was not in any position to move. Well, I got my first bill and it is $110 dollars for the above mentioned things in addition to my rent. I cant afford all these extra costs and feel that management lied to me. It sucks because I work practically next door and the location is ideal for me. I have no complaints about the apartment itself, but due to the unnecessary added costs, I will have to move my whole family to a new place after the lease is up. I miss MEB. At least they were straightforward with me. Dont move here unless you plan to overpay.
Finally I received quick service to my request. Not sure of the name of the guy that came in but he was very polite and didnt stop till all was fixed perfectly. Thank you.
Thought that this would be a great place to live at an affordable price. I only signed a 6 month lease thank God! there was no hot water for about 4 days during a workweek which is terrible when you have small children that need baths. Shortly after that there was just no water at all one day from 10 am to 6 pm which meant that no one could use the bathroom or wash clothes. also I have plug outlets that do not work throughout my unit and have complained several times. The maintenance man came in, said that he will be right back with more tools then never came back.
Great place to live overall. Office staff is helpful and maintenance is usually prompt. They recently got new security and it has made the place feel safer than in the past
When we first moved to this complex I would have given it a five and recommended it to everyone looking for an apartment ... But now? NO REALLY... I loved the ladies that worked at the front desk ( Jessica, Rachel and Denise ) they were amazing at their jobs and knew exactly how to fix problems people are having .. Now its only Denise and Eric ..The other girl working there is absolutely hands down RUDEST person I have ever dealt with ... I would rather wait for Denise and Eric then deal with that woman .
I have lived here a little over a year and Monica is great! This place is more than willing to work with you on your rent should you need a little extra time. They dont make you feel like a harden criminal like some places do! Ive never had any problems with maintenance and sure Ive seen a few bugs here and there but hello we live in Arizona buy some bug spary!
I love my recently renovated apartment and the proximity to laundry, pool, and dog park. The maintenance team is great and resolves issues promptly. This is the first apartment complex that Ive been proud to call home.
2/12/2017I was almost swayed by the horrible reviews and did not give this place a chance. I am glad that I decided to investigate on my own and now live here in the most comfortable property I have ever resided at. There were complaints about garbage being piled all over so I drove around the property at random times on various days and never once saw any garbage laying anywhere outside of a dumpster. This is my experience so far:My apartment was clean and ready for me on the agreed day for move in.One of my keys was a little tight in the lock, so they replaced it with one that worked more smoothly.I had three complaints that I addressed to the office. One of the bedroom doors would not latch due to a missing part, I thought I saw a bug scamper across the floor and the outside light was not working by the front door. The bedroom door was repaired the next morning, the apartment was scheduled for pest control three days later and I have not seen a bug since. The outside light has been repaired and is working now. Everything I ask for is done professionally and in a timely manner. The office staff, including the manager, Monica, have been very professional and made me feel welcome here and at home. They respond immediately to needs and I have not experienced any of the things these people are posting. I am wondering if someone has an ulterior motive in posting such rot that is completely untrue. The leasing agent is charming and knowledgeable and they all strive to make this property a great place to live. So, dont be swayed by some of these ridiculous reviews. If you are looking for a place to be safe and happy, come by and look around and make your own judgements. You wont be sorry
This is by far the best apartments I have lived in. The staff is so friendly. Maintenance fixes things right away when I send in a request. My neighbors are so wonderful and I personally havent noticed any crimes. - 5 stars
The place is in a great spot for the freeway and shopping. They also have decent sized units however everything is old and outdated. NOTHING like the model (false advertising). Roaches Roaches Roaches!!! In the stove, fridge, freezer, my microwave, dresser, pots anf pans...theyre everywhere. They think the solution is pest control spraying every other week which doesnt help at all. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Got the keys and walked in our unit to find roaches everywhere! Went to the office and they just said to take pictures and buy raid in the meantime. Spoke to manager the next morning who said the best they could do was see if another unit was available. We were also overcharged for our deposit and were told nothing can be done...really? You can credit our rent. Especially since it was your error. This place is inconsiderate and unprofessional. I was 8 months pregnant at move in so moving out at the time would have been too much however I am able to get out of this nightmare now. Since they refuse to fix my deposit and will not refund my move in cost I will have to take legal action. Sad this is my first review and its not a pleasant one. I just cant let others make the mistake of moving here. My newborn had roaches in her bed!! I recently saw 2 in my own bed. DISGUSTING!!! I guess since they get to go home roach free they dont care.
This place is horrible. I do not even know where to start. We signed our lease for a set price and were told that water sewer and trash were included in that amount, about 2 months in are rent was raised $100 as these amenities arent included but are in addition to rent. They are constantly turning off the water to fix issues without warning most times.I had my A/C leaking for 5 months completely soaking the carpet and growing mold. They came out 8 different times before it was fixed and they didnt replace the carpet only the foam underneath. They left holes in the walls and the ceiling to fix the A/C and have not patched up theyre work! The hose on the toilet was so rusted the knob fell off and flooded my bathroom with over an inch of water. We called and left a message on their emergency maintenance line, it took them 10 hours to respond, and 12 hours to fix the flood. The cherry on top is when my car was broken into and burglarized over night and when I called them the blew me off since nothing was stolen just rummaged through. a few months prior, someone tried to pull off my license plate on my car!Their security walks around looking at their phone while on patrol. They constantly have vagrants sleeping and going through the dumpster areas, and will not do anything to fix this! After we threaten to call the media due to the constant problems with our A/C, they towed my husbands truck. Within our lease the are obligated to notify tenants before a costly tow. There was no call, email, not even a note left on our door to notify. When I brought this to their attention, they refuse to admit any wrong doing or any reimbursement for getting our truck back. There are drugs every where. the laundry room was just vandalized and it has been a week since it has been cleaned. The management refuses to do any thing about any issue on their property. Maintenance never keeps appointments, they enter apartments when I have not given them permission for certain days. This is a horrible place, do not move here!
Let me preface this by saying that these apartments are a little bit older, but that does not make it exempt from holding itself to a standard.I felt as if my expectations were pretty straight forward for this community - I pay my lease, I receive a conditioned home, water (which is another subject on its own), and just a mutual respect between tenants. That was certainly not the case at The Park.Im going to start by addressing the first thing youll notice upon entering one of these units - the smell. I didnt notice it at first because of the air fresheners, but give it a day or so and the musty, strange aroma will present itself. Towards the end of the lease, my apartment smelled comparable to a dirty diaper. My guess maybe was because of the ongoing sewage problems, but to make the unit bearable, I could not go easy on the air fresheners. In most cases my setup would be overkill, but it was necessary. The next topic I want to touch on, are the tenants. I understand not everybody is going to be everybodys best friend, but I believe it is upon the property management company to have somewhat control of their own grounds. As funny as it sounds, the children there have more control over the day to day than the management company. I at least see and hear the kids running and screaming at midnight on the weekdays, whereas the management company has yet to look out the window to notice they need to order somebody to clean up the excessive amount of dog feces on the lawns. Now on to the most outstanding subject of them all, the water. For the fun of it, I tabbed over to my email and searched the park water and I have 8 emails regarding water shutoffs from JUST February to today (April). This is not counting the typed letters Ive received on my door, and everything prior to February. I actually got my most recent email regarding the water shutoff for the coming week while I was doing a brief walk-through with Denise or Destiny (I cant remember her name thats how non-existent she was). She stood in front of me and refused to address the issues even while I had the email from minutes before pulled up. Even if I I look past the grounds, and the smell, I think it is very reasonable to be entitled to running water for which I am paying for.Excusing the problems with, they are older apartments, is not a valid reason for letting something go to waste. Im of the mind that if something is older, it should have more experience because it has had its trials.I think the management should certainly be ashamed of the integrity in their work and should perhaps explore a different craft. I get it - I wouldnt want to manage properties myself, but I dont pretend like I do. Leave the managing of a living environment in the hands of somebody who understands its importance.
The staff is amazing here, theyre always willing to help. maintaince is always so quick to have whatever I need fixed. the pool is amazing, its where I spend my weekends. my apartment is amazing, I love the set up & the renovations are gorgeous.
I really like this apartment. Front office staff are so helpful and really great people. Cheap rent is a plus too.
The staff is VERY nice. If theres a problem they take care of it, and the maintenance workers do a great job.
This place kept all mine and my 3 year olds belongings because the place wasnt in my name, I did everything I could to pay rent and I couldnt contact the lease holder and they arent trying to even give me an option to get mine and my childs clothes, pictures, toys and this happened right before Christmas. It was bad enough we had no where to go. They couldve kept our TVs and things worth money to pay off the 2 months left on the lease after eviction but to keep my personal stuff like our birth certificates and clothing is cruel. Im truly hurt, who could to this to a toddler and not have an ounce of sympathy disturbs me! Its not the only problems I had there but Im not one to slander a companys name, but look where it got me!
If you value your family do not move in here it breaks my heart every time I see a new family moving in to the nasty place that they think is home since we moved in I have tried to get management to fix things in our apt and we have been waiting since September and still no help these places are so gross and infested with bugs and mice and why should they care they don’t have to live in this hell hole please stop looking in to these apts there are nicer places in the ghetto and if u love druggies you will love the tweekers or dopers you will feel at home then and rent for a nasty two bedroom runs is 850 a month so please don’t make this place home
This place at night was not the most pleasant especially the back of the complex. There is a lot of drug activity, when we lived here we had things wrong with our apartment and multiple work orders for the same issue and nothing was ever done to resolve the situations. I did not feel my children and I were safe living in this complex, during the day it appears to be one thing but at night is another and the security in this complex was a joke. When we lived there just around the the corner in another building were residents selling drugs from their home. I would not recommend this complex to anyone, I currently have a friend residing in the complex and is just waiting for her lease to expire so that she can move out as well.
I would really recommend this place and I am very grateful. The staff is nice and caring. Denise and the other two ladies were really helpful, understanding and solved my requests in a timely manner. The new remodeled apartments look great and I would encourage people to check them out.Andreea Moisa
Dont let the front office or model unit fool you. This place is not great at all. Maintenance is a joke. AC leaks inside the unit and no matter how many requests I have put in to have it fixed, it never is. Dont waste your time here unless you are looking for a constant headache.
The light by my apt has been out for a month &the front office people are smart assets no hot water in the shower just in the sinks someone has a washer &users all the hot water.
Don’t waste your money.
Ive lived here for 4 years, and to be honest this place isnt so bad, I Megan the rent is super cheap, the office people are ok, I dont use the pool at all. It is nice though we lost our key for laundry but we can still use the back room. Only bad things are roaches and bad neighbors.(Reasons were leaving are roaches and neighbors)
Ive been staying at these apartments for several years now and I havent had any pleasant experiences so far. ALSO I will continue to repost my review everyday if I have to because I know you guys keep deleting my reviews. ;)The first apartment I stayed at here were filled with cockroaches, surrounded with neighbors that were extremely loud(I have several videos), leaking ceilings, several power outages, and NO HOT WATER several times throughout WINTER. This management had the audacity to lose my check and forced me to pay over 1k for their mistake. When we would call for maintenance to fix the leakage, it would take one or two weeks to fix the issue. By that time, the water that overflowed the bucket we placed for it had traveled to the carpet and formed mold. Im not sure if this was under old management BUT the service has NOT since improved. Its hilarious because they spent money to build a dog park but couldnt afford to spend it on a better maintenance team.Fast forward to now: The apartment Im staying at now has a broken dish washer, broken shower, noisy neighbors that often fight outside and smoke weed, have had several power outages, and again, there was no hot water during winter. Maintenance claims that we dont know how to turn on the shower head and blames us for its malfunctioning. Well gee, its not like I havent been living here for years in two different apartments and havent had a single problem with the shower in my first apartment.THE REASON WHY I DECIDED TO POST: I called the front office to request for maintenance to fix the shower for the third time(yes, the shower has broken THREE TIMES NOW). Its been two days and I havent been able to shower til today(March 13th). I literally had to fill buckets and buckets of water from the sink and carry it to my bath tub to wash myself. THIS IS 2019, NOT THE 1500s. THIS IS DISGRACEFUL. Im honestly thinking about reporting this maltreatment because its absolutely ridiculous to pay nearly $900 a month for this horrible service. The security here sucks. My apartment almost got broken into but luckily I was home to witness two males attempting to push the locked door open. PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE!!
I don’t even know where to begin. DONT MOVE IN HERE! The first apartment I moved into was INFESTED with roaches so they moved us to a different one. This one has a family of flies and mosquitoes living at the front door so when we started getting bit we thought it was mosquitoes until we started getting pattern bites. Turns out we have bed bugs!! They sent someone out to check it out but he didn’t see anything and it wasn’t until I showed him the pictures of all the bites on my 4 year old son that he decided to spray but they didn’t schedule for second spraying becuase again he didn’t see anything.i had to go in and schedule again. And the management had attitude and made it seem like I was the one who brought them in. Like they didn’t care. They were blaming me pretty much..I pushed for them to release me from my lease without making me pay the fee.. now if this was actually a nice place to live and I was having to leave for other reason then I understand having to pay and extra 2 months rent but since I have had nothing but bad experiences and am UNCOMFORTABLE living here and since I’m going to be losing all of my furniture..so I don’t take the bugs to my new home or where I would be staying becuase honestly I just want out.i think it’s only fair they let us just leave without having to pay anymore! I’m already going to have to pay for new beds, couches, wood furniture becuase we all know how much bed bugs love those! I’m 28 weeks pregnant and i don’t want have my baby here. I am not comfortable here. My apartment is clean and I still see roaches walking around. Or climbing on my wall and I’m scared they’re gonna crawl on my new born or that my newborn will be bit by bed bugs! If I could post the pictures of my son I would and you guys would run for the hills!!! My 4 year shouldn’t be scared to sleep in his bed becuase bugs are gonna bite him! And he is. I don’t sleep most nights becuase I feel like I’m being crawled on!! Everything I’ve gone through just living here they should have a heart and just let us leave! I have never been happy here or comfortable. And I want OUT!!! the parking lot also floods when it rains so it’s impossible to get to my car without our getting my shoes wet!!! Nobody picks up after there pets.
DONT MOVE IN. BED BUGS AND ROACHES!!!! Dog poop everywhere stray cats up the wazoo! Parking lot flooding! this place should be condemned! Tried to leave peacefully but they are throwing fees at us we had 2 different appartments here of different sides of the complex both had roaches and one had bed bugs. Its a horror show inside when the lights turn off bugs everywhere we had to throw out our couches and beds any my sons toys.they dont care about you here they will spray and it wont work and they get an attitude with you when you ask for more options. Please dont put yourself through this find anywhere else
I’m going to try to be fair on this because I believe a new management is running this now. So here’s facts: On my move in day my apartment was not ready. I still have pictures of it. Paint everywhere, lightbulbs and doorknobs missing. They couldn’t/wouldn’t put me up anywhere so I spent 2 days sleeping at work, on the third day they put me up in an upstairs 2 bedroom apartment for a night. Had to haul my mattress upstairs for just one night. They only took 100$ off my rent that month. There were roaches but I bought my own stuff and quickly got rid of them. R&M towing cruises the parking lot at night and my car has been towed twice out of my paid spot. My tire had a slow leak so it looked flat despite the air compressor I keep in my car. They claimed “abandonment.” Resulted in hundreds of dollars. The water in my bathroom literally smelled like something crawled up something else and died so I brushed my teeth in the kitchen. I can easily count on my hand how many times the water was turned off. We lost hot water for 5 days due to a construction incident -they took 60$ off rent that month. A lot of mildew in the bathroom. I battled my shower faucet constantly throughout my stay even though it was listed as something broken when I first move in and you have the checklist. Rent fluctuates dramatically month to month-no explanations why. December 26 2017 I came to the office to put in a work order to fix my AC/ Heat. Mid-February 2018 I put in another work order online to fix it. End of February 2018 I took apart the breaker panel and reconnected the bad wires for my ac/heat.Got it working. March 8, 2018 maintenance showed up. Told them it was all good. A lot of drugs at this complex. My neighbor delt a lot, therefore I had numerous occasions of people banging on my door at 2am because our doors are so close together and they were drunk or high. I’m a young professional who gets random drug tests at work because of what I do and weed is everywhere at this place. Very sketchy people at night. A lot of drifters and drug deals go down here. Visitor parking is a free for all. People will park in your spot with no regard. As someone pretty confident in themselves I was one of the earliest awake to go to work and I did not feel safe walking to my car in the early morning. I still have not received my deposit back which they said I would get back in full. Every time I call no one answers. Roughly 8 times I have called and 2 times I left a voicemail with name and number. No return call
Nice area very well kept up and the staff is very nice and willing to help you in anyway they can. Looking forward to seeing them again.
This place has been horrible. Water leaking from the a.c. that still hasnt been fixed two years now. Flood outside of the apartment cant get in or out without getting my feet wet due to sprinklers. Dog poop right in front of my window that they dont clean regularly. Now a broken kitchen draw that is going on three weeks to fix. With all of this they have the nerve to charge us for their water problems totaling $81 for water, sewer, and trash. With the majority of that being water due to their lack of maintenance on the sprinklers. Then the cherry on top is an additional raise of the rent. Forget it! Its too much trouble.
Just moved in cause of the bad reviews on internet was extra cautious checked hot water it does take while to get hot but if is their the apartment is gorgeous looks just like model,Mariah was very patient and understanding that I needed to see apartment before I signed lease, oh one bad knock on them is apt was ready intill late in day on move in date
Just moved here and I hate it!!! I was promised vinyl floors and up to date appliances & they give me tile floor with 4inch gaps and a stove from 1997. Literally the back of the stove says 1997. My air conditioner spilled BUCKETS of water where it flooded my bedroom carpet they didnt fix it until 2weeks later. After I spent my money on getting it cleaned to avoid mold they give me a voucher for a $99 carpet cleaning. It cost me $300 just to get the mildew smell out. They lock the office doors 10mins before closing so if youre coming to pay your rent do it earlier In the day or youll be paying late fees. I hate this place. They also told us we get free gym access, I ask for the gym key & she says its a $50 deposit. Ill give LA fitness $50 a month before I give them the deposit because they lied about it. All the blinds were broken but they tried to hang them upside down to hide it. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Dont move here!!!
